This study aims to determine the management of housings loans to minimize nonperforming loans at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (Case Study of the DKI Jakarta). The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview and observation. After the data is collected, then systematically arrange, it is type of debitor, type of credit, credit term, requairement of credit, credit management in this case control using the 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), credit decisions and credit agreements. After the data is compiled systematically then concluded. The results of the study are that there are 2 (two) types of Bank BTN Debitors are regular BTN  and priority BTN. In 2019, control credit management BTN DKI Jakarta branch is non effective, this is seen from the result of NPL increased to 4,83% while in 2018 only 2,56%. The NPL increased was dominated because debitors experienced disasters such as floods. Nevertheless, the risk base BTN rating is still at a good, and including a healthy bank, in accordance with Bank Indonesia nomore than 5%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kredit pemilikan rumah untuk meminimalisir kredit macet pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (Studi Kasus Cabang DKI Jakarta). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian disusun secara sistematis yakni: jenis debitur, jeniskredit, jangka waktu kredit, persyaratan umum kredit, manajemen kredit dalam hal ini pengendalian kredit menggunakan prinsip 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), Keputusan Kredit dan Akad Kredit. Setelah data disusun secara sistematis lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh yakni Tipe Debitur pada Bank BTN terdiri dari 2(dua) yakni BTN Reguler dan BTN prioritas. Manajemen kredit tahun 2019 pada Bank Tabungan Negara cabang DKI Jakarta dalam hal pengendalian kredit masih kurang efektif dilihat dari hasil pengukuran NPL tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 4,83% dibandinkan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 2,56%. Peningkatan NPL tersebut didominasi karena debitur mengalami bencana seperti banjir. Meskipun demikian, tingkat kesehatan Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang DKI Jakarta masih pada ambang batas termasuk bank yang sehat, sesuai ketetapan  Bank Indonesia tidak lebih dari 5%.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven.  Abstrak: Degradasi moralitas kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada kalangan anak-anak remaja (peserta didik) berada pada kondisi yang cukup memprihatinkan. Tergambarkan dari begitu banyaknya permasalahan anak-anak remaja yang kita saksikan, baik secara langsung maupun dari berbagai media. Sebagai tempat pendidikan formal, tentu saja sekolah memiliki peran tersendiri sebagai wadah dalam menempa moralitas dan karakteristik peserta didik. Sekolah memiliki berbagai sumber daya, akan tetapi apakah sumber daya tersebut telah dikelola dengan seksama? Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Selain itu peneliti juga bertindak langsung sebagai key instrument untuk mendapatkan data yang jauh lebih mendalam dan bermakna saat dilapangan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen kurikulum berperan besar dalam keberhasilan sekolah mencapai visi, misi, tujuan, dan program-program sekolah yang dicanangkan. Salah satu faktor penunjang manajemen kurikulum tersebut adalah sikap dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sebagai ujung tombak dalam manajemen kurikulum, kepala sekolah mengambil peran yang luar biasa sebagai inspirator, motivator, figur keteladanan, supervisi akademik, dan manajerial bagi segenap elemen yang ada di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum, Pendidikan Karakter CHARACTER BUILDING BASED CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT AT SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI UJUNG MENTENG 01 PAGI JAKARTA Abstract: The degradation of the morality of nation and state life among children (learners) is in a fairly apprehensive condition. It has been described by so many problems among children, either directly or from various media. As a place of formal education, of course the school has its own role in forging the morality and characteristics of learners. School has a variety of resources, but has it been carefully managed? From this background, this research aims to analyze, explore and describe how character-based curriculum management is implemented in schools. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach of case study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In addition, researcher also acts directly as a key instrument when in the field to obtain data which is much more profound and meaningful from various relevant sources. The results show that the functions of curriculum management play major roles in the success of the school to achieve the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school that proclaimed. One of the factors supporting the management of the curriculum is the attitude and style of leadership of the principal. As a spearhead in curriculum management, the principal takes extraordinary roles either as an inspirator, a motivator, an exemplary figure, an academic supervisor, or manager for all elements of the school. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Character Building

