Tista village has a very diverse potential to be developed into a tourist attraction, namely the potential of nature, cultural potential, culinary potential, spiritual potential, and of course the potential of Human Resources. These potentials are the capital of Tista Village to be a tourist village, where Tista Village is designated as a tourist village by the Regent of Tabanan Number: 180/319/03 / HK & HAM / 2016, 26th October 2016. Tista villagers strongly support the village to be a rural tourism, this can be proven by the enthusiasm of the community held Tista Festival held on 6-8 January 2017, where in the festival was introduced various tourism potentials owned Tista Village and socialize the Village Tista Stipulation as a rural tourism, so the whole Tista village community and the surrounding villages know that Tista Village is officially a rural tourism. For the community there must be a change of attitude in maintaining the status of the rural tourism, such as preserving the village environment, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining cultural and spiritual sustainability, growing creativity and innovation to cultivate and manage resources owned, and the most important is to increase knowledge and understanding related to tourism (hospitality). The tourist attraction of rural tourism certainly requires some concept of development and management that will be able to withstand longer tourist visits staying in Tista Rural Tourism. To provide a more diverse alternative tourism again, it is necessary to plan a package/local tourism products that can be packaged by the village community Tista a choice of attraction to tourists who visit. These local potentials that are part of life and daily activities of Tista Village community need to be introduced to tourists so that tourism development in Tista Rural Tourism can show something different, where potency which have chance to be developed is local culinary potency, where in Tista Village can be found in various local culinary communities that are very diverse from various preparations and flavors. In addition, to maintain a positive image of tourism in Tista Rural Tourism required something that is remembered and a characteristic that is obtained from the village Tista. Something that is a local souvenir, so that the Tista community need to be creative, both individually and in groups to prepare and produce local souvenirs whose nuance is the uniqueness and local wisdom of Tista. Because in tourism, what we "sell" is service accompanied by souvenir/hand brought by tourists to the area of origin and also as a promotional event to lure other tourists to come even more to the Tista Rural Tourism. For that reason, the Team of Community Service of the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University implementing service in the Tista Rural Tourism with the topic "Packaging Local Culinary and Local Souvenirs in Support Tista Rural Tourism Development, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency".

One of development strategyin an effort to encourage ruraleconomic growth is to make it as a tourist village, especially for villageswhich have valuable in tourism potential. In accelerate the development of a village into a tourism village it desperately needed the cooperation and support of many parties, because it pertains to the resources needed in that development. One of the concepts developed are sharing grants.That is a concept to encourage as many parties that have to be involved to develop the idea of understanding the village with herding resources owned by the parties.So that all the stakeholders involved will jointly engage independen tly. The purpose of development of rural tourism with the concept of sharing grants is to encourage the community to be involved in accordance with their desire and ability, so that the existence of these stakeholders will be an umbrella which can be placed the society. To make the changes beneficial in the implementation, it is necessary to make a guideline that would be the corridor of the village tourism development.

Tista Tourism Village is the developing tourist village, that located at Kerambitan Village, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this community service is to deliver the understanding and skills, improving for Tista community in playing an active role and participation in preparation of local lodging (homestay) along with supporting facilities to provide security and comfort when tourists stay and can increase tourists length of stay at Tista Tourism Village to enjoy various tourism products and tour packages in Tista Village in support of development and management of Tista Tourism Village, so as to provide economic benefits in directly to the Tista Village community. The devotion technique that is giving counseling to the tista village community which was attended by the village head, the chairman of pokdarwis, the manager of the tourist village and the community, the subject that presented about the homestay to be clean, confortable, and the availability of clean water. Homestay is prepared to be the main accommodation alternative for tourists whotakes the vacation at Tista Wisata Village. But about the cleanliness, is still a shortcoming that must be addressed. Not only homestay, a number of tourist destinations that are intended to attract tourists, should provide the widest information to tourists and maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. All parties must be involved in fixing the existing shortcomings, because to increase tourism requires a high awareness, ie the community will be involved.

