Introduction. In the modern world, the problem of drug use, especially among the youth, is considered to be of utmost importance. Female body’s susceptibility to the development of drug addiction is considerably higher than that of the male body. The study of blood supply of the uterine tube is relevant since the morphological rebuilding of the mucous membrane of the uterine tube, considering its functions, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of several diseases of the female reproductive system. Under the effect of pathological factors, including opioids, vessels became the main target, and their structural changes are the basis for the development of the pathological process and determine the peculiarities of clinical symptoms. Methods. The study was carried out on 34 sexually mature white female rats (4,5-6,0 months) with the bodyweight of 180-220 g. Angioarchitectonics of the uterine tube of female white rats was studied in double-blinded, placebo-controlled studies with distribution into a control group (intact rats that were accepted as a relative norm, n=10), a placebo-controlled group (n=9) that received 0.9% saline for the duration of the experiment, and 3 experimental groups (n=5 each) that were subjected to long-term opioid effect. Results. After 2 weeks of Nalbuphine administration for female white laboratory rat, the minor expansion of arterioles and capillaries was observed, their diameter increased. Arteriolovenular coefficient augmented. After 4 weeks of Nalbuphine administration, arterioles were convoluted, loss of clear outlines, expansion of lumen, irregularity of vessels caliber, microvessels with microaneurysms, areas with hemorrhage and obliteration of capillaries were detected. After six-week administration of nalbuphine, the hemomicrocirculatory blood flow of the uterine tube wall was at the stage of decompensation, the capillary component was almost destroyed, arterioles were abruptly twisted and distorted, their lumen was uneven, venules were expanded and distorted, additional arteriolovenular anastomoses were opened, indices of trophic activity of the tissue increased considerably. Conclusions. The vasotropic effect after six-week administration of nalbuphine demonstrated severe damage to the uterine tube hemomicrocirculatory blood flow.

<p><em>Depo MedroxyProgesteroneAcetate</em> (DMPA) allegedly have the effect of breast glandular tissue breast-feeding women, and to prove it then conducted research into how the influence of injection of DMPA to the gland tissue histology breast on white female rats breastfeeding.This research is experimental research design with post test only control group design that was implemented starting carried out in laboratories of pharmaceutical Faculty of Science and anatomic pathology laboratory andalas university medical school fields, the total sample 27 white female rats lactating drawn at random by age 2-3 months, weight 160-200 grams, divided into 3 groups consisting of the control group, treatment group 1 (DMPA 150 mg) and treatment group 2 (DMPA 300 mg). DMPA injections done in intra muscular  every 5 days during 4x injections (20 days). Research data were statistically processed using anova test with 95% confidence. Results showed that there are differences in the development of lobulus and asinus in the control group and treatment group.Conclusions of this study is the effect of DMPA injections in female rats breastfeeding on the area and the development of lobular breast lobes as well as breast acini.</p>

Aim : study the change in level of insulin, cholesterol ,urea, creatinine and the weight of rats, when uptake orally of Aqueous Extract of (leek) for Female albino Rats. Methodology: Between march 2015 and January 2016, 20 female white rats They were randomized into two groups one of it is a control group and others treated with the aqueous extract warm of Allium porrum (leek) plants for concentration (800) mg/kg and taken for 1 month. This study was conducted in laboratories of physiology and chemistry at the faculty of pharmacollogy Medicine /University of Kufa. Results: It shows significantly increase (p 0.05) in the insulin hormone of white female rats for concentration 800 mg/kg comparing with control group, It also shown decrease (p 0.05) in the cholesterol level in plasma female rats for concentration 800 mg/kg which equaled with control group, and shown decrease (p 0.05) the weight of the rats. While the urea shows significantly decrease (p 0.05) the white female rats for concentration 800 mg/kg compared with control group. Conclusion: the creatinine shows significantly decrease (p 0.05) the white female rats for concentration 800 mg/kg compared with control group . In short comparing with control group. The aqueous of leek extract acts as increase insulin in white female rats while negative effect of aqueous extract of leek on Cholesterol, Urea and Creatinine and weight of the rats.

