Abstrak Kabupaten Boyolali merupakan pusat populasi sapi perah tertinggi di Jawa Tengah. Wilayah yang memiliki populasi sapi perah berada di Kecamatan Cepogo. Berdasarkan mutasi anggota KUD Cepogo tidak semua anggota KUD aktif dalam unit usaha susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi anggota terhadap unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo, menganalisis faktor-faktor pembentuk persepsi terhadap unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo, dan menganalisis pengaruh antara faktor-faktor pembentuk persepsi terhadap unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 67% anggota memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap unit usaha KUD Cepogo. Faktor-faktor pembentuk persepsi anggota terhadap unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo meliputi: pendidikan formal, pendidikan non formal, pengalaman, pendapatan, dan motivasi. Faktor-faktor pembentuk persepsi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi anggota unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo. Secara parsial variabel pengalaman, pendapatan, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi anggota, sedangkan variabel pendidikan formal dan pendidikan non formal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi anggota terhadap unit usaha susu KUD Cepogo.Kata kunci: Unit Usaha Susu, KUD Cepogo, PersepsiAbstract Boyolali Regency is the highest dairy population center in Central Java. The area that has a dairy population is in Cepogo Subdistrict. Based on cepogo kud member mutation, not all kud members are active in milk business unit. This study aims to analyze the perception of members of the cepogo kud milk business unit, analyze the factors that shape the perception of the cepogo kud milk business unit, and analyze the influence between the factors that shape the perception of the cepogo kud milk business unit. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 67% of members have a good perception of cepogo kud business unit. Factors that shape members' perception of Cepogo's dairy business unit include: formal education, non-formal education, experience, income, and motivation. The perception-forming factors simultaneously have a significant effect on the perception of members of the Cepogo KUD dairy business unit. Partial variables of experience, income, and motivation have a significant effect on members' perceptions, while the variables of formal education and non-formal education have no significant effect on members' perception of cepogo's dairy business unit.Keywords: Dairy Business Unit, Kud Cepogo, Perception

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

The object of this research is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Kiwah Business Unit is located at Jalan Raya No. 71. A. Tanjungrejo village, Natar sub-district, South Lampung regency. Engaged in agribusiness and crumb rubber agroindustry qualified Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) for domestic and International market. Problems faced by this company is the discipline and awareness of achievement is still low, the supervision function has not been done properly, so that employee productivity is not optimal as planned. The purpose of this research is; (1) To know the effect of incentives on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency, (2) To know the effect of supervision on employee productivity (3) To know the effect of incentives and supervision on employee productivity. The number of samples is 70 respondents. The result of data analysis using multiple linear regression formula is Y = 5,516 + 0,714 X1 + 0,722 X2 + e. Test Result F significant level 95% is F count 24,47> F Table 3.15. Result of t test of significant level 95% is t count 6,224> t Table 1,667. Thus incentives and supervision significantly affect the productivity of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.
