The problem in this research is the ability and skill of passing down technique on the game of volleyball in the students of class VIII Christian High School Abdi Wacana Pontianak is still low. Action Research This class aims to improve lower passing technique skills on volleyball games at grade VIII students Christian Junior High School Abdi Wacana Pontianak through play activities on boards. The subjects of the study were VIII students of the academic year 2014/2015 at Christian Junior High School Abdi Wacana Pontianak, amounting to 24 students. Technique of data collecting by doing direct observation and measurement technique. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of the research shows that by using the bounce play method can increase the learning result. The improvement can be seen especially from: a) the learning plan every cycle is very good, b) the implementation of each cycle there is improvement based on the previous reflection, c) the learning result of the learners increased. Initial data of students who reached KKM 33.33%, in the first cycle increased to 50%, and cycle II reached 87.5%.

The results of preliminary observations at SD Negeri 2 Tlogopucang found problems in learning Mathematics in Flat Build Material. Teachers dominate more and involve students less in the learning process. If we observe the current learning, the teacher has not managed the class well. The teacher has not used the right learning model. Students are less active in learning, the research used is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. In each cycle two meetings were held. Data collection uses observation sheets and by conducting evaluation tests. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the pre-cycle research, the average grade of 61 with a percentage of graduation 50%, students complete learning 8 children, students have not completed 8 children, the percentage of 50%. In cycle 1, it was obtained the average grade of 76, the percentage of completeness 65.75% the number of students who had completed learning 11 children, not yet completed learning a total of 5 children with a percentage of 35.25%. In cycle 2, all students meet the minimum completeness criteria, a percentage of 100% is obtained with an average grade of 96.25. The conclusion is the use of nail board media can improve the learning outcomes of students in class II of SDN 2 Tlogopucang in the academic year 2017/2018.

This research aims at investigating the errors using simple past tense that is often done by students in the activity of writing sentences in simple past tense on the recount text of class VIII B of junior high school PELITA Ngabang in academic year 2019/2020 Landak Regency. The study uses a qualitative research design. The research was carried out at junior high school PELITA Ngabang on November 22nd, 2019. The research subjects were VIII B amount of 20 students. After analyzing the errors of the 20 past form in the recount texts that were finished by 20 students there were 73 errors. Finally, the authors concluded that the past form errors in the recount text were the types of errors omissions, 19, 17%, type of errors addition 26, 02%, types of errors misformation 27, 39%, types of errors misordering 27, 39%.

This class action research aims to find out and prove that the Team Product Method can improve the skills and achievements of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu Semester I for the academic year 2015/2016 in learning activities in Art and Culture with material showing appreciative attitudes towards the unique ideas and techniques of art works applied archipelago. This school action research consisted of 2 cycles which were implemented in 2015 and carried out for 6 months. In this school action research the research subjects were students of class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I of the 2015/2016 Academic Year with a total of 32 students. Actions taken in cycles 1 and 2 are the use of the Team Product method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago, with observation sheets for skills and test questions as instruments. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive. Based on theoretical hypotheses and empirical mentions through the use of the Product Team method in learning Cultural Arts with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the uniqueness of ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago there is an increase in the skills and learning achievement of students in class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I Academic Year 2015 / 2016 ie from the average initial condition value only reached 64.78 after taking action using the Team Product method in the first cycle the average value rose to 79.98 or an increase of 23.5%. Whereas in cycle 2 the grade average value increased again to 84.19 or up 5.3% from cycle 1 and 30% from the initial conditions. So both theoretically and empirically through the use of the Product Team method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of archipelago applied art can improve learning skills and achievement from low start conditions to high end conditions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of group guidance as an effort to improve the science learning achievement of respiratory material in the class VIII B of Junior High School 1 Sawit, Boyolali at the second semester of 2017/2018 academic year. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. The independent variable is the implementation of group guidance. Science learning achievement is the dependent variable. The population is class VIII B of Junior High School 1 Sawit, Boyolali at the second semester 2017/2018 academic year. How to take samples with the value of student test and direct supervision of the learning process, from counseling guidance teachers and homeroom teachers. Research result. Based on the results of learning research after application with the group guidance method can improve from the initial conditions to the second cycle. There was an increase in the average value of 71.09 to 79.38, increasing by 8.29. The number of students completed from 11 to 28, from the value of 60 to 70, increasing by 10 points. The highest score of 90 to 95, increased by 5 points.

