The problem in this study is the level of success of students in participating in Graphic Design subjects that are still low under the value of the determination determined by the State Vocational School 1 Cot Girek. The minimum completeness criteria set by the school for Graphic Design subjects is 78. In reality in the field students who get <78 as much as 61.54% while those who get a value of ≥ 78 as much as 38.46%. The classification of achievement questionnaires for learning motivation variables was obtained as much as 78.32% which can be classified into classifications that have a strong category, classification of achievement questionnaires for learning environment variables obtained as much as 50.71% which can be classified into classifications which have sufficient categories, while for achievement classification questionnaire variable learning outcomes obtained as much as 81.14% which can be classified into classifications that have a strong category. The results of data analysis in this study are: The first hypothesis, tested based on regression tests simultaneously (together) using the F-Test. The second and third hypotheses were tested based on regression tests partially using the T-Test. Keywords: Contributions to learning motivation, contribution to the learning environment, learning outcomes.

The problem in this research was students’ learning motivation which is not optimal. It is characterized by a recapitulation of the students’ attendance that is not on maximum category and acquisition of learning outcomes of students which have not reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria in school. This article aims to show the results of research on the effect of interpersonal communication skill of teacher towards students’ learning motivation in grade XI of office administration class in one of the Private Vocational School in Cimahi. The method used in this research was explanatory survey, with respondents as many as 57 students. The results of data analysis showed that the students' learning motivation is in the medium category and teachers' interpersonal communication skills are in fairly effective category. However, teachers' interpersonal communication skills has a positive and significant impact on students’ learning motivation. In order to increase students' learning motivation, it is needed to improve effectiveness of teachers’ interpersonal communication.ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan rekapitulasi kehadiran siswa yang belum maksimal dan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) swasta di Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanatory, dengan responden sebanyak 57 orang siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Namun demikian, komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, maka perlu ditingkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal guru.

This study aims to reveal: 1) How much is the contribution of discipline to the learning outcomes of KKPI students in grade 1 at SMK 5 Seluma. 2) How big is the contribution of Motivation to the learning outcomes of KKPI students in grade 1 at Seluma 5ND VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, 3) There is a relationship of discipline and motivation towards learning outcomes in grade 1 students of SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. 4) How much does Discipline and Motivation contribute to KKPI learning outcomes for students in grade 1 at SMK 5 Seluma. This type of research is a descriptive study with an Ex-post facto approach. This descriptive research is correlational, which is the subject of research is grade 1 students in the field of Electronic Engineering 5 Seluma City Vocational School expertise totaling 78 students. The results of this study include: 1) There is a contribution from the discipline to the results of learning computer skills and information management (KKPI) Class I students at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. Based on a series of data analysis shows that discipline (X1) to learning outcomes (Y) empirically has a significant contribution of = 78.90% (R2). 2) There is a contribution of learning motivation to the results of learning computer skills and information management (KKPI) Class I students at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. Based on a series of data analysis shows that learning motivation (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) empirically has a significant effect of = 6.8% (R2). 3) There is a relationship of discipline and motivation to the results of learning Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) grade 1 students in SMK 5 Seluma by 89.6%. 4) There is a contribution of discipline and learning motivation to the learning outcomes of Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) grade 1 students at SMK 5 Seluma, obtained a correlation coefficient of = 0.896 with a coefficient of determination of = 0.803.

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation, learning styles and learning environments on learning outcomes economy partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is IPS students a total of 314 people and a total sample of 153 students in SMA Negeri 1 Wringinanom Gresik. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Analysis method using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the learning motivation, learning style and learning environment partially positive significant effect on learning outcomes. Learning motivation, learning style and the learning environment simultaneously positive significant effect on learning outcomes

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This action research was conducted to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes in the fourth-grade students. The study was conducted in two cycles. Based on research in the first cycle showed that: (1) In the observation of implementation the learning by teachers reached 76% (2) the result of the motivation questionnaire reached the number of 73%. (3) The students test at 64%. The data on the cycle I have not achieved the criteria for the successful action yet. So, it was necessary to carry out improvements to the next action, namely cycle II. In the cycle II, it showed that (1) In the observation of implementation, the learning by teachers reached 88. (2) the result of the motivation questionnaire reached the number of 89%. (3) The students test results at 93%. The results of data analysis in cycle II have shown that the success criteria have been reached, so there was no need to continue the next cycle.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Berdasarkan penelitian siklus I menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru mencapai 76%,  (2) hasil angket motivasi siswa mencapai 73%, dan (3) tes hasil belajar siswa sebesar 64%. Data pada siklus I tersebut belum mencapai kriteria keberhasilan tindakan, sehingga perlu dilaksanakan perbaikan pada tindakan selanjutnya, yaitu siklus II. Pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru mencapai 88%, (2) hasil angket motivasi siswa mencapai 89%, dan (3) tes hasil belajar siswa sebesar 93%. Hasil analisis data pada siklus II tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kriteria keberhasilan telah tercapai sehingga tidak perlu dilanjutkan pada siklus selanjutnya.

