Vision impairment is estimated to affect 285 million people in the world, where 16-20% experience blindness, from the number of blindness suffered at the age of 40-50 years. Cataract seninis is all lens opacities that are found in old age that is above 40 years. The purpose of identifying and collecting frequency data Profile of Senilis cataract patients at the age of 40 years and above at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang in 2017. The research method is descriptive type of research, this study data taken is secondary data, In this study data was taken from the Medical Record at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang. When the study was conducted in February-August 2018, the population of this study were all cataract patients at the age of 40 years and above at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang in 2017 with 80 samples. Data analysis is univariate presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results From 80 respondents as many as 40 people (50%) were in the age range of 60-69 years, as many as 42 people (52.5%) patients were male, as many as 31 people (38.8%) patients with high school education and 35 people (43.8%) patients work as private companies. Conclusion In general, most patients are at the age of 60-69 years, the most sex is men, the highest education is high school and most patients are private.

This study aims to look at the effect on the public perception of trust in the police. The research was conducted in December 2012. The design of this this study is a quantitative method. Subjects in this research were 124 citizen in the Jabodetabek area with an age range of 18 years and minimum of High School education/equivalent. It’s using the incidental technique sampling to get the sample. Data of this research was collected by the instrument which has 27 aitem perception and trust instrument which has 37 items. These results show that there is a significant effect between perceptions of trust in the police. Perceptions positive effect on confidence. So Ho is rejected and Ha accepted perceptions of the effective contribution of 37.5% confidence.

This study investigated the video sharing website www.youtube.com for the presence of instructional videos that teach students how to cheat on academic work. Videos were analysed to determine the methods of cheating, the popularity of the videos, the demographics of viewers and those uploading the videos, and the opinions of viewers after watching these types of videos. A total of 43 videos were included in this study. Those featured in the videos taught viewers how to cheat on exams, homework, and written assignments using modern and traditional technologies. The far majority of those featured in the videos, and their viewers, were males within the age range of those who attend middle school, high school, and college. Videos were watched by people from several different nations, including the United States (US), Canada, Australia, India, and the United Kingdom (UK). The study's results suggest that instructional cheating videos are popular among students around the world. Positive viewer feedback indicates that the videos have educated and motivated students to put the methods of cheating found in the videos to use. Educators should consider YouTube as a resource in order to become familiar with various methods of cheating.

The purpose of this study is describe feminism and the resilience of women in the world of work in Indonesia and Iceland. Feminism as a system of ideas, as a framework and study of social life and human experience that evolved from a women-centered perspective. In Indonesia and Iceland, this is a long history as a reflection of the responsibility regarding the reality of gender inequality. In this study researchers used a research method with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques that utilize secondary data obtained through the library and then described and analyzed to extract from the literature such as books, journals, report, documents and other materials that support this research. Based on the results and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that feminism is increasingly developing and being recognized by the world. Feminism and the resilience of women in these two countries have shown that women have great opportunities in the development of the world of work, politics and other fields. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan dalam dunia kerja di Indonesia dan Islandia. Feminisme sebagai sistem gagasan,   sebagai kerangka kerja dan studi kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman manusia yang berevolusi dari perpsektif yang berpusat pada perempuan. Di Indonesia dan Islandia, hal ini adalah sejarah panjang sebagai cerminan dari tanggung jawab tentang realitas ketidaksetaraan gender. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan jenis kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan kemudian di deskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk disarikan dari literatur seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen dan bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa feminisme semakin lama semakin berkembang dan diakui oleh dunia. Feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan di dua negara ini sudah menunjukkan bahwa kaum perempuan memiliki peluang besar dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, politik dan bidang lainnya.

This study aims to see how much the contribution of housewives who sell accessories to family income in the Bukit Kasih Kanonang area. This research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with accessories selling respondents using a questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from literature and previous research. The method of determining the sample is using purposive sampling method. Retrieval of respondent data, namely housewives who still have husbands, have dependents and who work more than 10 days a month. The results showed that The contribution of the accessories selling housewives' income to family income is 33.81% of the total family income. And if seen from the age of the most respondents are aged 41-46 years, if you look at the education level of the most respondents are at the junior high school education level, if you look at the number of dependents of the respondent, the largest number of dependents is the number of dependents 2, if you look at the length of work of the respondent then It can be seen that the most respondents' length of work is 1-5 years, if seen from the highest number of working days of respondents, namely 16 working days in a month and when viewed based on the husband's job, the highest contribution of housewives is work as a photographer, with a percentage of 65.51%.

