The objective of this research is to evaluate the context, input, process and product components in Evaluating Implementation of Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The implementation of this research is conducted with a descriptive evaluative research method using CIPP (context, input, process and product) evaluation model. Data collection in this research is carried out through interviews, observations and documentations which are validated through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. The results of this research stated that: 1). Context Evaluation of Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga is based on the identification of needs and policies by the government; 2). Input Evaluation of Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga already has technical and administrative readiness in the Field of Automotive Engineering Expertise; and Competency Test for Automotive Technicians; 3). Process Evaluation of Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician is still not in accordance with expectations and plans that have been made; 4). Product Evaluation of Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga has been carried out, however there are still many obstacles encountered in it. The conclusion of this research is the decision on the Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga is more incremental. It seems to be an important consideration that the Implementation Competency Test Place for Automotive Technician at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga should be continued with some improvements.

<p>This study aimed to evaluate and redesign an online master’s degree program consisting of 12 courses from the informatics field using a context, input, process, product (CIPP) evaluation model. Research conducted during the redesign of the online program followed a mixed methodology in which data was collected through a CIPP survey, focus-group interview, and open-ended questionnaire. An initial CIPP survey sent to students, which had a response rate of approximately 60%, indicated that the Fuzzy Logic course did not fully meet the needs of students. Based on these findings, the program managers decided to improve this course, and a focus group was organized with the students of the Fuzzy Logic course in order to obtain more information to help in redesigning the course. Accordingly, the course was redesigned to include more examples and visuals, including videos; student-instructor interaction was increased through face-to-face meetings; and extra meetings were arranged before exams so that additional examples could be presented for problem-solving to satisfy students about assessment procedures. Lastly, the modifications to the Fuzzy Logic course were implemented, and the students in the course were sent an open-ended form asking them what they thought about the modifications. The results indicated that most students were pleased with the new version of the course.</p>

Program tahfihz di SMP Islam Al-Ishlah Bukittinggi selama daring (online) mengalami perubahan yang sangat signifikan, mulai dari kesiapan lembaga, guru, siswa, fasilitas, terutama pada saat pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran daring (online) berbagai kendala dihadapi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi program tahfiz selama proses pembelajaran daring (online). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi konteks sudah baik, evaluasi masukan bisa dikatakan baik, evaluasi proses mengalami hambatan yang cukup mengkhawatirkan proses kelangsungan program tahfiz diakibatkan pandemi Covid-19 ini sehingga sangat berdampak pada proses pembelajaran tahfiz, dan evaluasi produk menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan jauh dari apa yang telah direncanakan. Maka bisa dikatakan bahwa keberhasilan program tahfiz di masa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami kemunduran atau target yang diharapkan tidak tercapai. The tahfihz program at Al-Ishlah Islamic Junior High School Bukittinggi while online underwent very significant changes starting from the readiness of institutions, teachers, students, facilities, especially during the implementation of the online learning process, various obstacles were encountered. The aim is to find out how the tahfiz program is implemented during the online learning process. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The results of this study indicate that the context evaluation is good, the evaluation of the input can be said to be good, the evaluation of the process experienced obstacles that were quite worrying for the continuity of the tahfiz program due to the Covid-19 pandemic so that it greatly affected the tahfiz learning process, and the product evaluation showed a success rate far from what had been planned. So, it can be said that the success of the tahfiz program during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a setback or the expected target was not achieved.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The purpose of this research is to find out how parents were coaching activities in Raudatul Atfal (RA). Darul Muttaqien and RA. Ibn Sina. