AbstractChild marriage  induce many problems  for child, in marriage ordinace  No.1 year 1974, someone can  did early marriage if  they got dispensation from  religion court. This research aimed to analysis the efectiveness of dispensation rule for early marriage in ordinace No. 1 Year 1974 about rule marriage. The research locations  at Religion Court of Makassar, KUA Tallo, KUA Bontoala, KUA Ujung Tanah in Makassar. This type of research that researchers use is the type of socio- legal approach. The data obtained form of primary data and secondary data then analyzed in qualitatively and quantitatively. qualitatively analysis used to analyze data descriptive. While quantitative analysis used against Data the form of numbers. The results showed that the application of the rules of marriage dispensation was not effective because manipulation of data, in this case is age manipulation conducted by village employees and indecision of KUA employees thus passed the child marriage file, so that the applicant of child marriage not report their child marriage at Religion Court.Key Word : Early Marriage, Marriage DispensationAbstrakPerkawinan dini menyebabkan berbagai macam  permasalahan bagi para pelakunya,dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan No.1 Tahun 1974 perkawinan dini boleh dilangsungkan jika mendapatkan dispensasi dari Pengadilan Agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penerapan aturan pemberian dispensasi terhadap perkawinan dini pada UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Agama Makassar, Kantor Urusan Agama Tallo, Kantor Urusan Agama Bontoala, dan Kantor Urusan Agama Ujung Tanah di Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang  digunakan yaitu dengan tipe penelitian sosio-legal approach. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dan data sekunder kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang sifatnya deskriptif. Sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan terhadap data yang berupa angka-angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aturan dispensasi perkawinan ternyata tidak efektif disebabkan adanya manipulasi data, dalam hal ini manipulasi umur yang dilakukan oleh oknum kelurahan, serta ketidaktegasan dari oknum Kantor Urusan Agama yang meloloskan berkas nikah bagi calon mempelai yang belum cukup umur, sehingga permohonan dispensasi tidak sampai ke Pengadilan AgamaKata Kunci : Perkawinan dini, Dispensasi perkawinan

Tamarillo has soft characteristics and contains a lot of water so they are easily damaged if stored in fresh form, therefore it is necessary to have post-harvest handling in the form of processing in order to extend the shelf life. The study aims to analyze the costs, income, and profits, as well as the feasibility seen from the R / C, break event point (BEP), and the added value of various tamarillo processed products. The study was conducted in a survey of all tamarillo processed agroindustry in Wonosobo Regency, which amounted to 6 agroindustries. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The study uses primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data by means of documentation. Tamarillo processed products consist of candied, fruit juice, dodol, wajik, and candied pumpkin. The results showed that the production of candied tamarillo is the most compared to other processed products and can generate the greatest income and profits. All tamarillo processed products are feasible based on R/C, BEP, and value-added criteria. The development of tamarillo agro-industry needs the support of the government and related parties to provide education to consumers about the benefits of tamarillo.

The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators  got  bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits.   Keywords: Tourist Perception, Museum, Cultural Tourist Attraction

Getting married is part of the worship which is sanctified by the Prophet Muhammad, but in Indonesia it has rules if there is someone who is underage married as stated in the law that if someone wants to do a marriage for the prospective bridegroom must be 19 years old and calom the bride must be 16, and can continue the marriage by requesting marriage dispensation permission to the Religious Court. This study aims to determine the judge's consideration of the early marriage dispensation based on the analysis of the Sidoarjo Religious Court Decision Number: 222 / Pdt.P / 2017 / Pa. . The research method used is a juridical-normative research method where data sources are obtained from secondary data and primary data. The results showed that the judgment of judges regarding the dispensation of early marriage was seen from a situation if it was not hastened to marry, something would happen that violated the law because the prospective bride had been pregnant for 1 month, even though the candidate had not reached 16 years but was seen from the evidence and witnesses that they were able to get married.

Indonesia's fishing capture industry has very great potential in order to become the national economy's key driver. Change in population, pricing, technology, and productivity are the key indicators of trend. The objective of this study is to assess the evolution of Indonesian fisheries. This study was carried out at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries from August 2020 to July 2021. According to this study, 34 provinces in Indonesia were surveyed using a literature review method. Primary data in the form of expert opinion (expert judgment) consisting of 10 capable respondents. Secondary data was adopted from statistical data of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Center from 2005-2018. Data analysis was performed by using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The development of capture fisheries competitiveness in Indonesia has experienced fluctuating changes and tends to increase during 2006 to 2018.

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.

