Tista Tourism Village is the developing tourist village, that located at Kerambitan Village, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this community service is to deliver the understanding and skills, improving for Tista community in playing an active role and participation in preparation of local lodging (homestay) along with supporting facilities to provide security and comfort when tourists stay and can increase tourists length of stay at Tista Tourism Village to enjoy various tourism products and tour packages in Tista Village in support of development and management of Tista Tourism Village, so as to provide economic benefits in directly to the Tista Village community. The devotion technique that is giving counseling to the tista village community which was attended by the village head, the chairman of pokdarwis, the manager of the tourist village and the community, the subject that presented about the homestay to be clean, confortable, and the availability of clean water. Homestay is prepared to be the main accommodation alternative for tourists whotakes the vacation at Tista Wisata Village. But about the cleanliness, is still a shortcoming that must be addressed. Not only homestay, a number of tourist destinations that are intended to attract tourists, should provide the widest information to tourists and maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. All parties must be involved in fixing the existing shortcomings, because to increase tourism requires a high awareness, ie the community will be involved.

Community-Based Tourism (CBT) has become a new trend for local-based development. However, many villages have not developed this potentiality as a new commodity as a tourism-based community. For this reason, this article explains three important elements in the development of community-based tourism in the Sekapuk Village community, Gresik Regency, East Java, namely following the potential, participation, and development of Setigi tourism. This research highlights three critical issues concerning i) how the role of local communities in maximizing village potential, ii) how Community-Based Tourism practices work effectively in increasing community social awareness, and iii) how communities build new tourist destinations. The research method using observation in Setigi tourism, interviews with village leaders, managers of Tourism Awareness Group/Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), local traders, and visitors. The indication of community has built Setigi tourist destinations by utilizing the potential of nature. Meanwhile, CBT is implemented in environmental conservation, tourism training, accessibility of transformation, and the development of communication systems. Setigi tourism is built based on social participation, which results in nature-based tourism destinations, the development of the Mbok Inggih kitchen, and the home industry. As a successful tourist village development, the village has achieved the icon of the Millionaire Village. Nevertheless, in the end, Setigi tourism still has limitations in optimizing the socio-cultural and socio-religious potential.