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research—data collection tool through observation, interviews and documentation. The Parenting Meeting (KPO) coaching module has been tested for validity through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with four experts: religious experts, linguists, psychologists and education experts. The results of this study are coaching parents in RA. Darul Muttaqien Parung has not been systematically planning on an activity program sheet. 80% of parents state that the child's development at home is the same as the school. While fostering parents in RA. Ibnu Sina Pamijahan has been going well, planned and systematic; 50% of parents statements is that the development of morals at home is not the same as the school.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orang tua pembinaan kegiatan di Raudatul Atfal (RA). Darul Muttaqien dan RA. Ibnu Sina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. The Parenting Meeting (KPO) modul pembinaan telah diuji untuk validitas melalui Focus Group diskusi (FGD) dengan 4 ahli: ahli agama, linguis, psikolog dan ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembinaan orang tua di RA. Darul Muttaqien Parung belum direncanakan secara sistematis pada lembar program kegiatan. 80% orang tua menyatakan bahwa perkembangan anak di rumah sama dengan sekolah. Sementara, membina orang tua di RA. Ibnu Sina Pamijahan telah berjalan dengan baik, terencana dan sistematis, 50% dari pernyataan orang tua adalah bahwa perkembangan moral di rumah tidak sama dengan sekolah</p>

This study aims to develop lecturer performance appraisal model using web-based Integrated Evaluation Model (IEM). The object of this study is certified lecturers in Indonesia, by applying this model, the certification compensation given by the government is really used to enhance lecturer's performance. It is expected that the results of this study can be an important research that produces effective and efficient software to evaluate the lecturers' performance nationally because it involves a 360degree assessment. We have done some activities to develop the prototype software application of Integrated Evaluation Model (IEM) for assessing the certified lecturer's performance. They are 1) preparing the questionnaire indicator for the 360 degree performance appraisal, 2) conduct the program test on the certified lecturer. In this phase, certified lecturers, superior, and students also conduct assessment on certified lecturers through IEM software, 3) conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to gain evaluation and feedback on the effectiveness of the IEM application program. FGD results provide a valuable contribution to the preparation of IEM program design. And the IEM software produced in this research has accommodated all of the results of FGD activities. IEM complements the prior certified lecturer performance appraisal with 360 degrees performance appraisal.

Forest restoration is needed to improve the condition of degraded ecosystems and boost up the ecological services. The existence of forest areas, especially in Indonesia, cannot be separated from the livelihoods of the people living around them. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the feasabiluty of the community-based forest restoration programme, implemented by the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park Agency (BBGGPNP) and its partners, is feasible and can support efforts to restore forest ecosystem functioning and build community independence in managing the forest ecosystem. This study used the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) method. This is an evaluation model which provides an analytical and rational basis for programme decision-making, based on a cycle of planning, structuring, implementing and reviewing and revising decisions, examined through a different aspect of evaluation –context, input, process and product evaluation. Data were obtained from field observations, interviews and document analysis. Aspects of the programme ‘Context’ were found to be categorized as good and can become the basis for programme implementation, Programme ‘Inputs’ were also determined to be good, and fulfilled the criteria required to support the achievement of programme objectives. The ‘Process’ aspects were found to be sufficient, with key areas for improvement included the need for better coordination with partners and the need to respond to technical restoration requirements by adjusting the area of land to be restored, the number of trees to be planted, and by considering the technical rule of restoration. The ‘Product’ aspect of the programme were shown to be good, is shown by the achievement of the target amount and growth of trees and the increased capacity of human resources as well as the development of independent businesses in the ex-encroachers who were the programme participants. