Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning multimedia in the form of an interactive CD, using several software including Lectora Inspire, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Bandycam, and AMR to MP3 Converter. This development research used the Borg and Gall research model adapted from Sugiyono. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer at the State University of Medan. The eligibility test of interactive learning multimedia was carried out by media validators, material validators, and acceptance validators. Based on the data analysis conducted, it shows that the resulting learning multimedia is good with a score of 4.4 for material validation, a score of 4.5 for media validation, and a score of 4.2 for validation of acceptances. So the results of the validation show that the learning multimedia developed is eligible for use. Key Words: Interactive Multimedia, Lectora Inspire Software, Electrical Lighting Installation AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dalam bentuk CD interaktif, menggunakan beberapa software diantaranya Lectora Inspire, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Bandycam, dan AMR to MP3 Converter. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian Borg and Gall yang diadaptasi dari Sugiyono. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Dosen Ahli Universitas Negeri Medan. Uji kelayakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dilakukan oleh validator media, validator materi, dan validator penerimaan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran yang dihasilkan baik dengan skor validasi materi 4,4, validasi media skor 4,5, dan validasi penerimaan skor 4,2. Sehingga hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan.Kata Kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Software Lectora Inspire,  Instalasi Penerangan Listrik

The impact of covid-19, which requires all types of learning activities to be carried out online. As a result, teachers have limitations in finding learning media suitable for student characteristics and suitable for use in online learning conditions. The purpose of this development research was to determine the feasibility of designing interactive multimedia learning. This type of research is development research. The research model used is the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were 3 grade III elementary school students. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and questionnaire methods. The product design test was carried out by several experts and students, learning material experts, learning design experts, instructional media experts, and individual trials consisting of three students. The form of data analysis used in this research was descriptive quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, showed the feasibility percentage level of interactive multimedia according to learning material experts was 95%, the percentage level of the feasibility of interactive learning media according to learning design experts was 90%, and according to individual trials, the percentage level of the feasibility of interactive learning multimedia was 96.52% with excellent qualifications. This development research indicated that the development of interactive multimedia learning assisted was suitable for use in the learning process on Indonesian language content in literary appreciation for grade III elementary school students.

Teaching materials and online learning outcomes that are less than optimal affect the learning process. Students need visualization that can help concrete understanding of the material, especially in implementing online learning. This study aimed to develop interactive multimedia learning in science subjects according to the validation of expert tests and individual trials. This development research applies the DDD-E model (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). The method used to collect data is a questionnaire equipped with observations and interviews. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The subject of this development research is interactive learning multimedia. Then a review is carried out from subject content expert validators, instructional design experts, learning media experts, and individual trials on students. The results of data analysis based on validation by subject matter content experts obtained a percentage score of 96.15% with very good qualifications, instructional design experts obtained a score percentage of 87.5% with good qualifications, learning media experts obtained a percentage score of 93.00% with very good qualifications, and the results of the review of 3 students in individual trials obtained a percentage score of 91.66% with very good qualifications. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the interactive learning multimedia developed is very feasible in science learning for sixth-grade elementary school students.