Abstrak: Arus globalisasi saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas bagus dan modern yang sangat diminati oleh khalayak. Sehingga mampu menggeser segala sesuatu yang dianggap ketinggalan jaman dengan lebih memilih dan mengedepankan hal-hal yang dianggap lebih kekinian. Misalnya di daerah-daerah yang saat ini berlomba-lomba membangun pariwisata yang menghadirkan unsur modern dengan segala fasilitas kekinian yang dapat dinikmati oleh para wisatawan. Pembangunan pariwisata sangat menjadi prioritas utama sebagai upaya untuk kemajuan dan peningkatan terhadap potensi yang dimiliki, baik dari masyarakat maupun daerah. Hadirnya destinasi wisata modern yang juga mengusung pasar tradisional papringan dengan memasukkan budaya Jawa sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan serta mengenalkan kepada para pengunjung, menjadi tujuan utama masyarakat yang ada di Desa Jambu. Segala wujud tindakan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat menurut Parson memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, sehingga dengan memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimiliki, kini desa tersebut menjadi destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan baik dari dalam maupun luar kota. Adanya pasar tradisiona,l juga memberikan kesempatan bagi para wanita yang notabennya adalah ibu rumah tangga untuk bisa lebih mandiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Pada era modernisasi saat ini dianggap memberikan kemudahan untuk dapat mempromosikan segala keunikan dan keistimewaan yang dimiliki oleh desa wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pasar Tradisional Papringan, Masyarakat Desa Jambu, Fungsioanlisme   Abstract: Current globalization can not be denied that there are good and modern facilities that are very popular with the public. So as to be able to shift everything that is considered outdated by preferring and prioritizing things that are considered more contemporary. For example in areas that are currently competing to build a tourism business that presents a modern element with all the current facilities that can be enjoyed by tourists. Tourism development is a top priority as an effort to progress and increase the potential of the community and region. The presence of modern tourist destinations that carry Papringan traditional markets by incorporating Javanese culture as an effort to preserve and introduce to visitors, became the main destination of activists in Jambu Village. All forms of actions taken by the community according to Parson have goals to be achieved. So that by utilizing and developing all the potential that is owned, the village has now become a tourist destination that is visited by many tourists both from within and outside the city. The existence of traditional markets also provides opportunities for women who incidentally are housewives to be more independent in meeting family needs. In the current era of modernization, it is considered to be easy to be able to promote all the uniqueness and privileges that are owned by the tourist village. Tista village has a very diverse potential to be developed into a tourist attraction, namely the potential of nature, cultural potential, culinary potential, spiritual potential, and of course the potential of Human Resources. These potentials are the capital of Tista Village to be a tourist village, where Tista Village is designated as a tourist village by the Regent of Tabanan Number: 180/319/03 / HK & HAM / 2016, 26th October 2016. Tista villagers strongly support the village to be a rural tourism, this can be proven by the enthusiasm of the community held Tista Festival held on 6-8 January 2017, where in the festival was introduced various tourism potentials owned Tista Village and socialize the Village Tista Stipulation as a rural tourism, so the whole Tista village community and the surrounding villages know that Tista Village is officially a rural tourism. For the community there must be a change of attitude in maintaining the status of the rural tourism, such as preserving the village environment, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining cultural and spiritual sustainability, growing creativity and innovation to cultivate and manage resources owned, and the most important is to increase knowledge and understanding related to tourism (hospitality). The tourist attraction of rural tourism certainly requires some concept of development and management that will be able to withstand longer tourist visits staying in Tista Rural Tourism. To provide a more diverse alternative tourism again, it is necessary to plan a package/local tourism products that can be packaged by the village community Tista a choice of attraction to tourists who visit. These local potentials that are part of life and daily activities of Tista Village community need to be introduced to tourists so that tourism development in Tista Rural Tourism can show something different, where potency which have chance to be developed is local culinary potency, where in Tista Village can be found in various local culinary communities that are very diverse from various preparations and flavors. In addition, to maintain a positive image of tourism in Tista Rural Tourism required something that is remembered and a characteristic that is obtained from the village Tista. Something that is a local souvenir, so that the Tista community need to be creative, both individually and in groups to prepare and produce local souvenirs whose nuance is the uniqueness and local wisdom of Tista. Because in tourism, what we "sell" is service accompanied by souvenir/hand brought by tourists to the area of origin and also as a promotional event to lure other tourists to come even more to the Tista Rural Tourism. For that reason, the Team of Community Service of the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University implementing service in the Tista Rural Tourism with the topic "Packaging Local Culinary and Local Souvenirs in Support Tista Rural Tourism Development, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency".

The village has a lot of potential that can be developed. In many records, there are three main potentials that villages have in general. First, natural resources, second agricultural products and third potential for local wisdom and culture, where these three potentials can support the development of a tourist village. Since the enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, there has been a massive movement carried out by various groups to awaken the village's potential. The authority of the village government to develop its territory is wide open, but this spirit requires the participation of all components of the village community and synergy with various groups in a sustainable manner. Based on these matters, the Community Service Team of the University of Baturaja, through the Mitra Village Assistance Program, the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education carried out development assistance activities in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, South Sumatra Province becoming a souvenir center village and souvenirs in the Lake Ranau tourist area, through excavating village potentials and enhancing the capacity of governance of the Village Owned Enterprises. Dalam banyak catatan, ada tiga potensi utama yang dimiliki desa pada umumnya. Pertama, sumber daya alam, kedua hasil-hasil pertanian dan ketiga potensi kearifan lokal dan budaya, di mana ketiga potensi ini dapat menunjang pengembangan menjadi desa wisata. Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, terjadi pergerakan yang begitu massif yang dilakukan berbagai kalangan untuk membangkitkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki desa. Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan wilayahnya semakin terbuka lebar, tetapi semangat ini memerlukan partisipasi seluruh komponen masyarakat desa dan sinergi dengan berbagai kalangan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Baturaja, melalui Program Pendampingan Desa Mitra, Direktur Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PPDM-DRPM Kemristekdikti) menjalankan kegiatan pedampingan pengembangan Desa Sipatuhu, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi desa sentra souvenir dan oleh-oleh di kawasan wisata Danau Ranau, melalui penggalian potensi desa dan peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).

