This study aims to develop a soft skills model based school culture for character education for elementary school students.This study is a Research and Development study with a modified Sugiyono model. This research was conducted in 3 elementary schools in the target area of III, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency. Data collection techniques using test techniques and non-test techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively quantitative and statistical tests using t-test.The results of the research were in the form of a soft skills model design product based on school culture which had components of goal setting, soft skill values, school culture and character education. The soft skills model based on school culture is suitable for use as a learning model in elementary schools. The results of the t test show that t count t table, so that the soft skills model based on school culture is effectively applied in learning.

The development of the nation's character has not shown progress in the progress of its citizens to become more characterized. The phenomenon is that many people's behavior is not by the character imbued with the Pancasila philosophy. This study aims to analyze the program for strengthening character education based on school culture as a strengthening of the civic character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection in interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman method triangulation. The results showed that the school culture-based character education program is a civic reinforcement for students by familiarizing the main character values in religion, nationalism, independence, cooperation in various school cultural activities. In addition, there is support in the implementation of character education programs as an enhancer of entrepreneurial character in Ngrukeman Yogyakarta Elementary School students, such as adequate infrastructure and teacher training. This paper concludes that the school culture-based character education program as a strengthening of the civic character of students in elementary schools can be implemented with the cooperation of various parties in the school. The recommendations in this article are to explore further the school culture-based character education program, especially in elementary schools.

This study aims to determine the potential of the flipped classroom model based on living values education program to strengthen the character education of elementary school students. This research is a literature study using a qualitative descriptive approach by examining journals related to flipped classrooms and journals related to the living values education program. The results of these literature reviews will be used to identify the potential of a flipped classroom model based on a living values education program as a strengthening of character education for elementary school students. Sources of research data are secondary data sources. Data analysis in this literature review is content analysis. The results of this study indicate the potential for a flipped classroom model based on living values education program to strengthen the character education of elementary school students.

The application of soft skills we know and we know in the learning process we usually understand into character education. The mission of El-Yamien Tuban Natural Elementary School explained about the development of soft skills for students. In the process of self-development berakhlakul karimah is a part of the moral curriculum that is owned by el-yamien elementary school to apply good character education with habituation and example. Programs in basic education make the surrounding environment as a source of learning also directly related to building character education, especially to instill a loving soul and care for the surrounding environment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter di SD yang valid, reliabel, dan cocok secara statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model research and development dari Plomp dengan lima fase, yaitu: investigasi, desain, realisasi, tes, dan implementasi. Subjek  penelitian yaitu  siswa kelas V SD di DI Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara, FGD, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, formula Aiken’s V, EFA dan CFA. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu konstruk penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter telah memenuhi syarat validitas, reliabilitas, dan goodness of fit statistic; dan panduan penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter di SD dinilai komprehensif, mudah, dan praktis oleh para guru selaku pengguna.Kata kunci: keterampilan intrapribadi, keterampilan antarpribadi, pendidikan karakter.______________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING OF ASSESSMENT MODEL OF INTRAPERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS BASED ON CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Abstract The objectives of this study is to develop the assessment model of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills in character education of elementary school students that fit into the criteria of validity, reliability and goodness of fit statistic. This study used plomp’s research and development model which consisted of five phases, namely: investigation, design, realization, testing, and implementation. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of the elementary schools in Yogyakarta Special Region. The data were collected using a questionnaire, documentation, interview, focus group discussion, and observation, and analyzed using the descriptive analysis, formula aiken's V, Exploratory FactorAnalysis (EFA), and  Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study are as follows, (1) the assessment construct of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills based on character education for elementary school students has fulfilled  the criteria of validity, reliability, and the goodness of fit statistic. Educational activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have undergone many changes, including character education for elementary school students in Indonesia. These changes affect the design of the assessment of character education. The problem in this research is how to implement character education during the Covid-19 pandemic in elementary schools. This research aims to describe the implementation of character education in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique is a documentation study. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. The results of this research include the implementation of character education, character values, character education strategies, evaluation of character education, the role of teachers and parents. This research concludes that character education is needed by students and is carried out by teachers. Teachers carry out character assessments and are adapted to the conditions of covid-19 and the real situation of students. The dominant character values implemented are religious values, and values relevant to the Covid-19 condition such as health, caring, tolerance, responsibility, etc. The online learning media used are WhatsApp, activity videos, video calls, zoom, google form. Teachers and parents share roles and work together in carrying out the learning process and character education at home.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of the character education module based on the school literacy movement. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD). The research subjects used were fifth grade elementary school students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data was collected using observation sheets, interview sheets, photos of activities, and filling out questionnaires. Sources of data obtained from filling out questionnaires, observations, and responses from school principals, class teachers, subject teachers, students, and school committees on the implementation of the module. The resulting module is validated by material experts and module experts. Small group trials were conducted in fifth grade SDN Mojoluhur, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Meanwhile, product use trials were carried out in fifth grade SDNs in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and using the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the module. The questionnaire instrument test used validity and reliability, while the quality of the module in the study used expert validation. The results showed: (1) a character education module developed based on the school literacy movement for elementary schools; (2) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is declared valid, the percentage of eligibility criteria for the validator is 75% (feasible) and 83% (very feasible); (3) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is effective for instilling character education in elementary school students. This is shown in the t test the effectiveness of -121.696 1.86 was obtained and the average student character questionnaire before and after using the module increased by 30.08%; (4) the results of teacher responses from observations showed 75.6% (good).

