The psychological problem of the formation of communication competence of a military psychologist is conditioned by the unity of the problems faced by our army and the educational programs. It focuses on the process of formation and development of communication skills of the future military psychologist in the field of professional communication, in which the emphasis is on the direction of the future specialist in communication. Based on the results of the research, it is proposed to ensure the principle of uniformity of joint activities in the curricula and the introduction of training and innovation methods for communicative competence formation.

The purpose of the study is to determine the evaluation of the Intercultural Professional-Technology based communication  Based Communicative Competence Formation of Students. Overall 22 respondents of the 2nd year at a State university took part in the research like focus groups. The results were taken by the interview in the Google forms.  The results of the analyzes showed that the development of the intercultural professional-communicative competence of natural studies students is considered to be a very important requirement, and the formation of their professional communication skills can open up great opportunities for the future career of students. Students’ interview has also shown that from methodological aspect a case study technology-based communication is highly valued. Therefore, effective ways of using communicative-cognitive case technology-based communication in the classroom were analyzed and an algorithm for working with it was developed.     Keywords: Intercultural Professional Communicative Competence, technology based communication, cognitive, intercultural.

The article is devoted to the role and possibilities of using phraseology in teaching professional communication skills in Russian to foreign students. As an example, phraseological units are discussed that are used in professional communication in the field of economics and business. The article contains such linguistic characteristics of phraseological units in the economic discourse as semantics, stylistic properties, etymology, communicative value. Teaching professional communication with the use of phraseology assumes acquaintance of foreign students with the main linguistic characteristics of phraseological units, i.e. with their grammatical properties, lexical and syntactic compatibility, features of functioning in speech. Control tests are aimed at mastering the semantics of phraseological units, at developing the skills and abilities of using phraseological units in professional speech. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the use of phraseological expressions in teaching professional communication allows to consider phraseology as one of the linguistic resources that contributes to the formation of communicative competence in the professional sphere among foreign students.

Introduction.In this article the problem of formation of communicative skills of professional communication of students of medical high School is considered.  Theoretical and methodological approaches to this problem are analyzed. The theoretical basis of the study was the work of MV Rodikov, LV Kochetova, Ln. Vasilyeva about the process of formation of readiness of students of medical University for interpersonal interaction in the professional sphere and in particular the formation of skills of building trust between the doctor and the patient. The authors identified individual and personal qualities necessary for the graduate in practice, such as: the ability to diagnose the social situation; skills of effective interaction with colleagues in the workplace; possession of verbal and non-verbal means of communication in building relationships with patients; rejection of all kinds of stereotypes of patient perception [5,6]. The assessment of such important professionally significant qualities in the formation of communicative competence of the future doctor, such as sociability, tolerance, empathy, goodwill, respect, attentiveness, restraint, flexibility [7, 15]. The authors highlight the psychological characteristics of the doctor, affecting the communicative competence, such as: emotional stability; sensitivity to negative attitude on the part of the patient; anxiety; depression [13]. The important qualities of the future specialist include: the ability to be convincing in conversation with the patient and his relatives, respect for colleagues and their opinion, especially when the issue concerns controversial clinical cases and requires open discussion [8,9,10]. It is noted that the success of the interaction between the doctor and the patient depends on the skills: the establishment of primary contact; elimination of possible contradictions (clash of views of the doctor and the patient); correction of conflict behavior of the patient during medical consultation; ability to inform the patient of "bad news" concerning his health; planning joint actions with the patient [4, 14,31].Materials and methods. A study was conducted on the diagnosis of the ability to empathize in students of a medical university using the method of V. V. Boyko, the specifics of gender attitudes were determined using the «Sex-role questionnaire», the coping styles of behavior were studied using the method «Coping strategies indicator».Results. The study are showed that 44.7% of respondents have an average level of empathic abilities, 53.2% – understated, 2.1% – very low. The girls is in 86.6%  the emotional channel of empathy prevailed, which allows the latter to easily enter into an emotional resonance with the other person. Among young men, 52.9% showed rational, 47.1% - intuitive channels of empathy. The analysis showed of the structure of coping behavior that the first place for both girls and boys (66.6% and 88.2%, respectively) was occupied by the problem-solving strategy. The second is the search for social support, which indicates the importance of social support at the initial stage of professional activity.Discussion and Conclusions. It is noteworthy that among those surveyed, attitudes that limit emotional responsiveness prevailed, along with this, students used various empathy channels, allowing them to build the medical process most effectively in the future depending on the situation. The level of communicative competence of students did not differ in terms of "empathy" depending on the specialization. The active position was in the choice of coping strategies allow students to overcome the influence of various types of stress associated with future professional activities.