Ranu Pane Village is an enclave village located in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This village still maintains the traditional Tengger culture which has natural potential in the form of Lake Ranu Pane and Lake Ranu Regulo. Located in a national strategic area of 10 priority tourist destinations, Ranu Pane village is directed to become a tourist village. Tourism development in the perspective of local independence is the embodiment of a community order that is carried out independently. Community participation is very decisive in the development of tourist villages, so as not to be separated from the cultural values of the local community and the decline in environmental quality, so that tourism management will be able to create a prosperous society together with nature conservation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with direct observation techniques and library data collection. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of the Ranu Pane village community in the development of a tourist village. through a SWOT analysis obtained a strategy for the development of tourist villages. In general, it is necessary to increase the participation of the village community so that it is better.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Bokor Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kondisi obyek dampingan dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan yang muncul, adanya perilaku yang kurang tepat dari masyarakat bokor yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Mereka membuang sampah di sungai, dan pekarangan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (participation action research). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini diawali FGD dengan Pemerintahan Desa, Stake holder dan masyarakat itu sendiri, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan perilaku masyarakat desa Bokor dengan memilah sampah organik dan unorganik, serta memberikan fasilitas tong sampah yang didistribusikan ke warga desa Bokor warga agar terjadi perubahan membuang sampah tidak disungai tapi dibuang pada tong sampah yang yang sudah disediakan. Sehingga mereka tidak lagi membuang sampah rumah tangganya di sembarang tempat dan sungai. Mitra kerja dalam pengabdian ini adalah karang taruna serta ibu PKK yang didukung sepenuhnya oleh Kepala desa dan perangkatnya.Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The condition of the assisted object can be identified several problems that arise, the existence of inappropriate behavior from the bokor community who littering. They throw garbage in rivers and yards so that it can cause pollution to the surrounding environment. The method used in this service is PAR (participation action research). The steps taken in this service began with an FGD with the Village Government, Stakeholders, and the community itself, followed by socialization and mentoring the behavior of the Bokor village community by sorting organic and unorganic waste, as well as providing trash can facilities that were distributed to residents of the village of Bokor. There has been a change in disposing of garbage, not in the river but discarded in the trash can that has been provided. So that they no longer throw their household waste in any place and river. The partners in this service are youth organizations and PKK mothers who are fully supported by the village head and his apparatus.

Cepaka Village is one of the villages located in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The area has a wide expanse of rice fields and people who are still full of agriculture. The dominant community working in the agricultural and tourism sectors is a village that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village supported by the creative economy. In Community Service Activities in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan The targets to be achieved are the formation of a Tourism Awareness group as a driver and manager of a tourist village by the local community; Village potentials that have uniqueness and beauty and community creativity can be prepared and packaged as tourist attractions in the development of tourist villages in Cepaka village; The creation of village environmental conditions according to the requirements of a tourist village, namely Sapta Pesona (safe, clean, orderly, beautiful, cool, friendly, and memorable). The method of implementing the PKM program, namely conducting socialization, debriefing and assistance to the Cepaka village community who have awareness of tourism activities. The results achieved in the PKM program are guiding in designing a proposal for the formation of a Tourism Awareness Group submitted by the community with an introduction from the Prebekel to be submitted to the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office. The proposal section consists of the background of developing a tourist village, the potentials to be developed as a tourist village, Vision, Mission and objectives of developing the village as a tourist village. The community is aware of its role and responsibility as a good host for guests or tourists who visit to create a conducive environment and atmosphere as stated in the slogan Sapta Pesona..

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists.