This study aims to describe the values ​​of character education in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih and its relevance for strengthening the character of elementary school students. The data of this research is the story of Bawang Merah Bawang Putih which was obtained from the fairy tale book by Runna Aulia and Ghais Ramadhani. The data collection technique used is documentation. This stage of the data analysis technique is carried out by data condensation. Presentation of data, as well as conclusions and verification of research results. The results of this study are 5 character values ​​contained in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, such as the value of the character of hard work, the value of the character of discipline, the value of the character of responsibility, the value of the character of social care, the value of the character of curiosity. This study also found 5 character values ​​that exist in strengthening character education, such as the value of telligiosity, nationalism, integrity, independence and mutual cooperation. The characters in this fairy tale can also be used as learning content at school. there are good examples so that students can find good learning to be applied to everyday life such as the school environment, community and family environment.

Background: Health promotion is an effort to distribute health messages to all levels of society. In order for the achievement of the main purpose of health promotion , media or tools are needed so  health promotion becomes effective and efficient. The lack of availability of health promotion media especially in elementary schools is still low, so that it affects the low condition of student knowledge and attitudes in healthy behaviors. Purpose: This study was aimed to determine the availability of health promotion media in elementary schools (SD) in Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Methods: This study was conducted on December 2017 to July 2018 with a total sample of 31 elementary schools. The study uses a descriptive design that is described in depth about the availability of health promotion media in elementary schools. Results: The results showed that out of 31 elementary schools located in Kramatwatu sub-district, it was found that 64.5% of elementary schools had health promotion media, 29.0% of elementary schools stated that the type of health promotion media were posters, 19.4% were available as health promotional media in book form. A total of 38.7% stated that the number of health promotion media was lacking, 25.8% of the number of health promotion media was sufficient. The health promotion media that are most often accessed by elementary school students were books (67.7%). Conclusion: the availability of health promotion media in elementary schools of Kramatwatu District is still categorized as low.

If we agreed that human beings and their thoughts are the products of an educational process that they obtain, it can be said that the nature and behavior of humans that damage the environment are caused by the education that they got less optimal in strengthenig environmental wisdom. Because of that the lesson of Islamic Education should be able to be optimally given early for children, such as children of primary school. Environmental-oriented of Islamic Education needs to be given to students such as teaching them about the importance of caring for and preserving the environment and its functions. The focus of this paper is conceptual discussion of environmental oriented Islamic education in elementary schools concerning the basis, significance and implementation. Problem that want to be revealed through this paper: First, in Islam, what underlies the importance of Islamic education with environmental wisdom given to elementary school students? Second, why does Islam strongly emphasize the importance of strengthening environmental wisdom through Islamic education? Third, how should Islamic education with environmental wisdom given to elementary school students?