The consequence of tourist village is the community's psychology and environmental carrying capacity. Good strategy will be able to realize the welfare of the village community. The purpose of this study is to make a tourism development strategy in the Namu Village. Methods of data collection using sampling techniques through interviews and questionnaires with a total samples of 70 respondents. Characteristics of tourism conditions and potential are analyzed by supply-demand. While demand analysis is used to recognize the pattern of visitor demand. Both of these analyzes are used as reference materials for development strategies by strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats SWOT analyzed. Furthermore, based on the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), the beauty of Namu and the waterfall become the main attraction for tourist destination. On the other side the disadvantage is the unpreparedness of the Namu village community make them not enough in economically. External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), partisanship of the government enable for Namu to be developing in marine tourism. However the threats was come from outside investor which can reduce the role of the community to improve their economy. Based on the analysis of IFAS and EFAS, the Namu Village's tourism development strategy is to improve the quality of tourism objects, increasing the role of the government, looking for investors especially in the transportation sector, improve community capacity. For instance manufacture of fishery products, souvenirs, and culinary. Finally safeguard ecosystems through waste management

Abstrak: Arus globalisasi saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas bagus dan modern yang sangat diminati oleh khalayak. Sehingga mampu menggeser segala sesuatu yang dianggap ketinggalan jaman dengan lebih memilih dan mengedepankan hal-hal yang dianggap lebih kekinian. Misalnya di daerah-daerah yang saat ini berlomba-lomba membangun pariwisata yang menghadirkan unsur modern dengan segala fasilitas kekinian yang dapat dinikmati oleh para wisatawan. Pembangunan pariwisata sangat menjadi prioritas utama sebagai upaya untuk kemajuan dan peningkatan terhadap potensi yang dimiliki, baik dari masyarakat maupun daerah. Hadirnya destinasi wisata modern yang juga mengusung pasar tradisional papringan dengan memasukkan budaya Jawa sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan serta mengenalkan kepada para pengunjung, menjadi tujuan utama masyarakat yang ada di Desa Jambu. Segala wujud tindakan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat menurut Parson memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, sehingga dengan memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimiliki, kini desa tersebut menjadi destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan baik dari dalam maupun luar kota. Adanya pasar tradisiona,l juga memberikan kesempatan bagi para wanita yang notabennya adalah ibu rumah tangga untuk bisa lebih mandiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Pada era modernisasi saat ini dianggap memberikan kemudahan untuk dapat mempromosikan segala keunikan dan keistimewaan yang dimiliki oleh desa wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pasar Tradisional Papringan, Masyarakat Desa Jambu, Fungsioanlisme   Abstract: Current globalization can not be denied that there are good and modern facilities that are very popular with the public. So as to be able to shift everything that is considered outdated by preferring and prioritizing things that are considered more contemporary. For example in areas that are currently competing to build a tourism business that presents a modern element with all the current facilities that can be enjoyed by tourists. Tourism development is a top priority as an effort to progress and increase the potential of the community and region. The presence of modern tourist destinations that carry Papringan traditional markets by incorporating Javanese culture as an effort to preserve and introduce to visitors, became the main destination of activists in Jambu Village. All forms of actions taken by the community according to Parson have goals to be achieved. So that by utilizing and developing all the potential that is owned, the village has now become a tourist destination that is visited by many tourists both from within and outside the city. The existence of traditional markets also provides opportunities for women who incidentally are housewives to be more independent in meeting family needs. In the current era of modernization, it is considered to be easy to be able to promote all the uniqueness and privileges that are owned by the tourist village. Tigawasa Village is one of the Old Villages or Bali Aga villages in Banjar District, Buleleng Regency, Bali which is the center of bamboo handicrafts. The local handicraft really needs development, one of the developments of the local handicrafts of Tigawasa Village, namely tourism village souvenir products. The development of local handicraft-based tourism village souvenirs is the beginning of increasing the value of local crafts in Tigawasa Village. This article describes the opportunities and challenges of developing local handicraft-based tourist village souvenirs in Tigawasa Village, which is the center of bamboo handicrafts in the Bali Aga village environment, Buleleng, Bali. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method which begins with data collection from interviews with several informants, filling out questionnaires by tourists visiting Tigawasa Village and also direct documentation to Tigawasa Village such as traditional houses and also to craftsmen in Tigawasa Village. The results show that local crafts have the opportunity to develop as souvenirs because the crafts produced are of good quality, besides that the tourism development component is also an opportunity in the development of these souvenirs such as tourists visiting Tigawasa Village will be invited to do weaving activities (something to do) with the woven results can be used as a souvenir to take home (something to buy). The results of the questionnaire also stated that 70% of tourists strongly agree with the existence of local handicraft-based tourism village souvenirs, and 30% agree and there are no opinions disagree and strongly disagree. The challenges faced related to the development of tourism village souvenirs include the limitations of existing bamboo sources so that craftsmen buy materials from outside the village so that additional capital is needed so that capital is also a challenge for Tigawasa Village crafts, lack of innovation from bamboo crafts, and lack of promotion. With the development of local handicraft-based souvenirs in Tigawasa Village can increase the selling value of local crafts, can make it a tourist attraction and as a memory for every tourist who comes to Tigawasa Tourism Village.

