<p><em>Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world that has abstract beliefs based on the value of taste in each individual. Hinduism is based on the three basic frameworks that consist of: Tattwa, Ethics, and Events. Hindu life is never out of tradition. Tradition is a practice passed down by ancestors and passed down from generation to generation and preserved by society because it is considered to have important functions and meanings. Similarly, Hindus in Songan Village Kintamani District Bangli regency has a very unique tradition that is the tradition of Nyebel Desa on the Birth of Baby Twin Buncing. In this case the author intends to conduct research and review more in that case through the paper entitled "Nyebel Tradition Village on the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing in the Village Songan District Kintamani Bangli".</em></p><p><em>The formulation of the issues raised in this study are (1) How is the implementation of Nyebel Desa Tradition at the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing in Songan Village, Kintamani Sub-district, Bangli Regency, (2) What is the function of Nyebel Desa Tradition on Kembar Buncing Birth at Songan Village, Kintamani Sub-district, Bangli Regency and (3) What Theological Meaning is contained in Nyebel Desa tradition on Kintar Buncing's Birth. In this research the formulation of the problem is studied with the theory that is (1) Religious Theory, (2) Structural Functional Theory and (3) Theory of Meaning.          </em></p><p><em>The research location of Nyebel Desa Tradition at Kintamani Birth of Buncing is done in Songan Village Kintamani Sub-District of Bangli Regency by doing Research Methods (1) Types of Research, (2) Site Determination, (3) Research Instrument, (3) Informant Determination Technique, (4) ) Data Collection Technique, (5) Data Analysis Technique, (6) Data Presentation Technique and (7) Qualitative Descriptive. Based on Qualitative Descriptive Analysis in the results of research that is (1) Implementation of Nyebel Village Tradition on the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing, (2) Function of Nyebel village tradition in the Birth of Infant Twin Buncing, and (3) Theological Meaning contained in Nyebel Desa tradition at Birth Baby Twin Buncing.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. The Purpose of the this study was to determine the propotional management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) originating from the Regency APBD, which comes from the portion of the central and regional financial balance funds received by the Regency which is distributed through the village treasury for the empowerment of village communities. Research locations (ADD) are villages located in North Bengkulu Regency, Kec. Padang Jaya with a item of 12 villages. The research was conducted for 4 months, starting from April to July 2020. The sample in the study included 12 village officials in he district. Padang Jaya. Data collection technique using documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive and qualitative descriptive data. The results of the research conducted, stated that all villages in the district. Padang jaya, with a total of 12 villages, has implemented the princples of management (ADD) in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly manner and budgetary discipline. There 1 village not accountable, as evidenced by the LPPDes Bank book that must be reported to the regent.

This study aims to describe the use of language style in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Sublime Budi". This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive. The method used is content analysis. The source of the data is a document in the form of the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi". The data collection technique was carried out by listening and recording techniques, because the data source was in the form of text. The validity test used in this study is triangulation theory, which is a method of research on the same topic using different theories in analyzing data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses flow analysis, which includes three components, namely: data reduction; (2) data presentation; (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi" the latest single Rhoma Irama feat Rita Sugiartoo there are language styles, including repetition language style (Epikuzueksis, Anafora, and Epistropha), personification language style, metaphor language style, and style. Simile language.

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

The purpose of this study was to determine the source of funds used in the micro and small businesses in the village supermarket Mulyoagung District of DAU. The method used is the method of survey, data analysis is qualitative descriptive analysis based on primary and secondary data. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the researchers of the 10 self-service according to the class of micro enterprises in the village Mulyoagung DAU Malang, there is a 100% initial planning. the source of funds used for micro and small businesses in the supermarket, the source of funds used approximately 75.5% use their own capital due, which was developed in the supermarket business is already quite big and cost quite a lot. Supermarkets that require considerable cost using capital loans at the bank around 24.5% to run a business in this way could make more developed self.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