The research aims to reveal, describe and analyze about the Form of Presentation of Silek Axe as a Culture of Community Tradition in Kanagarian Padang Laweh District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and are assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of literature, observation, interview and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that Silek Kapak is a tradition of Padang Laweh people. Silek Axe was performed by 2 players, which was displayed in the courtyard of Rumah Gadang during the day. The form of presentation of Silek Axe in Kanagarian Padang Laweh Sub-District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency is representative. Elements of Silek Axe Presentation Form as follows: (1) opening greeting motion, amuak kapalo, amuak dado, pata tobu, klotiak and closing greetings. (2) Silek Axe floor pattern uses a straight line pattern or horizontal line. (3) Silek Axe's accompanying music consists of: talempong, drums, gongs. (4) the costume used by the player in Silek Axe taluak balango in black, black pants, asamping and deta. This research aims at analyzing cost, income,and eligibility of cacao farming at Soe Village. Study was conducted at Soe Village Pamona Puselemba District Poso Regency in August to October 2016. Primary data was obtained from survey result and interview using questionnaire to 23 farmers as respondents, whereas secondary data was taken from literatures and related institutions. Income analysis was used to analyze data. Study result indicate that the average revenue of cacao farming at Soe Village is as many as Rp 7,391,037.13/ha,average farming cost production is Rp 1,060,460.95/ha, and average income is as many as Rp 6,330,576.18/ha. The value of cacao eligibility as many as 6.97 demonstrates that cacao farming at Soe Village is eligible to perform. Cacao farming at Soe Village can contribute as the source of income for farmers although the profit is not optimal yet. It is recommended that government support policies associated to technology application, particulary harvest and post-harvest technologies such as peeling machines so that farmers will be able to reduce and to minimize the labor costs.

This study is intended to reveal: (1) the description of the real conditions and the information and facts about human trafficking in West Sumatra, (2) the “push and pull factors” of human trafficking. This study uses a mixed method using secondary and primary data. Primary data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and focus group discussions in accordance with the purpose of research. Secondary data is collected by observing the documents available at the village, district, regency, provincial, and national levels as well as other relevant agencies and literature review. The results show that the push factors of human trafficking in West Sumatra are; (1) the unavailability of the desired jobs in the country (2) early marriage, with a high risk of divorce, domestic violence, poverty, etc, (3) requirements that must be met before applying, (4) Poverty (5) low formal education, so easily provoked by news, (6) Administration of birth registration is not good, (7) Lack of social control. Meanwhile the pull factors of human trafficking are (1) the temptation to make a living outside the hometown, (2) Information that life is better and successful outside hometown, (3) better salary outside hometown, (4) simple procedures conducted by labor brokers who trap women in human trafficking. The community leaders, religious leaders, as well as ‘bundo kanduang’, ‘ninik mamak’ are expected to play the role as agents of inheriting unwritten values, norms and traditions to the nephews and children within the family, so they will be guided in their lives and not trapped by the human trafficking brokers seduction. Early-age marriage is still one of the most prominent issues in female health in Indonesia. Scarce information on the risks and dangers of early-age marriage has caused many adolescents to make a rash decision to get married. This study aims to discover the effectiveness of participative learning on the risks of early-age marriage in improving female adolescents’ knowledge about the matter. This is a quantitative study in quasi-experimental design, using pretest-posttest design method, conducted at Kalijaya and Kalisari Villages, Karawang Regency, on May 2018. The sample of 80 girls from Kalijaya Village and 101 girls from Kalisari Village was selected through purposive sampling from the population of all female adolescents at those villages. Data is obtained from two sources, questionnaire (for primary data) and annual report register in local Religious Affairs Office (for secondary data). Data is analyzed using paired T-test and effect-size (ES) measurement. The results show that in Kalijaya Village, the pretest score of R=69.10, s.b=16.45 increase to a posttest score of M = 77.58, SD = 15.88, [t(80) = 6.75, p = 0.000], and the pretest score of M = 66.14, SD = 15.38 in Kalisari Village increase to a posttest score of M = 76.36, SD = 16.10 [t(101) = 7.65, p = 0.000]. The intervention of participative learning has high effectiveness (ES ≥ 0.14) in improving female adolescents’ knowledge on the dangers and risks of early-age marriage (ES = 0.37). Health education using participative method is effective to improve female adolescents’ knowledge on the risks of early marriage.

The objective of this research was to test the influence of recruitment and placement to employee performance in a simultaneous and partial. The population used in this research are 23 employee. Research data were primary data and secondary data. Data were throught questionnaires, interviews, and documentaries. Analyzing method used was Qualitative Analysis and Analysis Quantitative. Quantitative Analysis proceed with application of SPSS version 21. The finding of this research and hypotesis test showed that recruitment and placement had significant influence to the employee performance partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Rekruitmen, Placement, and Employee Performance
