The research aims to analyse and describe the quality of batik products based on the assumptions and opinions of batik consumers in their purchasing decisions. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is the number of consumers of Batik An Nisa who use Batik products in 2018. While the sample withdrawal using Slovin formula with 10% precision, the sample obtained as many as 57 people with the technique of random sampling. Method of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that from the 7 indicators in variable product quality, the product conformity indicator is on the sub-indicator of the material used good quality shows the score of 198 which is the highest score compared to 6 indicators Other. This is very related to the target market of  Batik An Nisa, where the average purchase of the product is a civil servant (PNS) with an income range of 2–3 million rupiah per month. While the lowest score of 156 is obtained on the product feature indicators a diverse pattern of motive sub can affect the quality of the product, with the results quite agreed. This gives the meaning that more motifs are certainly more and more choices of consumers to buy batik in An Nisa UKM, so that the batik become valuable for consumers.

Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. And Point Coffee is more innovative so that buyers don't get bored easily if they come again at Point Coffee. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Garbage as a elementary problem of human life in forward territory, raises the handling urgency through providing performance of public service in hygine which is the success depends on leadership of a leader. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive approach. Determination of research sample through multistages random sampling method and formulating them into Slovin formula. Research results show that the measurement of service quality in hygiene in the Jatinangor District Sumedang Regency is 65.30% or 3918 with good predicate. Measurement of Head of Subdistrict’s leadership in Jatinangor Subdistrict Sumedang Regency is 65.30% or 3918 with good predicate. As well as there is assosiation of Head of Subdistrict’s leadership towards service quality of hygiene in managing waste at the Jatinangor District with τ = np-nn/C(n,2) = 0.56.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Mayoutfit Bandung products. The research method used for this research is descriptive verification. The population in this study was Mayoutfit Bandung followers of 1.2 billion, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 100 people.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Descriptive analysis of the Mayoutfit Bandung brand image shows results with good criteria with an average value of 3.53. (2) The results of descriptive analysis regarding the quality of Mayoutfit Bandung products show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.44. (3) The results of descriptive analysis of purchasing decisions show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.52. (4) There is a significant influence between brand image and product quality together on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, obtained an F count of 40.768. These results indicate that F arithmetic> F table (40.768> 2.36). This can be interpreted that the Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality together affect the Purchasing Decision.

The purpose of this study was to analyze cosmetics purchasing decisions by consumers with consideration of halal labels or product quality where brand image as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods with confirmatory objectives. Questionnaires are distributed using a purposive sampling method for 400 respondents in several villages throughout Indonesia. The results showed that the halal label significantly influenced brand image and purchasing decisions. Product quality affects brand image but has no impact on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.  The research implications show that for rural communities, promotion of halal cosmetics is more useful for driving purchasing decisions compared to the quality of cosmetic products.

The exploration of macrozoobenthos diversity as a bioindicator parameter in the Bolong river, Magelang has not been widely carried out. This study aims to determine the water quality of the Bolong river based on macrozoobenthos Bioindicator parameters. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The water quality test is measured based on the level of macrozoobenthos diversity according to the Shannon-Wienner diversity index. The purposive sampling method is used to determine 5 stations for sample collection. The intake of macrozoobenthos is done by using a Surber net and a tray at the bottom of river waters. Moreover, sampling is carried out with three repetitions. The data is analyzed using a diversity index, uniformity index, and dominance index to determine the water quality based on the Bioindicator parameters. Based on the result of the study, the macrozoobenthos diversity index is 1.028. Based on this index, the quality of waters in the Bolong river is considered as moderate pollution.

<p>This research aims to review the influence of the quality of products and brand equity in a partial and simultaneous against the interest of consumers to buy products fashion zoya. Over the withdrawal of funds the sampling method of uses the method random sampling , by smeru within the of this research is there were thousands of visitors zoya boutique in the stall for as many as 154 respondents in the present study. The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

Decision making is an individual activity that is directly involved in obtaining and using the goods offered. Promotion is one of the variables in a marketing mix that is very important to be implemented by a company in marketing its products or services, thus influencing consumers to make purchasing decisions. The quality of the product can also affect consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decision of Melon fruit. Population and sample of research is purchasing or buyer from consumer of PT. Syafina Niaga as many as 30 companies and sampling methods using saturated sampling techniques as well as analysis used with regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between product quality and promotion of purchasing decisions.

Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly.
