Scouting activities are external activities that take advantage of teaching arrangements and adjustments for each scout section that has noble character. This research means directing and familiarizing every part of the scouts to have a sensible personality. Reconnaissance exercises are very successful in instilling character in the young children of the class. The reason for holding this exam is to decide on the technique of observing character values at SD Islam Al-Qur'an Banda Aceh. This examination uses an interesting subjective where data collection is completed by interviews, observation and documentation. The consequences of learning exercises that contain character appreciation and have a positive impact are directed through the level of consistency of adjustment. The framework between the training program and students is completed in a coordinated manner. So often reconnaissance drills are directed through constant adjustments. Developments in the field of technology have an impact on human life in various aspects, not least in the field of transportation. The development of technology inevitably affects people's mindsets. This condition also results in conventional rickshaws having decreased orders. The presence of online transportation causes competition such as injustice over the unequal income of each rickshaw puller and the increasing number of passengers in online transportation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews (interviews), documentation. The results showed that the characteristics inherent in conventional pedicab drivers are male, poorly educated, do not know the age limit, are Muslim and predominantly come from the Acehnese tribe. The presence of online application-based transportation in Banda Aceh has a positive impact in meeting the needs of transportation that is practical, safe, comfortable, and inexpensive, on the other hand online transportation has had an impact on conventional transportation namely conventional Pedicab drivers, Pedicab driver income has decreased orders so that driver deposit income conventional pedicabs are reduced every day. The presence of online transportation makes unsettled conventional rickshaw drivers, so online transportation drivers are less liked by conventional rickshaw drivers.Keywords: Impact, Conventional Pedicab, Online.

Productivity of Emerging Word Combinations in Toddlers With Specific Expressive Language Impairment

This study investigated whether young children with specific expressive language impairment (SELI) learn to combine words according to general positional rules or specific, grammatic relation rules. The language of 20 children with SELI (4 females, 16 males, mean age of 33 months, mean MLU of 1.34) was sampled weekly for 9 weeks. Sixteen of these children also received treatment for two-word combinations (agent+action or possessor+possession). Two different metrics were used to determine the productivity of combinatorial utterances. One metric assessed productivity based on positional consistency alone; another assessed productivity based on positional and semantic consistency. Data were analyzed session-by-session as well as cumulatively. The results suggest that these children learned to combine words according to grammatic relation rules. Results of the session-by-session analysis were less informative than those of the cumulative analysis. For children with SELI ready to make the transition to multiword utterances, these findings support a cumulative method of data collection and a treatment approach that targets specific grammatic relation rules rather than general word combinations.

This study aims to: (1) develop thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade V elementary school students, (2) Know the validity, practicality and effectiveness of thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade students V elementary school. The development of thematic textbook learning media based on local wisdom uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The development stages include: (1) Potentials and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product testing, (7) Product revision (Sugiyono, 2016). The research was conducted with 33 students from class V SDN 2 Sendang Jepara Regency. Initial product development is a process of making media based on needs analysis. Expert testing or validation was carried out by 2 experts, namely media experts and material experts. The data collection method in this research is observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and comparison test of two independent groups, namely using the independent t-test. Based on the results of the trial, this thematic teaching material is very valid, very interesting, effective and can be applied in learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test from three experts which show that the product is good. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the experimental class students had better learning outcomes than the control class. This means that textbooks based on local wisdom of Jepara Regency are developed effectively

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.The aims of this research were to know the positive and negative impact of teacher turn over at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih Kabupaten Batang. This research was use analytical descriptive qualitative approach with depth interview, questionnaire and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this research shows that the positive impact occur more than the negative impact when there was teacher turn over; and the presence of a new teacher become student’s favourite on creativity, learning innovation, and motivation aspects.

This study aims to develop learning comic media that valid good environment and bad environment toward natural sciences learning in environment theme for class III elementary school.. Data collection instrument consicts of interview sheet, questionnaire on teacher needs, quesionnaire on student needs,  quesionnaire on professional media valid, quesionnaire on material expert, quesionnaire teacher responses and quesionnaire students responses. Result from this study showed that data analysis, professional media valid and learning material expert indicate assessment of comic media with average of value professional media I is 91,67% and professional media II is 85%  while result material expert I is 91,67% and maerial expert II is 85%. From that average result indicate that media is reasonable and valid for used to be learning media.

The Research aimed to determine factors that influencing the purchase decision of oriflame’s product. This research was take in two variables that affect the decision to purchase the green marketing (X1) and Product Quality (X2). Data collection using non-probability technique and the kind of the purposive sampling spread at les 100 respondents in Purwakarta that are active and ever of Oriflame’s consumer products. The research analyzed through the software SPSS 22. The outcome of this research, in partial such green marketing and the product quality have had a significant positive impact of the purchase decision. The whole dependent variable simultaneously influence of the purchase decision with F value count 55,587 and the economic situation of significant 0,000 < 0.05. R square value showed the results of 0,534 having meaning that whole of dependent variable influential simultaneously as many as 53,4 %.

The almost instantaneous access to information provided by technological advances has revolutionized the behavior of people and of the classrooms too. Teachers had to adapt themselves to new technologies to maintain students interested and attentive to the discipline being taught. In this work, the behavior of the students of the 6th grade of elementary school II during class was observed. The school chosen is a public school in the State of São Paulo (Brazil). The research was based on data collection. The students were observed by being filmed during six months. The results showed that the students were interested in the classes and committed to the activities. The place that the student chooses to sit in the classroom influences the behavior of the teacher, because the more distant the teacher, the less he participates in the class.
