This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of education and training and behavior of individuals on the performance of employees, (2) the effect of education and training on the performance of employees (3) the impact of individual behavior on employee performance the Department of Transportation Solok. This type of research is ex post facto. The study population was all employees of the Department of Transportation Solok. While the sample is total sampling of 41 people. Data taken with indirect communication technique using questionnaires as a data collection tool.  The results of this study were (1) a significant difference and positive education and training and behavior of individuals on the performance of employees, (2) there is a significant effect and positive education and training on the performance of employees, (3) there is a significant and positive influence on the performance of individual behavior of employees at the Department of Transportation in Solok (a) education and training for employees often conducted by the Department of Transportation in Solok (b) the behavior of individual employees both categories (3.79) (c) performance employees were high (3.82) and means that employees often carry out activities that could improve its performance. Finally suggested to the leadership of the Department of Transportation Solok needs to be improved implementation of education and training for employees. Head of staff should be working to improve the motivation of work, work engagement and improve performance, especially indicators of quantity and quality of services to the community.

This research aims to determine the effect of the level of education and training on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. This research is ex post facto research. The sample of this research is the Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi employees who have attended education and training (Diklat) in 2020, totaling 39 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test with normality test and linearity test and the hypothesis test used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the effect was in the moderate category as indicated by the regression equation Y = 0.870X + 13,584 with a regression coefficient of 0.745, a coefficient of determination of 0.555, and obtained a count of 6.788 greater from t table (6,788>2,026). Based on the coefficient of determination 0.555, it means that 55.5% of employee performance is influenced by the education and training of employees while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi kalsik dengan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sedang yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,870X + 13,584 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,745, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,555 dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,788 lebih besar dari ttabel (6,788>2,026). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi 0,555 artinya 55,5% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai sementara sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation and education and training on the performance of private employees, in which this research was conducted at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study was determined based on Slovin formula, so that a sample of 72 people was obtained, while the approach used in sampling was through simple random sampling. While the data analysis in this study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research on the motivation variable, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2.652> 1.994) with a significance level of 0.010 smaller than 0.05. Then H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya Pekanbaru. While the results of testing on education and training variables, the results obtained that the value of t count is greater than t table (2,084> 1,994) with a significance level of 0.041 smaller than 0.05. Then H2 is accepted, Based on the results of the t test above it can be concluded that education and training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. In a simultaneous test (F test), obtained f count greater than f table that is equal to 86,600> 3.13 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05, this means that H3 is accepted. Which means that simultaneously the motivation and education variables and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. So it can be concluded that motivation and education and training together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of private employees at PT. Hasrat Tata Jaya  Pekanbaru. The large impact caused by the two variables is 71.50%, this explains that motivation and education and training have an effect of 71.50% on the performance of employees at PT. The Desire of Tata Jaya Pekanbaru, while the rest was not assessed in this study.

ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to establish the impact of dementia education and training on the knowledge, attitudes and confidence of health and social care staff. The study also aimed to identify the most effective features (content and pedagogical) of dementia education and training.DesignCross-sectional survey study. Data collection occurred in 2017.SettingsHealth and social care staff in the UK including acute care, mental health community care trusts, primary care and care homes.ParticipantsAll health and social care staff who had completed dementia education and training meeting the minimal standards as set by Health Education England, within the past 5 years were invited to participate in an online survey. A total of 668 health and social care staff provided informed consent and completed an online survey, and responses from 553 participants were included in this study. The majority of the respondents were of white British ethnicity (94.4%) and identified as women (88.4%).OutcomesKnowledge, attitude and confidence of health and social care staff.ResultsHierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted. Staff characteristics, education and training content variables and pedagogical factors were found to account for 29% of variance in staff confidence (F=4.13, p<0.001), 22% of variance in attitude (knowledge) (F=3.80, p<001), 18% of the variance in staff knowledge (F=2.77, p<0.01) and 14% of variance in staff comfort (attitude) (F=2.11, p<0.01).ConclusionThe results suggest that dementia education and training has limited impact on health and social care staff learning outcomes. While training content variables were important when attempting to improve staff knowledge, more consideration should be given to pedagogical factors when training is aiming to improve staff attitude and confidence.

The essay explores Erasmus' development of a fourth category of rhetoric, the familiar, in its work as a rhetoric of the absent audience in both personal and sociopolitical contexts, and as a rhetoric resonant with early modern theories of friendship and temperance. The discussion is set against a background of Caxton's printing of the translation of Cicero's De Amicitia, because Erasmus casts friendship as the context for appropriate communication between people from quite different education and training, along with the probable rhetoric that enables appropriate persuasion. The probable rhetorical stance of temperate friendship proposes a foundation for a common weal1 based on a co-extensive sense of selfhood. This focus suggests that the familiar rhetoric set out in Erasmus' De Conscribendis epistolis draws on Cicero's rhetoric of sermo2 at the heart of friendship.3 It explores the effects of the rhetorical stance of probable rhetoric, both for personal and social writing, and for political action, and looks at the impact of sermo rhetoric on ideas of identity and civic politics in an age of burgeoning circulation of books (both script and print). The essay concludes with three post-Erasmian case studies in English rhetoric [Elyot, Wilson, Lever] that use probable rhetoric to document approaches to individual and civic agency and which offer insights into the Western neoliberal state rhetorical structures of today.

