To analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and psychological capital on employee performance</p><p>In this study, researchers used sampling techniques, while the population was all clerical / staff and officer level employees spread across 5 main offices and branches in the Jabodetabek area, the total questionnaire distributed was 200 respondents with the criteria being clerical / staff and officers who were not serving as unit, department or division leader. With a minimum work period of 1 month</p><p>The results of this study researchers found a significant and positive influence between interpersonal communication variables on performance variables. There is a psychological capital effect on employee performance. Psychological capital makes employees committed to high performance. Leadership interpersonal communication and psychological capital together have an influence on employee performance.</p>

<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. Setelah dianalisis didapat hasil R square 0.724 dengan signifikansi</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(p&lt;0.05), yang berarti etos kerja memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 72.4%.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><em>: Etika Kerja, Performa Kerja </em></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>T</strong><strong>o be able to achieve a synergistic relationship, the company should be able to notice employee performance. Employees who are qualified and able to produce high performance is needed by the organization. A very vital role in realizing the achievement of the performance of an employee is himself. How does he have the spirit and high work ethic to be a positive influence on the environment. Employees who have lofty thoughts about the job can work sincerely. An outlook and attitude towards work is known as the work ethic. This study aims to perform a theoretical test on the effect of the work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p &lt;0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera located in Sorong - West Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality analysis, sampling techniques using Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling of 155 respondents from each of the areas of work, namely Planting Group (planting, survey), Upkeep Group (Fertilization, Spraying and Slashing) and Harvesting Group (Harvest, Fruit Loose Collection, and Prunning). The result that the values of multiple regression in this study is Y = 7.280 + 0.437 X1 + 0.530 X2 + e. the results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous, variable Competence and Work Motivation has positive influence and significant impact on Employee Performance of Contractor Workers in PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera. It is evident from the results of the partial test (t test) Competency variable is 3.111 with significant value of 0.002, then the value of the variable Work Motivation t test was 4.569 with significant value of 0.000). Then the results of the simultaneous test (F test) variable Competence and Work Motivation is 156.911 with a significant value of 0.000.

PT. Euro Management Indonesia have some low level performance of employees such as not good in giving directives or guidance or work orders, some work space is not adequate, and the achievement of quality and quantity targets that have not maximized. It is allegedly due to the existence of interpersonal communication and work environment employees are still considered not good. The aims of this study to determine how the influence that given by interpersonal communication and work environment to the performance of employees of PT. Euro Management Indonesia. Type of this research is explanatory research, with 50 respondents of samples. Used questionnaire as data collecting with Likert measurement scale. In the data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), significance of t test and F test by using SPSS 20.0. The results of this research shows that interpersonal communication and work environment severally has significant, strong and positive influence toward employee performance. Two variables has been tested gradually or even together show that interpersonal communication (0,682) and work environment (0,678) simultaneously have strong relation with employee performance. The amount of contribution value (R2) by interpersonal communication is greater than work environment, coefficient of determination value (R2) for interpersonal communication is 46,5% and work environment is 46%.

To achieve organizational goals, a government agency requires good and measurable performance. In order for employee performance to be achieved properly, intense communication between employees is required. In carrying out public service tasks according to the duties and functions of employees at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, it requires a common perception so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. The common perception is created through communication between employees, which is called interpersonal communication. This study intends to examine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Jawilan District Office. The method used is a quantitative approach, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique where the sample was 40 people. The number of samples is the same as the total population. Furthermore, the study uses a test of validity and a test of reliability. The results showed that the effect of interpersonal communication consisting of openness, empathy, support and positive feeling was increased, thus increasing employee performance. Based on the results of the T-test calculations, the test results show that the significance value = 0.000 <0.05 or sig value <0.05 t arithmetic > t table (5.983> 2.024). This means that Ha is accepted, and HO is rejected, and the result of the correlation coefficient (R) is = 0.746, the relationship is very strong between Interpersonal Communication and Employee Performance at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency. And the results of the regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between the Interpersonal Communication variabel (X) and the Employee Performance variabel (Y) at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, as shown by the regression equation Y = 6.929 + 0.652X

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch totaling 32 employees with sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3.838 + 1.451X1 + 0.063X2 + e can be stated Work Motivation variable (X1) and Work Discipline variable (X2) give a positive influence on the Employee Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch. The results showed that partially the work motivation variable had a significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination are 0.483 or 48.3%, which means that the contribution of work motivation and work discipline variables to performance is 48.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this regression model. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Dalam penelitian ini, populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk yang berjumlah 32 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 3,838 + 1,451X1 + 0,063X2 +e dapat dinyatakan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Secara simultan, variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,483 atau 48,3%, yang artinya kontribusi variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 48,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model regresi ini.

The research aims to find out how the influence of job promotions on employee performance in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat by using quantitative methods. Determination of the sample in the study using the slovin formula as many as 73 employees with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and t test. The results showed that: (1) The level of promotion in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat was in the good category following the operational standard procedures in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2014 and its derivative rules, (2) the level of performance of employees in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat is in the very high category, and (3) the t-test shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that promotion is a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Makassar City Regional Secretariat shown by the equation Ý = 11.614 + 0.711X. Basically employees have the desire to experience promotions will tend to have good performance, if achieved or not the performance targets are used as a basis for assessment in the promotion of positions in addition to loyalty, education level and work experience. Leaders must pay more attention to the promotion of positions to employees who are able to maintain high performance, the promotion of the right position as needed will have a positive influence on improving employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of attendance assessments on the performance of employees and administrators at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative analysis approach (used to find out how the relationship of the influence of motivation on employee productivity of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative) and quantitative analysis (used to determine how much influence the absenteeism assessment on employee performance). Samples in this study used non-probability sampling techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that there was a positive influence between the analysis of the effectiveness of attendance assessments on employee performance at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota  Bandar Lampung.

This study aims to identify and analyze "Insurance Transaction Accounting Influence Adoption of PSAK 108 Against Sharia Based Financial Performance (Case Study At AJB Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta Regional Sharia)". The population in this study were all employees of all branches of sharia region of Jakarta as many as 84 people. The samples were set at 70 sample respondents with random sampling techniques, and data collection by questionnaire. Technical analysis of data using SPSS 20 to process the data from respondents who provide an assessment of the questionnaire stated in figures in the Likert Scale. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the presence of a negative influence between the application of the system in the early engakuan PSAK 108 on financial performance at the company AJB Bumiputera Sharia Jakarta region. This research proved the positive influence between the application of the measurement system in PSAK 108 on financial performance at the company AJB Bumiputera Sharia Jakarta region. This research proved the positive influence between the application of PSAK 108 in a presentation system on financial performance at the company AJB Bumiputera Sharia Jakarta region. This research proved the positive influence between the application of the system disclosure under PSAK 108 on financial performance at the company AJB Bumiputera Sharia Jakarta region