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the community-based forest restoration programme such as conducted by the GGPNP Agency is feasible and can be implemented in similar sites.Restorasi hutan diperlukan untuk memperbaiki fungsi ekosistem hutan yang terdegradasi. Keberadaan kawasan hutan, khususnya di Indonesia, tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan penghidupan masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi apakah program restorasi hutan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Balai Besar Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (BBTNGGP) bersama mitranya, layak serta dapat mendukung upaya pemulihan ekosistem dan membangun kemandirian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP, yaitu model evaluasi pada aspek Context, Input, Process dan Product. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi lapangan, wawancara dan analisa dokumen. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program restorasi hutan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat layak untuk diterapkan sebagai upaya memulihkan ekosistem dan membangun kemandirian masyarakat di sekitar hutan. Aspek Konteks program berkategori baik dan dapat menjadi dasar utama pelaksanaan program, Aspek Input program baik, telah memenuhi kriteria yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan program, Aspek Proses berkategori cukup, perlu melakukan koordinasi yang lebih baik dengan pihak mitra untuk lebih berkomitmen dan perlu untuk melakukan penyesuaian antara target luasan lahan yang direstorasi dengan jumlah pohon yang ditanam dengan mempertimbangkan aturan teknis restorasi. Aspek Produk berkategori baik ditunjukkan dengan tercapainya target jumlah dan pertumbuhan pohon dan meningkatnya kapasitas SDM serta terbangunnya usaha mandiri pada masyarakat eks perambah yang menjadi peserta program.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model evaluasi kinerja pendidikan inklusif (EKPI) di SD dengan menggunakan pen-dekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tahapan penelitian dimodifikasi dari model Borg & Gall dengan melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Data diperoleh melalui teknik Focus Group Discussion, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model EKPI merupakan salah satu model evaluasi yang baik berdasarkan hasil penilaian pakar maupun praktisi penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di SD; (2) model evaluasi kinerja SD penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif memiliki tujuh komponen, yakni kepemimpinan, rencana strategis, fokus terhadap peserta didik-orang tua, analisis kebutuhan, fokus ter-hadap guru-staf, pengelolaan kelas inklusif, dan hasil; (3) evaluasi model EKPI dalam proses implementasi di SD mampu meng-ungkap data secara: (a) komprehensif; (b) faktual; (c) fleksibel; dan (d)  berorientasi keragaman layanan. Kata kunci: pengembangan model evaluasi, pendidikan inklusif, SD. ______________________________________________________________DEVELOPING A MODEL OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IMPLEMENTING INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAbstract This study aims to produce a model of performance evaluation of elementary schools (ESs) implementing inclusive education by using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research steps used the model by Borg & Gall, involving principals, teachers, and students’ parents. The data were collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, observations, document study, and discussions. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1) The EKPI model is a good evaluation model. It is based on the result ofthe assessment by experts, usesrs and practitioners of inclusive education instruction; (2) The model of an evaluation of the performances of ESs implementing inclusive education has seven components, i.e. leadership, strategic plan, focus on students and parents, needs analysis, focus on teachers and staff, and inclusive class management, and product of the inclusive education implementation; (3) The EKPI model implemented  in the elementri schools can reveal data (a) comprehensively, (b) factualy, and (c) flexibly, (d) it was also oriented to a variety of services. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) relevansi pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek konteks; (2) kesesuaian pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek input; (3) efektifitas pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek proses; dan (4) pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek produk. Jenis penilitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian: (1) pencapaian relevansi program termasuk dalam kategori “sangat relevan” dengan persentase pencapaian 85%; (2) kesesuaian input SMK sasaran program, peserta program dan penyelenggara program termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan persentase pencapaian 76,38%; (3) keefektifan proses sosialisasi, seleksi dan pembekalan, proses pelaksanaan program serta proses monitoring dan pelaporan termasuk dalam kategori “efektif” dengan persentase pencapaian 74,52%; (4) pencapaian produk teaching dan non teaching termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tercapai” dengan persentase pencapaian 84,35%. AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.

