Tourism today is one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the world. The article gives a brief review of a new economic paradigm and development model: a green economy. It shows how green investment in European tourism sector can contribute to economically viable and robust growth, decent work creation and poverty alleviation, while improving resource efficiency and minimising environmental degradation. Much of the economic potential for green tourism is found in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which need better access to financing for investing in green tourism. Investments and policies of European Union government can leverage private sector actions on green tourism.

Over the past few decades the gradual increase in environmental pollution, poverty and the need for energy made it necessary to transform the existing model of the economy. At the end of the 20th century the concept of sustainable development was formed. It included some relevant goals, the achievement of which made it possible to solve major socio-economic problems. The “green economy” is a system of economic relations between the state, economic entities and households arising from the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of goods and pursued in accordance with the objective of achieving the goals of sustainable development. The transition to the “green” economy will help to overcome poverty, provide humanity with renewable energy and gradually stop environmental pollution. The change of the existing model of economy requires a transformation in all its industries (manufacturing, finance, energy, etc.) and at all levels (from supranational to individual). Transformation processes, which include technical retrofitting, technology change, require significant funding. The establishment of an effective financial security mechanism will allow to attract the necessary investments for the implementation of projects in the field of transformation of economic sectors. It should be noted that the process of transition to a new model of economy in the world is already underway and the efforts of the world community aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development are manifested in the creation of the necessary legal framework in the form of UN conventions and activities of international financial organizations providing financing for the implementation of projects in this field. The transition to the green economy model opens a number of opportunities for Ukraine, such as gaining energy independence, overcoming poverty and improving the environment. Keywords: “green” economy, “green” results, transformation of economy, stable development.

The primary focus of economics is to allocate resources in order to achieve the well-being of humans. Wellbeing has many dimensions, ranging from the level of mere subsistence to the equality of opportunities to accumulate, and to safeguard life and wealth. Poverty, thus, is one of the parameters for measuring the welfare of society in general. Given this importance, the Millennium Development Goals aim at halving the world poverty by 2015. Many organisations in the world set poverty eradication as one of their key objectives. Likewise, poverty reduction has got a central place in the international politics. Accordingly, each country including Pakistan has launched programmes for the alleviation of this great menace. The election manifesto of all the mainstream political parties in Pakistan includes poverty alleviation as one of their main goals. Additionally, poverty alleviation is one of the major subjects of talks in electronic media and in the editorials of newspapers, both at the national and at the international level. Nevertheless, poverty is still a major problem of humanity across the globe.

As known, Indonesia is a nation with the largerst Moslem society in the world. According to data issued by Bappenas, in 2020 the population of Indonesia is predicted about 271,066,400 people (Bappenas: 2018). 85 percent of this population (ca. 230.406.440 people) are Moslems. It shows the huge potential in the acceptance of zakat fund, as an obligation for a Moslem who has qualified in accordance with the provisions of Islam.            Since MDGs declared in 2000 (UNRC: 2008) which contains a commitment to accelerate human development and poverty alleviation (8 goals),  Indonesia has a strong commitment to achieve the MDGs targets became one of Indonesia’s main priorities. As a continuation of the MDGs program, in 2015, more than 190 world leaders committed to 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In Indonesia, 17 SDGs are grouped into 4 part, one of them is poverty alleviation (UNDP Indonesia: 2018). One of the goals for poverty alleviation is explained with the goal number 8, that is decent work and economic growth. And one of the drivers the existence of decent work and economic growth is the growth of entrepreneurship activities. The growth of entrepreneurship can be implemented with the support of funds. One of them come from the distribution of zakat fund acceptance.            By terminology, zakat means a certain amount of property that is required by Allah SWT to be given to the mustahik mentioned in the Qur’an. Or it could also mean a certain amount of certain property given to a particular person (Solihin: 2010). There is a fund transfer from muzaki (zakat payer) to mustahik (zakat recipient). With the transfer of funds, there is an expectation that there will be a better life change for mustahik, so that in time they will be becomes muzaki. This activity is expected to occur continously, forming a circle of increasing goodness. And ultimately will improve society wellbeing.            To support this paper, the author use a qualitative methods with secondary datas and supported by Tawhidi String Relation (TSR) theory which includes the method of circular causation and IIE (interaction, integration and evolution) method. Keywords : zakat, entrepreneurship, poverty alleviation, SDGs, TSR

Abstract Tourism has become one the most quickly developing economic sectors. The creation of sustainable and competitive tourism can be observed and initiated all over the world, so the formation of Tourism Destination Management (TDM) system has become an important way of development worldwide. All over the world there are lots of successful TDM systems, so we have to work hard to achieve success in our homeland as well. I think that a new tourism development concept has positive effects on the development of domestic tourism. The tourism sector may expand more dynamically with cooperation of the players. The institutional development is useful, but the organizations must be established in harmony with the characteristics of each destination and need to represent the interests of the participants. In my research, I examine the development of the Hungarian Tourism Destination Management system, the use of the funds, and the context between TDM funds and infrastructural development. Finally, I intend to present good practices which can be adapted to other tourist destinations, so that everyone can benefit from the Hungarian tourism sector.

