An Efforts to improve the morality of learners are always conducted in education. Educational institutions are morally obligated to increase personality development of their students. SDN Inpres Bumi Bahari Kec. Palu Barat through the implementation of school rules, intends to form the character of learners. This circumstance is the basis of this research. This research based on descriptive qualitative methods. The Source of data obtained from principals, teachers, and Learners. This research used varieties methods such as observation, interviews, and documentations in data collecting process. Furthermore, data that has been netted, analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. The results of the study concluded that the application of school rules can shape the behavior of learners to be a good personality. The behavior of learners is directed towards moral learner. The process of character building of learners finds some barriers because learners have a different understanding of school rules order. In addition, many students have a strong influence of the habits they bring from their homes, so they are not familiar with the rules set by their school.

Implementation of education in the Covid-19 era still has to pay attention to the needs of children, including in formal educational institutions such as madrasah diniyah. Of course the learning that is carried out is in the corridor of health protocols and the use of online or online systems. Obstacles and obstacles are certainly the minus side of online system learning. This paper seeks to examine in detail the problems of online-based learning in non-formal educational institutions. The focus of the discussion is aimed at the problematic aspects and efforts to solve them at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internet network, the cost of internet data packages, and the limited number of family smartphones are the problems of learning the online system at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda; (2) Some of the efforts that the teacher can make are preparing online learning, preparing a new schedule and socializing that the teaching and learning process will be through online learning.

Problem Statement: The author focuses on the gap in demands for good service quality, but it is not supported by human resources and the availability of professional librarians who oversee library services in Merangin Regency. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out the quality of library services in the public library of Merangin Regency. Method: The writer uses descriptive method and inductive approach. Data obtained and collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display (data presentation) and conclusions. Result: The research findings show that the dimensions of tangible and reliability are still lacking, then the dimensions of empathy, responsiveness and assurance are classified as sufficient (standard). Conclusion: The results show that the service quality of the Merangin Public Library is still not optimal. This is because in the dimension of service quality, there are several indicators that are still in the insufficient category, namely service support facilities, non-updated collections, inadequate employee resources, and information related to libraries that are still not widely known by the public. Keywords: : Servqual Analysis; Quality of Services; Public Library Services; Merangin Public Library   ABSTRAK Permasalahan: Penulis berfokus pada kesenjangan tuntutan kualitas layanan yang baik, namun tidak didukung dengan SDM dan ketersediaan tenaga pustakawan yang profesional menggawangi layanan perpustakaan di Kabupaten Merangin. Tujuan: Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan di perpustakaan umum Kabupaten Merangin. Metode:  Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Data diperoleh dan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan kesimpulan. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi bukti fisik (tangible) dan kehandalan (reliability) masih kurang, selanjutnya pada dimensi empati (emphaty), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan jaminan (assurance) tergolong cukup (standar). Kesimpulan: Hasil menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Perpusatakaan Umum Kabupaten Merangin masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada dimensi kualitas pelayanan terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih pada kategori kurang yaitu sarana prasarana fasilitas penunjang pelayanan, koleksi yang tidak update, sumber daya pegawai yang kurang memadai, dan informasi terkait perpustakaan yang masih belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat. This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

The study aim at investigating the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the Revised 2013 Curriculum year 2018 to improve the students' achievement. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. The students' achievement was identified continually on all of the aspects of learning and it involved teacher-counselor The final score was derived from the averaged total score.

