Abstract. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the strategy Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping in improving stress management SMA Negeri 1 Barru. This research is a quantitative model of pre-experimental pre-test post-test group design .. one sample was 22 people, with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the highest percentage obtained after administration of PFCs by 42% which is the highest category, namely the interval 104-114 and strategies EFC scored the highest percentage obtained by 38% which is the highest category, namely the interval 118-125. Hypothesis test results are known to test value t = 0.004 and tt = 2.013 it is seen that the value to <tt value at a significance level of 5%. This means that an increase in stress management through the EFC. The conclusion that the strategy Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping effective in improving stress management students at SMA Negeri 1 Barru.Keywords: problem-focused coping, emotion focused coping,stress management

ABSTRAK. Media pendidikan sebagai salah satu sarana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sangat penting dalam proses PBM. Penggunaan media pendidikan dapat memperbaiki PBM siswa yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang dicapainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) terhadap hasil siswa pada mata pelajaran Motor Bensin kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Motoling. Penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam penelitian Eksperimen Semu (quasi exsperimental). Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain jenis pre-test dan post-test group design. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,4360 dan nilai t tabel 1,6772 artinya  nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka signifikan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif TAI (Team Assisted Individualization)  dan konvensional terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar siswa di SMK N 1 Motoling. This research is categorized as a quasi-experimental research. The research design used in this study was a pre-test and post-test group design. Based on the hypothesis test, the t value is 4.4360 and the t table value is 1.6772, which means that the t value is greater than the t table, so it is significant. These results indicate that there is a significant difference in the use of the cooperative learning model TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) and conventional to the achievement of student learning outcomes at SMK N 1 Motoling. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap prestasi belajar kimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Narmada Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan post test only control group design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling karena anggota populasi sudah homogen berdasarkan data nilai ujian semester ganjil siswa kelas XI IPA. Kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Post test digunakan sebagai instrumen utama penelitian, selain itu portofolio juga digunakan sebagai instrumen kedua penelitian ini. Hasil uji beda (uji-t) post test dengan taraf signifikan 5% menunjukkan thitung (4,105) > ttabel (2,000) sehingga H0 ditolak. Uji-t dilakukan juga pada hasil portofolio yang menunjukkan thitung (2,89) > ttabel (2,000). Berdasarkan kedua hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model konvensional terhadap prestasi belajar kimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Narmada Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, prestasi belajar kimia Abstract: The objective of the research was to know the effect of Project-Based Learning towards the student’s chemistry learning achievement class XI IPA of SMAN 1 Narmada in 2013/2014 academic year. This research used a quasi-experimental research design with the design of post-test only control group design. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique because members of populations have homogeneous based on data value semester exams of class XI science students. Class XI IPA 1 as experimental group was threated by project-based learning model and class XI IPA 3 as control group was threated by conventional learning models. Post test is used as an basic instrument. In addition, the portofolio is as a second instrument of this research.. The results of post-test hypothesis test using a different test (t-test) with a significance level of 5% showed tacc (4.105)> ttable (2.000) so that H0 is rejected. Hypothesis testing is also performed on the results of portfolio show tacc (2.89)> ttable (2.000). Based on these results, we can conclude that project-based learning model provides give a better effect than the conventional models of the student’s chemistrylearning achievement class XI IPA of SMAN 1 Narmada in 2013/2014 academic year.Keywords:     project-based learning model, the students’s chemistry achievement learning

The problem raised is the absence of data on the implementation of prisoner parachute-assisted training methods that can increase the short running speed of amateur football players. This study aims to determine the effect of parachute resistance assisted training methods on running speed. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research method with the modified pre-test-post-test group design. The subjects of this study were 10 male amateur football players aged 18-20 years. The test instrument in this study is to measure the running speed using the 30 meters sprint test. Data were analyzed using t-test paired sample t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis showed that the parachute resistance assisted training method had an effect on running speed (sig value = 0.000). Thus, the parachute resistance assisted training method is suitable to be applied to increase the running speed of amateur football players. This research can be further developed by increasing the number of samples and applied to professional football players.

