The present discussion specifies a number of elements which seem to be involved in functional and pathological relationships. Since the stability of such relationships may be attributable to the manner in which “love” is transacted and interchanged, it seems advisable for the clinician to utilize a more precise set of criteria against which both adaptive and maladaptive relationships may be appraised and therapeutically managed. In this context, the judicious expression of the following elements of adaptive love relationships were identified: (a) needing, (b) giving, (c) romance, and (d) companionship. Similarly, the common determinants of maladaptive love relationships, i.e., (a) power, (b) possession, (c) protection, (d) pity, and (e) perversion, were also labeled and discussed together with therapeutic implications. With these specific elements the therapist may be more able to assess counter-productive patterns and promote the conditions under which qualitative changes in the relationship might be accomplished with improved speed and consistency.

234 Background: Cell free DNA (cfDNA) present in plasma of cancer pts can reflect tumoral alterations. Genomic alterations in cfDNA alter prognosis and abiraterone/enzalutamide resistance in mCRPC. The goal of this evaluation was to characterize AR amplifications (Amps) and various somatic point mutations (Muts) detected in mCRPC cfDNA and to relate those changes to other common alterations in the cfDNA landscape. Methods: A heterogenous group of 46 mCRPC patients (pts) with evidence of clinical progression from Tulane Cancer Center underwent cfDNA analysis using Guardant360 test (Guardant Health, Redwood City, CA). This evaluation included full exonic coverage of 70 genes and amplifications in 18 genes. Mutations reported herein include both known pathogenic mutations as well as mutations uncharacterized for functional importance. Results: 69.5% (n = 32) of the mCRPC pts evaluated had an AR alteration. Of the pts with AR alterations, 46.8% (n = 16) had AR Amps, 43.7% (n = 14) had AR Muts, and only 6.25% (n = 2) had both. In this cohort, AR alterations were the most commonly observed aberration. In addition to amplifications, 12 different AR Muts were detected. AR Muts included: T878A (n = 9), H875Y (n = 5), W742C (n = 4), AR L702H (n = 3), and others. To better understand the relationship between AR alteration and other commonly detected cfDNA aberrations, association between BRAF (35.5%), TP53 (46.7%), and MYC (22.2%) alterations and AR were assessed. Among these genes, TP53 alterations were all Muts and MYC alterations were all Amps. BRAF alterations were predominantly Amps (N = 15) though Muts were also detected (N = 6). Neither TP53 Muts or MYC Amps were significantly associated with AR alterations. On the other hand, BRAF alterations were significantly associated with AR Amps (p = 0.041); 60% (9/15) pts with AR Amps also had BRAF alteration (Odds ratio = 7.71, 95% CI 1.284- 46.366). Conclusions: AR alterations in cfDNA impact both disease progression and response to therapy. Co-segregation of AR and BRAF alterations may have significant prognostic and therapeutic implications. Further research and larger sample size is needed to further elucidate associations between the common somatic alterations detected in mCRPC.

In this paper, the quantitative analysis is implemented on the relationship between strategy deviation of listed firms and institutional investors’ recognition. For research methodology, financial complex networks and clustering techniques are employed to measure the de-gree of recognition by creating links to the common stockholding behaviour of institutional investors. Besides, quarterly panel data from 2006 to 2020 are constructed for an innovative study of the degree of recognition of institutional investors’ strategy deviation of listed firms under different innovation fields, firm properties, and market style heterogeneity and asymmetry. The stability test is conducted by the transformation of the measures and methods, thereby effectively avoiding the “cluster fallacy”. We validate the mechanism by which the differences in strategic choices and propensities of listed firms affect capital market recognition, and enrich the microscopic research perspective and methodology on related issues.

This cross-validated study focuses on the stability and replicability of the relationship between self-concept as measured by the Tennessee Self-concept Scale and job-related attitudes as measured by the Purdue Teacher Opinionnaire. A significant canonical correlation was obtained for the two sets of scales using two groups of 195 classroom teachers and accounted for 25% of the common variance. Canonical variate weights show that teachers derive greater emotional support from job satisfaction than from teachers' salary, school facilities, or rapport of teachers and principal. Given the clear sample-to-sample congruence, the conclusion is that the two instruments have a moderate relationship and that the opinionnaire shows some promise as a valid indicator of teachers' self-concept.