The article discusses the procedures of filing a plea to execute verdicts on providing māḍiyah maintenance and the effort to implement the verdicts in Syar’iyyah Court Banda Aceh.  The study was conducted with a qualitative approach and the collected data were analyzed with a descriptive-analysis method based on Islamic law perspective. The result shows that the procedure and the legal effort to file an execution toward the verdict related to māḍiyah maintenance in Syar’iyyah Court are distinguished into two types of divorce, i.e. talak divorce and filed divorce. In talak divorce, the execution of the verdict related to maintenance is conducted during the reading of the talak pledge. In the filed divorce, the ex-wife’s lawsuit related to maintenance which is neglected by the ex-husband is entitled to be legally sued through filing a plea on execution. The phases as follows: (1) the ex-wife files a plea of execution to the court, (2) pay the execution cost, (3) aanmaning (a warning to the defendant), (4) the ex-husband and ex-wife comply with the summons by the court, (5) the court establishes executorial beslag (executing confiscation), (6) the court establishes an execution order, (7) an auction. According to the Islamic perspective, the execution of māḍiyah maintenance can be conducted following the ex-wife’s lawsuit to the court. The execution of māḍiyah maintenance can be performed by the court based on the valid provisions of executing māḍiyah maintenance in Syar’iyah Court upon consideration of benefit and expediency principles.

This study aims to analyze income and profitability of processed robusta coffee as a superior product in Tirto Kencono Cooperative. The research method used in this study is a case study. Respondents in this study were manager, suppliers and all people related in the robusta coffee processing unit. The research wasconducted at the Tirto Kencono Cooperative located in Talang 20 Village, Air Naningan Sub-District,Tanggamus District. Data collection was conducted in February 2019 and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that the four products were viable and feasible because the R/C values were more than one on cash costs and total costs. Four products have profitability ratio of more than 0% with the highest profitability ratio was obtained by Green Coffee T20 product (77.40%) and the lowest product was Gendis Coffee T20 (21.24%).Key words : income, profitability, robusta coffee

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.

In 2030-2040 Indonesia will face a demographic bonus so efforts to prepare for this mental revolution must be made to improve the quality of human resources. One way to do that is by increasing literacy culture among early childhood. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 15-minute miss reading innovation program in Ciamis Regency and to find out the factors that hamper the implementation of the 15-minute miss reading innovation program. The method used is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Where data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the 15-minute miss reading innovation program has the support of the local government with the issuance of the Regent's Decree as the basis for the running of this program, lack of coordination and human resources that have become a hindering factor for this program so that it has not run optimally, therefore the strategy undertaken is to carry out socialization about the importance of implementing an innovative 15-minute miss reading program for school children to create an independent, productive and quality young generation in facing the challenges of demographic bonus in Indonesia.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. In the VAT Act taxable entrepreneurs have the obligation to calculate, calculate, deposit and report using the VAT Period VAT. The implementation must be fulfilled by taxpayers as a form of compliance and compliance with the Taxation Law. At present the taxable entrepreneur (agent) of 3 kg LPG cylinders, especially Malang Raya, is in the midst of an issue related to the debt owed and the non-payment of VAT on delivery. The purpose of this study is to evaluate in detail the facts or phenomena related to the implementation of VAT on subsidies for 3 kg LPG cylinders applied to PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya in accordance with the VAT Act. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research is a case study research with descriptive analysis technique with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) Differences in the implementation of VAT applied at PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya. b) Differences of opinion between taxpayers, tax authorities and practitioners in the field of taxation between VAT payable and VAT unpaid for submission. c) Taxpayers consider that the tax authorities only pursue the budget function compared to the regularend function. This research is important to be conducted as a study material for the Government and the Tax Service Office (KPP) to follow up on policies related to the regulation of subsidized LPG 3 kg cylinders. Psychotic is a mental disorder that causes a person's inability to judge reality with his fantasies. The focus of the research is the factors causing the ex-psychotics at Pukesmas Licin. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentaries, then analyzed by interactive models. The results of the research, there is a new reality according to the version of the spikotic person, psychotic is divided into two, namely organic psychotic and functional psychotic. Ex-psychotic is a person who is declared to be recovered 70% medically with realistic testing. Ex-psychotic causes include biological factors, psychological factors, and socio-cultural factors.

Suzuki Finance Indonesia Manado branch and know the effectiveness of the implementation of management control system PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado on lending. The object of this research is PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of the research shows that credit procedure established by the company is clear and good and the implementation of the credit management control system has been running well and has been effective because it meets the elements of management control system.Keywords: Management Control System, Credit Procedure