The rational organization and implementation of effective disinfection activities plays an important role in the complex of measures for the prevention of infections. The development and introduction of new disinfectants into production is an urgent issue of modern poultry farming. When developing a disinfectant, it is important to determine the cumulative effect of the drug. The purpose of the study was to determine the cumulative and skin-resorptive action of the disinfectant “Zoоdizin”. For the toxicological study of the drug used healthy white male rats and white female rats weighing 200 ± 10 g 1.5 years of age. To study the toxicity of the drug “Zoоdizin” when applied to the skin used the method of immersion of the tails of rats in a test tube with the test substance. The tail was injected 2/3 into a regular tube with a 5 % solution of the drug “Zoоdizin”. The tube was closed with a cork ring whose diameter was slightly larger than the tail diameter. For 15 days, the tubes were placed daily in a water bath at 28–30 °C for 2 hours. Control animals tails were immersed in distilled water. To establish the local action of the drug “Zoodizin” on the mucous membranes of the study drug was introduced into the conjunctival sac of the right eye of the rabbit at a dose of 50 mg, and in the left eye was buried saline in a volume of 0,05 cm3. When studying the cumulative effect of Zoоdizin, no significant changes in the biochemical parameters in the serum of rats were observed. In the study of possible irritant or damaging effect on the skin and the development of contact non-allergic dermatitis found that a single application of disinfectant “Zoоdizin” on the unaffected skin of the back of white rats in the maximum significant recommended concentration of working solutions (2 %) did not cause signs. The single effect of the drug on the intact areas of the skin did not cause skin irritation, but it can be stated that prolonged daily epicutaneous exposure of high concentration (5 %) of the solution of the drug “Zoоdizin”, which is 2.5 times higher than the maximum recommended concentration, caused a general resorption. When assessing the cumulative properties, it was taken into account that the total dose administered to rats was Zodizin 42000 mg/kg body weight and did not result in animal death. It did not allow to calculate the cumulative coefficients for the “lethal effect”. A single effect of the product on the intact areas of the skin did not cause skin irritation, but it can be stated that prolonged daily epicutaneous exposure of a high concentration (5 %) of the Zodizin solution, which is 2.5 times the maximum recommended concentration, caused a general resorption. In the future, it is planned to study the virulidal properties of the biocide “Zoоdizin”.

Introduction. Given the significant prevalence of lead in the environment, research in this area has significant social and economic importance. Lead compounds are characterized by high toxicity and increased ability to cumulate in ecosystems, humans, and animals. Lead enters the human body with food, drinking water, atmospheric air, and smoking. Lead causes pathological changes in the nervous system, blood-forming organs, kidneys, etc. Materials and methods. The experiments were carried out on four groups of white female rats, each included seven animals, weighing 150-200 g. The first group of animals was a control. The second group consumed dechlorinated water from the city water supply, followed by lead acetate. The animals from the third and fourth groups drank the same water with sodium stearate and potassium stearate content in a dose of 1/250 LD50. After the 40th-day of the use of these waters, the animals were orally administered lead acetate at a dose of 7 mg/kg. The levels of lipid peroxidation biomarkers were studied by studying the content of diene conjugates (DC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum, liver, and kidney homogenates. Results. The administration of 1/2 acetate LD50 to lead in experimental rats drinking water with stearates was accompanied by a significant increase in the DCs concentration and (MDA) in animals. Higher concentrations of LPO products were observed in the group of animals that consumed water from potassium stearate. Conclusions. 1. With the oral administration of lead acetate against the background of drinking water containing stearates at a dose of 1/250 LD50, an increase in lipid peroxidation indices was noted compared with the control group. 2. Higher concentrations of LPO products were observed in the group of animals consuming water from potassium stearate.