The present article aims at displaying the different types of love bonds implicit in García Márquez’s Love in the Time of Cholera. The relationship of complicity, courting, marriage, wait, and encounter of the lovers are the expressions through which the author represents latent love manifestations within the frame of a treatise of courtly love. This article analyzes the realistic and practical signs of love García Márquez uses to recreate the common situations any couple can live in a relationship. The common patterns found in this novel corroborate the unique writing style of the Colombian Nobel Prize of Literature and the connections with his other novels. The theoretical approaches of Roland Barthes in A lover’s discourse: Fragments and Ovid in The art of love help construct the basis of interpretation of the love relationships represented in this novel. Statements of Gurméndez and Charbonneau also support the concepts of depersonalization and sacrifice inside marriage and the role memories play in the wait. This article pays attention to three different couples present in the novel and researches on the type of relationship they build and the implications and particular conditions they have. All of them with remarkable features to be studied to understand the realism of love in the words of García Márquez.

This paper presents the findings of the stability, thermal conductivity and viscosity of CNTs (doped with 10 wt% graphene)- TiO2 hybrid nanofluids under various concentrations. While the usage of cutting fluid in machining operation is necessary for removing the heat generated at the cutting zone, the excessive use of it could lead to environmental and health issue to the operators. Therefore, the minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) to replace the conventional flooding was introduced. The MQL method minimises the usage of cutting fluid as a step to achieve a cleaner environment and sustainable machining. However, the low thermal conductivity of the base fluid in the MQL system caused the insufficient removal of heat generated in the cutting zone. Addition of nanoparticles to the base fluid was then introduced to enhance the performance of cutting fluids. The ethylene glycol used as the base fluid, titanium dioxide (TiO2) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) nanoparticle mixed to produce nanofluids with concentrations of 0.02 to 0.1 wt.% with an interval of 0.02 wt%. The mixing ratio of TiO2: CNTs was 90:10 and ratio of SDBS (surfactant): CNTs was 10:1. The stability of nanofluid checked using observation method and zeta potential analysis. The thermal conductivity and viscosity of suspension were measured at a temperature range between 30˚C to 70˚C (with increment of 10˚C) to determine the relationship between concentration and temperature on nanofluid’s thermal physical properties. Based on the results obtained, zeta potential value for nanofluid range from -50 to -70 mV indicates a good stability of the suspension. Thermal conductivity of nanofluid increases as an increase of temperature and enhancement ratio is within the range of 1.51 to 4.53 compared to the base fluid. Meanwhile, the viscosity of nanofluid shows decrements with an increase of the temperature remarks significant advantage in pumping power. The developed nanofluid in this study found to be stable with enhanced thermal conductivity and decrease in viscosity, which at once make it possible to be use as nanolubricant in machining operation.

According to Abdulaziz Sachedina, the main argument of religious pluralism in the Qur’an based on the relationship between private belief (personal) and public projection of Islam in society. By regarding to private faith, the Qur’an being noninterventionist (for example, all forms of human authority should not be disturb the inner beliefs of individuals). While the public projection of faith, the Qur’an attitude based on the principle of coexistence. There is the willingness of the dominant race provide the freedom for people of other faiths with their own rules. Rules could shape how to run their affairs and to live side by side with the Muslims. Thus, based on the principle that the people of Indonesia are Muslim majority, it should be a mirror of a societie’s recognizion, respects and execution of religious pluralism. Abdul Aziz Sachedina called for Muslims to rediscover the moral concerns of public Islam in peace. The call for peace seemed to indicate that the existence of increasingly weakened in the religious sense of the Muslims and hence need to be reaffi rmed. Sachedina also like to emphasize that the position of peace in Islam is parallel with a variety of other doctrines, such as: prayer, fasting, pilgrimage and so on. Sachedina also tried to show the argument that the common view among religious groups is only one religion and traditions of other false and worthless. “Antipluralist” argument comes amid the reality of human religious differences. The article presents materials about the relationship of the duration of productive use of cows with the characteristic of resistance to degradation, with the age of calving and milk yield. In the studied group of animals, which is heterogeneous in origin, the regression equation is suitable for predicting the productive period of cows due to resistance to degradation and the age of the first calving, the arguments of which are the stability index, the age of the first calving in the first and second degrees. The correlation coefficient between the predicted values of the productive period and its actual values in group I is 0.502, in group II - 0.604. At the same time, the extreme variants are predicted with statistical errors of 5 months when evaluating the stability index for 2 lactations and 4.1 months for 3, and the average variants, respectively, are 1.6 and 1.51 months. The index of resistance to the aging process is an important characteristic of the biological characteristics of cows, which determines their productive longevity. Its estimate for the first 2 and 3 lactations has a direct relationship with the productive period (r=0.4109 and r=0.5270), respectively. The dependence of the productive period age at first calving curvilinear with increasing age at first calving reduces the time to productive use, while age at first calving of more than 1400 days, the period of productive use ranges from 1.33 to 1.41 lactation. The correlation coefficient between these characteristics of cows is-0.2164 in I and-0.2620 in II groups.

