This paper is based on the results of community service. Research results and information on social media prove a significant increase in the number of child marriages. The rise of child marriages in Palu City since the Amendment to the Marriage Law (UUP) is the background for holding this activity. With the aim of helping the Government socialize the latest UUUP and as an effort to minimize child marriage. The implementation method is in the form of a seminar with several resource persons, namely the Service Team itself, namely academics from the Faculty of Law, Tadulako University, Civil Law Section. Abstrak Tulisan ini berdasarkan hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian pun dan informasi-informasi di media sosial membuktikan adanya peningkatan yang cukup signifikan jumlah peristiwa perkawinan anak. Maraknya perkawinan anak di Kota Palu sejak Amandemen Undang-Undang Perkawinan (UUP) sebagai latar belakang diadakannya kegiatan ini. Dengan tujuan untuk membantu Pemerintah mensosialisasikan UUP terbaru dan sebagai upaya meminimalisir perkawinan anak. Metode Pelaksanaannya dalam bentuk seminar dengan beberapa Narasumber yaitu Tim Pengabdi sendiri yaitu para akademisi dari Fakultas Hukum Unversitas Tadulako Bagian Hukum Perdata.

ABSTRAKPandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) masih menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat dunia termasuk Indonesia. Peningkatan kasus belum memperlihatkan adanya penurunan angka penyebaran virus. Pemerintah dalam menanggapi krisis kesehatan telah melakukan beberapa kebijakan untuk menekan penyebaran infeksi COVID-19. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) menjadi salah satu kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dalam merespon situasi pandemi. AKB bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan ketika terpaksa beraktivitas di luar rumah dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Upaya preventif dan promosi ini harus disebarluaskan kepada setiap masyarakat agar semakin banyak masyarakat menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara daring melalui media sosial menjadi metode yang ditempuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial menjadi media paling efektif dalam penyebaran edukasi mengenai AKB. ABSTRACTPandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still a threat to the global community, including Indonesia. The increase in cases has not shown a decrease in the spread of the virus. The government in response to the health crisis has implemented several policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infection. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) or adapting to new habits is one of the new policies issued by the government as a response in a pandemic situation. The AKB aims for the public to implement health protocols when they have to do activities outside the home during the COVID-19 pandemic. These preventive and promotional moves should be disseminated to every community so there would be more people who can implement health protocols. Social media is one of the most effective platforms used for this community service program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The high amount of people using social media during this time is the most effective media in disseminating education about AKB.

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge in child marriage which can cause bad risks, so it is necessary to do prevention by delaying the age of marriage, continuing studies and planning life to be able to carry it out better. Given the appeal from the government not to carry out activities that involve many people, this service program is carried out through socialization in limited classes to be able to maintain the Health protocol with a number of participants less than 20 pesetas. The steps in the implementation of this service include: (1) Providing gradual education to students about the non-clinical risks of child marriage and its prevention; Non-clinical risks of child marriage; planning for the future and further studies, and the importance of education to continue a better life. (2) Conduct a question and answer session at the end of the delivery of socialization materials. (3) Evaluation of child marriage risk socialization program activities and program sustainability plans. The result of this community service activity is that students understand the non-clinical risks of child marriage and can plan for the future, by continuing their studies or by doing entrepreneurship.

Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" is a fish farming group located in Jehem Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency and is engaged in fisheries, especially koi fish. Based on observations, it is known that this group still has problems in marketing the product. By using digital marketing through social media, it is hoped that they can reach the target market of the "Mina Kumala Sari" Fish Farmer Group. The purpose of this community service is to find out the use of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for the cultivation of the Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" Jehem Village. The implementation method begins at the observation stage, then conducts interviews with the group leader to gather information, followed by a literature study to collect data from literature and the last stage is documentation in the form of photos and videos. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that utilizing social media as a means to market products is quite effective because before the promotion was carried out many people did not know the existence of this group and after promotion through social media and direct and online promotions with groups or communities of ornamental fish lovers caused the Farmers Group Fish "Mina Kumala Sari" is increasingly recognized by the wider community.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a span-new pneumonia that is known to initially wide-spread from Wuhan city, the capital of Hubei Province, in the Mainland of China. This virus promptly dispersed around the world. In Indonesia, the first infection case took place in Depok, at the beginning of March of 2020. As a recent virus, Covid-19 did not yet have its antidote. The government rapidly acted on by implementing lockdown, as well as system preparation in order to get people working from home, as school and university students also learn from home. This policy was performed to cut the spread of Covid-19 virus. Various restrictions to limit social interaction has been highly impacting Indonesian citizen within the daily life. The restriction of direct interaction has also predisposed the implementation of tasks within the university setting. Diponegoro University-as an incorporated state university- follows the government regulation when it comes to proceed its tasks. Nearly all activities of the affected universities, namely administration service, assembly, learning service, research, and community service had changed due to the requirement to apply the health protocol. This paper focuses on how Diponegoro University confronted the Covid-19 pandemic, and how this college maintain its performance.

