Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning Strategies of Marketing JatiluwihOrganic Brown Rice in Bali Province A company cannot serve all consumers in a vast market. Therefore, if the companywishes to be in the market and win a competition, it must seek a strategy that canunderstand consumers and competitors. This study aimed to determine the marketsegment (segmenting), target market (targeting) and market position (positioning) oforganic red rice products of Jatiluwih Bali. The technique of determining samplesused accidental non-probabilitiy random sampling method. Segmenting and targetingwere done using cluster analysis and crosstab analysis tools. Positioning used Multidimensional scaling and Corespondence analysis. The results of this study showedthat there were 3 segments, with percentage of Segment-1 (49%), Segment-2 (31%)and Segment-3 (20%). Based on the market appeal, potential target market wassegment-3. Product positioning based on MDS analysis tool, Jatiluwih rice productwas not in any quadrant, so it showed no resemblance to the competitor's product.Positioning based on CA analysis, organic red rice products Jatiluwih Bali hadadvantages in health attributes, packaging and aroma. Suggestions that can be madeare that the company should implement strategies to increase sales by maintaining orincreasing the attributes of excellence, increasing price discounts and maintainingquality, developing promotional activities and diversification of processed red riceproducts.

Leadership plays an important role because leaders will move different subordinates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment with a contribution of 0.503 or 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftable (38,975> 2,720) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang.

The economic downturn due to the pandemic requires MSMEs, including natural handicrafts to survive. The purpose of this research is to examine the conditions in the field of adaptive efforts carried out by natural handicraft MSMEs to manage the situation in the midst of a pandemic as a means of surviving in this difficult situation. In-depth interviews with natural handicraft SMEs in Semarang City, conducted on 20 business owners with random sampling method and convenience sample. MSMEs that can adapt to situations by making innovative efforts and keep up with market demands are quite resilient. Adaptability can be made through products that are made and by means of marketing using e-commerce platforms and social media to approach and expand the target market. On the other hand, MSMEs that are not ready and stuttering in the adaptation process experience difficulties in responding to the changes and challenges that exist. The number of respondents and the limited variety of types of natural handicrafts, can still be explored more widely in a larger area. Provides an overview of the existing conditions in the empirical situation, especially natural handicraft MSMEs and provides input for policy makers to hasten to accelerate efforts to keep MSMEs able to exist through the difficult situation of the Covid-19 pandemic Keywords : SMEs, Adaptive, Pandemic

Tourism is the fastest growing foreign exchange earning subsector and the increase is almost happening in all regions, Merangin regency has a great potential in tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of visitors or tourists, identify factors that affect the interest of tourists to visit again, and how important is the participation of the community around the tourism object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 35 people. The sampling method used is convenient random sampling. The data analysis tool used is quantitative with multiple liner analysis used Eviews 9 software. Merangin garden tourist characteristics in Merangin district are known that the average age of the visitors is 39. The sex of visitors or tourists is male, education is high school / equivalent, the number of dependents of visitors is 4 people where visitors live are Merangin and surrounding communities. The distance between visitors to the Merangin Garden attraction is 30 km on average.

Farmers in Batang Asam Subdistrict have two choices, namely to join the Government's Revitalization program by converting their productive age oil palm plantations into paddy fields or exchanging land with other farmers or selling their land and then buying land in different places. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into paddy fields. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Primary data is collected through observation, interviews, and special discussions with selected speakers. The sampling method in this study was done by Simple Random Sampling Technique. The analysis tool used is the Godnes Of Fit Test with the same expected frequency. The results of this study indicate that the decision of farmers to convert their oil palm plantation land into lowland rice fields is influenced by psychological factors, the price factor of paddy fields, and the factor of two branches of farming.

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs and analyze the influence of opinions of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through field research sourced from refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs as samples. The sampling method used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. Based on the socio-economic characteristics of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, some differences can be seen from the majority group of respondents based on the majority gender, age, education level, number of family members, length of business and income of refilled drinking water depot entrepreneurs repeat. The results of data processing the payment of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs will increase obtained from the regression coefficients of each tube machine variable, education level, and family dependents, which significantly affect the income of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs. At the same time, the operating hours variable has no significant effect on the payment of refill drinking water depot entrepreneurs in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Liquidation is a process of closing the business affairs of a company .It also means closing of all the business activities of a company .In certain circumstances if the company has been involved in illegal business then liquidation is made compulsory. The main reasons for Liquidation of a company is due to insolvency of a company , obsolescence of the products made by the company continuous losses or any other compelling reasons .As per Companies Act , 1956 liquidation of a company can be done in 3 ways , Compulsory liquidation ,Voluntary liquidation and winding up under the supervision of the court . The process of liquidation is done by the appointed liquidator who would look into the interests of the company , its members and its creditors. Compulsory liquidation is usually initiated by the creditors. The essentiality of winding up a company is to save the creditors and members from further losses and also distribution of assets and liabilities among the creditors and members.A company is liquidated when it is ascertained that the business is not in any state to continue. This may be due to various reasons such as insolvency unwillingness to carry on with the operations, etc. An empirical study is done where the samples are collected by using probability sampling and random sampling method. Samples of approximately 1512 respondents are collected . Using the spss tool the value of the chi square is found and the output of the research is that there is no significant association between the process of liquidation of company done by the liquidator and gender and there is a significant association between the compulsory liquidations initiated by the creditors as per court order and its concluded that most of the company undergo liquidation process in order to save the company from loss and also the money which is raised will be distributed to the creditors as well as the shareholders the liquidation process is done only when the business is not in any state to continue