The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of education and training effect on Selling Skill of employees of Bank Aceh After Conversion amounting to 1220 that is on score "Very High". Does the effectiveness of education and training affect Selling Skill, Knowledge and work culture of Bank Aceh after Conversion employees? Selling Skill enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1,212, Knowledge enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1.220 and the Working Culture enters the score ranking "Very Height "of 1.213. This means that the three variables are very effective effect on employees of Bank Aceh Caban Idi East Aceh. Does the effectiveness of education and training affect the employee's work culture that has a very high impact of 1.213, this indicates that in addition to the knowledge that must be owned by employees must also have a good work culture in order to improve the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Branch Idi Aceh Timur. . Although Knowledge becomes the main point of the appraisal result, it remains that other variables should not be ruled out as they are interdependent in order to effectively improve the employee performance of Bank Aceh Branch Idi post-conversion. When viewed from the comparison between Education and Training on Selling Skill, Knowledge and Working Culture, it is known that Training is more effective than education that has a score of 1.222.This indicates that the Aceh Bank should more often provide training to employees in order to improve employee effectiveness Bank Aceh After Conversion. Apakah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill, Knowledge dan budaya kerja karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi yakni Selling Skill masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.212, Knowledge masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.220 dan Budaya Kerja masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.213. Artinya bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh efektif terhadap karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. Apakah efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada budaya kerja karyawan yakni terdapat pengaruh yang Sangat Tinggi sebesar 1.213, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain knowledge yang harus dimiliki oleh karyawan juga harus memiliki budaya kerja yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. . Walaupun Knowledge (Pengetahuan) menjadi poin utama dari hasil penilaian, akan tetap variabel-variabel yang lain tetap tidak boleh dikesampingkan karena semuanya saling keterkaitan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi secara efektif pasca konversi.Jika dilihat dari perbandingan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Selling Skill, Knowledge dan Budaya Kerja, maka diketahui bahwa Pelatihan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yakni memiliki skor sebesar 1.222.Hal ini menandakan bahwa Bank Aceh harus lebih sering memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi. Purpose The authors assumed PSM would be higher in the public sector, but they set up a trial to find out if this was the case. Design/methodology/approach To test their theories, the authors conducted two independent surveys. The first consisted of 220 usable responses from public sector employees in Changsha, China. The second survey involved 260 usable responses from private sector employees taking an MBA course at a university in the Changsha district. A questionnaire was used to assess attitudes. Findings The results found no significant difference between the impact of public sector motivation (PSM) on employee performance across the public and private sectors. The data showed that PSM had a significant impact on self-reported employee performance, but the relationship did not differ much between sectors. Meanwhile, it was in the private sector that PSM had the greatest impact on intention to leave. Originality/value The authors said the research project was one of the first to test if the concept of PSM operated in the same way across sectors. It also contributed, they said, to the ongoing debate about PSM in China.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were 79 people and 40 people samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance, with education and training became the dominant factor influencing work performance. Keywords: Leadership, Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal (Kanwil Ditjen) Perbendaharaan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan faktor Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang menjadi faktor yg berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Regulation of the Head of National Institute of Public Administration (Lembaga Administrasi Negara: LAN) Number 13 year 2013 as amended by Regulation of the Head of National Institute of Public Administration Number 20 year 2015 on the Guidelines for the Implementation of Education and Training Program on Grade-IV Leadership Management mandates to apply other learning methods in addition to classical method, as: adviser (Coaching and mentoring) and counseling. One of the problems in implementing this education and training program is applying coaching method. Ineffective Coaching method can cause participants to be less motivated and the training output is not optimal. There are many methods of coaching, but what methods are most effective and efficient to apply in this Grade-IV leadership management education and training program? Study on the impact of Coaching methods for effective learning on participants in Education and Training Program on Grade-IV Leadership Management batch II and III year 2018 at the Human Resource Development Center for Apparatus, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), was conducted by using a qualitative approach. The discussion in this study is focused on what the effect of several Coaching methods for participants of Education and Training Program on grade-IV Leadership Management. Results show that Coaching is done through stimulation, powerful questions, and creative dialogue so that participants get the best achievement as expected. ABSTRAKPeraturan Kepala Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) Nomor 13 Tahun 2013 yang telah diubah dengan Peraturan Kepala LAN Nomor 20 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat) Kepemimpinan Tingkat IV mengamanatkan pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran selain dari pengajaran mata diklat dalam kelas, berupa: pembimbingan (coaching dan mentoring) dan konseling. Salah satu permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat IV adalah sejauh mana penerapan metode Coaching itu sendiri. Metode Coaching yang kurang efektif dapat menyebabkan peserta didik menjadi kurang termotivasi sehingga output diklat tidak optimal. Ada banyak sekali metode coaching, namun metode seperti apakah yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan dalam Diklatpim Tingkat IV ini? Penelitian tentang pengaruh metode coaching terhadap Peserta Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat IV Angkatan II dan III di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (KESDM), dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif (campuran). Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengaruh penerapan beberapa metode coaching terhadap peserta Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat IV. Hasil pene- litian menunjukkan bahwa metode coaching yang dilakukan melalui stimulasi, pertanyaan powerful, dan dialog kreatif mengarahkan peserta didik memperoleh prestasi terbaik seperti yang diharapkan.
