A research phenomenon is a model of communication carried out by district government officials to create public awareness about household waste.  The aim of this research is to analyze the model of communication carried out by district government officials to make people aware of how to deal with household waste. This research uses the interpretive qualitative method, in which data are selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are Focus Group Discussion and observation.  The results of this research show that through face-to-face communication and group communication district government officials, ranging from the head of the environment office, family planning cadres and family welfare movement  (PKK) activator team, community leaders to the village head, had tried to perform their duties properly in making residents in two areas of family planning (KB) village aware about the impact of household waste. Persuasive communication is the model of communication where the source actively seeks to influence the recipient who is in a passive position. Due to differences in perceptions, the process of exchanging messages during the campaign was one-way, namely from the source to the recipient.  The model of communication which is developed in the activity is a command system in which district government officials give a command to the residents of the family planning village where the participation of the people especially those who rent houses in the management of household waste is low.

The Family Hope Program in Indonesia was implemented in 2007 to alleviate poverty and prosper low-income families. The research and writing of this journal aim to determine the impact of PKH on family welfare and see if there is a reduction in poverty after the government realizes the Family Hope Program. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study results indicate that the impact of PKH on beneficiary families, including the cash provided, can meet consumption or family needs and help the economy of PKH recipient families. The implementation of the program can reduce poverty in Aceh. The percentage of the poverty rate fell to 0.02%. The limitation of the research is the impact of PKH on family welfare and wants to examine whether there is a decrease in the percentage of poverty in Aceh or Aceh Barat. The practical implication of this research is to provide information to the government that PKH can improve the welfare of low-income families. The main objective of this paper is to develop a new mathematical model to study, analyze, and control the family status in several regions and to discuss the impact of the connectivity of regions and the mobility of residents on the marital status of the family, by adopting a multiregion discrete-time model. The modelling and the control process of the system that describes the case of monogamous marriages in a multiregion framework are considered. Two combined control strategies are proposed, which allow reducing the virgin and divorced individuals and increasing the number of married individuals in a specific region. The first control is considered as the impact of public awareness campaigns to educate virgin men and women about the benefits of marriage for the individual and the society; the second control characterizes the legal procedures, administrative complications, and the heavy financial and social consequences of divorces. The optimal control theory is applied to characterize such optimal strategies and determined numerically using a progressive-regressive discrete scheme to discuss the obtained results.

In spite of three decades of national family planning programmes, Pakistan's contraceptive prevalence rate was only 12 percent in 1991. Furthermore, the government family planning service delivery systems, primarily the family welfare center (FWC), cover less than 10 percent of the people in rural areas. Although there are cultural and religious constraints to social change, it can be argued effectively from recent surveys that there is a considerable need for family planning that has yet to be met. Certain barriers to, and options for, meeting this need are reviewed, particularly in terms of strengthening information, communication and education (TEC) at the community level.

There are some interesting differences between the Family Planning Program in Indonesia and the family planning in Cairo Action Program. The FP Program has larger actions, such as the society's attention to the increasing age limit of marriage, family resistance building, increasing the family welfare, and birth control. While, the family planningin Cairo Action Program is only limited to the birthcontrol. This writing tries to describe those differences as well as to clarify the direction and the implementation of the FP Program which increasingly become an FP movement.