Introduction: India has become the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epicentre with the highest number of COVID-19 cases being reported each day. This has caused a major impact on healthcare workers including dentists across the country. Most dental clinics in Tamil Nadu were closed during the initial two months of draconian lockdown enforced by the Government of India (GOI). As partial lockdown measures were introduced over the subsequent months, dental clinics have started functioning and receiving patients for emergency dental treatment. Aim: This study was done among dentists practicing in Tamil Nadu amidst the COVID-19 pandemic to understand how the pandemic has impacted their professional and personal lives. Materials and Methods: A qualitative study using online focus group discussion was conducted among 32 dentists practicing in Tamil Nadu, India using a structured interview guide in the month of July 2020. After data collection, the focus group discussions were transcribed manually and an inductive thematic analysis was performed using Braun and Clarke’s six phases for thematic analysis. Results: Three major themes were identified after the thematic analysis namely limitations of off-campus distance learning, challenges faced in dental practice during the COVID-19 pandemic and social life impacts of COVID-19 among dentists. Conclusion: Dentists in this study felt that the COVID-19 pandemic was negatively impacting their dental practices owing to lack of clarity in COVID-19 protocols, lack of patient awareness, high cost of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), increasing overhead expenses, ergonomic difficulties in treating patients while wearing PPE, patients’ unwillingness to pay higher charges for treatment under COVID-19 protocols and fear of contracting COVID-19. Majority of participants in this study did not report any negative impacts of social isolation as many of them had stayed with their families during the lockdown.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the context, input, process, and product of a substantive technical training program for preparing lesson plans for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The results showed that; first, the context dimension states that the implementation of education and training is by the legal basis for working; second, the input dimension includes the availability of reliable resources, adequate facilities, and infrastructure and financing borne by the government, so that its implementation can be carried out properly; third, the dimension of the process which includes the implementation of programs that are by the predetermined plans and designs; fourth, the product dimension where the teacher already understands the specified competencies.

Dalam mengoptimalkan penerimaan pajak, pemerintah selayaknya mendesain sistem perpajakan yang berpegang prinsip efisiensi dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek keadil-an dan kesederhana. Dalam sistem perpajakan, hukum formal mempunyai peranan penting dalam mengejawantahkan hukum material, karena itu Undang-undang Ketentu-an Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (KUP) menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pajak. Mengingat strategisnya peran UU KUP, perlu untuk mereview kembali UU KUP yang saat ini berlaku serta perlu dilakukan suatu penyempurnaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari studi literatur dan focus group discussion. Penelitian bertujuan memberikan masukan atas KUP yang saat ini masih dalam proses pembahasan dengan menekankan pada aspek kemudahan (ease of administration), keadilan (equity) dan kepastian hukum (law enforcement). Hasil penelitian ini menekan-kan pada hal-hal terkait (i) perlunya meningkatkan basis data perpajakan, (ii) perlunya menjalankan kemudahan administrasi yang berdasarkan ketentuan yang tegas, jelas, dan sederhana, (iii) penegakan hukum yang tegas, (iv) adanya sanksi yang sebanding dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh wajib pajak, dan (v) peningkatan kualitas layanan dan profesionalisme petugas pajak. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu mendorong terwujudnya regulasi perpajakan pro terhadap optimalisasi penerimaan tanpa mencede-rai hak-hak wajib pajak. Proposal for Amendment of Formal Law on Taxation Procedure  In optimizing tax revenue, the government should design a taxation system that adheres to the principle of efficiency, justice and simplicity. In the taxation system, formal law has an important role in manifesting laws, therefore laws and taxation procedures (KUP) are one of the keys to the successful implementation of tax policies. Considering the strategic role of the KUP Law, it is necessary to review the KUP Law which is currently in force and needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative data collection techniques consisting of literature studies and focus group discussions. The research aims to provide input on KUP which is currently still in the process of discussion by emphasizing aspects of ease (ease of administration), justice (equity) and legal certainty (law enforcement). The results emphasize issues related to (i) the need to increase the taxation database, (ii) the need to carry out administrative facilities based on firm, clear and simple provisions, (iii) strict law enforcement, (iv) comparable sanctions with violations committed by taxpayers and (v) improving the quality of service and professionalism of tax officials. This study is expected to be able to encourage the realization of tax regulations that are pro to the optimization of revenue without harming the rights of taxpayers.
