This research examines the influence of implementation of peace and public order policy on the effectiveness of regulating street vendors. The research methods used in this study are quantitative methods. The population in this study was the regulating coordination team of 137 people. The samples in his research were 33 people. Data collection techniques are used in three ways: observation, interviews, polls and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the Path analysis model with the first tested validity and reliability. Based on a number of research results and hypotheses test results, it can be concluded that the implementation of public harmony and order policy has a significant influence on the effectiveness of PKL in Tasikmalaya City by 84.78% The remaining 15.22% is influenced by other variables such as the control given by the management and the supervision in the field is not optimal. The influence of policy implementation and public order towards the effectiveness of PKL in Tasikmalaya City is determined by dimentions, among others: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The greatest contribution is given by the dimensions of the then successive disposition followed by the dimension of resources, communication and bureaucratic structures. Thus the hypothesis that the author is tested and acceptable is the truth empirically.

The aim of this research are (1) to determine the effect of knowledgeon the performance of rural family planning officer of Semarang District (PPKBD) (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Semarang District PPKBD (3) to deter mine the influence of knowledge on Family Resilience in Semarang District (4) to determine the effect of work motivation towards Family Resilience in Semarang District (5) to determine the effect of PPKBD's performance on Family Resilience in Semarang Regency. Confirmatory maximum likelihood factor analysis techniques were applied to a path analysis model proposed by Lewis and St. John (1974). The reanalysis disconfirms the original conclusion that acceptance by white peers beneficially affects the scholastic achievement of black children. Present results are consistent with other recent studies; achievement appears to exert causal influence on popularity, but popularity does not influence achievement. The original conclusion, that attending a desegregated school will provide for black children delayed academic benefits which are not simply a reflection of more immediate academic improvements is also disconfirmed.

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

This article is to examine the effect of the BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange Rates on the stock price indexes of the financial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period November 2015 to October 2019. Data analysis techniques used in this study are regression models with quantitative methods. Test results prove that the negative BI Rate for IHSK and H1 is accepted. Negative inflation in FSPI and H2 is accepted. Positive exchange rates on the IHSK and H3 are accepted. The BI Rate, Inflation, and Exchange Rates received simultaneously against IHSK and H4 are accepted. The magnitude of the effect on R squared was 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% was accepted by other variables not approved in this study. Keywords: BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rates, Financial sub-sector Stock Price Index (FSPI)   Artikel ini adalah untuk memeriksa dampak suku bunga BI, nilai inflasi dan nilai tukar, terhadap harga harga dibursa saham pada sub sector keuangan yang terdaftar di bursa saham Indonesia untuk periode November 2015 sampai dengan Oktober 2019, tehnik penganalisaaan data yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah model mundur dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil tesnya membuktikan bahwa suku bunga negatif BI untuk IHSK dan H1 dapat diterima. Inflasi negatif pada FSPI dan H2, dapat diterima.Nilai tukar yang positif pada IHSK dan H3 dapat diterima. Suku bunga BI, inflasi dan nilai tukar yang diterima secara berkesinambungan terhadap IHSK dan H4 dapat diterima. Daya Tarik dari dampak pada kotak R adalah 54.6% sementara sisanya yang 45.4% diterima oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada studi ini. Kata Kunci: Suku Bunga BI, Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, Indeks Harga Saham sub sektor Keuangan (IHSK)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of operational management and service to customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire method / inquiry tangible items of questions. This questionnaire distributed to companies who become customers Kendari port of the archipelago. The population in this study is the customer service users Nusantara Port Kendari. Testing the quality of the data using validity and reliability test and classical assumption. While the analysis model used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: 1. In the individual variable operational management and service a significant effect on customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. T test results gained tcount accepted at significance level of 5%; 2. Taken together operational management and service variables significantly influence customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. F assay results received grades of F = 97.224 accepted at significance level of 5%; 3. The operational management of the dominant influence on customer satisfaction, compared to the variable service. T-test results for the variable gain tcount operational management (11.055) higher than the variable tcount services (9.913) at the 5% significance level.

