Abstract Government policy in the world of education during the pandemic requires teaching and learning activities to no longer be in schools, but to be diverted into distance learning activities for safety and health that are centered in their homes. Situations and conditions like this require the maximum involvement of parents and restore the role of parents in educating children essentially. The role and function of parents initially is as a place for children's education to be first and foremost in instilling religious values, shaping character and character, but during a pandemic like this where children have to study at home, the role of parents increases by accompanying children when learning is something very important. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of parents in accompanying children to learn during the pandemic. Data collection in the form of interviews, documentation, observation. And the type of research is qualitative.  The results of research on the role of parents in accompanying children during the pandemic show that parents are very bothered in dividing their time, energy, and smartphone. From the research results, it can be concluded that parents have a very important role in assisting children to learn during a pandemic. Learning assistance for children can be seen from explaining material that the child does not understand, how parents help children's task difficulties, communicating or borrowing a smartphone to do the tasks given by the teacher. Keywords: Role of Parents, Learning Assistance, Pandemic.   Abstrak Kebijakan pemerintah dalam dunia pendidikan saat pandemi mengharuskan kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak lagi di sekolah, namun dialihkan menjadi kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh demi keamanan dan kesehatan yang berpusat di rumah masing-masing. Situasi dan kondisi seperti ini mengharuskan interaksimorang tua secara lebihmmaksimal dan mengembalikan peran orang tua didalam mendidik anak secara hakiki. Peran dan fungsi orang tua awalnya adalah sebagai,tempat,pendidikan,anak,yang,pertama,dan,utama,didalam menanamkan nilai-nilai,,agama, membentuk karakter dan berbudi pekerti,meskipun saat terjadi pandemi seperti ini,,dimana anak harus belajar di rumah maka peran orang tua menjadi bertambah dengan mengawasi anak saat belajar merupakan hal yang begitu penting.   Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mendiskripsikan dan menganalisa anak belajar dengan didampingi orang tua dalam pandemik. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan pengumpulan data. Serta jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian tentang anak dalam pandemic dengan didampingi oleh orang tua, menunjukkan bahwa orang tua begitu repot didalam membagi waktu, tenaga, dan smartphonnya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendampingi anak untuk belajar pada saat pandemi. Bantuan belajar anak terlihat dari penjelaskan tugas yang kurang dipahami anak, bagaimana orang tua membantu anak dengan tugas yang sulit, mengkomunikasikan atau peminjamkan smartphone untuk mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh gurunya. ABSTRACTOne example of the administration of education which involves the role and function of the School Committee can be observed in the city of Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin City Education Office seeks to change so that each school has facilities and infrastructure that can support teaching and learning activities outside of school through the School Committee. Good facilities and infrastructure facilities can support teaching and learning activities outside of school so that it is expected that each student can gain additional skills and knowledge from teaching and learning processes outside of school. Through community school committees can carry out various roles in the implementation and quality control of education services through the role of individuals, groups, families, professional organizations, employers, and social organizations. The study of strategies for developing community participation in education funding at State Vocational Schools in Banjarmasin as a result of the implementation of Permendikbud Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 and analyzing what factors make the implementation of Permendikbud Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 difficult to implement uses qualitative methods based on George C Edward's theory III produced findings that funding in schools that were previously with a collection system with the amount of payment that has been determined and agreed based on the school committee meeting, then with the implementation of the Permendikbud, it could no longer be done because the community meant that the contribution was voluntary, may contribute and may not. Based on these problems, the school is trying to find new breakthroughs to increase community participation in education funding to support funding in schools by developing Production Units (UP) and the community is expected to be directly involved in utilizing products produced by vocational students so that the problem of lack of funding at school can be overcome.

