This study was conducted to examine the effect of omprehension, quality of service, and tax penalties to the level of i taxpayer compliance UMKM in KPP Pratama Wonosari. While this study was conducted to examine the effect of comprehension, quality of service, and tax penalties simultaneousuly level of taxpayer compliance UMKM in KPP Pratama Wonosari . This study uses the dependent variable is tax compliance while independent variable are of comprehension, quality of service, and tax penalties. The sampling technique that is taken sksidental sampling. Aksidental sampling is technique determination sample based spontaneity factor, meaning anyone inadertently meet with investigators and accordance with characteristics (traits) than that person is used as s sample. This study classified in quantitative research. Data collection procedures using a question are wich was distributed to the public filled by an taxpayer. While data analys techniques using multiple regression analysis bye the F-test, koefisien determine R2, and T-test. Quality data test of validitas test and reliability test. The clasical assumption test of normaliy test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result showed the Comprehension and quality of services significant positive effect on the level of compliance of taxpayer. While tax penalties not significant effect on the level of compliance of taxpayer. And simultaneousulycomprehension, quality of service, and tax penaltiessignificant positive effect on the level of compliance of taxpayer. Results of determination (R2) that show the influence of the kepauhan 70.7% and the remaining 29.3% is influenced by other factors. The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan penyedia jasa layanan ojek online di Karawang maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 1,7%, sedangkan 98,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. 2) pengaruh secara simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe studi kasus (Case Study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, sampel sebanyak 55 orang sebagai responden, teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dukumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep terdapat kualitas pelayanan Dinas PMPTSP dalam meningkatkan investasi di Kabupaten Pangkep seperti kejelasan tujuan, kejelasan strategi, proses analisis kebijakan, perencanaan, penyusunan program, sarana dan prasarana, sistem pengawasan, dan sistem pengendalian. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the partial effect of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. 2) the simultaneous influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. The type of research that will be used in this research is quantitative research with case study type. The population in this study was 55 people, the sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, a sample of 55 people as respondents, data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variable (quality of service) on the dependent variable (level of investment) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency there was the quality of service of the PMPTSP Service in increasing investment in Pangkep Regency such as clarity of objectives, clarity of strategy, policy analysis process, planning, program preparation, facilities and infrastructure, supervision system, and control system.

In this digital era, all activities can be published to the public through social media. Many groups of people actively use social media ranging from students, adults, entrepreneurs and state officials. One of them is the seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo. Joko Widodo has a variety of social media platforms, social media with the most followers among other social media is Instagram. With a total of 16.5 million followers making him the leader of the country with the second most followers in the world. The content of uploads on Instagram of Joko Widodo is diverse and very massive, the things Joko Widodo does on Instagram social media is one way to form personal branding. Personal branding is a unique phenomenon because basically all people have their own characteristics, to get the results of long-lasting branding and provide maximum benefits, the branding process must come from authentic, real and original evidence. This study aims to determine how effective the use of social media instagram is for the formation of Joko Widodo's personal Branding to the 2019 First Election Voters who are still confused and need references to make choices in using their voting rights. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method of two variables. The independent variable in this study is the effectiveness of using social media instagram while the dependent variable is Joko Widodo's personal branding. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the Nonprobality Sampling technique. The results of this study state that the use of Instagram social media in delivering the desired message falls into the effective category with a percentage of 74.9% while the formation of personal branding for the first voters is included in the effective category with a percentage of 81.1%. The conclusion of this study is that the communication carried out by Joko Widodo's Instagram social media account took place effectively and had a positive effect on the formation of Joko Widodo's personal branding for the first voters of the 2019 Election. Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

The method in this research is qualitative method that is written in the form of descriptive, while this research is research conducted at Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pidie Regency. While the object of research is an employee or government apparatus that provides services to the community in the making of KTP and KK, while the subject of research is the quality of service to the satisfaction of the community in making KTP and KK at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pidie District. The sampling technique in this research is using census technique that is all sample population, whereas because many writer take 20 sample people, and that become information in support of the data. KK, and Operator. The results of this study Quality of service to students in the making of ID card and KK at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pidie District Taking influence from the level of reliability, the level of responsiveness of employees, direct evidence, the ability of employees, government level, community level, communication level, the quality of service is good, from the level of public satisfaction (community) is the level of fulfillment of needs, achievements, and level of service provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pidie Regency is satisfied. Factors in providing services to the community who require KTP or KK at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Pidie District is a facility used, no blank ID card for this that comes from Jakarta, human resources are less competent, so many employees who contract employees , building facilities that do not have standards.

Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

This study was motivated by various problems of dissatisfaction felt by the society to the less qualified service from employees in the public sector. This study aims to determine whether the competence of employees influence the quality of services in the District Integrated Administration Services (PATEN) in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City. This is a quantitative study. The population in this study consisted of 96,098 people with the sample of 398 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional sampling technique. The data of this study were analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis showed that the competence of employees had a positive and significant influence on the quality of PATENT service in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City with total influence of 53.7%. This showed that the higher the competence of the employees would be the higher the quality of service PATENT in the Kuranji Subdistrict.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia company in Denpasar City. Total population taken as many as 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of service mediated consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Quality of service partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, meaning that if there is a change in the quality of service then the loyalty of consumers will also experience changes. <p><em>Quality of service is an important thing that must be considered by every facility of health services in providing service to patients. Quality of service is closely linked with comprehensive and systematic services to provide excellent service without distinguishing any patients either public or health-care users. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the ownership of health insurance with patient satisfaction in Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research with cross- sectional design. Samples in this study were patients who came to visit or seek treatment and enrolled in Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul as many as 97 people taken by accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using chi-square analysis. The results showed most of the respondents who have collateral such as Askes, JKN, Jamkesda, and Jamkesmas (67%) were satisfied with the services provided. The result of chi-square correlation test shows that there is correlation between assurance ownership and patients satisfaction at Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta which is shown by Sig value. of 0.00 (Sig &lt;0.05). This study can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between guarantee ownership and patient satisfaction with the majority of patients who have more satisfied health insurance.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Kualitas pelayanan merupakan suatu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap pasien.Kualitas pelayanan berhubungan erat dengan pelayanan yang komprehensif dan sistematis untuk memberikan pelayan yang prima tanpa membedakan setiap pasien baik umum maupun pengguna jaminan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang datang berkunjung atau berobat dan terdaftar di Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul sebanyak 97 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling.Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden yang memiliki jaminan seperti Askes, JKN, Jamkesda, dan Jamkesmas (67%) merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil uji korelasi chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepemilikan jaminan dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,00 (Sig &lt; 0,05). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemilikan jaminan dengan kepuasan pasien dengan mayoritas pasien yang memiliki jaminan kesehatan yang lebih merasa puas.</em></p>
