ABSTRAK: Masyarakat di kelurahan Sejinjang menanam Jahe merah. Jahe merah ini diolah menjadi minuman tradisional berupa bandrek jahe dalam bentuk serbuk. Olahan ini telah dijual oleh masyarakat dalam kemasan tradisional dan dengan nilai yang tidak tinggi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat memalui peningkatan nilai produk Bandrek Jahe. Pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan bantuan Kelompok binaan P2WKSS (Peningkatan Peranan Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera) untuk melakukan pengurusan izin P-IRT ke Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang dan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Jambi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sudah berhasil meningkatkan nilai produk bandrek jahe yang dibuat oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Sejinjang.Kata Kunci: Minuman Traditional, Jahe Merah, no izin P-IRT. Community Empowerment through Upgrading Product Value of Bandrek Jahe in Sijinjang of Jambi CityABSTRACT: People in Sijinjang of Jambi City planted red ginger. This red ginger was transform to be traditional drinking named Bandrek Jahe in powder form. This powder had been marketed by this people community through traditonal packaging with lower value. This community service program aimed to empower community through upgrading producy value of Bandrek Jahe. The activist of community service progra helped the target group named P2WKSS (Women Empowerment to Healthy and Wealthy Family) to proceed the permission number of P-IRT to Public Health Tanjung Pinang and Departement of Industry and Trade Jambi City. This community service program was succes to empower community through upgrading producy value of Bandrek Jahe made by community in Sijinjang of Jambi City.Keywords: Traditional drinking, Red ginger, Permission number of P-IRT.

Petuk Katimpun is one of the supplier villages for vegetable needs in the Palangka Raya city and its surroundings. At the abundant harvest, the prices of vegetables dropped sharply and were even worthless. Vegetables are left to rot in the tree, because there are costs to be taken to pick the vegetables. This is certainly very painful for the farmer. The farmers continue to lose money. One solution is to increase the value added of vegetables through processing technology. The technology of processing vegetable chips with vacuum frying is able to maintain the distinctive aroma and color of vegetables, crisper texture, lower vitamin damage and lower oil absorption. The purpose of this community service program is to transfer vacuum frying technology to increase the value added of the vegetables so that the level of the loss of farmers can be reduced. The approach were taken by  counseling, training and coaching and mentoring. The counseling was carried out by direct communication and interactive discussion, while training of using vacuum frying tools with various vegetable raw materials was carried out under the guidance of the service team. The coaching and group assistance were carried out in the acquisition of SPP-IRT as well as ways to access markets both directly and indirectly. The results of the community service program showed that 70% of partners were able to operate vacuum frying equipment. The capabilities of labeling and packaging were 100 % . They also had an ability to access markets indirectly through online media. The direct market could not be accessed due to  the SPP-IRT certificate has not been obtained. Key words : community empowerment, vegetables chip, vacuum frying

The Village

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

Social entrepreneurship can be a solution or model of community empowerment, especially women, in the handicraft industry. The handicraft industry was chosen because it was indicated in demand by the Bogor community and potentially contributed to the absorption of Bogor manpower and investment.  Based on this, community service activities are conducted on two target communities / partners, consisting of Children of Putri Bunda Orphanage, Dramaga and Mothers of PKK Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang District with the aim of forming Social entrepreneurship as a model of women empowerment through making the accessories based on patchwor.  The activity is done through several stages, which begins with socialization, held the training, after the entrepreneur walk, conducted assistance. The result of this community service activity is the formation of entrepreneur or business to make accessories made from woven waste patchwork.  Social entrepreneurship can be a solution to the improvement of the economy through community empowerment, especially women.

Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat, KKN tematik, penerapan teknologi, revolusi industri Abstract As agents of change, students are required not only to have knowledge and expertise in their fields, but they must also be ready to be in the community to implement the knowledge and skills they have, help solve real problems faced by the community or provide knowledge and skills to the community so they can lead better life. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. The main objective in this community service activity is to improve the insight of the people in Kepohbaru Bojonegoro sub-district about zoonotic diseases. The hope is that with the increasing knowledge of citizens, the level of public health in general can be better. The implementation method that will be used in this community service program is counseling and discussion. The purpose of counseling conducted to the community is to provide a general description of zoonotic diseases and then conduct an in-depth discussion about the clinical symptoms, handling, prevention and treatment of zoonotic diseases. After the activity is completed, monitoring will be carried out through the transfer of students of BBM KKN Universitas Airlangga.AbstrakTujuan utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kepohbaru Bojonegoro tentang penyakit zoonosis. Harapannya dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan warga, maka tingkat kesehatan masyarakat secara umum bias menjadi lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepada warga masyarakat adalah memberikan gambaran umum tentang penyakit zoonosis dan selanjutnya dilakukan diskusi yang mendalam tentang gejala klinis, penanganan, pencegahan, dan pengobatan penyakit zoonosis. Setelah kegiatan selesai, akan dilakukan monitoring melalui penerjunan mahasiswa KKN BBM Universitas Airlangga.