Aim. To detect the features of immune status at prenatal and early postnatal periods under the influence of Toxoplasma gondii antigens. Methods. The experimental study was performed on Wistar white rats, who were the offspring of the female rats who were sensitized by T. gondii corpuscular antigen during the III trimester of pregnancy - group 1 (n=96) and on animals who were administered T. gondii corpuscular antigen at firs day of life - group 2 (n=103). Control group consisted of intact rats. Common blood test, levels of antibody-forming cells and CD3+ cells were assessed at 60 day after birth. Results. Neutrophil blood count was 1.9 times higher in the group 1 rats compared to group 2. Eosinophil blood count was 1.4 times lower in the group 1 compared to control group (р=0.01), and 2 times lower in the group 2 compared to control group (р=0.002). At the same time, lymphocyte count was comparable in the group 1 rats and control group, while it was 1.4 times lower in the group 2 compared to control group (р=0.04). Together with that, there was a reduction of CD3+ cells and antibody-forming cells in blood and spleen, which was more marked in the 2nd group. Lymphoadenopathy, thymus dysgenesia, reduced blood and spleen T-cells levels, low humeral immunity were found in Wistar white rats, who were the offspring of the female rats who were sensitized by T. gondii corpuscular antigen during the III trimester of pregnancy. Conclusion. The influence T. gondii corpuscular antigen on rats during perinatal period results in secondary immunodeficiency, persisting at 60 day of life.

AbstractThe aim of this preliminary study was the estimation of renal blood flow in 16 premature newborns from twin pregnancies with mean body weight 1270 g and mean gestational age 29 weeks.In control group we have 16 singleton newborns with mean gestational age 29 weeks and mean birth weight 1240 g. In both intervention and control group we have the similar clinical symptoms. The renal blood flow was carried out in the first day of life with the Acuson 128 XP Colour Doppler using the 6 and 7 MHz linear transducer. The renal blood flow parameters-PI, RI, Vmax, Vmin Vmean were measured in right and left renal arteries in theirs courses from the aorta to the renal hilus, by color sinal. In the investigation group the mean value of RI in right and left renal artery was 0,88. Mean PI in right vessel was 1,67 and in left 1,56. Mean V min in right and in left artery was 0,03 and mean V max in right artery was 0,34 and in left 0,33. Mean value of mean velocity in right vessels was 0,18 and in left 0,19.In control group we observed in right artery mean value of PI 1,74 and in left 1,6. Mean RI was 0,86 and 0,86 in right vessel in left vessel. Mean V min was 0,05 in right and 0,04 in left artery. Mean V max was 0,37 in right and 0,34 in left artery. Mean value of V mean was 0,19 in right artery and 0,18 in left artery.Using the student, Mann-Whitney and Shapiro-Wilk tests we have not observed statistically significant difference of Doppler parameters between control and investigation group and between the left and right artery. Although in newborns with broad PDA we noted significant higher value of RI (0,97, 0,98) than in newborns without PDA (0,78, 0,81).