The introduction of forensic linguistics to government agencies engaged in law is a community service activity carried out by the Linguistic Masters Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada on July 18, 2019. This activity was conducted at Wonogiri Regional Police Station and was attended by participants from the Wonogiri District Police, the Wonogiri District Court, and the Wonogiri District Prosecutor's Office. The introduction of forensic linguistics was dilivered through a presentation of previous studies relating to forensic linguistic problems. As technology develops, language problems in society also develop. The next stage is a joint discussion about problems experienced by the participants in their activities related to forensic linguistic problems. The community service aims to realize the goal of the government in educating public on social media.-------------------------------------------------------------Pengenalan linguistik forensik kepada badan pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang hukum merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Magister Linguistik, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gadjah Mada pada 18 Juli 2019. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Polres Wonogiri dan dihadiri oleh peserta dari Polres Wonogiri, Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, dan Kejaksaan Negeri Wonogiri. Pengenalan linguistik forensik dilakukan dengan tahap presentasi kajian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan masalah lingustik forensik. Oleh karena teknologi semakin berkembang, maka masalah-masalah kebahasaan yang ada dalam masyarakat pun turut berkembang. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah diskusi bersama tentang persoalan-persoalan yang dialami oleh para peserta kegiatan terkait dengan masalah linguistik forensik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mewujudkan cita-cita pemerintah untuk mencerdaskan masyarakat dalam bermedia sosial.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for more than a year in Indonesia. Positive and death rates vary over time. The government has issued several policies regarding the prevention of the transmission of this disease, one of which is vaccination. The level of public confidence in the effectiveness of the vaccine is still very low. Unfortunately, Indonesian people often get wrong information from online media, so the vaccination coverage rate is still very far from the expectation of achieving herd immunity. The current young generation during the pandemic is spending more time using social media as a means of communication. However, not many youths use social media as a means of disseminating correct information about vaccination. Information in the form of infographics is usually preferred because it is easier to understand. The community service team felt the need to empower the role of youth to spread the true news about vaccination through social media using infographics. Therefore, the service team collaborated with SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi to provide training on making infographics and counseling about vaccination as part of the new way of life after the pandemic. Training and counseling are carried out in one Zoom forum. After the training and counseling students were asked to make infographics about the Covid-19 vaccination and upload them to their respective social media accounts. There is an increase in the skills of making infographics and knowledge about vaccination. It is hoped that these students will continue to be creative in making infographics to share on social media about current issues. Indonesia telah mengalami Pandemi Covid-19 lebih dari setahun. Angka positif dan kematian bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu. Pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan menyangkut pencegahan penularan penyakit ini, salah satunya adalah dengan vaksinasi. Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap efektifitas vaksin masih sangat rendah. Sayangnya masyarakat Indonesia seringkali mendapatkan informasi yang salah dari media online, sehingga angka ketercakupan vaksinasi masih sangat jauh dari harapan mencapai kondisi herd immunity. Generasi muda saat ini seiring masa pandemi meluangkan lebih banyak waktunya untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana berkomunikasi. Namun pemanfaatan media sosial belum banyak dilakukan oleh para remaja sebagai sarana menyebarkan informasi yang benar tentang vaksinasi. Informasi dalam bentuk infografis biasanya lebih disukai karena lebih mudah dipahami. Tim pengabdi merasa perlu memberdayakan peran remaja untuk menyebarkan berita benar tentang vaksinasi melalui sosial media dengan menggunakan infografis. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdi bekerjasama dengan SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi untuk memberikan pelatihan membuat infografis dan penyuluhan tentang vaksinasi sebagai bagian dari tatanan hidup baru setelah pandemi. Pelatihan dan penyuluhan dilaksanakan dalan satu forum Zoom. Setelah pelatihan dan penyuluhan siswa diminta untuk membuat infografis tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 dan dibagikan ke akun Instagram masing-masing atau media sosial lainnya. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan membuat infografis dan pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi. Diharapkan siswa ini akan terus kreatif membuat infografis untuk berbagi di media sosial mengenai isu terkini.