Purpose. Increasing the uniformity of distribution of mineral fertilizers and other bulk materials due to the stability of their feed from the body to the spreading working bodies using the top feeder. Methods. The following methods are used to achieve this aim: the method of comparing the differences between individual groups of fertilizers, the method of analyzing the properties of a new technical system, the method of functional inventiveness, and the methods of theoretical and analytical mechanics. Results. The traction body of the conveyor of the upper feed of the body fat body machine for mineral fertilizers and other bulk materials was substantiated and the relationship between the height of its scrapers and the distance between them was established, as well as the nature of the mineral fertilizer pressure on the curvilinear wall of the body. In addition, the design of the advanced body fertilizer spreader is justified, which ensures a stable flow of fertilizers from the body due to the improvement of the top feeder. Conclusions. Because of the conducted researches, the advantages of machines equipped with top feeder are found. They create the conditions for the forced feeding mineral fertilizers and other loose materials from the container to the distribution bodies, which is a prerequisite for their evenness on the surface. With this, the imperfection of known machines with the top feeder constrains their introduction into agricultural production. On this account, a more thoroughly constructed solution of the body feeder of the top feed is substantiated, in which the conveyor provides a stable supply of fertilizers from the body with reduced energy consumption during operation. Keywords: analysis, feed, upper device, conveyor, stability, fertilizers, flow ability, body.

Migraine is a common, chronic neurovascular disorder caused by a complex interaction between genetic and environmental risk factors. In the last two decades, molecular genetics of migraine have been intensively investigated. In a few cases, migraine is transmitted as a monogenic disorder, and the disease phenotype cosegregates with mutations in different genes like CACNA1A, ATP1A2, SCN1A, KCNK18, and NOTCH3. In the common forms of migraine, candidate genes as well as genome-wide association studies have shown that a large number of genetic variants may increase the risk of developing migraine. At present, few studies investigated the genotype-phenotype correlation in patients with migraine. The purpose of this review was to discuss recent studies investigating the relationship between different genetic variants and the clinical characteristics of migraine. Analysis of genotype-phenotype correlations in migraineurs is complicated by several confounding factors and, to date, only polymorphisms of the MTHFR gene have been shown to have an effect on migraine phenotype. Additional genomic studies and network analyses are needed to clarify the complex pathways underlying migraine and its clinical phenotypes.

Financial crises have had a decisive influence on banking regulations in Spain. During the mid-19th century the publication of the financial statements of banks was considered key to the stability of the financial system. All new joint stock banking companies were to publish their statements in the Madrid Gazette in return for the privilege of limited liability. Similar obligations were placed on issuing banks. The copious publication of financial statements coincided with a period of financial prosperity. However, the crises that followed from 1864 to 1868 led to a reduction in the official publication of statements. This paper is concerned with an early response to crises in financial reporting. The study focuses on the relationship between the publication of accounting statements by banks and the GDP in Spain during the mid-19th century. The results suggest that the frequency of publication of financial statements may be an indicator of economic performance.