This study aims  to determine of learning result in Guided Inquiry based SETS for buffer solution. The research conducted was SMA 55 Jakarta carried in 3th of April to 24th of Mar 2017. The study used purposive sampling technique,  from three class taken two classes obtained XI MIA A was treated as the experimental group using the Guided Inquiry learning based SETS, obtained class XI MIA B was treated as control group using the Guided Inquiry. The study used post-test group design. Test instruments used essay. Data of test instrument result,analyzed by statistical analysis test is comparison test of both class post-test value. The result is t-count = 1,868 while the t-table value at 5% significance level is 1,669. The concluded that there is influence of student learning result by  using guided inquiry based on SETS. This study used experimental research, with a Randomized Pre and Post Test Group Design. This study consisted of 3 groups: the Pump It Up group, the Zig Zag Run game group, and the Shuttle Run game control group with a sample of each group of 10. The Agility Illionis Test was chosen as the agility test instrument. The exercise was done three days a week for four weeks. Anova test results showed that there was a significant effect of Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises on agility with indigo p <0.05, and LSD test showed there were differences in Pump It Up with Ziz Zag Run, there were differences in Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run with indigo p <0.05. The conclusion of this research was that Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises increase agility

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan pukulan lurus setelah diberikan penerapan latihan push-up dan latihan pull-up pada siswa estrakulikuler pencak silat di SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen . Dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang, dengan desain yang digunakan adalah pre test- pre test group design. Instrumen penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan pukulan lurus dengan menggunakan tes pukulan lurus olahraga pencak silat. Selisih rata-rata pree tes dan post tes menunjukan adanya perubahan signipikan dari latihan push-up dan latihan pull-up, dimana hasil rata-rata pre test  48,63 dan hasil rata-rata post test 52,8 dengan selisih 4,17. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh thitung 12,26 jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel 1,699, maka nilai thitung  >  ttabel berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan push-up dan latiha pull-up terhadap kemampuan pukulan lurus siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci : Push-up,Pull-up, Pukulan Lurus.Abstract This study aims to increase the straight punch after being given the application of push-up exercises and pull-up exercises to students in the pencak silat estruculicular at the Bengkulu 1 Junior High School. The method used in this research is the experimental method . With a sample of 30 people, the design used was pre-test pre-test group design. The instrument of this study was to determine the increase in straight blows using the straight punch test of pencak silat. The average difference in pree test and post test showed significant changes in push-up exercises and pull-up exercises, where the results of the pre test average were 48.63 and the post test results were 52.8 with a difference of 4.17. The data analysis technique uses the t test. The results obtained were 12.26 tcs when compared with ttable 1.699, then the tcount> ttable means that there is a significant effect of push-up exercises and pull-up exercise on the straight punch ability of extracurricular students at Bengkulu City 1 Junior High School. Keywords: Push-ups, Pull-ups, Straight Blows.

This study aims to show the effect of cooperative models with interactive image media on the mastery of a standard single-handed empty hand. The research method is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test group. The population in this study are class IV and V students of SDN 053 Cisitu, Bandung, total of 302 people. The sample of this study are 80 people with purposive sampling technique. Analysing data through descriptive statistic, normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using SPSS version 25 software for Windows. The results of this study shows that cooperative model with passive image media gives an effect on mastery of single bare handed skill. AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif dengan media gambar hidup terhadap penguasaan jurus tunggal baku tangan kosong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test post-test group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV dan V SDN 053 Cisitu Kota Bandung berjumlah 302 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Analisis data yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kooperatif dengan media gambar diam memberikan pengaruh terhadap penguasaan jurus tunggal baku tangan kosong.

This current study aims at observing the influence of pre-exercise sport massage therapy towards the cultivation of agility to the football player of Universitas Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta. This study has been accomplished in 18 weeks. The population of the study is all of the football player of UTP Surakarta. The samples are 28 athletes. Based on the prerequisite test result, the normality test of the pretest group experiment is at 0,130, the post-test group experiment is at 0,161, the controlled pre-test is at 0,187, the controlled post-test is at 0,168. Based on the normality test, it can be concluded that all of the data are at 0,05 which means that the data distributes the normal frequency. Based on the homogeneity test, this study shows at 0,53 where the data depicts above 0,05, hence the data are homogeny. Based on the result of hypothesis test towards the pre-test and post-test experiment, it can be concluded that the significance level is at 0,328 > 0,05, therefore the null hypothesis which reflects “there are no influence of pre-exercise massage therapy towards the increase of agility to the football player of Universitas Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta” is declined.

The problem that occurred at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Sribhawono is that there are still many learners who have not been able to learn the results of learning economic subjects. To solve the problem, researchers provide one of the learning models that can be applied i.e. model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model of Word square to the outcome of the students ' economic study of class X in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Sribhawono Year lesson 2018/2019. This type of research is a quantitative study with the design of experimental Quasi research and using Non-Equivalent Group Design Research design using two classes of experimental and control classes. The sampling techniques used are saturated sampling.  This is demonstrated by the test results (pre test) where the < This (0.112 < 2.006) Thitung is received and the H1 is rejected which means there is no difference between the average of learners (pre test) students in the control class with the experimental class. As for after treatment, the student test result (post test) is shown by the value Thitung > This (-2.067 > 2.006) then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. The results showed that there was an influence on Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model that helped word square towards economic outcomes of students of class X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Sribhawono learning year 2018/2019