The professional effectiveness depends on many factors, and good verbal communication skills, as a basis for productive relationships, mutual understanding and realization of goals and objectives of professional effectiveness as a way of self-improvement, self-realization and overcoming personal crises, are of great importance. The communication skills are basic ones in forming a leader. The concept of "communication skills" in the article is defined as the ability to communicate effectively, the ability to understand what the interlocutor means and be understood by them, the ability to negotiate, achieve their goals through communication. This type of skills performs many important functions in the personal development: provides psychological comfort, allows you to organize joint activities, meets the natural human need for communication, helps to assert itself, socially realize themselves. The success of a person in life depends on the ability to communicate. The personal success depends on the communication skills. Communication skills are important both for the social realization of the individual and for psychological life satisfaction. The article substantiates the problem of developing students' communication skills. The pedagogical conditions for the development of students' communication skills, including: creation of a favorable educational environment, application of a personality-oriented approach to learning, modeling of real professional communication conditions, are identified and substantiated. Information-communicative, regulatory-communicative and affective-communicative skills are singled out. To determine the level of development of these skills, we used the method of determining communicative levels of communicative and organizational tendencies: very low, low, medium, high. The study involved 196 students and 30 teachers of the educational complex of lyceum №157 in Kyiv.

With the rapid changes of world population, people are likely to come into contact with others with diverse backgrounds and experiences.  Accordingly, Thai graduates are often required to have intercultural communication skills. The skills are parts of professional communication skills that the students should be acquired so as to respond to employers’ demand. As such, institutions are placing more consideration on intercultural communication competence (ICC). This study, therefore, aims to: 1) investigate teachers’ perceptions of ICC; and 2) investigate how teachers integrated ICC into their classes/lessons. Six novice EFL teachers from Thai universities were interviewed. Then, the interview data was transcribed and grouped into themes. According to the findings, overall, the participants have various understanding of ICC. For the ICC’s integration, participants’ answers can be categorized into five main groups, which are: 1) intercultural attitudes, 2) knowledge, 3) skills of interpreting and relating, 4) skills of discovery and interaction, and 5) critical cultural awareness. This study shows the teachers’ perceptions of ICC and how they could integrate ICC in classes. The results also reveal that the teachers are willing to intercorporate activities regarding ICC into their teaching contexts.  Pedagogical implications of this study are proposed. On the basis of these findings, the pedagogical implications and suggestions are included in this paper.

The paper presents examples of techniques, strategies and activities by means of which a teacher of specialist French may improve the communicative competence level of their students, i.e. the communication skills and interculture competence. The suggestions presented will help the students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for functioning in the contemporary multicultural society. The aim is to prepare students for professional life by teaching them the correct use of specialist French in the institutions they are going to work for in the future.

The article clarifies the essence of the concept of “communicative competence of an educator in cooperation with parents”. The content of the concepts “competence”, “communicative competence”, “interaction” and “cooperation” has been detailed. The specifics of the educatorsʼ communicative competence in cooperation with parents have been considered. Which is characterized by purposeful practical use of the system of knowledge, communication skills and abilities in the organization of interaction with the parents of pupils in order to create a single educational space for the holistic development of the childʼs personality. It was found that the cooperation of the teacher with parents is a kind of their interaction, which is manifested in coordinated and voluntary actions within the preschool institution, which are aimed at achieving common educational and upbringing goals. Important pedagogical conditions for effective cooperation between the educator and parents are the establishment of professional communication and the organization of productive activities. The communicative competence of preschool educators in cooperation with parents has been defined as an integral ability, the result of mastering professional knowledge, the formation of personal qualities, motivational and value orientations and skills of using communication techniques and understanding between educational subjects for effective pedagogical cooperation, trust and support. Indicators of partnership cooperation of a preschool teacher with parents have been outlined.

RESUMEN Las competencias comunicacionales comprenden el conjunto de conocimientos y capacidades que permiten producir y entender mensajes, adecuados a la situación y al contexto. En general, estas competencias conforman un aspecto poco trabajado en la formación de los ingenieros. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es compartir la experiencia de cátedra desarrollada en Análisis Numérico en la Facultad Regional San Nicolás, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Argentina, con el fin de trabajar la competencia de comunicación escrita. Dentro de esta experiencia se realizaron distintas instancias de evaluación para medir los resultados del trabajo realizado, que también son presentados. El análisis de los mismos permite concluir que la aplicación de esta metodología de trabajo contribuyó notoriamente a mejorar la competencia comunicativa escrita de los estudiantes.   ABSTRACT Communication skills include the set of knowledge and abilities that allow producing and understanding messages, appropriate to the situation and context. Usually, these skills constitute a little worked aspect in the training of engineers. The main objective of this work is to share the experience developed in Numerical Analysis at the Facultad Regional San Nicolás, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Argentina, in order to work on the written communication competence. Within this experience, different assessments instances were carried out to measure the results of the performed work, and are also presented. Their analysis allows to conclude that the application of this work methodology contributed significantly to improving students' written communicative competence.

The article analyzes one of the key notions of lingsuitics adn methodology — that of communication competence, interpreting each of its components. Then the author evaluates the importance of the term in teaching a foreign language for professional communication in cross-cultural context and provides the rationale for considering cultural differences revealed in professional communication. Accounting for this need, the author then makes a list of professional competences which can be applied in communication through a formed linguistic competence. The article goes on to analyze the existing Russian documentation on the classification of hard and soft skills. Revealing the gaps in the existing classification the author offers her classification which addresses the current issues in developing communication competence for professional communication in multi-cultural context.