The main purpose of this study is to compare the efficiency performance of high school education in Indonesiabased on its specialization groups, namely natural and social sciences. This study uses secondary data of high school published by Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Indonesia in 2016 which covers general description such as the numbers of schools, students, teachers, graduates, classes, et cetera. This study uses a bootstrap approach that is applied in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, which compares the efficiency of each Decision Making Unit (DMU). To compare its efficiency, as many as 34 provinces are used as DMUs by using six input variables, namely the number of participants of national exam, students, schools, teachers, libraries, and the number of classrooms. The output variables are the number of graduates, the average score of national exam in Indonesian, English, and mathematics.The results indicate that all provinces have very good performance in organizing high school education for both natural and social sciences where the average efficiency scores of the traditional DEA are .99 and .98 for natural and social sciences, respectively. Meanwhile, its average scores from bootstrapped DEA are .98 and .96 for natural and social sciences, respectively. The empirical results also reveal that bootstrapped DEA provides better accuracy of efficiency scores than the traditional DEA. Overall, the provinces in Indonesia have better performance in organizing natural science than social science.

Indonesia is one of the countries experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. This causes anxiety for the Indonesian people which makes information about COVID-19 becomes crucial. Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of studying philosophical theories that can play a role in the process of testing information in warding off hoaxes about COVID-19. Researchers want to know whether the theory of philosophy of science can be of assistance to the public in recognizing and rejecting hoax news about COVID-19. Methods: The research was conducted using a descriptive verification method with a qualitative approach. The data from this study were taken from interviews and secondary data was taken by studying the literature. Interview data were taken with the target respondents, namely people in Surabaya with an age range of 25-40 years or what is often referred to as generation Y or millennials. The criteria for determining the number of respondents were taken until the researcher found a saturated sample. Meanwhile, the literature study data consists of 2 books, 37 articles, 1 website, and 1 report on the results of a national survey. Results: This study found 5 types of theory of truth, namely coherence theory, correspondence theory, pragmatic theory, consensus theory, and performative theory, each of which has a use in identifying hoaxes around COVID-19. Research Recommendation: Further research needs to be conducted which can test the actual practice of applying truth theories in countering hoaxes in the community at a certain scale. Limitations: This research has little chance of being applied by some Indonesians, given their low level of digital literacy and willingness to seek information.

This study aims to look at the profile of farmers in utilizing the yard in Otam (Induk) Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from September to November 2019. The method of selecting samples was done purposively, namely to farmers who own a plots of land. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews with 50 respondents, namely farmers owning their plots. Secondary data were obtained from the Otam Village Office. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis in the form of tables and simple calculations. The results showed that the grounds in the village of Otam (Induk) are owned by farmers who mostly have junior high school education. Yard land is used by farmers for various types of plants. Most of the plots are planted Farmers who plant their plots with spice plants for cooking by 40 percent while farmers who plant medicinal plants for treat disease only 16 percent. While farmers who grow vegetables 24%, and those who grow fruits 20% in their yard. Live pharmacy plants, namely: cat's whiskers, bitter, ginger, and ginger. Plants that include a living kitchen in the form of: Galangal, Chinese onions, kulaci (solation), and onion stems. Plants that include vegetables are mustard greens, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, leilem vegetables and Japanese cucumbers. Background: Cervical cancer is number four disease in the world that causes the most death. It is found more often in developing countiies than in the developed ones. In Indonesia it is the second disease after breast cancer. It is 23.4 per 100,000 people. The death rate is 13.9 per 100,000 people. It shows that each year 50 women die because of cervical cancer. If this disease is detected earlier, it can be cured. That is why mature women, especially those actively having sexual intercourse should detect earlier from cervical cancer at least once in a year. It is important to maintain health as well as to detect cervical cancer earlierMethod: Cervical cancer early detection with IVA method, held in 9 October 2019 in Puri Adisty Clinic with 40 participants.Result: Most of the participants were more than 40 years old. Most of them had 2 children. Most of them had senior high school education. They marriedat the age of 20 to 35 years old. The IVA examination showed that all of the participants were in negative category, 15% of them had erotion of the portionis uterine and 85% of them had healthy cervics.Conclusion: No participant in IVA test had suspicious symptoms towards cervical cancer. In other words IVA test was in negative category.Key words: detection, cancer, cervics, IVA