This research is purposed to reveal the contribution oflearning motivation and laboratory facilities of the subjectslearning outcomes Perform Computer Maintenance Class Xstudent of Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang. The research is a descriptive correlational . The researchpopulation numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 studentsof class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang Academic Year 2012/2013.Using Technique of randomsampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection usingquestionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed usingPearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation foranalysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learningmotivation to contribute 25.16 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 ,(2) laboratory facilities accounted for 19.82 % of the learningoutcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Champaign AcademicYear 2012/2013 , (3) Learning Motivation and Labor facilitiestogether accounted for 27.84 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Soit can be concluded that the motivation to learn and laboratoryfacilities contribute to the learning outcomes , the higher thestudents' motivation in the learning process and the betterutilization of laboratory facilities , the learning outcomes will behigher.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar Passing atas melalui variasi pembelajaran pada siswa kelas XI SMK Parulian 1Medan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK, yang terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II. Setelah data terkumpul, dzilakukan analisis pembelajaran melalui variasi pembelajaran. (1) Dari tes hasil belajar melalui variasi Pembelajaran di siklus I diperoleh 13 siswa yang tuntas (68,42%) sedangkan 6 siswa (31,58%) belum tuntas, dengan nilai rata-rata ketuntasan belajar passing atas (76,27). Belum tercapai ketuntasan klasikal maka dilakukan kembali pembelajaran melalui variasi pembelajaran (2) dari tes hasil belajar II disiklus II diperoleh 17 siswa yang tuntas (89,47%) sedangkan 2 siswa (10,53%) belum tuntas, dengan nilai rata-rata ketuntasan belajar passing atas sebanyak (81, 54%). Maka sudah tercapai lah nilai klasikal 85% tersebut. Dalam hal ini dapat dilihat  bahwa terjadi peningkatan 21% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa melalui variasi pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Passing atas Bola Voli Siswa Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Parulian 1 Medan Tahun 2018. Kata kunci: Belajar, Passing Atas, Bolavoli                                                    ABSTRACTThis research was conducted aimed at knowing how far the increase in learning outcomes Passing through learning variations in class XI Parulian 1Medan Vocational School 2017/2018 Academic Year. The research method used is PTK, which consists of cycle I and cycle II. After the data is collected, dzilakukan analysis of learning through variations in learning. (1) From the learning outcomes test through variations in Learning in the first cycle, 13 students were completed (68.42%) while 6 students (31.58%) were not completed, with an average passing grade of passing learning (76.27) . Classical completeness has not yet been achieved so learning through learning variations (2) from learning outcomes II in cycle II is obtained by 17 students who complete (89.47%) while 2 students (10.53%) have not yet completed, with average completeness scores top passing learning (81, 54%). Then the 85% classical value has been reached. In this case it can be seen that there is a 21% increase from cycle I to cycle II. The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

This study aims to study the influence of learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. This type of research is ex-post facto research. The sample in this study was class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 with a total of 69 students. The results showed that the partial way is positive and significant influence of learning environment on the learning outcomes about 14%, positive and significant influence learning motivation towards the mathematics learning outcomes about 34% and learning independence had a positive effect and significant to the learning outcomes about 32%. Meanwhile, learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence had positive and significant impacts together on the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA of SMAN 9 Pangkep with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.50 that supports environmental learning, motivation learning and independent learning supports 50% of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA at SMAN 9 Pangkep.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 dengan jumlah total 69 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 14%, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 34% dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 32%. Sedangkan secara simultan lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep dengan koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,50 yang berarti lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar memberi pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep.

The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of students about the 2013 curriculum, to find out the motivation of students in learning, to determine the relationship between learners' perceptions of the 2013 curriculum and learning motivation of Pelita Ciampea Vocational School students, and research lecturers at STKIP Muhammadiyah Bogor. From the results of the study with a total sample of 57 people obtained results (1) Perception of students about the 2013 curriculum at Pelita Ciampea Vocational School has a positive phenomenon, as evidenced by the maximum value that can be obtained by students is 185, the highest score is 175, the lowest 111, the average 147.74. (2) The learning motivation of students at Ciampea Vocational School has a positive phenomenon, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire with the maximum value that can be obtained at 135, the highest score of 126, the lowest 90, while the average is 105.72. (3) From the results of the moment product correlation test the relationship between learners 'perceptions of the 2013 curriculum and students' learning motivation has a value of 0.969 while the r-table value is 0.266, and 0.969&gt; 0.266 or r-count&gt; r-table. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or in other words, there is a positive relationship between variables X (students' perceptions of the 2013 curriculum) with variable Y (student motivation). The level of relationship between variable X and variable Y lies in the interval 0.80-1.00 which means that the relationship between the two is very strong.