Abstrak: Pengembangan Bank Soal dan Pembahasan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif dengan Macromedia Authorware 7.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bank soal dan pembahasan UN SD berbasis multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dengan macromedia authorware 7.0. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkasan bank soal dan pembahasan UN SD berbasis multimedia pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk CD pembelajaran dan telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, serta telah diujicobakan pada pengguna produk. Ditinjau dari aspek isi dan pembelajaran validator menilai kualitas produk sangat baik. Dengan menggunakan rentang skor 1 sampai 5, skor rata-rata aspek isi 4,67, aspek pembelajaran 4,68, aspek tampilan 3,95, dan pemrograman 4,13. Aspek daya tarik menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat menarik dengan skor rata-rata 4,15. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan belajar latihan UN IPA rata-rata 85% (baik), Bahasa Indonesia mencapai rata-rata 90% (sangat baik), dan Matematika 31% (sangat kurang). Produk ini diharapkan mampu untuk membantu siswa dalam mempersiapkan UN SD. Kata Kunci: pengembangan bank soal, multimedia, pembelajaran interaktif, UN Abstract: Development of The Interactive Learning Multimedia-Based National Examination Item Bank and Its Discussion Using The Macromedia Authorware 7.0. This study aimed to develop the interactive learning multimedia-based Elementary School National Examination (UN SD) item bank and its discussion using Macromedia Authorware 7.0. The development research model of Borg & Gall, Arief S, Sadiman et al., and Sugiyono was used in this study. This research was successfully to develop the interactive learning multimedia-based UN SD item bank and its discussion in learning CD and validation was carried out by material and media experts, and trials were also conducted among product users. From the content and learning aspects, the product was assessed as excellent by the validators. Based on the scale of 1 to 5, the average scores of content, learning, display, and programming aspects were 4.67, 4.68, 3.95, and 4.13, respectively. From interest aspect, it was shown that the product was highly interesting averaged of 4.15. From the trial, the percentage of students’ learning mastery in Science, Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics UN trials were 85%, 90%, and 31% in averages with the criteria of good, excellent, very poor, respectively.It is expected that this product will be able to assist Elementary School students in preparing their UN. The development research aims to develop interactive multimedia-based learning media on valid, practical and effective animal tisue material. This development research refers to the ADDIE development model. Based on the data analysis obtained value of validity and media based on material expert got the value of o,92 with valid category while in terms of media diperolch value of validty for interactive learning media 0,94 with valid category, practice media obtained from the observation aheet of instructional media implementation with a value of 91,67 with good category meanwhile for the effectiveness aspect derived from 4 assessmet of student active with a value of 98,30 where the learning media is said to be effective in learning if the activities of learners in the lesson 75% the ability of teachers to manage learning with the acquisition value of 3,28 are included in the category of moderate, test results learners with completeness of individual acquisition of 21 people with mastery mask 95,5% and quistonnaire response of learners with the acquisition of 75,76 learners respond positively to interactive media learning

This study of the management of Islamic character education is the basis for developing the value of empathy for students of the Faculty of Science of Islamic Education and Teacher Training, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University  Yogyakarta. Students must get education not only scientifically through Islamic character to develop their empathy values. This noble personality needs to be possessed by students. This is to create a comfortable, harmonious, pleasant atmosphere of life both when students are in the campus environment and off campus. This study uses a qualitative research model, to analyze the character of student empathy through Islamic education management studies based on questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews, and inductive analysis. The results of the Islamic character education management study show that students of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta have a fairly good empathy character, which is assessed based on seven indicators of empathy. The most dominant empathy attitude of the student (83%) is the attitude of appreciation of other people who have done something correctly and the smallest (69%) done by the student is perception of others.

This research aimed to produce learning media using Macromedia Flash in subject discussion dimension 2. Other than that to find out the feasibility of interactive learning media based on criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness. This learning media be developed because lack of student motivation and the absence of learning support media. This research is a development research. This development research use Plomp development model which consists 4 phases, there are (1) the initial investigation phase, (2) design phase, (3) realization/construction phase, (4) test, evaluation, and revision phase. The subject of the validity trial consisted of 1 media expert and 11 student of 11th grade multimedia SMK A-Inabah and for the subject of the effectiveness trial is 11 student of 11th grade multimedia SMK A-Inabah. Data collection tchniqyes using questionnaries. And the instruments used to collect data included media expert validation sheets, expert material validation sheet, teacher response questionnaire, student response questionnaire, and student learning motivation questionnaire on mathematics. Data analysis techniques are used to analyze validity and practicality in the form of quantitative data analysis and then converted to qualitative data. While to analyze the effectiveness of learning media using Wilcoxon non-parametric test. The result of this development study resulted that validity values of media experts and material experts meet the good criteria. For the practicality value from the teacher respondents meet the good criteria while from the students respondents meet the very well criteria. For the results of effectiveness shows that    and so  is rejected. Its means that students learning motivation after using media is better than students learning motivation before using the media. So that it can be concluded that the interactive learning media developed have fulfilled the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria

Universities as autonomous educational institutions in the administration of education, made the development of this course will be submitted to the respective colleges. So that the implementation of the model of Islamic education among college one with the other universities are no exception can be different between the UB and the State University of Malang. Therefore in this study are the focus of research is; 1) how the Islamic education curriculum development at the UB and the State University of Malang; 2) how the learning system of Islamic education at the UB and the State University of Malang. This study uses qualitative approach, case study type with multi-site design, data analysis techniques in this study through the stages of data analysis of individual cases with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and then draw a conclusion, after analysis of individual case data and then do the data analysis cross-site. These results indicate that the model of development of Islamic Religious Education conducted at UB and the State University of Malang is 1) the development of Islamic education curriculum using a competency-based curriculum, developed by learned center theme-based curriculum approach to social reconstruction. 2) learning system of Islamic education at both universities held in the classical cross-faculty and monitoring the deepening of learning outside the classroom with student active learning approach and contextual learning which leads to inquiry learning strategy. Generally that model of Islamic religious education at public universities can be categorized to a central model isolated entities / mechanisms and a decentralized model with interconnected entities / systemic organism.

This research aims to describe the development of interactive learning multimedia based on cognitive load theory (CLT) in the fifth grade of elementary school. This type of research is research and development (R & D). The methods of collecting the data in this research were questionnaires, and interviews. This questionnaire is used to determine the response of students after using interactive multimedia based on CLT. Meanwhile this interview was conducted to find out the responses, comments, and suggestions of teachers and students after using interactive multimedia based on CLT. The validity of the results of the validation data analysis from this material expert was 87.50% and the validity of the validation data from this media expert was 85.71%. It shows that the material in CLT-based learning multimedia is valid and ready to be implemented. And the average questionnaire score at SDN 3 Taman was 88.27%, so the results of the questionnaire were declared good. The advantages of this CLT-based interactive learning multimedia are this multimedia display is very interesting, the material is presented more interesting, and the menus that are presented are easy to understand.

DEVELOPMENT OF CLASS XI LATHE E-HANDOUT IN SMK NEGERI 2 BITUNG   By: RONALDO KRESMITO PITOY 14212084   Supervisor : Dr. H. Dj. Liow, ST, M.Eng Ir. D. J. I. Manongko, M.Eng   ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the limited or incomplete handouts in school in terms of material explanation and the number of handouts, the lack of handouts available in schools causes students to be unable to learn independently. The purpose of this research is to produce lathe handout products for class XI. This research is a development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE (Branch 2009) research model, namely (A) analysis, (D) esign, (D) development, (I) implementation, and (E) valuation. The sample taken was 5 people for the small group test. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively. Students are given a questionnaire to see student responses to the lathe e-handout, the student responses are more in the 4.5 range and are in very good qualifications. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the e-handout product for class XI has been produced with the appropriate qualifications for use.   Keywords: E-Handout, Research and Development, Lathe.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop a Prototype Traffic Light Microcontroller based on Arduino Mega. This research was conducted in class XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This development research uses the Borg and Gall research model adapted from Sugiyono. Product data is in the form of qualitative data obtained from suggestions from media experts and practitioners and in the form of qualitative data from media experts and practitioners. The results of the study are: (1) Making the Prototype Traffic Light learning media the steps include making the product design developed, collecting supporting materials, finishing, protootype assessment by media experts and practitioners, product revision. (2) The results of the feasibility of the Ttraffic Light Prototype are as follows: the assessment of the Prototype by the media obtained a score of 90.25% in the very feasible category, the Prototype assessment by the practitioner obtained a score of 93.5% with the very feasible category.
