This study applies the scale of Ricardo & Jolly in 1997 to measure the impact of corporate culture on the employee's commitment at Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank in An Giang Branch (Sacombank An Giang). The study utilises Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and Linear regression to verify and evaluate the scale. The adjustment coefficient R2 = 0.391 means that 39.1% of the variation of the employee's commitment dependent variable is explained by 8 independent variables in the regression model. Besides, 60.9% of employee commitment variation is explained by other factors that have not been included in the research model. The results show that the elements of banking communication (Beta = 0.283), teamwork (Beta = 0.260), risk taking in innovation and innovation (Beta = 0.176), fairness and consistency in governance policy (Beta = 0.163), rewards and recognition (Beta = 0.159) and training and development (Beta = 0.146) affect the commitment of employees at Sacombank in An Giang. The research results will be the basis for Sacombank An Giang to recognize the factors that affect employees' commitment to the bank, enabling the bank to plan to improve employee cohesion with the bank and develop a team of professional personnel. At the same time, the study proposes advanced governance implications of elements of corporate culture to employee's commitment in Sacombank An Giang. The movement of professionals from one organisation to another in quest for satisfaction has been a matter of serious concern to health organisations especially Shisong hospital in Kumbo east health district, Bui Division of the Northwest Region of Cameroon. This hospital sought to reduce this labour turnover and increase employee satisfaction through promotion, which is one of its internal recruitment sources. The question has been whether the use of promotion will lead to employee satisfaction and commitment and reduce the urge to leave this organisation. An investigation has been done using a close ended questionnaire with 166 employees of this hospital to prove if significant relationships exist between promotion and employee satisfaction; employee satisfaction and employee commitment; and promotion and employee intention to quit the organisation. Correlation analysis concluded that there is a significantly strong relationship between promotion and employee satisfaction, a significantly very strong relationship between employee satisfaction and employee commitment and a negatively weak significant relationship between promotion and employee intention to quit this Hospital. Specially, it has been realised that even employees who have not experienced promotion in Shisong hospital are not willing to quit their job as a result of promotion. There will therefore be need to investigate the reason for this special result. Based on promotion alone, much is left to be desired from Shisong hospital.

The 21st century is often called the “age of talent.” Globalization has influenced both organizational processes and employee training, creating an increased need for educated, skilled, and adaptable employees. Training and development has become an integral part of most organizations’ efforts to develop and maintain competitive advantage, with an emphasis on creating learning organizations. These changes in the methods, modes and quantity of training have made it challenging to quantify the amount of training occurring across workplaces. This article takes the view that in order to understand the impact of training on organizations, it is important to conceptualize where and through whom training activities occur. We can think of the training and development profession as consisting of a series of four tiers, with the T&D function occurring less centrally within each tier. Tier I members of the training and development profession occupy jobs in which training and development are paramount to their roles and occupy the vast majority, if not all, of their time. Tier II professionals may be the primary person within the organization responsible for training and development, but the training is often limited to a particular focal area. A whole host of supervisory occupations might be considered Tier III jobs because of the close relation supervisors often have with the employees they supervise. Tier IV training and development professionals may come from any occupational background, and this is where much of informal training occurs.

Worms are still a serious problem for poor and developing countries. Children, especially school-age children, are more at risk of infection. Efforts need to be made to prevent the effects of worms. Prevention can be done through a promotive approach. This observational study with a pre-posttest and cross-sectional approach is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of health education on healthy and helminthic behavior and analyzing the impact of helminthiasis on the deficit in the diet and children’s learning achievement. The number of samples is 60 students from five grade 3 and 4 elementary schools in North Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The sampling technique was carried out by proportional random sampling. Worm infection in elementary school students was 16.7%, anemia was 55%, and learning achievement scores were less than the average grade of 55%. There was a significant difference in health counseling towards a decrease in the worm number (p=0.046). There was a significant relationship between healthy living behavior and helminthiasis (p=0.005). There was a significant relationship between helminthiasis and anemia (p=0.017). There is a relationship between helminthiasis and learning achievement in elementary school children (p=0.017). There is a relationship between anemia and learning achievement (p=0.005). It is necessary for public health centers to provide treatment services for worms and health education about the effects of helminthiasis on health and learning achievement. The school should provide hand washing facilities in schools, and parents should play an active role in improving clean and healthy lifestyle habits at home.

As the supplement of buyers' original reviews on products, online additional reviews were supported by some B2C websites recently. That is to say, consumers could post their recommendations or comments again in several months. This paper attempts to measure the impacts of additional reviews on consumers, as well as to investigate whether they are different from those of original ones. Our results not only indicate that purchasing intention, attitude certainty and after-sales service have significant relationship with additional reviews, but also show that additional reviews have greater influence on consumers than original ones. But contrary to our expectations, as for the impacts of additional reviews on consumer's attitude certainty, no significant difference can be found between different product types, as well as between consumers with different involvement levels. Our research fills the online reviews gap, and the empirical implication of additional review provides a reference to B2C ecommerce practice.

For this purpose researchers build a conceptual model taking peer support, family insight, Intrinsic rewards, training and development as independent variables. For the data collection researchers developed five likerd scale questionnaires which have been distributed to the teachers working in private institutions. Total 145 questionnaire was distributed from which 122 questionnaire returned to us. From the filled questionnaires 14 were incomplete and rejects from analysis.Researchers use linear regression to analyze the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable job satisfaction. The results shows that intrinsic reward and leadership support have positive significant relationship with job satisfaction, but the family insights show negative significant relationship. Peer support training and development have positive insignificant relationship with our dependent variable job satisfaction. The researchers concludes that the teachers working in private institutions in Rahim yar Khan (Pakistan) demand respect from their head of institutes which are consider more valuable instead of monitory rewards.
