A number of commentators have suggested that the shift from a Fordist to a post-Fordist regime of political economy has had positive consequences for sociology, including the reinforcement of critical sociologies ( Burawoy, 2005 ; Steinmetz, 2005 ). This article argues that, although disciplinary hierarchies have been destabilized, what is emerging is a new form of instrumental knowledge, that of applied interdisciplinary social studies. This development has had a particular impact upon sociology. Savage and Burrows (2007) , for example, argue that sociological knowledge no longer has a privileged claim to authority and is increasingly in competition with social knowledge produced by the private sector and agencies of the public sector. The response of many sociologists to such claims has been to reassert the importance of the discipline as the purveyor of critically relevant knowledge about society. The article traces how the idea of internal critique within sociology has developed to embrace ‘knowing capitalism’ ( Thrift, 2005 ), at the same time as declaring the impossibility of sociological knowledge. The critique of sociology also becomes the critique of critique and what remains is the instrumentalization of knowledge. Where many sociologists continue to claim a special interest in critical knowledge, the article suggests that, in contrast, we potentially confront the problem that such knowledge may itself be facing a crisis of reproduction.

This article aims at developing the methodology of fiqh sosial by exploring the concept of fiqh sosial that Kiai Sahal thought. It is very important to do this research. The research used the qualitative method. I conducted this research through a literature study by exploring Kiai Sahal's writings as a primary source and analyzing them by collaborating with observations on social movements that he had carried out during his life. The results of the analysis and observations become the main ingredients in building a fiqh sosial methodology. Next is combining the data with fiqh methodology and social knowledge, sciences, technology, and other modern sciences. That is important because fiqh sosial must be able to produce the Islamic law that can able to realize the benefit of mankind and contextual wherever and whenever it be. Since the ideas of fiqh sosial have been published by Kiai Sahal, a lot of researchers and academics have written the theme. But of all the writings that already exist, almost no one has written about its methodology. If found, it is still very shallow and inadequate.

This paper presents a study of the volunteer as an essential agent in the success of any event, and offers recommendations for improving management of megaevents. To achieve this goal we propose a structural model that analyses the multidimensionality of the value concept as antecedent of perceived value, satisfaction and loyalty. The study sample consists of volunteers who participated in the World Youth Day held in Madrid in 2011, obtaining a total number of 1427 cases. The results support all the hypotheses presented in the proposed model. Thus, it confirms that the multidimensionality of the value (spirituality, social value, play and efficiency) is an antecedent of perceived value while confirming the perceived value-satisfaction-loyalty chain. The most important background is play which shows that volunteering is better understood as entertainment, not as a job. Keywords: Event, mega event, volunteerism, value, perceived value, satisfaction, loyalty.

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the potential of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh as a support for economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method through the study of literature and critical analysis. ZIS was able to increase economic growth in Indonesia year after year. The higher the level of Muslim awareness of paying zakat the greater the opportunity for Indonesia's economic growth. The infaq and alms are two things attached to zakat because it is not regulated in regulation in Indonesia. The existence of infaq and alms has a great opportunity to be managed productively so that the strategy in managing ZIS is something that must be analyzed thoroughly. The goal is that ZIS funds collected from muzakki can be utilized to improve the welfare of the community, especially Muslims in Indonesia. ZIS is not obliged to tackle poverty in Indonesia, but is able to reduce the government's burden on the welfare of the people. Amil is required to be creative in managing ZIS so that the criteria for amil need to be socialized and determined. Among them: first, qualified knowledge theoretically / practically in ZIS. Second, high social value and fond of entrepreneurship. Third, honest from small things to big things. Fourth, close to the community / easy to get along with all groups and always simple. Fifth, have many links with BAZNAS / BAZDA and LAZNAS. Keywords: amil, economy, Indonesia, infaq, shodaqoh, zakat,
