Abstract This research was conducted because of the common problem that often happened at rural banks (BPR), that is too focused on business development so less in paying attention to employee’s satisfaction, which impact on high turnover rate of employee. High employee turnover rates have a negative effect on an organization, as it can lead to loss of productivity, profitability, corporate knowledge, skills and competencies. The population of this research is BPR while the sample is used by BPR in Bandung City. There are four independent variables in this study: (1) transformational leadership, (2) employee competence, (3) commitment, and (4) employee loyalty. The type of research used is descriptive verification, while the method used in this study is the survey method (explanatory survey) and descriptive method. Descriptive and verification analysis, descriptive analysis is done by using Microsoft Excel software to calculate or determine the frequency of answers from respondents, while verification analysis is used to find multiple regression equation, the magnitude of relationship and influence between variables. The results of research influence the determinant factors such as transformational leadership, employee competence and commitment to loyalty both partially and simultaneously.

Sustainable use of e-learning is very urgent created and developed in any formal education institutions because it can break the chain of covid-19 while improving the achievement of students in this new normal era. Therefore, it takes determinant factors that can realize the use of sustainable e-learning. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of professional, personal, environmental, information technology and satisfaction factors on student achievement at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University through the use of sustainable e-learning as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative method through the deployment of 50 item 5-point Likert scale questionnaire via google form to 279 respondents. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using SEM. The results of this study prove that the most significant determinant factors affecting the use of sustainable e-learning are personal factors. It is also empirically proven that the use of sustainable e-learning affects student achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to pay serious attention to personal factors. This finding is expected can give contribution for management of Faculty of Economics and Business for creating and developing e-learning which supports effectiveness and student performance. Therefore, the suggestion is that further research needs to provide an understanding of e-learning before making research with the same theme or making research on the level of literacy on the scope of meaning of sustainable e-learning.

High employee turnover rates are a classic problem that companies often encounter. The high turnover intensity can create instability and uncertainty about the condition of the workforce and the company itself. The results of previous research studies that have not been conclusive, led this study to examine the turnover intention with the career plateau approach and job satisfaction.Model and hypotheses were tested using primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires on 100 respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. The result of statistic test showed that career plateau proved to have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, the career plateau proved to have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention.

Pharmacy personnel include pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who are important HR in hospitals. The assessment was carried out based on an increase in the percentage of entry and exit or turnover of pharmacy staff at the "X" Hospital in 2017 by 33% (9 employees 3 who left), in 2018 by 55% (5 of 9 employees) and in 2019 by 45.4% (5 out of 11 employees leaving), "X" Hospital is a type C hospital located in Karangploso that serves general and specialist cases. the high turnover has an impact on organizations and individuals in organizations in the financial sector resulting in increased recruitment and training costs in the non-financial sector causing damage to social structure in the organization and a decrease in service quality, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors and causes of high employee turnover rates in pharmaceutical research plants in do qualitatively with approaches to three primary informants and 13 secondary informants. Data collection is done by interviews, observations and studies of research documents conducted in the outpatient pharmacy installation room (IFRJ) inpatient pharmaceutical installation (IFRI) and the Drug Warehouse Unit (UGO). It was found that what caused the turnover were: high workload, lack of energy, non-transparent distribution of incentives, lack of appreciation, dualism of leadership, and low organizational commitment. while the most influential factor being the main cause of turnover is the lack of appreciation and high workload. Abstract This paper presents an overview of techniques utilizing natural phytoplankton for the detection of metal-Induced stress in the Great Lakes. Both field and laboratory procedures are designed to evaluate either structural changes or functional response of test organisms. This up-to-date compendium provides a choice of techniques, which permits a holistic assessment of the stress caused by toxic metals. Recently introduced techniques, such as normalized size spectra analysis, flow cytometry, and the evaluation of a continuous-flow system response to metal toxicity, are discussed in more detail to explore their future potential. Owing to their key position in the food web, high turnover rates, abundance, and sensitivity to environmental perturbation, phytoplankton serve as reliable early warning indicators of ecosystem deterioration and its restoration.

AbstractMore than half of the European population of the Barbary Partridge is in Sardinia; nonetheless, the researches concerning this species are very scarce, and its conservation status is not defined because of a deficiency of data. This research aimed to analyse the habitat selection and the factors affecting the abundance and the density of the Barbary Partridge in Sardinia. We used the data collected over 8 years (between 2004 and 2013) by spring call counts in 67 study sites spread on the whole island. We used GLMM to define the relationships between the environment (topography, land use, climate) both the occurrence and the abundance of the species. Moreover, we estimated population densities by distance sampling. The Barbary Partridge occurred in areas at low altitude with garrigue and pastures, avoiding woodlands and sparsely vegetated areas. We found a strong relationship between the occurrence probability and the climate, in particular, a positive relation with temperature and a negative effect of precipitation, especially in April–May, during brood rearing. Furthermore, dry crops positively affected the abundance of the species. We estimated a density of 14.1 partridges per km2, similar to other known estimates. Our findings are important both because they increase the knowledge concerning this species, which is considered data deficient in Italy, and because they are useful to plan management actions aimed to maintain viable populations if necessary.