Цель исследования - изучение кровотока и напряжения кислорода в печени при механическом, химическом и комбинированном поражении и курсовом воздействии гипербарической оксигенации (ГБО). Методика. Опыты выполнены на 143 белых крысах-самках массой 180-220 г. Механическое повреждение печени моделировали частичной гепатэктомией (ЧГЭ), удаляя часть левой доли печени (15-20% массы органа), химическое поражение - подкожным введением 50% раствора ССl4 на оливковом масле (0,1 мл/100 г). Инъекции делали через день на протяжении 65 сут. Для комбинированного поражения на 65-е (последние) сут введения ССl4 проводили ЧГЭ с последующей ГБО (3 ата, 50 мин, трёхкратно, через 4-8, 24 и 48 ч после ЧГЭ.) Печёночный кровоток в оперируемой левой (ЛДП) и одной из неоперируемых (средней, СДП) доле печени исследовали методом водородного клиренса. Напряжение кислорода (рО2) в печёночной ткани исследовали полярографически с платиновым электродом с поправкой на температурный коэффициент. Исследования проводили на 3-и, 7-е и 14-е сут послеоперационного (1-е, 4-е и 11-е сут постгипероксического) периода. Результаты. ЧГЭ у здоровых животных, стимулируя кровоток в обеих исследуемых долях печени, снижает рО2 только в остатке ЛДП на 3-и и 7-е сутки послеоперационного периода. На 65-е сут введения ССl4 наблюдается снижение кровотока в остатке ЛДП и СДП, соответственно, на 42% и 39%, а рО2 на 50%. Эти показатели не нормализуются к 14-м сут после отмены токсина. Применение ЧГЭ на 65-е сут введения ССl4 вызывает увеличение кровотока на 3-и и 7-е сут послеоперационного периода только в СДП, однако на 14-е сут он снижается до уровня конца затравки. Это сопровождается кратковременной нормализацией сниженного рО2 на 7-е сутки послеоперационного периода. В остатке ЛДП у животных с хроническим ССl4-гепатитом и ЧГЭ величина кровотока и рО2 не изменяется, оставаясь ниже нормы к 14-м сут после ЧГЭ. Применение ГБО у здоровых крыс с ЧГЭ устраняет стимулирующее влияние операции на кровоток в обеих исследуемых долях органа, нормализуя рО2 в остатке ЛДП и снижая его в СДП на 3-и и 7-е сут, которое устраняется к 14-м сут после ЧГЭ на фоне отсроченного стимулирующего влияния гипероксии на кровоток в этой доле печени. У животных с комбинированным поражением печени применение ГБО стимулирует увеличение кровотока в обеих исследуемых долях органа, что способствует увеличению рО2 относительно предоперационного уровня, но полной его нормализации не происходит. Стимулирующее влияние ГБО на кровоток у животных с комбинированным поражением печени сохраняется к 11-м сут постгипероксического периода. Заключение. Длительное действие на организм ССl4 снижает чувствительность печёночного кровотока к стимулирующему влиянию ЧГЭ, способствуя стойкому развитию гипоксии в повреждённой и неповреждённой при операции долях печени. Реакция кровотока и тканевого рО2 оперированной печени на ГБО находится в прямой зависимости от состояния данного органа на момент гипероксического воздействия. The aim of study was to investigate hepatic blood flow and oxygen tension in mechanical, chemical, and combined injury of the liver and during a course of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO). Methods. Experiments were performed on 143 white female rats weighing 180-220 g. Mechanical injury of the liver was modeled with partial hepatectomy (PHE) by removing a part of the left hepatic lobe (HL) (15-20% of liver weight). Chemical injury was modeled by subcutaneous injection of 50% ССl4 in olive oil (0.1 ml/100 g). Injections were performed every second day for 65 days. For the combined injury, PHE followed by HBO (3 ATA, 50 min) was performed on day 65 (last day) of ССl4 administration. HBO was applied three times, at 4-8, 24, and 48 hours after PHE. Hepatic blood flow was studied using hydrogen clearance in the operated, left HL (LHL) and in one of unoperated, middle HL (MHL). Hepatic oxygen tension (рО2) was evaluated by polarography with a platinum electrode; data were corrected for the temperature coefficient. Studies were performed on postoperative days 3, 7 and 14 (posthyperoxia days 1, 4, and 11). Results. In normal animals, PHE stimulated blood flow in both studied hepatic lobes and decreased рО2 only in the remaining LHL on postoperative days 3 and 7. On day 65 of ССl4 administration, blood flow was reduced by 42% and 39%, respectively, in remaining LHL and MHL while рО2 was reduced by 50%. These changes were not reversed by day 14 following the toxin withdrawal. PHE performed on day 65 of ССl4 administration caused an increase in blood flow on postoperative days 3 and 7 only in MHL; however, on day 14, the blood flow decreased to the level of the end of toxin administration. This was associated with a brief normalization of the reduced рО2 on postoperative day 7. In the remaining LHL of animals with chronic ССl4-induced hepatitis and PHE, values of blood flow and рО2 did not change and remained below the normal level at 14 days after PHE. The HBO exposure of healthy rats with PHE abolished the stimulating effect of surgery on blood flow in both studied hepatic lobes, thereby normalizing pO2 in the remaining LHL and decreasing pO2 in MHL on days 3 and 7. This was reversed by postoperative day 14 due to the stimulating effect of hyperoxia on blood flow in this HL. In animals with combined injury of the liver, HBO stimulated blood flow in both studied HLs, thereby increasing рО2 above the preoperative level; however, a complete recovery did not occur. The stimulating effect of HBO on blood flow in animals with combined injury remained by day 11 of the posthyperoxic period. Conclusion. A prolonged exposure to ССl4 reduced the sensitivity of hepatic blood flow to the stimulating effect of PHE, which facilitated development of persistent hypoxia in both injured and uninjured HLs. Responses to HBO of blood flow and tissue рО2 in operated liver directly depend on the state of liver at the moment of hyperoxia exposure.

