Buffalo has a very big role to the family economy of stockbreeders. But until now, buffalo business in Banten Province is still small, and has not led to commercial business. The research was conducted in Cibarani Village, Cisata District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten in 2016. This study used interview and questionnaire filling methods to the 24 buffalo breeders. By accidental sampling, sampling of respondents was found in the cage, house, paddy field and fields. Primary data were obtained from stockbreeders and secondary data were obtained from the local institution. Primary and secondary data were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, t-test analysis and economic analysis. The aim of this research was to determine the economic efficiency of buffalo business (bubalus bubalis) with the shepherds in stockbreeders. The results showed that, the factors that influenced the increased economic efficiency of buffalo business in breeders had a significant effect on (P <0.05) to the breeders profits variable. The female buffalo business by breeding, breeders' profits was Rp.7.889.000 / year, with R / C 1.02 higher. The male buffalo business by fattened up, breeders’ profits amounting to Rp.7.575.000 with R / C of 1.05 lower. The buffalo business in breeders by shepherded, through male fattened up or breeding, was economically worth to try.

Kehidupan manusia tidak terlepas dari aspek ekonomi dimana kebutuhan itu  selalu bertambah dari waktu ke waktu sesuai dengan tuntutan hidup manusia termasuk Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Menyikapi kondisi ekonomi yang semakin tinggi maka yang berperan untuk mencari nafkah rumah tangga  bukan saja laki-laki tetapi juga perempuan. Peneliatian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui peran perempuan pedagang sayur keliling dalam menopang ekonomi keluarga Pada Masa PandemiCOVID-19di kelurahan Pagesangan Kecamatan Mataram Kota Mataram, apa saja kendala yang dihadapi perempuan pedagang sayur keliling dalam menopang ekonomi keluarga Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di kelurahan Pagesangan Kecamatan Mataram Kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penentuan informan adalah purposive sampling. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah informan kunci dan informan biasa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Jenis data kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.  Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Metode analisa data yaitu, data reduction (data reduksi), data display (Penyajian Data), dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; perempuan pedagang sayur keliling selain aktif dalam melakukan pekerjaannya menjual sayur keliling mereka juga tidak meninggalkan kewajibannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga, dengan itu perempuan-permpuan pedagang ini mampu membantu menopang ekonomi keluarganya pada masa pandemi Covid-19, walaupun penghasilan di antara perempuan pedagang sayur ini berbeda-beda.  Adapun kendala yang dihadapi  perempuan pedagang sayur keliling diantaranya: terbatasnya modal usaha, tingkat persaingan, transportasi, faktor pendidikan dan faktor alam. Human life is inseparable from the economic aspect where the need always increases from time to time in accordance with the demands of human life, including during the COVID-19 Pandemic. . This research aims: to determine the role of women mobile vegetable traders in supporting the family economy during the Pandemic Covid-19 in Pagesangan, Mataram, Mataram City, what are the obstacles faced by women vegetable traders in supporting the family economy during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Pagesangan sub-district, District Mataram Mataram City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method of determining informants is purposive sampling. The informants in this study were key informants and regular informants. The data collection method used was the observation method, interview method and documentation method. Types of qualitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that; Besides being active in doing their work to sell mobile vegetables, women who sell mobile vegetables do not abandon their obligations as housewives, with that these women traders are able to help support their family's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic, even though the income among these women vegetable traders is different. -different. The obstacles faced by women who are mobile vegetable traders include: limited business capital, level of competition, transportation, educational factors and natural factors.