Congestion, inconvenience of road users, garbage dumped arbitrarily causes unpleasant odors to disturb public peace. Control of people who trade as street vendors by Satpol-PP is a procedure for law enforcement. This study aims to explore and obtain a description of policy implementation, inhibiting factors for policy implementation, and efforts to control street vendors. Researchers used exploratory and qualitative design research methods with an inductive approach where the research informants consisted of elements from government and society. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. To analyze the research data using Edward III theory in Sobarsono (2020: 92) and a normative approach. The results of this study are that so far the implementation of policies regarding public policing and public order in controlling street vendors by Satpol-PP has not been optimal, and is still constrained in several ways such as: Apparatus Resources, Lack of public awareness. Suggestions to the Regional Government to be able to handle it by guiding and arranging rigid traders five.

This study aims to determine the influence of awards and penalties for the performance of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees.  The population is 59 people with a sample of 59 employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees. The data analysis model uses descriptive analysis, data quality test( validity and reliability test) , multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. The test results showed the performance of  employees  of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees with multiple linear regression method shows Y= -2,975 + 0.584 X1 + 0.761 X2 + e with the value of the regression coefficient of the reward variable (X1) = 0.584, the coefficient of regression of the penalty variable (X2) = 0.761. T test results obtained award variable (X1) t calculate > t table (4,862 > 2,003) and sig value. 0,000. Variable penalty (X2) t calculate > t table (2,413 > 2,003) and sig value. 0.019. The results showed that variable awards and punishments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees, with contributions from R Square 0.383 or 38.3% of employee performance was affected by awards and penalties, while the remaining 61.7% were influenced by other factors that were not participated in this study.

This study examined plateau career differences and career strategies between men and women. In addition, this study examines the influence of plateau promotion rules. The research sample was employees in the administration of manufacturing companies in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Of the 200 questionnaires distributed to employees, who returned 188 questionnaires and only 173 questionnaires that could be used. The next step, the researchers tested the validity and reliability of variables: plateau careers, career strategies and the rule of promotion. Test results show valid and reliable results. Analysis techniques using independent sample t test. In addition, this study uses simple regression analysis techniques to test the effect of the promotion rules on plateau careers. The results of the independent t-test showed that the plateau career between male and female employees was not different. But career strategies between men and women are different. In addition, the results of simple regression indicate that the influence of the promotion rules on plateau careers was supported.

Optimizing the achievement of organizational / company goals is largely determined by effectiveness. More at this time in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) the term BIM is often heard. That is a technology that in its development uses less time, labor and capital. This study aims to study whether it is necessary to develop BIM towards achieving a company's success. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Respondents of the experimental study were 39 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through observation, literature and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with validity and reliability test. The results of the study show that expertise supported by BIM-based technology is against the achievement of company success, analysis shows valid and reliable results. This is also supported by type variables, which are adjusted to the qualifications needed by the company. The percentage obtained from the sex variable was 87.2%, female 12.8%. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the level of skills supported by gender variables, the success and achievement of the objectives of the work will increase. Suggestions for leaders to develop skills, especially for employees who have the potential and higher education in special sections to support better results.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Awareness and Celebrity Endorsement on the Opposition of Buying Oppo Smartphones on Students of the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the population taken in this study were students of Surakarta Samples used in this study were 80 people sampling techniques using Convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple Linear analysis techniques. F test results state that Product Quality, Brand Awarenesss and Celebrity Endorsement simultaneously and significantly influence the Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. while based on the t test stated that partially the quality of the product had a positive significant effect on the Purchase Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics UNIBA Surakarta. Brand Awareness partially influences positively and significantly the interest in buying Oppo Smartphones in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students. Celebrity Endorsement partially has a positive and significant influence on the Oppo Smartphone Interest in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students.