In the modern world, a lack of magnesium in the body is one of the most common deficient conditions in humans. Low levels of magnesium have been associated with a number of chronic diseases. This work is devoted to the study of the effect of the use of the balneological means "Magnesium oil" for the correction of the manifestations of experimentally induced magnesium deficiency. The experiment was conducted on 50 white female rats of the Wistar auto-breeding line which were divided into 3 equal groups: (1) control, (2) model of magnesium deficiency, (3) received "Magnesium oil". As a result of modeling the state of magnesium deficiency, significant changes are observed in the central nervous system, vegetative nervous system, and kidneys of animals. The use of balneological means "Magnesium oil" can significantly reduce the negative manifestations of magnesium deficiency.

The effect of ‘Vitosept’ drug, based on sodium hypochlorite solution with high purity, obtained in a specially developed membraneless flow electrolyzer, on the embryotoxic and teratogenic properties in rats was investigated. To determine the embryotoxic effect of ‘Vitosept’ on the development of white rats offspring of the 1st generation, control and three experimental groups (G1, G2, G3) were formed from pregnant females. The females of the control group with a blunt probe were injected daily for 30 days with 5 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution, and experimental ones with 5 ml of ‘Vitosept’ drug with different concentration of high purity sodium hypochlorite: Group I (G1) — 50 mg/l; Group II (G2) — 100 mg/l; Group III (G3) — 500 mg/l. The animals were observed. During the observation the condition and behavior of the females, the dynamics of body weight change, duration of pregnancy, and the course of birth were monitored. The results of the experiment were recorded after the slaughter of pregnant females (20th day of pregnancy) and in the postnatal period of development of the offspring. Studies have shown that the use of different concentrations of the drug ‘Vitosept’ in rats for 30 days before and during pregnancy has no embryotoxic and teratogenic effects. According to the indicators of the total, pre- and postimplantation lethality of embryos, there were no reliable changes in the structure and morphometry of internal organs and tissues in 20-day-old fetuses, and their development corresponded to the terms of pregnancy. There was no significant difference between the fertility of female rats in the test and control groups. The average number of fetuses per female was within 9 animals. The rats obtained from the females of the experimental groups were viable and did not lag behind in growth and development compared with the control animals, which generally characterizes the studied drug ‘Vitosept’ as non-toxic, lacking embryotoxic and teratogenic action

The aim: The study of pathomorphological changes in uterine appendages during torsion of different duration and after their detorsion in the experiment on rats. Materials and methods: Experimental studies were performed on the basis of vivarium in the conditions of chronic experiment on 48 females of outbred white rats weighing 200.0 ± 20.0 grams.The essence of the experimental model is that the female rats, under the ketamine’s anesthesia at the rate of 1-2 mg / kg of the drug, conduct a right-sided ovary twist at 7200 in the projection of the oviduct with fixation of the organs with an external clip of indifferent metal. Results: After ovarian detorsion, until 72 hours after its torsion, reliable reversible restoration of the structural components of the ovary is determined as a positive consequence of the effect of the correction factor (detorsion). Conclusions: The data obtained in the experiment showed that there was a discrepancy between the macroscopic features of the twisted uterine appendages and the microscopic changes in their morphological examination. Despite the presence of external signs of necrosis in the tissue of the uterine appendages, after the detorsion and the restoration of blood flow in them, studies have shown the possibility of performing organ-saving surgical operations in the torsion of the uterine appendages.