ABSTRAK  Sekolah dasar Islam Al-Ikhlas merupakan satuan unit dari Yayasan Masji Al-Ikhlas (YMAI)  yang terus mengalami peningkatan baik dari pembelajaran, jumlah siswa dan sarana prasarana. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi peningkatan lingkungan sekolah di sekolah dasar Islam Al-Ikhlas Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena tentang sesuatu hal yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk bahasa dan kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa strategi peningkatan lingkungan sekolah di SD Islam Al-ikhlas secara internal yaitu kepemimpinan, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum dan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) dan keuangan. Sedangkan strategi peningkatan lingkungan secara eksternal melalui peningkatan peran orang tua/masyarakat, peningkatan teknologi dan kebijakan pemerintah.  Kata Kunci :Strategi, peningkatan, lingkungan sekolah    ABSTRACT  The Al-Ikhlas Islamic Primary School is a unit of the Masjid Al-Ikhlas Foundation (YMAI) which continues to experience an increase in both learnings, the number of students, and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy for improving the school environment in Islamic elementary school Al-Ikhlas, South Jakarta. This research method is carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of something experienced by the research subject and describe it in the form of language and words. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the internal strategies for improving the school environment at Al-Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School are leadership, human resources, curriculum and teaching, and learning activities, and finance. Meanwhile, the strategy for improving the environment externally is through increasing the role of parents/community, improving technology, and government policies.  Keywords : strategy, improvement, school environment

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic around the world has resulted in changes in various lives, including in the field of education. The government policy requiring studying from home, working from home and praying at home in the first week felt very sudden. And make the confusion of parents and teachers compounded by the lack of preparation for distance learning. As learning materials at home, assignments from student books are given. During this pandemic, more children will be at home, this is an effort made to break the chain of the spread of Covid, which has not yet subsided, even continues to grow. For the effectiveness of learning at this time the role of parents is very important, because the responsibility for education that is usually held by teachers while in school now completely shifts to both parents.Parents must accompany their children more in learning, be more attentive during learning, because when children are given freedom during unsupervised learning, not a few children take the opportunity to play online games, surf in cyberspace such as playing Facebook, Instagram, and other interesting applications, because in the learning process children are facilitated with cellphones plus a quota package that makes it easy to access whatever they want. Abstrak Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh terhadap berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah sektor pendidikan. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang biasanya dilakukan di sekolah oleh institusi pendidikan kemudian beralih menjadi menjadi kegiatan belajar mengajar secara jarak jauh dimana para siswa melakukan daring dirumah masing-masing. Tentunya ini membutuhkan peran orang tua yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan metode konvensional. Orang tua perlu memahami karakter belajar anak dan tetap membiarkan anak menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan waktu belajar yang teratur dan target pencapaian yang sesuai. Belajar dari rumah akan berhasil karena peran orang tua. Penting bagi orang tua untuk menjaga kondisi fisik dan psikis agar dapat mendampingi anak belajar, hal ini untuk mencegah terjadinya kekerasan pada anak karena dampak yang ditimbulkan tidak hanya berakibat kepada anak tetapi juga bagi orang tua. Sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi orang tua untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak baik dari kekerasan yang sifatnya fisik maupun psikis, sebagaimana hal ini juga telah dijamin oleh konvensi internasional maupun hukum positif Indonesia. Kata kunci : Orang Tua, Perlindungan Anak, Covid-19 Abstract The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic affects various sectors, one of which is education sector. Teaching and learning activities that are usually carried out in schools by educational institutions then turn into teaching and learning activities remotely where students do online classes from their homes. Of course this online system requires the role of parents who are more dominant compared to conventional teaching and learning activities in classroom. Parents need to understand the children's learning character and let children to complete their tasks with appropriate learning time and achieving targets. The role of parents determines the success of learning from home system. It is important for parents to maintain physical and psychological conditions in order to assist children in learning, this is to prevent violence to children because the impact is not only affecting the child but also parents. It is an obligation for parents to provide protection for children from physical and psychological violence, as this has also been guaranteed by international conventions and Indonesian positive law. Social media not for learning purposes. Social media is very influential for students to support learning achievement. Learning achievement is a result of learning achieved after participating in the process of learning activities. Learning achievements can also be shown in the form of numbers or values, to obtain the achievement of learning achievement requires a maximum effort. Moreover, in teaching and learning activities a process of organizing, organizing the environment around students is needed so that it can foster and encourage students to do the learning process. The role of parents and teachers in schools is expected to help students in limiting themselves in social media. The purpose of the author to write this is to determine the effect of: (1) learning achievement; (2) Social Media; (3) effect  negative and positive; (4) the role of teachers in schools on the impact of the use of social media.