This study aims to determine: (1) the contribution of women farmers in empowering the family economy in Bonto Langkasa Village, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency; (2) Allocation of time distribution to women's farming families in Bonto Langkasa Village, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency; (3) Decision making on the families of women farmers in Bonto Langkasa Village, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the source, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the t-interview method, the informants in this study were selected based on respondents who have the capability and credibility in accordance with the problems in the study, where they can provide very accurate information as well as documentation and observations. While secondary data is data obtained from various literatures such as books, laws and other related sources. Processing and presentation of data is done descriptively. The results showed that: (1) The contribution of women farmers in empowering the family economy in the Bonto Langkasa Village, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency, besides acting as housewives who did all household chores, they also contributed by working to earn a living such as by farming for increase their economic income in order to achieve prosperity. (2) Despite the workload faced by women as farmers and housewives, and with all the limited time they have, women farmers still have responsibilities related to the household (children and husband). (3) Decision-making on the families of women farmers in Bonto Langkasa Village, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency, husband and wife are balanced in decision making

The study aims  to find out and analyze how gender equality of women farmers in improving the family economy and to know and analyze gender inequality of female farmers in improving the family economy. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data (interviews, observation, documentation) and secondary data obtained through the literature.  The source of the information were 10 women farmers in Tigabinanga Village and 1 districts employee as a complement. The results of this study indicate that women in Tigabinanga Village, Tigabinanga Subdistrict, Karo Regency work outside the house from morning to evening to meet family needs to ease the burden on their husbands. Farmers in the village of Tigabinanga are very active and independent in agriculture, apart from working outside.

Television programs present something to be liked. In addition, it must also give a message that brings influence to life in society. The problem of this research is how the housewives' perception of Gamtufkange Urban Village on gender roles in the Reverse World comedy soap opera on RCTI, with the aim of Knowing the perception of Gamtufkange Urban Housewives towards gender roles in the comedy of Reverse World comedy. This research uses a qualitative approach. With primary data sources from informant interviews and secondary data. Data were analyzed using five factors that influence perceptions according to Deddy Mulyana, namely perceptions based on experience, perceptions are selective, perceptions are presumptive, perceptions are evaluative and perceptions are contextual. The theoretical foundation used in this study is the Stimulus-Organism-Response Theory. The results of the study concluded that some housewives disagreed with the role of gender in the soap opera "Reverse World" by reason of their irregularities and cultural and religious norms. Men do not deserve the role that should be done by women in the home. While housewives who agreed to gender roles in the soap opera shows reasoned, a wife working to help their husbands was not taboo and could be accepted. The wife can work to help the family economy, but still must be responsible for taking care of the family.

The research was conducted during April to June 2012. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. The primary data related to respondent demography and brand equity.   One hundred respondents were selected accidentally around Bengkulu city.  Data were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively.  Quantitative data were processed using Test of Validity, Reliability Test (Hoyt), Cochran Test Analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Brand Switching Matrix Pattern.  The result of the research showed that the NU Green Tea brand is the highest one, and 48% Top of Mind value. Brand Recall in Frestea Green get 45,8%.  Brand Recognition asserts 75% among respondences to the existence of  Joytea brand. The result of Unaware Brand reveals the research doesn’t seem to know Joytea Brand. Analyzing of Branded Association declares that NU Green Tea has 12 brand associations, Frestea Green brand has 10 brand associations, and in other side Joytea Green brand has 7 brand associations which each made brand image. More results for associations Cochran testing, means the consumers aware to the attributes of the product. It’s included that NU Green Tea brand of drinking package has most of the brand image than  Frestea and Joytea Green. Consumer’s perceptions analyzing reveals that NU Green Tea has a good effort as to the respondents want to. Frestea Green must to get more effort to satisfy consumers. At least Joytea Green brand should be awared enough to increase their ability to get more result in consumer satisfying.  Consumers’ loyalty analysis showed that the Frestea brand has good consumers loyalty than NU Green Tea and Joytea Green brand.Keywords: brand equity, ready to drink green tea

This study examines two cultural forms of livelihood in coastal communities Dukuh Tapak, Kelurahan Tugurejo, Semarang. This research purpose is to identify the conditions of each individual and family livelihood, a reason to the dualism of livelihood, and the influence of industry on the social and economic life. This research use a qualitative method, collecting primary data through in-depth interviews and observation, secondary data obtained from study of literature and documents. The results showed that Dukuh Tapak's people have a livelihood as factory employees while managing the fish farm as a sideline. Most people who work in factories are women and youth as a bid to shore up their family economy. Industrialization did not significantly affect the socio-economic conditions, in which a sense of kinship and mutual help are still well preserved. While in terms of economic, a family with two types of livelihood tend to be more established than a family with only working either in the industry or the agricultural sector.

