This research has purposed to find out the influence of price, service quality, loyalty and mediates satisfaction in correlation to price and loyalty to domestic tourist satisfaction at Lion Air Company Bali. The research used thepurposive sampling approach to 70 respondents of the Lion Air in Bali. Location of this research is at Domestic departure terminal of Ngurah Rai International Airport Tuban – Bali. The research was using two variables, those are the independent variable (X), and the dependent variable (Y). The analysis method used are the validity and instrument reliability test, normality test, and path analysis test. Based on result analysis, indicators in this research are valid and reliable. There is a positive and significant influence between the price to satisfaction of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali, there is positive and significant influence between service quality to satisfaction of local tourists at Lion Air company in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between satisfaction to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between the price to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between service quality to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. Therefore future research is necessary to conduct further research using other variables suspected to affect the loyalty rating.

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

Purpose of this study is to determine economic fundamentals influence and financial performance on non-performing loans in sharia banks in Indonesia. Used quarterly panel data from 2008-2016, which came from BPS, BI, and OJK. Eleven banks used as a sample, with a purposive sampling approach. Using regression methods, with the dependent variable is NPF, and independent variable for economic fundamentals using exchange rates, inflation, GDP and financial performance with FDR, CAR, OER. Result shown that fundamental economice do not affect the NPF and OER as a financial performance has a positive and significant influence to NPF, CAR has negative and significant influence to NPF, but has no effect to FDR.

<p><em>Tax is very useful for the development of a county. This study aimed to determine the Effect of Sanctions, Tax Awareness and Quality of Taxpayer Services on Property Tax Compliance, the case studies Kab. Kerinci. The number of samples determined was 128 respondents. The independent variables were sanctions, tax awareness and service quality of taxpayers and the dependent variable was Property tax compliance. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis, including determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The result analysis shows that Sanctions variable affects the taxpayer compliance by 0.421 (42.1%), Tax Awareness affects the taxpayer Compliance by 0.195 (19.0%), and the Quality of Taxpayer Services has an influence magnitude of 0.250 (25.0 %).</em></p><p> </p><p>Pajak sangat berguna bagi pembangunan suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sanksi, Kesadaran Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan khususnya pada daerah Kab. Kerinci. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 128 responden. Sebagai variabel independen, yaitu sanksi, kesadaran perpajakan dan kualitas pelayanan wajib pajak. Selanjutnya, variabel dependennya adalah kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linier berganda meliputi, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Sanksi mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebesar 0,421 (42.1%), Kesadaran Perpajakan mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebesar 0,195 (19.0%), dan Kualitas Pelayanan Wajib Pajak memiliki besaran pengaruh sebesar 0,250 (25.0%).</p>

This research is meant to examine the influence of service quality, price, and place to thecustomer satisfaction at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. The population of thisresearch is all customers who have ever visited at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. Theresearch samples has been obtained by using accidental sampling method. In according tothe predetermined criteria 100 respondents who have ever visited Cafe Rolag DiponegoroSurabaya have been selected as samples. The analysis method has been carried out byusing multiple linear analysis with SPSS application .The result of the model feasibilitytest which has been done by using F test has concluded that the research model is feasibleto be used for the following analysis. Meanwhile the result of hypothesis t test (partial)shows that service quality has significant influence to the customer satisfaction.And placehas significant influence to the customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service quality, place, and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) the influences of Islamic attributes of Destination on Destination Loyalty, (2) the influences of Islamic attributes of destination on tourist satisfaction, (3) the influences of tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty.The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is Muslim traveler that already visited Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The total sample of this research was 281 people by using online questionnaire. The result of research show that (1) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on destination loyalty, (2) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on tourist satisfaction (3) Tourist satisfaction has significant influence on destination loyalty.For the future research it is better to explore more about variable that can influence destination loyalty. Keywords: Islamic Attributes of Destination, Tourist satisfaction, and Destination Loyalty

<em>To determine the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). There is a significant influence between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti.</em>

This research study intends to investigate the tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between the Islamic attributes, service quality and destination loyalty among Malaysian Muslim tourists in the Padang city. A self survey was implemented as the means to attain the primary data among the 160 Malaysian Muslim tourists visiting the Padang city . The sample of 119 usable responses were collected from the 160. To analyze the model, Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling was utilized. The statistical outcomes established the positive and significant influence of the service quality, the Islamic attributes and the tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty. The results also established that tourist satisfaction were positively and significantly influenced by the service quality and the Islamic attributes. Along with it, tourist satisfaction mediated significantly in the relationship between the Islamic attribute, the service quality and the destination loyalty among the Malaysian Muslim tourists visiting in Padang city.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Minimum statutory reserve, BIRate, and Inflation towards Loan to Deposit Ratio. Population in this research used JointVenture Bank in Indonesian Banking Directory during period 2013 through 2017.Purposive sampling method were used as samples determining method and 14 bankselected as the sample of the research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative.Presentation and analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis, paneldata regression models, data estimation methods namely Chow Test, classicalassumption analysis using normality test, multicollinearity test and hypothesis test. Thisresult of research show that variable GWM have positive and not significant influence toLDR. Variable BI Rate have negative significant influence to LDR. And variable inflationhave positive significant influence to LDR. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 89%compared to the independent variable on the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio in 2013-2017. While 4% is contributed by other factors.

This research has several objectives: (1) Knowing the influence of tourist attraction to the satisfaction of tourists,(2) Knowing the effect of tourist satisfaction on the intention of repeated visit, and (3) Knowing the direct influence of tourist attraction to the intention of the visit of tourists in Kampung Warna Warni Kota Malan. This research method using quantitative approach with descriptive analysis method, data collecting technique by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents at tourist sites and hypothesis testing method using path analysis. The result shows that: (1) The tourist attraction has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the tourists (H1 accepted), (2)  The satisfaction of tourists has a significant influence on the intention of the tourist visiting in Kampung Warna Warni Malang (H2 accepted), and (3) Tourist attraction has a significant direct effect on the intention of the visit of tourists in Kampung Warna Warni Malang (H3 accepted). And the results of testing Sobel show that the variable satisfaction of tourists mediate tourist attraction and intention to re-visit the Kampung Warna Warni Malang.

This research aims to determine and test the effect of service quality and profit sharing on customesrs’satisfaction of Mudharabah savings in Gorontalo branch office. This is a quantitative research. The research populations were customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Gorontalo Branch Office. The sample used in this research amounted to 90 customers. Primary datawerecollected through questionnaire whichwasthen processed using IBM SPSS 25 application. The data analysis method used simple regression analysis.The results indicate that there is positive and significant influence of service quality and profit sharing on Customers’ Satisfaction of Mudharabah savings at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Gorontalo Branch Office with value of 1,178 in its significance of 0.242, and the rest is affected by other factors out of this research discussion.
