This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership style of madrasah principals with the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City. The population used is all teachers of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City, totalling 43 teachers. This study uses quantitative research methods and questionnaires as instruments. It was then analyzed using correlation and regression analysis, data analysis using Pearson correlation statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the leadership style of madrasa principals with teacher performance calculated with Pearson Correlation, the correlation coefficient value obtained between these variables is 0.690. The coefficient of determination in this analysis obtained a value of 0.475, which means 47.5%. The variable of Teacher Performance can be explained by the Leadership Style. The regression line is Ŷ = 5,100 + 0,912 X. There is a positive Madrasah Head Leadership Style with Teacher Performance.  Based on the results of the study it can be said that the leadership style of the madrasah head has a sufficient relationship with the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bogor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bogor. Adapun populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bogor, yang berjumlah 43 guru.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi, analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic Pearson correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru dihitung dengan Pearson Correlation, nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh antara variabel tersebut sebesar 0,690. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh nilai 0,475 yang berarti 47,5%. Variabel kinerja Guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan. Garis regresi Ŷ = 5,100 + 0,912 X. Ada hubungan yang positif antara gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dengan Kinerja Guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah memiliki hubungan yang cukup dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bogor.

The purpose of this study to determine:(1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (2)the correlation of the leadership supervision to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (3).  The correlation of the work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency?, 4). The correlation of the tranformational leadership style, leadership supervision, and work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency.This study used quantitative research methods through  surveyquestionnaires.The target population in this study are all teachers,amounting to 75 people in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency and teacher population in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (selected 4 SMP from 8 SMP at Cikande Force District of Serang Regency) Samples were taken purposive. Data collected by using a questionere. The data were collected then analyzed by using the technique of data analysis simple correlation, multi correlation, coeficient of determination and significance test with SPSS 16.The result showed that (1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is in good category are 0.632 (2) The correlation of leadership supervision(X2) with teacher performance (Y) is in a good category, which is  0,657 (3) The correlation of work climate (X3) with teacher performance (Y) is in sufficient category, which is 0,479 (4) The contribution of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) and leadership supervision(X2)and work climate (X3) is 0,731.

This research was conducted at the Culinary Hawkers that located on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung. This study examines the Entrepreneurial behaviour which resulted in increased sales volumes. Almost all Culinary Hawkers on Highway Sukapura doesn’t yet have the entrepreneurial behavior in accordance with the characteristics - traits mentioned by Suryana, Confident, Own initiative, Have achievement motive, Having leadership, and Dare to take risks with the full calculation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial behavior to the merchant's sales volume culinary pavement on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung.Researchers used quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 63 Merchants Culinary Street on Highway Sukapura. Samples are 63 street vendors in JalanSukapura. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis.The results showed that entrepreneurial behavior affect the sales volume of culinary street traders in Highway Sukapura. Based on the calculation coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the effect of entrepreneurial behavior variables (X) on sales volume (Y) is approximately 94%. While the remaining 6% are influenced by other factors such as competence, performance, and motivation.

PThis study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government Case Study in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods, and the data sources use primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using statistical t-test and coefficient of determination test (ajusted R-Square). The results showed that the internal control system had a positive effect on the performance of local governments with a determinant value of 48.7%. The result of this study contribute to the government to establish and implement a more effectives Internal Constrol Systems (ICS).

Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a new model was found on the positive direct effect of the reward system, transformational leadership style, communication, and motivation on productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. <p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers' interest in saving at Jateng Syariah Bank. This study uses quantitative research methods, non-probability sampling techniques can be obtained through purposive sampling. The population in this study was a customer at Purwokerto Syariah Bank Jateng and was 17 years old. Samples in this study were 170 respondents. The research method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. Location has no significant negative effect on saving interest, Service has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Knowledge has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Promotion has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Product has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Price has no significant positive effect on interest save. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.