This study aims to determine and understand the role of the Personality Development Course (MPK) of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and its effectiveness in building the character of STIESIA Surabaya students. This research is a qualitative research using data analysis of Spradley model and taking the location of research in the STIESIA Surabaya campus. The result of this study found that character building through the courses of Islamic Religion in STIESIA was pursued with 3 strategies, namely : (1) Moral Knowing, was the first stage carried out by Islamic Religious Education lecturers and oriented to mastering knowledge of moral values noble; (2) Moral Loving, the stage where after students are able to master knowledge of noble moral values, the lecturers touches the emotional aspects of the soul and heart of students so that they love these nobel moral values and “need” to do it in their daily lives;  and then (3) Moral Doing, is the peak stage which is said to be a sign of success  in building the character of students that is practicing noble character in real life everyday. Form the observations and interviews, the courses on Islamic Religious Education at STIESIA managed to build the character of students for the better.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran Mata Kuliah Pengembangan Kepribadian (MPK) Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) serta efektivitasnya dalam membangun karakter mahasiswa STIESIA Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data model Spradley dan mengambil lokasi penelitian di lingkungan kampus STIESIA Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pembangunan karakter melalui mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam di STIESIA ditempuh dengan 3 strategi yaitu : (1) Moral Knowing/ Learning to Know, merupakan tahap pertama yang dilakukan yang berorientasi kepada penguasaan pengetahuan tentang nilai nilai akhlak mulia; (2) Moral Loving, tahapan dimana dosen menyentuh aspek emosional jiwa dan hati mahasiswa agar mencintai nilai-nilai akhlak mulia tersebut dan “butuh” untuk melakukannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; dan (3) Moral Doing, adalah tahapan puncak dalam membangun karakter mahasiswa yaitu mempraktikkan akhlak mulia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara Mata kuliah Pendidikan agama Islam di STIESIA berhasil membangun karakter mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the mindset of women in Campursari songs using a deconstruction study. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the mindset of women in Campursari songs using deconstruction studies. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research, because the analysis in this study is a description. The data source used is the text of the Campursari song entitled Balungan Kere, Cidro, Penak Kanca, Kartonyono Medot Janji, and Pamer Bojo. The method used in this research is writing, recording, grouping the data, then the data that has been collected is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data interpretation, and data verification. The result of this research is that there is a deconstruction of the opinion / discourse about Javanese women in Serat Wulang Putri above, it can be concluded that Javanese women are very synonymous with Javanese culture such as speaking soft words, being calm, silent (calm), disliking conflict, emphasizing harmony, uphold family values, able to understand and understand others, polite, high self-control, endurance to suffer high, play a role economically and faithfully. Javanese women are women who really uphold Javanese culture. Some other characteristics of Javanese people are patience and neriman (patience and acceptance with grace).

This study aims to analyze the management of teacher career development at MAN 2 Model Medan. The research focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating teacher career development at MAN 2 Model Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical study method. Obtaining data using observation techniques, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the management of teacher career development at the MAN 2 Medan Model is carried out effectively. It can be viewed from the aspects; (1) planning for teacher career development in the form of motivation and application of a conducive organizational culture (climate); (2) organizing human resources (HR) for teachers in madrasah through leadership support, technical meetings, coordination between madrasah leaders and vice-principals involving supervisors to improve teacher qualifications; (3) the implementation of teacher career development is carried out based on promotion, transfer, and promotion; (4) evaluation of teacher career development is carried out based on online-based supervision and teacher performance assessment. This research hopes that it can be used as a reference for further research on the management of teacher career development in Islamic educational institutions. This research also has implications for teachers in Islamic educational institutions to accelerate careers as educators in madrasah.

The cultivation of moral and religious values in early childhood is very important so that students can have good moral and religious values, so that when students enter the next level, they already have knowledge, good experiences that have been obtained when they at the time pre school. This study discusses the cultivation of religious and moral values of early childhood in Goemerlang Sukarame Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the cultivation of moral and religious values in early childhood in Goemerlang Sukarame Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, which involves a teacher in class B2. Data were analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the activities of planting moral and religious values in Goemerlang Bandar Lampung Kindergarten had been well planned and implemented. There are several methods developed at Goemerlang Bandar Lampung Kindergarten for inculcating moral and religious values, namely the story telling method, the field trip method, the demonstration method, the assignment method, the habituation method, and the conversation method.

This study aims to assess the accessibility of chemistry learning in high school from the perspective of students with disabilities. The research involved three student participants and students with disabilities, as well as chemistry teachers as participants. Data is collected by a non-structured in-depth interview. The data obtained were then processed using data reduction techniques, data exposure, and concluding. The results showed that students with disabilities have a reasonably good perspective on learning chemistry in high school. According to students with disabilities, studying chemistry in high school is easy if the learning environment is supportive and learning is accessible. Research also shows that some aspects of chemistry learning in high school are accessible.[Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai aksesibilitas pembelajaran kimia di SMA menurut perspektif siswa difabel. Penelitian melibatkan tiga peserta siswa dan mahasiswa difabel, serta guru kimia sebagai partisipan. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam yang tidak terstruktur. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dan mahasiswa difabel memiliki perspektif yang cukup baik terhadap pembelajaran kimia di SMA. Menurut para difabel, belajar kimia di SMA itu mudah apabila lingkungan belajarnya mendukung dan adanya pemenuhan aksesibilitas dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian aspek pembelajaran kimia di SMA sudah aksesibel.]