Desa Pakraman Jasri was established by the government of Karangasem regency as tourist village that had a complex potential as nature and culture tourism destination, therefore, in accordance with the concept of 4H and 4A on tourism developing. The way of life of society who still looked after the custom and tradition their ancestors were a major modal development it, and the beautiful views towards Jasri beach. The tourist who visited and stayed in the village will feel the atmosphere of rural life with a variety of society activities that are still traditional. However, the fact, the alternative tourism that was developed in Desa Pakraman Jasri did not develop based on society’s expectation and local government. In term of this, it needed to be studied, found and resolved the problems with the best possibility. The study result was to show that the alternative tourism development in Desa Pakraman Jasri was not through a deep and comprehensive assessment; therefore, there was a gap between society expectations and the happening reality.

The village of Ende is a traditional hamlet located in Sengkol Village, Pujut Subdistrict, Central Lombok. These villagers live their daily activities by holding firmly to traditions that are still rooted from their ancestors. It is seen that the house thatched roofs that characterize the Sasak tribe would be an interesting scenery and become one of the attractions of tourists to come to the village. The purpose of this research is to know how effort done by sasak tribe in order to increase tourist attraction of Ende village and how social society role of society of Ende village to change its environment. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, through observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that the village of Ende as a tourist village has some efforts or ways that are done in order to improve the tourist attraction. The method used is inseparable from the rules and norms that apply in the village of Ende. This norm is of course based on local wisdom while maintaining the authenticity of their customs. In addition to the customary norms governing, there is also the social role of the Sasak people to preserve the culture and environment of Ende Village from the diffusion of foreign cultures.

Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is located in the range of 15 Km from the center of Gresik. The locals are very creative by continuing their culinary innovations besides Legen and dawet siwalan to the grilled chicken menu as a companion. The community's huge interest in the typical culinary of Hendrosari Village is then continued with the development of the tourist village of Lontar Sewu Nature & Culinary Tourism Village. There is a jogging track built to cross the palm plantations, a traditional culinary center of Gresik and a tourist attraction for game rides and a great place for selfies.Physically, the development of the tourism village has been completed and began to operate, but there are still many stakeholders, especially the main activists of the Tourism Village and the community still need guidance as to how they are able to optimize the potential of the tourist village in their place through entrepreneurship. How to take the right steps so that the local wisdom of this tourism village is able to significantly strengthen the superiority of the product which is expected to be able to raise economic independence in the village of Hendrosari.This problem then became the basis of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Hendrosari village. Through this program, the main activists of the Tourism Village consisting of Bumdes, PKK cadres, Karang Taruna cadres and the Tourism Village Activity Organizing Committee and the community will be given a briefing to foster entrepreneurial spirit enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, the Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency .The purpose of carrying out PKM activities are; 1. Growing the entrepreneurial spirit of the community of Hendrosari village 2. Increasing the product competitiveness of the community of the village of Hendrosari. The method used is the lecture and discussion method, technology transfer and demonstration method.Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that the main activists in the Tourism Village and the community will be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to increase the competitiveness of the MSME products of the Lontar Tourism village community, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency.

Community based Tourism paradigm as a concept of alternative tourism has been able to provide distribution to community either in welfare or empowerment towards sustainable tourism. In relation to this paradigm, this study was conducted to analyze the impacts of rural tourism development in Pinge village. Pinge is one of the village in Tabanan- Bali which has been developed to be rural tourism destination.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive. Technique of collecting data was through interviewing with community leader and conducting field observations in order to find out positive and negative impacts to economy, socio cultural and environment to this village. The researcher found that the development of rural tourism provides positive and negative impacts to society in Pinge. From the result of data collection, there were found that economy of society was improved, the culture was preserved, and the environment was arranged well. The result of this study is expected to be a reference study in rural tourism development in Pinge village through controlling the negative impacts from this tourism destination development.

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself
