Millennial Generation is the generation births from 1981-1994. This generation is known as a generation that is open-minded, like to challenge themselves, brave enough to take risks, determinded, and interested to try new things. There is a fact that says almost 70,9% of millennials are interested to start their own bussinesses. It is the reason of the term “millennial entrepreneur”. That means an entrepreneur that is born in millennial generation. They have the ability to create creative and innovative bussiness plan that is different from others. Altough the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia increasing every year, this has not been recognized by the worid because the amount is only 1,65% of population compared to other countries (Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, China, USA, Thailand). Therefore, the author aims to increase the number of entrepreneurs by providing a place that can accommodate all of their activities. Not only providing learning activities, but also their physical activities, such as:  eat, take a bath, exercise, and take a rest. This project, known as Jatinegara Craft Community, is located in Jatinegara, East Jakarta. The method of this study is cross-programming method. Vision of this project is to become a mixed-use building that can fulfill the needs of millennial entrepreneurs so that they can solve the issue of entrepreneurship in Indonesia and also the issue of sustainability. Meanwhile, the mission of this project is to create a place for the current millennial generation, especially for the young entrepreneurs in their study (formal and non-formal), work, social life and rest.

The millennial’s interest towards Islamic da’wah is decreased significantly, caused by the da’wah approach and strategy which are still conservative, monotonous, and only delivered on lecturing way. In fact, on the other hand, the millennial generation expects an inspirational, modern, elastic, dynamic, innovative, and entertaining da’wah. This study aims to describe, analyze, and interpret the implications of inspirational da’wah conducted by the Da’wah Management department of IAIN Tulungagung in increasing the young generation's interest in Islamic teachings and da’wah. In principle, inspirational da’wah has been carried out by Suryadharma Ali, the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia on 2009-2014, who stated that one of the main jobs of UIN and IAIN is to maintain and develop scientific traditions in the field of Islamic studies which are increasingly less desirable by the community because there has been a change in community orientation toward Islamic da’wah. So, the quality of Islamic institutions in Indonesia needs to do the more serious, systematic, and measurable efforts in order to increase the quality of Islamic da’wah, as well as PTKIN graduates must be more competitive. The ideas of this article inspired by the Grand Theory of Medan Da’wah promoted by K.H. Ahmad Muwafiq that the success of the da’wah is influenced by the theological, cultural, and object of the da’wah when the implementation of the Islamic da’wah is delivered. Furthermore, the Islamic da’wah is an inspiration to realize the teachings of Islam in personal and social life in line with the culture of the society in terms of life that aim to uphold amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar. This is qualitative research with a descriptive method of phenomenological analysis. While the results of the study are: First, Inspirational da’wah has implications for increasing trends and millennial generation interest for IAIN Tulungagung students towards Islamic da’wah. Second, the inspirational da’wah referred to in this study is the iain tulungagung hijaber community, inspirational da’wah comedy, electronic da’wah bulletin, da’wah literacy, and online da’wah through the official campus website. Keywords: Inspirational Da’wah, Millenial Generation, IAIN Tulungagung

We examined the relationships among the factors of fun, self-esteem, and happiness with a group of 249 players from tennis clubs located in the Seoul capital area, South Korea. Results of analysis showed that fitness and acknowledgment increased positive self-esteem and decreased negative self-esteem. Sociability increased positive self-esteem and both interest and fitness increased happiness. Negative self-perception reduced happiness, but the relationship with positive self-esteem was not statistically significant. Finally, fitness, acknowledgement, and sociability were important antecedent variables that increased happiness through the mediator of self-esteem. We have provided useful information for busy people on how to lead a healthy and meaningful life by having fun and consistently participating in physical activities.

Most undergraduate students today are part of the millennial generation. However, the next wave of students—Generation Z—are just beginning to enter universities. Although these groups share many similarities, they each have unique characteristics that create challenges in the classroom. Incorporating technology, engaging students with adaptive learning activities, and understanding basic generational differences are ways to limit the effects of generational conflict while keeping both millennials and Generation Z students engaged in learning. It is important to understand basic differences and distinctions across generations for developing pedagogy that reaches these unique student populations.