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar menjelaskan hakikat demokrasi Indonesia melalui model pembelajaran student team acheivement division (STAD) pada siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo  tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar menjelaskan hakikat demokrasi Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 14 siswa (58,33%) menjadi 16 siswa atau 66,67% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 8,34%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 20 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 83,33% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16,66% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran student team acheivement division dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menjelaskan hakikat demokrasi Indonesia pada siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, hakikat demokrasi Indonesia, student team acheivement division (STAD)Abstrak bahasa Inggris This study aims to improve learning outcomes explain the essence of Indonesian democracy through student learning model of acheivement division (STAD) in grade VIII E SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo academic year 2017/2018. With 24 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this study is to improve learning outcomes explaining the nature of Indonesian democracy. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get KKM score, increased from 14 students (58.33%) to 16 students or 66.67% or an increase of 8.34%. While in the second cycle increased to 20 students who got a value above the KKM or 83.33% or an increase of 16.66% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the implementation of learning model student team acheivement division can improve learning outcomes explain the essence of Indonesian democracy in students of class VIII E Junior High School 7 Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018.   This research is motivated by learning conditions that are still not optimal, both process and learning outcomes. Therefore, we conducted a research to apply lesson study by using the Cooperative Learning method in Indonesian Language, in writing advertisement, slogans, and posters texts in class VIII of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung. This research is expected to improve learning outcomes, activities and creativities. The research method used is an experimental method. The research subjects were students of Pasundan 2 Bandung Junior High School Class VIII C. This research was an implementation of plan, do and see. The validity of the data is done through triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of lesson study using the Cooperative Learning method is carried out in accordance with the stages in the lesson study, namely plan, do and see. Lesson study makes the learning planning process more mature so that in the implementation of learning the model lecturer feels more prepared. Lesson Study can effectively improve the quality of learning, both processes and results. This can be seen from the test results which are tested on the average significant improvement. Likewise in the process, based on the observations made, the activity and creativity of students of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study with cooperative learning effectively increases the activity, creativity, and learning outcomes of students in Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung significantly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rintisan bank soal Bahasa Inggris SMP kelas VIII pada tingkat provinsi dengan memperhatikan (1) karakteristik soal Ulangan Kenaikan Kelas (UKK); (2) karakteristik butir-butir soal; (3) jumlah butir soal yang memenuhi standar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sam-pel sebanyak 6554 respon siswa (lembar jawab). Perangkat tes dianalisis kesesuaian indikatornya dengan Standar Kompetensi (SK) dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) yang telah ditentukan, serta ditelaah secara kualitatif oleh ahli berdasarkan kriteria kons-truksi, bahasa dan materi. Respons siswa dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan Iteman 3.00, dan Bilog MG 3.0 3 PL untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang tingkat kesulitan, daya beda, pseudoguessing, serta informasi butir. Bank soal yang dihasilkan masuk kategori baik dilihat dari (1) Hasil analisis kualitatif dari 150 butir soal, sebanyak 105 butir soal (70%) dinyatakan baik. (2) Hasil analisis kuantitatif dengan program Iteman 3.00 diperoleh 115 butir soal tergolong baik. (3) Analisis dengan Bilog MG 3 PL 77 butir soal (66,96%) masuk kategori baik.Kata kunci: bank soal, tingkat kesulitan, daya beda, pseudo guessing, expert judgment, informasi butir dan tes______________________________________________________________ THE ITEM CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FINAL SEMESTER TEST AS A PREPARATION FOR ENGLISH ITEM BANKAbstract This research aims at developing a pilot english test item bank of the 2nd grade junior high school based on: (1) the characterisctics of test items for final semester test; (2) the total number of test items for the 2nd grade junior high school in Yogyakarta Special Province. This descriptive quantitative research used 6554 samples of students’ answer sheets in 2009 and also employs expert judgment to review the construct, language, as well as the materials of the questions. Students’ responses were also analyzed by using Iteman 3.00, Bilog MG 3.0 3 PL. The result of qualitative analysis with expert judgment which shows that 105 out of the 150 test items are categorized as “good”, and the other are “bad”. The quantitative analysis with Iteman 3.00 shows that 115 out of the 150 test items are categorized as “good” and the quantitative analysis with Bilog MG 3.00 3 PL shows that 67% test items are categorized as good. <p>This study aimed to describe the management acceleration program in terms of planning, organizing, actuating, and monitoring learning in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were principal, manager acceleration, acceleration secretary, and homeroom teacher. Results of research: Planning accelerated program in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School done by preparing teachers, finance, infrastructure, learners, curriculum, time, and high school. Learning plan covering the syllabus and lesson plan contains learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, learning resources, and assessment of learning outcomes. Organization of human resources contained in the organizational structure of the school is equipped manager acceleration. Organizing accelerated learning includes the step before learning, implementation, and after learning. Teachers organize learning materials to learners’ learning time. Acceleration managers manage learning activities acceleration in school and outside of school. Actuating of accelerated program refers to the RPP and half of each subject program. Implementation of the learning stages: introduction, core activities, and cover. Monitoring the acceleration of learning is done directly by the students, parents of students, and managers acceleration. Learners and parents provide input on school. Manager acceleration control feasibility study. Principal using monitoring results into training materials for teachers. Accelerated learning assessment carried out by the teacher. Teacher evaluations are conducted by the principal and foundations. Reporting accelerated learning is done on the parents of learners.</p>