Indonesia has many cultures, almost every region has a different culture and customs. Labuhanbatu Utara is one of the regions in North Sumatra that has 8 districts. In South Kualuh sub-district has a habit to sing nasyid on certain and special events. Nasyid is one of the Islamic arts in the field of sound art. Usually it is a song that has an Islamic style and contains words of advice, stories of the prophets, praising God, and the like. Nasyid is usually sung in a cappella accompanied by only a drum. Community service program in 2019 is real community empowerment with the title Nasyid musyik training for mosque youth in Dusun III Pondok Pasar IV, Damuli Kebun Village, to provide useful knowledge for mosque youth.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

Tridharma community empowerment programs through college, especially community service have been carried out by STAB N Raden Wijaya Wonogiri. The program was used to implement science acquired by the lecturers and students. Particularly, the program is to improve the ability to put themselves as a religious adviser, through religion coach training, and to improve the qualification requirements of religious teachers which are still far from the requirement, as well as the utilization and improvement of its religious infrastructure, through Vihara in three areas of community service that has been done by STAB N Raden Wijaya Wonogiri. Based on the implementation, it is necessary to evaluate community service program which has been implemented in the three areas. Evaluations of the implementation of the community service program that have been implemented seem to be successful, and the people got the good result of the program. Generally, The results of the implementation of the program can be stated to be successful

AbstrakDalam pembangunan desa di era modern saat ini, desa dituntut untuk mampu berperan aktif, mandiri serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan kemampuan sendiri. Hal ini tertuang dalam UU No. 06 tahun 2014 Tentang Desa. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakanmasyarakat Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Anggana Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sebagai upaya meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui Desa wisata hidroponik. Program ini memiliki luaran: terbentuknya keterampilan masyarakat Desa Sidomulyo bercocok tanam secara hidroponik; terbentuknya pusat tanaman hidroponik di Desa Sidomulyo; terbentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil dalam setiap Rukun Tetangga (RT) untuk bercocok tanam secara hidroponik; adanya kunjungan pendidikan ke Desa Wisata Hidroponik dari siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Anggana. Metode pelaksanaan yangdigunakan meliputi dua hal besar: tahap persiapan dan tahap inti. Hasil pelaksanaan yang telah dicapai sebagai berikut: seluruh sesi dalam tahap persiapan dan program inti dari sosialisasi, peresmian, kegiatan inti serta project desain berhasil diraih sesuai target. Indikatornya adalah: masyarakat sekitarsering berkunjung ke pusat hidroponik pada sore hari dan membeli peralatan serta sayuran hidroponik serta belajar teknik menanam hidroponik. Hasil positf lain adalah dipublikasikannya program ini dalam media masa Samarinda Pos, Repository Website Unmul dan terbentuknya kelompok-kelompok kecilhidroponik.Kata kunci: Hidroponik, Desa Wisata, Desa Sidomulyo, Pemberdayaan masyarakatAbstractHydroponic tourism village as an effort of community empowerment of Sidomulyo village, Anggana district, Kutai Kartanegara regency. In the modern era, a village is required to be able to play an active, independent and meet their needs with their own ability as stated in the Indonesian Law Act. No. 062014. Therefore, current community service program aimed to empower the community of Sidomulyo Village, Anggana Subdistrict Kutai Kartanegara Regency as an effort to improve the economy sector through Hydroponics tourism village. This program has an outcome: the formation of community skillsSidomulyo hydroponic Village; the establishment of hydroponic center in Sidomulyo Village; small groups formed in each neighboring group for hydroponic cultivation; the presence of educational visits to the Hydroponics Tourism Village from elementary school, Junior High School and Senior HighSchool located in Kecamatan Anggana. The method of implementation used: the preparation and core stage. The results were: all sessions in the preparation and core program of inauguration have been succesfully implemented, socialization, core activities and design projects have also been achieved as expected. Community were interested to visit the hydroponic center in the afternoon, bought hydroponic equipment, vegetables and learn hydroponic planting techniques. ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para perempuan yang berusia produktif mengenai kewirausahaan serta memanfaatkan peluang bisnis di era digital dan di masa pandemi, sehingga para perempuan dapat berdaya secara ekonomi. Program pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan 132 perempuan berusia produktif dari seluruh Indonesia. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama adalah memetakan usaha yang akan membantu perekonomian para perempuan. Tahap kedua adalah tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi untuk memastikan para peserta dapat memiliki panduan dalam memulai atau mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagian besar peserta (75%) memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha yang diukur dengan skala motivasi berwirausaha. Selain itu, semua peserta memandang bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para perempuan mampu berdaya secara ekonomi baik di masa pandemi maupun pasca pandemi. Kata kunci: era digital; kewirausahaan; pandemi; perempuan; pemberdayaan ABSTRACTThis community service aims to provide productive women with skills and knowledge regarding entrepreneurship and take advantage of business opportunities in the digital era and during the pandemic so that women can be economically empowered. This community service program involved 132 participants from all over Indonesia. The implementation of this community service program is carried out virtually or through webinars. The results of this activity indicate that after gaining knowledge and skills most of the participants have high motivation to start and develop businesses. In addition, all participants saw that this activity was very useful because it added knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship.