In this paper, I reflect on the role and function of the camera ’acting’ (that is, the camera placed in the hands of the protagonists of films by Wojciech Smarzowski) that appears on the screen as often as an axe, which as an item is strongly associated with this director’s cinematography. I also refute the ‘digital’ legends of his debut – The Wedding, which has not been recorded using a digital camera, but an analogue one. A camera ‘cast’ in Smarzowski’s film should not be considered an extra, but a full-fledged protagonist, a witness seeing (and therefore recording) more than can be seen by the characters holding it in their hands. This perfectly corresponds with the last shot – perhaps the most characteristic one for the author of the films discussed – the shot in which the One who reigns over the world, but does not interfere with it (since we have free will) gazes at the universe created by Wojciech Smarzowski.

The subject of alignment is not new to the world of education. Today however, it has come to mean different things and to have a heuristic value in education according to research in different areas, not least for neuroscience, and to attention to skills and to the alternation framework.This paper, after looking at the classic references that already attributed an important role to alignment in education processes, looks at the strategic role of alignment in the current context, outlining the shared construction processes and focusing on some of the ways in which this is put into effect.Alignment is part of a participatory, enactive approach that gives a central role to the interaction between teaching and learning, avoiding the limits of behaviourism, which has a greater bias towards teaching, and cognitivism/constructivism, which focus their attention on learning and in any case, on that which separates a teacher preparing the environment and a student working in it.

ABSTRAKPelabuhan berperan sebagai fasilitas penunjang pusat pertumbuhan regional dalam proses pembangunan ekonomi wilayah. Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang diarahkan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi regional dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Kawasan Sabang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang adalah belum optimalnya peran dan fungsi Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang dalam menunjang perekonomian wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang dalam mendorong perkembangan perekonomian Kawasan Sabang. Lingkup materi yang dibahas mencakup peran-peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang, menentukan potensi dan masalah serta upaya-upaya peningkatan peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT IFAS-EFAS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dalam kurun waktu 4 (empat) tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010-2013, Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang belum optimal dalam menjalankan perannya, sehingga membutuhkan strategi pengembangan dengan pendekatan Agressive Maintenance Strategy (strategi perbaikan agresif), yaitu strategi konsolidasi internal dengan memperbaiki faktor-faktor kelemahan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan peluang.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, SWOT IFAS-EFAS, WilayahABSTRACTPort was supporting facility of regional growth center in the process of regional economic development. Sabang free port was directed as the center of regional economic growth and expected to raise the economy of sabang. Problems faced by sabang free port was yet optimal role and function in supporting the economy of the region. This study aimed to determine the role of sabang free port in supporting the economic development of sabang. The covered material scope included roles of sabang free port, determining the potentials and problems and efforts of increasing the role of sabang free port. The method of analysis was descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approach. The analytical tool used was the swot ifas-efas analysis. The analysis results showed in the period of 4 (four) years from 2010 until 2013, sabang free port was not optimal in carrying out its role yet, so it requires development strategies with agressive maintenance strategy approach, which is internal consolidation strategy by improving vulnerability factors to maximize the utilization of opportunities.Keywords:, Management, Regional, SWOT IFAS-EFAS

This chapter discusses contemporary debates regarding the use of artificial intelligence as a vehicle for criminal justice reform. It closely examines two general approaches to what has been widely branded as “algorithmic fairness” in criminal law: the development of formal fairness criteria and accuracy measures that illustrate the trade-offs of different algorithmic interventions; and the development of “best practices” and managerialist standards for maintaining a baseline of accuracy, transparency, and validity in these systems. Attempts to render AI-branded tools more accurate by addressing narrow notions of bias miss the deeper methodological and epistemological issues regarding the fairness of these tools. The key question is whether predictive tools reflect and reinforce punitive practices that drive disparate outcomes, and how data regimes interact with the penal ideology to naturalize these practices. The chapter then calls for a radically different understanding of the role and function of the carceral state, as a starting place for re-imagining the role of “AI” as a transformative force in the criminal legal system.