The research aims to analyse and describe the quality of batik products based on the assumptions and opinions of batik consumers in their purchasing decisions. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is the number of consumers of Batik An Nisa who use Batik products in 2018. While the sample withdrawal using Slovin formula with 10% precision, the sample obtained as many as 57 people with the technique of random sampling. Method of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that from the 7 indicators in variable product quality, the product conformity indicator is on the sub-indicator of the material used good quality shows the score of 198 which is the highest score compared to 6 indicators Other. This is very related to the target market of  Batik An Nisa, where the average purchase of the product is a civil servant (PNS) with an income range of 2–3 million rupiah per month. While the lowest score of 156 is obtained on the product feature indicators a diverse pattern of motive sub can affect the quality of the product, with the results quite agreed. This gives the meaning that more motifs are certainly more and more choices of consumers to buy batik in An Nisa UKM, so that the batik become valuable for consumers.

PENGELOMPOKKAN MATA KULIAH DI PROGRAM STUDI FISIKA FMIPA UNSRAT BERDASARKAN PROSES PEMBELAJARANMENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS CLUSTERABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mengelompokkan mata kuliah yang diajarkan oleh dosen di Program Studi (PS) Fisika FMIPA UNSRAT berdasarkan mutu pelayanan jasa yakni kehandalan, daya tanggap, keyakinan, empati, dan bukti langsung menggunakan analisis cluster. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara pada mahasiswa di PS Fisika FMIPA UNSRAT.  Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan metode simple random sampling.    Data tersebut berupa proses pembelajaran dari mata kuliah yang diajarkan di PS Fisika FMIPA UNSRAT pada Semester Genap 2017/2018.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik proses pembelajaran, mata kuliah yang diajarkan pada semester genap 2017/2018 di PS Fisika FMIPA UNSRAT dikelompokkan menjadi 9 cluster. Mata kuliah yang melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dengan baik terdiri dari 21 mata kuliah, yaitu PKN, ISD, PG, PIF, TME, FB, MS, MEKB, PL, MPF, FZP, FN, ML, ADWIG, AL, MPF, PFM, FIS, GEO, GEL dan BING sedangkan mata kuliah yang tidak melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dengan baik, yaitu mata kuliah FM, FISMAT2, ED2 dan DDM. Kata kunci: mutu pelayanan, analisis cluster, mahasiswa, Euclid, dendogram GROUPING OF SUBJECTS IN PHYSICS STUDY PROGRAM, FACULTY OF MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCES SAM RATULANGI UNIVERSITY BASED ON THE LEARNING PROCESS USING CLUSTER ANALYSIS ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to classify the subjects taught by lecturers in the Physics Study Program of Sam Ratulangi University based on service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and direct evidence using cluster analysis.  The study was conducted by interviewing students in the Physics Study Program Sam Ratulangi University using simple random sampling method. The data is in the form of a learning process from courses taught at the Physics Study Program Sam Ratulangi University in the Even Semester 2017/2018. The results showed that the characteristics of the learning process, courses taught in even semester 2017/2018 in Physics Study Program FMIPA UNSRAT were grouped into 9 clusters. The courses that carry out the learning process well consist of 21 subjects, i.e. PKN, ISD, PG, PIF, TME, FB, MS, MEKB, PL, MPF, FZP, FN, ML, ADWIG, AL, MPF, PFM, FIS , GEO, GEL and BING,  while the courses don’t carry out the learning process well, i.e. FM, FISMAT2, ED2 and DDM courses.Keywords:  service quality, cluster analysis, students, euclidean, dendogram

Locally specific Natabo brown rice was identified in Pangaribuan Subdistrict, North Tapanuli, where the attack of stem borer, brown planthoppers, leafhoppers and stink bugs affects rice productivity. The alternative step to control pests in a biological used by biology pesticides to increase productivity and food security. This research was conducted for eight months during March to October 2020, with a survey stage, inventory of pests in the fields using the purposive random sampling method in Soporaru backwoods, Sigotom Julu Village, Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli. The application of biology pesticides consists of 5 treatments, namely: B0 (Control, without application); BP1 (neem leaves, galangal, lemongrass, detergent, water); BP2 (soursop leaves, galangal rhizome, garlic, detergent, water); BP3 (soursop leaves, detergent, water) and BP4 (kenikir leaves, marigold flowers, Zinnia flowers). The composition of insects consist of 8 order, 26 familes, totalpopulation were 1.080 individuals.The calculation of the Margallef species richness index (Rp=7.25; Rc=7.15), the Evenness evenness index (Ep= 0.62; Ec=0.57) and the Shannon Wiener diversity index (Hp'= 2.38; Hc’=2.12). The parameters of temperature, humidity, rainfall) are calculated. The use of biology pesticides has strategic potential in controlling the dominant pests of rice in the future.

Target of this research is to know segmenting, targeting and positioning of Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 50 respondents as consumers. Data analysis for segmenting and targeting used cluster analysis and crosstab, while positioning data analysis used correspondence analysis. Methods of data collection carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that there are 3 segments with a percentage of segment 1 (44), segment 2 (20%) and segment 3 (36%). Based on market attractiveness, the main target market for Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard is segment 1 (44%). Product positioning based on correspondence analysis of Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard has advantages in the attributes of price, freshness, texture and taste.