This study aims to determine the income of farmers from rice field farms in the Mapanget Village Talawaan Sub-district North Minahasa. This study lasted for 3 (three) months from the preparation stage, data retrieval and to the preparation of research. Research location in Mapanget Village, Talawaan Sub-district, North Minahasa. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the district office and village office. Based on the research results, the income of paddy field farming managed by respondents in Mapanget village comes from harvest season 1 (one), harvest season 2 (two) and harvest season 3 (three). Wetland paddy farming in Mapanget Village is able to provide benefits and the farming continues to be cultivated even in urban areas.*er*.

Today, many countries in the world are concerned about the well-being of pensioners, as their number is growing every year and pension systems cannot cope with ensuring a decent old age. The well-being of pensioners is part of the well-being of society, and the pension system is an institution for ensuring the well-being of pensioners. Therefore, it is important to understand the relationship between the financial well-being of older people and the country’s pension system. It is also important to understand that the family is an integral part of a person and therefore the well-being of each family member affects family relationships. This article is devoted to the assessment of the financial well-being of pensioners in Kazakhstan as a key factor affecting the family relations of a pensioner with partner, children, and grandchildren. Primary and secondary data were used for this study. The primary data were collected through interviews, which allowed us to obtain a subjective definition of financial well-being on the part of pensioners and its impact on family relations. This data was processed and encoded using the Atlas.ti program. Data from the Bureau of National Statistics made it possible to objectively assess the financial situation of Kazakhstani pensioners. The study found that the concept of financial well-being among Kazakhstani pensioners is more important for men than for women. Pensioners are not happy with their financial well-being, but this does not significantly affect their relationship with their families. The results of the study will allow us to assess the financial well-being of pensioners and can be used in the reform of social policy, pension provision of the country. Through the use of interviews financial literacy has been identified as one of the key factors, which depends on circumstances and the context.

Indonesia is a country that has quite a large population, one of which is the largest population in the city of Surabaya as a metropolis. With this large number of people, the poverty rate for families in the community is high, so the government provides a program to break the poverty chain, the Family Hope Program (PKH). The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of social empowerment in the city of Surabaya through the family hope program that can make the community / beneficiary socially and economically independent life and measure the family hope program as a manifestation of community independence. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from observations and interviews. Data processing is done through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion checking or verification. The analysis used in this research is to use the basic principle model of community independence. The results of this study, show that social empowerment through the family of hope program by using a model of community independence is still not going well to create an economically and socially independent community. This can be seen from the data of the community / beneficiaries can live independently after receiving a family of hope program. Through the basic principle model of community independence from Sunyoto Usman (2003) which includes: creating climate, strengthening power, and protecting.Keywords: Human Development Index, Social Empowerment,Welfare

The majority of the population (66%) in-country “Nepal” are engaged in agriculture. However, domestic production finds it difficult to meet the annual demand of the people. Hence, people are moving from subsistence agriculture to embrace mushroom farming. This study focuses on economic analysis and analysis of the present status of mushroom farming and enterprise in this country. The study was conducted in the land area of Kalika Municipality and Bharatpur Metropolitan City. 30 mushroom farmers with two huts and at least three years of experience were selected from the study area. The primary data were collected through face-to-face interviews with the farmers, focus group discussion (FGD) and key informant interviews (KII). The secondary data was collected through various published articles and documents. The data analysis was done using basic statistics and a regression function. The benefit-cost ratio is 2.54 and a high gross margin is NRs.490,876.65 per kattha per year. The return to scale (RTS) is 0.80. Five marketing channels are present among which wholesalers and local collectors contributed the highest percentage of the share. However, the dominance of the intermediaries, timely unavailability of inputs, price fluctuation, disease and pest infestation were the major constraints. Disease and pest control, formation of the producer organization, improvised cultivation practices, timely and affordable availability of quality can be the major solution measures. Whereas, suitable climatic conditions, high productivity and growing market demand are the strengths of mushroom production in this study area. Mushroom farming is found to be a profitable business concerning competitive and comparative markets.