<p><em>Bukit Buluh temple is one of the kawitan of the homeland / Tutuan people who are in the village of Adat Gunaksa Dawan District Klungkung Regency. Pura Center citizens Tutuan Bukit Buluh has an inscription which until now still stored and awake its existence in Pura Bukit Buluh.</em><em> </em><em>Issues to be discussed include: (1) The contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The Value of Hindu Religious Education In Prayer Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3) The Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. This study aims to determine: (1) the contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The value of Hindu Religious Education contained in the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3). Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan.</em><em> </em><em>Theories used to analyze problems are: Value theory, hermeneutical theory and structural functional theory. Subject of this research is Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. Methods of data collection are interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. Data that has been collected is analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis research method.</em></p><p><em>The results showed: (1) The content of Prasati Ki Mantri Tutuan is telling about the birth of  Ki Mantri Tutuan in the kingdom of Keling Kediri Java until becoming the king of Bali Ida Dalem Tegal Besung and established pasraman in the reed hill which is now known as pura hill reed. Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tata cara pelaksanaan upacara Reba dalam budaya masyarakat Kampung Luba   Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu Kabupaten Ngada, mendeskripsikan makna simbol-simbol bahasa ritual Reba di Desa Tiworiwu. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan masukan bagi masyarakat Luba   dalam memaknai nilai-nilai upacara ritual Reba, sebagai bahan untuk memperkaya kekhasan kearifan lokal bangsa sebagai suatu nilai luhur yang dianut oleh masyarakat Ngada pada umumnya dan masyarakat Luba   Desa Tiworiwu pada khususnya, sebagai bahan informasi bagi peneliti lain yang ingin mengkaji lebih lanjut masalah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, sebagai informasi untuk membangkitkan dan menumbuhkan rasa cinta kearifan lokal lokal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu suatu analisis yang menggambarkan secara rinci hasil-hasil temuan di lapangan yang menggunakan pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mewawancarai dan mengobservasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upacara ritual Reba pada masyarakat Luba   Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu mempunyai tata cara atau pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada saat upacara ritul Reba seperti didalam nilai-nilai tersebut  antara lain: nilai religius, nilai filosofis, nilai kesenian, nilai moral, nilai magis, nilai ekonomi, nilai sosial, nilai hukum,dan nilai pendidikan.Ritual Reba merupakan sebuah acara yang patut dilaksanakan selama setahun sekali  perlu ditaati sejak dari  leluhur pada zaman dahulu kala dan harus terbawa terus sampai anak cucu. Apabila disia-siakan ritual Reba ini maka segala usaha tidak terkabul oleh perlindungan leluhur karena leluhur inilah yang membentuk budaya adat ritual Reba sehingga dikembangkan oleh generasi penerus. Dengan adanya upacara Reba dapat mengingatkan pesanan yang telah ditinggalkan oleh leluhur (Sili Ana Wunga) sebagai pioner pertama penyelenggara budaya Reba. Perayaan adat Reba merupakan upacara ritual magis karena seluruh tahapan upacara Reba wajib didahului dengan pemberian sesajian Roh  arwah leluhur agar dapat menguasai alam sehingga perayaan Reba dapat berjalan dengan baik.      Kata Kunci: Makna Simbolik Bahasa Ritual Reba  ABSTRACTThe background of this research is very important for the community as a ritual ceremony Luba   Reba embrace the values of the humanitarian nature that need to be maintained for the younger generations are relevant to the procedures established by the ancestral ceremonies. With the ritual Reba, Luba   people still believe in good faith that is not extinct and still retain its own culture and do not care about foreign cultures. The purpose of this study is to describe procedures for Reba ceremony in the village of Luba   culture Tiworiwu Jerebuu Ngada District, describes the meaning of symbols in a ceremony at Village Tiworiwu Reba. The benefits of this research is as an input for the Luba   in meaning values Reba ritual ceremonies, as a material to enrich the cultural distinctiveness of the nation as a virtue embraced by the community and society in general Ngada Luba   Village Tiworiwu in particular, for information for researchers others who wish to further examine the problems associated with this research, as information to generate and foster a love of local culture. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis that describes in detail the findings in the field who use the questions. This study uses data collection techniques that is by interviewing and observing. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.The results showed that in the ritual ceremony at the Luba   Village Reba Tiworiwu Jerebuu District has procedures or operations to be carried during the ceremony ritual Reba like in those values among others: the religious, philosophical values, artistic values, moral values, the magical , economic value, social value, legal value, and value education. Reba ritual is an event that should be implemented over a year since it need to be adhered to from ancestors in ancient times and must be carried on until our children and grandchildren. If the ritual Reba wasted this then all the effort is not granted by the ancestors for protection of ancestral indigenous culture that has shaped so that Reba rituals developed by future generations. With the ceremony to remind Reba orders that have been left by the ancestors (Sili Ana Wunga) as the first pioneer of cultural organizers Reba. Reba is the customary celebration of a magical ritual for all phases of the ceremony must be preceded by Reba Spirit giving offerings to ancestral spirits can control nature so that the celebration of Reba can run well. Keywords: symbolic language meaning of the ceremony Reba

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.