Society is increasingly concerned about environmental, social and economic issues. According to the World Tourism Organization, over the past six decades, tourism has experienced a continuous expansion and diversification to become one of the fastest-growing economic sectors in the world. Furthermore, studies affirm the complexity of the tourism sector and the fact that sustainable development depends on various topics that are not correctly identified by managers and policymakers. For these reasons, this paper aims to reflect on the effects of tourism and to propose alternatives that can be sustainably managed. In terms of results, knowledge gaps have been identified and, through a case analysis in Brazil, the forgotten effects of tourism activity that can have an impact on sustainable development have been exposed. Also, an algorithm has been presented to manage uncertainty and facilitate decision-making.

Relevance of the research topic. The current stage of economic development, accompanied by the growth of production and environmental impact, significantly updates the search for the latest mechanisms for environmental conservation and reducing the burden on it. In view of the significant updating of the issues of environmental investment and the reduction of the burden on the environment, the "green economy" as a science aimed at global changes in the organization of production and innovation, at the present stage of economic development, acquires large-scale measurements both in the frameworks of a particular country and the world in as a whole. Formulation of the problem. In the context of limited budget resources, a significant reduction in direct investment (7% over the past 5 years) and the simultaneous sharpening of the environmental situation, "green investment" is one of the most effective sources of financing environmental protection measures. They contribute to the growth of the economic and environmental potential of business entities, expand potential sales markets, increase production, and so on. Analysis of recent research and publications. The problems of the development of the market of green innovations are devoted to the scientific works of I. Sotnik, M. Chumakova, O. Prokopenko, A. Amosha, I. Buleev, V. Dubnitsky. B. Burkinsky contributed to the theory and practice of environmentalizing economic development, substantiated the need to introduce the principles of the "green" economy in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the influence of ecological innovations on the indices of the country's green growth are highlighted in the works of S. Franceschini, M. Borup. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. Despite a significant number of publications on these issues, a significant range of problems remain unresolved, including the issue of the relationship between economic instability and the development of environmental investment. Setting the task, the purpose of the study. The objective of the study is to analyze the main tendencies of ecological development of Ukraine and other countries of the world; the level of investment activity of Ukraine in the field of "green investment", to determine. The purpose of the study is to identify the most relevant factors of economic instability, which have an impact on the development of "environmental investments" in the country. Method or methodology for conducting research. The article uses a set of methods of scientific research: the system approach, statistical analysis, structuring, analysis and synthesis. Presentation of the main material (results of work). The influence of indicators of economic instability on the level of development of ecological investment in the country is determined, tendencies of changes in indicators of ecological development are analyzed, state and problems of the green investment portfolio are investigated. The field of application of results. The results of this study can be applied in the process of forming and implementing the environmental and investment policy. Conclusions according to the article. One of the most effective and topical instruments for today is the development of environmental investment. However, an analysis of the tendencies of financing and development of "green investments" has shown the low level of investment activity of Ukraine in comparison with other countries of the world. The hypothesis about the existence of the influence of instability factors on the above-mentioned situation was put forward in the work, it has made it possible to determine the most relevant, in our opinion, indicators of the impact on the country's environmental development, reliable estimation and forecasting of variability which will contribute to timely development of preventive measures aimed at preserving and increasing the level of environmental investment in the country.

Topicality. The urgency of developing green tourism in Kherson region is growing, since, on the one hand, the region has a high tourism and recreation potential, which is still used inefficiently, and on the other hand, the development of tourism is a crucial factor for the sustainable development of the region and the increase of its competitiveness in the world market. Aim and tasks. The aim of the article is to develop theoretical principles and practical and applied proposals that should substantiate the feasibility of green tourism development in Ukraine and its regions, and study the problems that arise during the organization of green tourism, taking into consideration international experience in this field. Research results. Green economy is a challenge to inefficient use of resources. The use of the principles of "green" economy will not only allow achieving sustainable development of the regions and the country, but also ensure social justice as well as the use of natural competitive advantages to enter and consolidate in foreign markets. According to UNEP, among the priority areas of development are tourism activities. "Green" / rural tourism is the type of entrepreneurial activity in providing comprehensive tourist services in rural areas, using the private property of rural residents, without significant environmental impact on the environment. "Green" tourism has the following varieties: rural tourism, recreational tourism, ecotourism. The experience of European countries has shown that with proper government support and coordination of efforts of the state and local communities, green tourism can be a highly profitable activity. The effect of "green" tourism is complex; it is expressed through the economic, social and environmental component. The article shows that Ukraine and its regions have a huge tourist potential. In recent years, "green" tourism has been successfully developing and is popular among the population of the country. The format and scope of "green" tourism in Ukraine have their own national characteristics: it is mainly a family business; the average "green" holiday duration is from 1 to 2 days, which allows it to claim its own competitive position in the international market. At the same time, a number of shortcomings in the organization of "green" business have been identified. Conclusion. Kherson Region has a number of advantages, the full use of which is able to ensure sustainable economic development, the competitiveness of the region and the presence in the world market of tourist services. There are a number of factors that negatively affect the state of the tourism industry: low level of tourist infrastructure, insufficient development of the regulatory framework, economic and political instability, a limited range of tourist services offered, no concept of tourism development in the region as a promising tourist destination, imperfect advertising of regional tourist centers, etc. To overcome these problems it is expedient to use a cluster approach to the organization of "green" tourism.
