ABSTRAK Kajian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami dan mendeskripsikan setiap bentuk pemberian dukungan instrumental keluarga bagi anak penyandang disabilitas tunadaksa yang diberikan oleh keluarga.Metode penelitian yang digunakan kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualtatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara mendalam, Observasi   non-partisipasi   dan   Studi   dokumentasi.   Teknik   analisis   data   yang digunakan  adalah  Reduksi  data,  Kategorisasi  data  dan  Penarikan  kesimpulan. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang yang terdiri dari orang tua dan anak penyandang disabilitas tunadaksa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keluarga sebagai orang terdekat memiliki peran yang besar untuk memberikan aspek-aspek dari dukungan instrumental bagi anak dengan disabilitas tunadaksa. Secara umum memang kebutuhan dukungan instrument keluarga bagi anak dengan disabilitas tunadaksa sudah terpenuhi. Akan tetapi masih ditemukan beberapa dukungan Instrumental keluarga yang belum maksimal dalam pemberian dukunganya. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out, understand and describe every form of providing  instrumental support family for children with physical disabilities.. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research method. The research technique used is descriptive study. Data collection techniques used were in- depth interviews, non-participation observations and documentation studies. Data analysis  techniques  used  are  data  reduction,  data  categorization  and  conclusion drawing. The main informants in this study amounted to six people consisting of parents and children with physical disabilities. The results showed that the family as the closest person had a big role to provide aspects of  social  support  which  had  an  impact  on  individual  resilience  of  children  with disabilities, in general indeed the need for four aspects of social support for children with physical disabilities was fulfilled. but there are still some social support that has not been maximized in the provision of support.

ABSTRAKAutisme didefi nisikan sebagai suatu gangguan perkembangan yang kompleks menyangkutkomunikasi, interaksi sosial, dan aktivitas imajinasi. Anak penyandang autis mempunyai masalahgangguan dalam bidang komunikasi, interaksi sosial, sensoris, pola bermain, perilaku, dan emosi.Orangtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis pasti tampak berbeda dari orangtua lainnya.Keberadaan anak autis dengan perilakunya di dalam keluarga menimbulkan stressor tersendiribagi setiap anggota keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian: menguraikan secara mendalam pengalamankeluarga tentang beban dan sumber dukungan keluarga serta makna dalam merawat anak autis.Metode: Desain penelitian metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilanpartisipan dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sebanyak enam partisipan berpartisipasi padapenelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara teknik wawancara mendalam (indepthinterview) dan menggunakan catatan lapangan ( fi eld note). Hasil wawancara mendalam dan catatanlapangan dianalisis menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Hasil: hasil penelitian penelitian mengidentifi kasitujuh tema, yaitu beban psikologis, beban fi nansial, dukungan sosial, dukungan keluarga, perhatiantanpa pamrih, kecewa terhadap pemberi dukungan, dan takdir. Diskusi: Rekomendasi penelitianadalah perawat dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dalam melakukan pengkajian terhadap kebutuhankeluarga dalam merawat klien dengan autis sehingga semakin tepat dalam memberikan intervensikepada keluarga terutama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan meminimalkan beban yangdirasakan keluarga anak dengan autis.Kata Kunci: anak autis, keluarga, beban, sumber dukungan.ABSTRACTAutism is de fi ned as a complex developmental disorder that includes communication, social interactionand imaginative activities. Children with autism have problems in communication, social interaction,sensory processing disorder, play patterns, behaviors and emotions. Parents who have a child withautism will be different from the other parents in every aspect. The existence of a child with autismand his/her behavior are stressor for each member of the family. Objectives: This study is aimedat explain in depth about family’s experience of burden and source of support and their signifi cancefamily in caring for children with autism. Methods: This study employed qualitative method withphenomenological approach. Six participants were taken using purposive sampling. Data werecollected through in-depth interviews and using fi eld notes. The results of in-depth interviews andfi eld notes were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Results: The results of the study identifi ed seventhemes, namely psychological burden, fi nancial burden, social support, family support, selfl essattention, disappointment over support giver, and destiny. Discussion: This study recommends thatnurses improve their competence in assessing the needs of family in caring for clients with autism.So that they will provide interventions more precisely to family, particularly to increase competenceand to minimize the burden carried by families of children with autismKeywords: children with autism, family, burden, source of support.

The domain of social intelligence and development is a critical component of descriptions of human ability and behaviour. Social skills are important for preparing young people to mature and succeed in their adult roles within the family, workplace, and community. For educators, it is increasingly obvious that learning is ultimately a social process. The present study was conducted on the rural area of Puducherry to find out ‘Social development of Adolescence in rural area of Puducherry’. Total 120 adolescent were selected for the study. Data were analysed using median and t-test. Results (1) based on the median value shows that there is social development in Overall sample, Boys, Children of both literate Parents and Children of single literate Parents. On the other hand Girls, adolescence belongs to other backward caste, scheduled caste and Children of both illiterate parents have poor social development. (2) based on t-test shows that there is no significance of difference between the sub-samples of (i) Boys and Girls (ii) Other backward community and Scheduled community (iii) Children of both literate Parents and Children of both illiterate Parents (iv) Children of both literate Parents and Children of single literate Parents (v) Children of both illiterate Parents and Children of single literate Parents.

The prevalence of CHF is increasing every year. The impact of a psychosocial condition requiring comprehensive treatment for CHF in all aspects. One contributing factor to success is the involvement of the family. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the differences of social support towards clients with CHF who were receiving family psychoeducation.  Method: This study used a Quasi -experimental pre-post test without a control group”.  A sample of  25 respondents and sample retrieval techniques with a purposive sampling procedure. The instrument used was an ISSB questionnaire for measuring social support. The intervention group was provided with family psychoeducation that performed 5 sessions. Result and conclusion: The finding this study showed was a significant change before and after the family support family psychoeducation (p-value 0.00<α).  Characteristics of the family and the client is not associated with social support. Family psychoeducation research way recommended developed in a public hospital.

 The research aims to knowing the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in child prisoner. This research is designed by using sampling saturated technique with 53 participants. Variable of family social support using Cutrona’s theory (1987) which consist of 24 items and psychological well-being variable using Ryff’s theory (1989) which consists of 42 items. The research method in data collecyion using scale method. That is the scale of family social support and the Ryff’s psychological well-being scale. Data analysis using the product moment correlation analysis techniques and obtained a comparison coefficient of 0,688 with a sig value.= 0,000 (p< 0,001). Based on the research result shows a positive relationship between family social support and psychological well-being on child prisoner in prison in kutoarjo.

This study aims to analyze and describe the life of street children located in Ilir Timur I District, Palembang City. This study uses the Weber concept of social action. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The design used in this research is exploratory. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. There are 10 informants in this study. The results showed that the causes of the emergence of street children were helping the family economy, meeting personal needs, working habits since childhood, influence from peers / games and disharmony in the family. The life portrait of street children is depicted in three parts, which are seen from the economic, social and educational conditions. Judging from the economic conditions, street children are included in the economic category of the lower middle class. From a social perspective, these street children have a pretty good social relationship with friends and neighbors. But in the family it is not good because the parents and children are busy working. Finally, the education condition of street children is good because there are still children who are in school.

This study aims to determine the background of women or housewives worked as a cleaning service at UIN Suska Riau and to determine the pattern of family financial management of women or housewives who worked as a cleaning service at UIN Suska Riau. The study was conducted at UIN Suska Riau with the object of research is a housewife who works as a cleaning service at UIN Suska Riau. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews with data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis. The results showed that the reason women or housewives worked as a cleaning service at UIN Suska Riau is due to the social and economic aspects. In managing the family finances, respondent does not meet the criteria of good management, because the proper management must meet the following stages, namely stages of planning, implementation, and assessment stages or controlling. However, in the family housewives of new cleaning service only carry out planning stages, while implementing and controlling have not been implemented properly

This Research is a descriptivequanitative which aimed to analyze educational influence IMD on breasfeeding esaklusifin puskesmas Mapilli, Mapilli Subdistrict, PolewaliMandar. The research informants consisted of 12 people. The data collection were conducted through depth interviews, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques using the instructions of Miles and Huberman. This research concluded that (1) the influence between education IMD on giving exclusive breastfeeding. (2) no effect between support family to exclusive breastfeeding because support family and absence suport family mother still give exclusive breastfeeding (3) no effect influece of job status mother with breasfeeding exclusive because is work or does not work mother and equipmentgive exclusive breastfeeding (4) of education IMD ,suport family end job mother to breasfeeding exclusive is the most influence is education IMD. This research put in a nest neednconductied research furthermore by using research design better exampel kohort prospektif and large sampel better to reduce.recall bias and can control triggers and consider aspect determinant ASI.

The purpose of this paper is to strategy to overcome the level of dependence of regional governments on the balance funds in Konawe Utara District and analyze the level of dependence of the North Konawe District government on balance funds. The research method used is a qualitative research method using descriptive analysis method. Through this process, it is expected to emerge a new hypothetical proposition through the interpretation of interactions between attributes and propositions which are then used to construct categories and provide explanations of the phenomena under study. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study, the strategy of the North Konawe District Government in managing the level of dependence on balancing funds in supporting the Regional Expenditure Budget was carried out with 2 (two) patterns: 1) Intensification, namely the North Konawe District Government to optimize Local Revenue by optimizing existing regional tax sources and regional levies; 2) Extensification is to control the level of dependence on balance funds by increasing the revenue of the District of North Konawe by placing more emphasis on expanding new sources of income, namely by developing retribution on fees from the development of market services, parking fees and other fees. The level of regional dependence on balancing funds consisting of Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds is 78.90%, which indicates that the balancing funds contribute significantly to the district's income Konawe Utara. This means that the level of dependence of regional governments on balancing funds is still quite high, which can be reduced by optimizing other sources of income. Keywords: Strategy, Local Government, Balancing Fund

The Indonesian Movement Helps organization located in China helps Indonesian students while studying in China, but some Indonesian students initially had difficulty communicating with the organization. Many Indonesian students are victims of irresponsible scholarship agents. This research aims to analyze the communication barriers of the Indonesian Movement Helps organization in helping Indonesian students in China. This research method is qualitatively descriptive with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. The results found a communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of the climate and culture of the word of mouth communication in Indonesian Movement Helps. The substance of this research is the communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of climate and culture of the word of mouth communication that can be applied to student organizations in other countries.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance motions created by S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects are three figures who are familiar with the Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques were conducted through the stages of data reduction, data description, and conclusion drawing. Data validation was conducted through the triangulation of sources. The results show that the Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance is a Surakarta style traditional dance that combines the feeling of classical dance motions of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace with the sense of motion of Kemlayan village artists. The main idea of the Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance was inspired by Bedaya Bedhah Madiun. The Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance range of motions was taken from the Srimpi Sangupati, the Srimpi Gondokusuma, and the Srimpi Anglirmendung dances range of motions. The characteristics of the range of motions found in the Bedayan Retna Dumilah dance are: 1) Sekaran Lara Retna Dumilah which is a development of the sekaran laras sawit; 2) the standing style sekaran lenggut which is a development of the lenggut on sembahan trapsila and sembahan jengkeng. The two characteristics of the range of motion are not found in the other dances.