Abstract: Multidrug Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a serious health problem in society towards the effort to eliminate TB and its prevention in global scale as well as in Indonesia. MDR-TB incidence is difficult to determine because sputum propagation and medicine sensitivity test is not routinely implemented in places with high prevalence. The raising of TB MDR is influenced by several factors, as follows: the patients, caregivers, and medical service factors. This study was aimed to determine the profile of TB-MDR patients treated at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado from August 2015 to August 2016. This was a descriptive-retrospective study based on secondary data of the medical record in period August 2015 - August 2016 at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado. The results showed that of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria, the highest percentages were in males (67%), age range 41-50 years (36%), senior high school as the latest education (54%), patients originated from Manado (63.33%), normal nutrition status (57%), and the GeneXpert result was medium (56%). The most common comorbidity was type 2 DM (23%). Conclusion: In this study, the majority of MDR-TB patients were males, age range 41-50 years, senior high school as the last education was SLTA, originated from Manado, normal nutrition status, and the GeneXpert resulted in medium. Morbidities of most patients experienced is DM type 2.Keywords: TB, TB MDR, genexpert Abstrak: Multidrug resistance tuberculosis (TB MDR) memrupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di dalam masyarakat terhadap pemberantasan TB serta pencegahannya baik dalam skala dunia maupun di Indonesia. Kejadian TB MDR sulit ditentukan karena biakan sputum dan uji kepekaan obat tidak rutin dilaksanakan di tempat-tempat dengan prevalensi tinggi. Peningkatan TB MDR dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti faktor pasien, pemberi pelayanan, dan sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pasien TB MDR yang berobat di RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado periode Agustus 2015 – Agustus 2016. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif-retrospektif berdasarkan data sekunder dari catatan rekam medik pada periode Agustus 2015-Agustus 2016 di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dari 30 data rekam medik pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, ditemukan lebih banyak pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki (67%), rentang usia 41-50 tahun (36%), berpendidikan terakhir SLTA (54%), asal daerah Manado (63,33%), gizi normal (57%), dan hasil GeneXpert medium (56%). Penyakit penyerta terbanyak ialah DM tipe 2 (23%) Simpulan: Pada studi ini didapatkan pasien TB MDR terbanyak berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan rentang usia pasien 41-50, pendidikan terakhir SLTA, dan asal daerah Manado. Pasien terbanyak memiliki gizi normal dan hasil GeneXpert medium dengan penyakit penyerta DM tipe 2. Kata kunci: TB, TB MDR, genexpert

  They researched the profiles and characteristics of Bali Cattle Farmers in the Covid-19 Era in the Village of Ayunan Badung Bali to know the characteristics and profiles of Balinese cattle breeders in Ayunan Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used are survey methods using primary data and secondary data. Sampling is carried out by purposive sampling questionnaire on 40 Balinese cattle breeders in the village of Ayunan and have experience raising cattle for more than three years. The study results were 77.5% of respondent breeders were in the productive age range, and 22.5% were in the age range above 64 years. Young and fertile breeders generally have a high education level, so they tend to adopt innovations and technologies more quickly. The experience of raising respondents for 21 years to 30 years is as much (35%). Long enough farming experience indicates that the respondent breeders have adequate knowledge and skills in cattle raising.                  Respondents' education is 2.5% not having a formal education, 25% having an elementary education, 12.5% having a junior high school education and 50% having a high school education, and 10% having tertiary education. Farmers' education level tends to influence their thinking power and acceptance of innovations and technologies. The average number of respondents' livestock ownership is 2.6 heads, caused by several factors, including the limited forage or 20% of feed, due to the determinate business capital factor 42.5% and cultivated as a side business of 37.5%. The majority of respondent breeders have their primary job as farmers/farm laborers 60%, only 5% of respondent breeders have the main job as breeders. In comparison, 35% of respondents have jobs as retirees, construction workers, laborers, agricultural extension workers, and traders. In general, cattle breeders in Bali raising cattle is a part-time job. Conclusions, profiles, and characteristics of Balinese cattle breeders in Ayunan Village, seen from the age of the breeders, have the highest percentage (62.5%) at the age of 51-64 and are classified as productive. 35% experience in farming (21-30) years, most of the education level is high school graduates (50%), average livestock ownership is 2.66 tails, the low number of livestock ownership is due to business capital 42.5% and the main occupation of respondents is 60% the farmer
