Public transportation must provide fast, safe, comfortable, efficient and inexpensive services because good service is very influential for users of transportation services. In addition, in the world of transportation and public transportation tariffs are a matter of considerable consideration, because the determination of tariffs for public transport is a very interesting matter to be studied extensively so as not to cause losses between providers and users of public transport services. Determination of dance transport requires special treatment to react to it, therefore the determination of tariffs by analyzing based on Vehicle Operating Costs with primary and secondary data obtained directly from the field and companies from service providers, namely from Royal Safari Otomotif Company at a price of Rp. 1,350,000,000, - / bus. From analyzing based on Vehicle Operating Costs, it is expected to be able to provide benefits to providers and service users. The results of this data analysis Bus at a price of Rp. 1.350.000.000, - / bus shows that the public transport tariff based on Vehicle Operating Costs obtained is Rp.942,471,848.57, - per year or Rp.148.19, - per km-seat. Using the assumption of a 70% load factor of Rp.211.69, - per km-seat or basic tariff of Rp.22,439.14, - per seat with a distance of 106 km (Terboyo Semarang - Tirtonadi Solo). Taking into account the 30% profit for entrepreneurs on the Semarang - Tirtonadi Solo Terboyo route, the tariffs from the current analysis of vehicle operational costs with bus vehicles (in 2017) are Rp. 30,000, - per seat with a distance of 106 km. Bus Vehicle Public Transport Business from Otomotif Company. The Royal Safari is feasible to run because PBP <economic age of the bus, because by using the Payback Period method (PBP) time period (period) needed for the return of the initial capital of the business is for 4 years <7 years old bus economy.

Sukuk and Bonds has differences and similarities. Fundamental differences between sukuk and bonds are first, underlying asset in every sukuk issuance, concept of profit loss sharing and the use of Islamic contracts. Whereas conducted research in practice of differences between sukuk and bonds are still an on-going discussion. This study aims to add the evidence in the discussion regarding whether there is differences between sukuk and bonds in the world of practice, provide investment preferences as well as educating investors in choosing sukuk or bonds as a sustainable and smooth instrument. The method used is Mann Whitney U-Test to test whether there is a different between yield to maturity (return) and standard deviation (risk) of both instruments. Using secondary data of Retail Sukuk (SR) and Retail Bonds (ORI) period 2008-2017 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange, Indonesia Bond Market Directory and Indonesia Bond Pricing Agency. The result shows that there is no significance difference of retail sukuk return and risk with retail bonds in Indonesia. Besides retail bonds are show higher return than retail sukuk because of higher coupon and longest mature date. While, retail sukuk is more stable rather than bonds as it backed up by the real underlying asset. Keywords: Retail Sukuk (SR), Retail Bonds (ORI), Yield to Maturity

The article summarizes the main approaches in the definition of business valuation the economic entity. In the process of business valuation, taking into account the risks of financial and economic activities necessary to obtain information on what stage the owner implements the business will receive income. The most difficult task is the impossibility of accurate prediction in determining the level of income and the determination of a discount rate capitalization of future incomes due to the instability of the economy, both in the country and around the world.

AbstractCOVID-19 has crippled the world’s healthcare systems, setting back the economy and taking the lives of several people. Although potential vaccines are being tested and supplied around the world, it will take a long time to reach every human being, more so with new variants of the virus emerging, enforcing a lockdown-like situation on parts of the world. Thus, there is a dire need for early and accurate detection of COVID-19 to prevent the spread of the disease, even more. The current gold-standard RT-PCR test is only 71% sensitive and is a laborious test to perform, leading to the incapability of conducting the population-wide screening. To this end, in this paper, we propose an automated COVID-19 detection system that uses CT-scan images of the lungs for classifying the same into COVID and Non-COVID cases. The proposed method applies an ensemble strategy that generates fuzzy ranks of the base classification models using the Gompertz function and fuses the decision scores of the base models adaptively to make the final predictions on the test cases. Three transfer learning-based convolutional neural network models are used, namely VGG-11, Wide ResNet-50-2, and Inception v3, to generate the decision scores to be fused by the proposed ensemble model. The framework has been evaluated on two publicly available chest CT scan datasets achieving state-of-the-art performance, justifying the reliability of the model. The number of consumers with green awareness have grown these days and as a result they have turned to purchase eco-friendly products. For this reason, this study aims to propose a method for eco-design based on the anticipatory failure determination method to develop eco-design products. By using eco-design concepts adopted from the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the process will limit the failures and issues related to environmental impact in product design. The proposed method for eco-design product in this study follows the following procedure. First, we analyze product failure. Second, we propose the determination of the non-green phenomenon of the failure. Thirdly, we integrate the intensified non-green phenomenon to generate non-green hypotheses and fourthly, we eliminate each non-green phenomenon hypothesis by introducing the contradiction matrix of TRIZ for obtaining solutions. Finally, we assess alternative eco-design solutions by evaluation. To verify the practicality of the new procedure, a washing machine is used as an example for illustration.