This article discusses the provision of Article 65 of Notary Law (UUJN) which contains the unclear time limit of the notary's responsibility in performing his duties as a public official. The article does not provide explicit explanations to the extent to which the notary no longer holds the responsibility after termination or death to the authentic deeds made. The purpose of this study is to know, identify and analyze the form of accountability of notary heirs as general officials on notarial deeds that cause harm to the parties. By using normative research, there are research results among others. First, based on the theory of fautes personalles, the theory which states that losses to third parties are imposed on officials who because of their actions have caused harm. Second, according to the theory of inheritance that becomes the object of the estate is a wealth in the sense of assets and liabilities. Unlawful acts of civil law are per-artificial wrong done by individuals, so it can not be associated with heirs. The government should make a clearer regulation of the deadline of notary responsibility by adding a separate chapter to the UUJN that regulates notary responsibility. Law enforcement on consumer protection reflects the norms or rules of consumer protection law that apply in the community to be obeyed. The use of law enforcement instruments in consumer protection is a civil lawsuit that can be made by consumers, either individually or in groups, non-governmental organizations and the government. Consumer protection is something that is very important, because basically all humans are consumers. This consumer protection has been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (hereinafter referred to as UUPK). The purpose of this law is to balance the rights and obligations of consumers and actors so as to provide protection to both parties, even though the interests of consumers and business actors are different. This difference in interests can trigger disputes between consumers and business actors. This consumer protection law enforcement can be done in court or out of court. Law enforcement on consumer protection is currently weak and tends to weaken. This can be seen from the number of complaints, complaints and consumer disputes submitted through social media, the voices of readers and those that go to BPSK, BPKN, LPKSM and YLKI, but very few get to the court process.

Abstrak: Dusun Kulubanyu memiliki hasil bumi yang melimpah namun warganya kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk mengolah kembali menjadi produk yang dapat menambah nilai jual. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait nilai tambah hasil bumi berupa pisang yang diolah menjadi kripik oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Kulubanyu Desa Tawangrejo. Terdapat beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan penyuluhan terkait industri rumah tangga, memberikan materi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial instagram, dan memberikan pembelajaran cara menetapkan harga jual. Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman Warga Dusun Kulubanyu Desa Jatirejo terkait pentingnya pengolahan hasil bumi sebelum produk dijual agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi, warga telah mampu mengoperasikan media sosial instagram untuk pemasaran, warga dapat menghitung penetapan harga jual secara sederhana, dan dapat memperluas pemasaran melalui penempatan produk ke tempat wisata sekitar agar produk lebih cepat dikenal. Abstract: Kulubanyu Hamlet has abundant agricultural products, but its residents do not have the knowledge to reprocess them into products that can add to the sale value. The aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of the added value of agricultural products in the form of bananas which are processed into chips by housewives in Kulubanyu Hamlet Tawangrejo Village. There are several stages of the implementation method carried out, namely providing counseling related to the home industry, providing marketing materials using social media Instagram, and providing learning how to set selling prices. The results show that there is an increase in the understanding of the residents of Kulubanyu Hamlet Jatirejo Village regarding the importance of processing agricultural products before the product is sold in order to get higher profits, residents have been able to operate social media Instagram for marketing, residents can calculate simple selling price and can expand marketing through the placement of products to nearby tourist attractions so that the product is recognized more quickly.

One of The Community Service as an embodiment of the practice of Tri Dharma in College is the implementation of a Community Service Program (KKN). Thematic KKN held in Tanjung District, West Bangka Regency aims to achieve a local resource-based economy with high competitiveness, the realization of accountable local governance, and the creation of a quality and advanced society such as the mission which launched by the Government. The implementation method is carried out through survey, socialization and the community assistance. Students are divided into 3 (three) thematic groups, namely: (1) Tanjung Tourism and Creative Industries; (2) Tanjung Village Management; (3) Tanjung Education. The results include (1) The Training and development of creative industries, The Monument for culinary centers; The Revitalization of tourism objects, such making the signpost name for culinary kiosks; (2) The Application of Village Management Information System (SIMDes), Training of financial reports; (3) The Socialization of the education and eradicating illiteracy, The Socialization of adolescent health, The Revitalization of village libraries. The sustainability of cooperation with various cross-sectoral agencies is expected to be an effort to continue the community service towards the Great West Bangka in 2021.