The millennial generation has been known as the most anxious and depressed one, due to lack of more physical attachment. During these COVID-19 times, these problem had been widened for everyone - many had been panic about the illness, the media had played an awful hole on it, creating a scenario of huge risk for lives and jobs. We are facing a perfect storm, where we are not allowed to do most of the recreation and healthie programs - like visit the ones beloved, go to gym, go to a party. The use of internet have a lot of misinformation about the pandemic and even physicians, scientists and health politicians overload us with useless information. It was really hard to identify what was important. In this situation, dealing with uncertainty, anxiety and depression had created a huge problem for physicians and psychologists. How to help and support that. There are many strategies that we have used. First to diminish the search of information over COVID-19, selecting one trustable source. Second, contact your beloved ones, if possible with video call on an everyday basis. Third, develop a routine of physical activities in order to keep your body health. Fourth try to develop a health pattern of food. Together they can diminish the chance of having anxiety and depression. But if you need support for a professional, it’s important to have teams of professional available to give attention to that issues. The very first is a phone support or internet support, by teams that could discuss the problems and develop a personal strategy to deal with this situation. But when that is not enough, we must have a consultation with a physician or a psychologist. The approach must discuss fillings, worries and how to plan this isolation times. Most of us have a hidden agenda and fear that must be addressed and at this time it is important to allow the patients to talk about freely, and to develop empathy with their worries. After that we can promote some activities to diminish the fillings of anxiety and depression.

In the learning process, passion and interest are one of the most important dynamic aspects. With the enthusiasm and interest in students, learning results will be maximized. Thus, the teacher must know the form of enthusiasm and interest that how should be used to foster student enthusiasm for learning. Given that by providing enthusiasm and interest, students can develop activities and initiatives and can maintain perseverance in conducting learning activities and so students do not feel bored with the subject of Fiqh. These conditions will affect students' understanding of the subject of jurisprudence. If students truly understand and practice what is contained in it that is fiqh, then students will be able to carry out religious commands properly according to the commands of Allah SWT. Departing from the facts and descriptions above, the researchers are interested in studying and conducting research on "Madrasah Teacher's SWOT In Fostering the Spirit of Learning Jurisprudence in Millennial Generation in Tulungagung". In teaching and learning activities, as a teacher of Islamic education, he must be able to optimize his role when in class. One of them is as a motivator, meaning that teachers should be able to provide encouragement to students to be passionate and active in learning. In an effort to provide motivation, the teacher must be able to analyze the motives behind the students who are always lazy to learn and decline in school performance. Motivation can be effective if it is done by paying attention to students' needs. Diversification of ways of learning provides reinforcement and so on, can also provide motivation for students to be more passionate in learning. Besides the lesson material delivered without regard to the use of the method will also make it difficult for teachers to achieve learning objectives.

As sustainable development has emerged as a priority on the international agenda, increasing emphasis has been placed on “Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA),” wherein environmental, economic, and social performance are comprehensively integrated. This study, as part of an LCSA approach, uses Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) to analyze the worker category social impact for concrete plants in South Korea. For the analysis, three types of concrete plant with different operating systems were selected and evaluated: Direct operation, operated by dedicated concrete manufacturers, and operated by cement suppliers. Eleven major social topics, which were mentioned in the international standards and international institutes, were selected as the subjects of evaluation; the social impacts were evaluated by applying the evaluative criteria for social topics presented in the Handbook for Product Social Life Cycle Assessment of PRé Sustainability. We determined that the highest social impact was found in concrete plants operated by cement suppliers (0.77), followed by plants operated by dedicated concrete manufacturers (0.50), and finally by plants with direct operations (0.09). These results can be applied by concrete plants to improve worker category areas in which they are lacking and by future researchers to evaluate the sustainable development of a variety of industries.
