O presente trabalho analisa o desenvolvimento do turismo no espaço rural das propriedades do Vale dos Vinhedos, em Bento Gonçalves, Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Nele, descrevem-se as características da região, seus vinhedos, estabelecimentos e vinícolas responsáveis pela conquista da 1ª Denominação de Origem Vale dos Vinhedos do Brasil. O roteiro turístico caracteriza-se pela beleza da paisagem, pelo espírito empreendedor dos produtores rurais, pela valorização do patrimônio e da cultura. O problema desta pesquisa é saber se o turismo rural e o enoturismo são alternativas econômicas para os produtores rurais do Vale dos Vinhedos. O objetivo geral consiste em analisar as potencialidades do Vale e identificar os fatores que interferem no desenvolvimento do turismo. A metodologia utilizada baseia-se em pesquisa de campo, observação e pesquisa documental. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com dois produtores rurais, quatro proprietários de estabelecimentos vinícolas e um representante da Associação de Produtores de Vinhos Finos do Vale dos Vinhedos. A pesquisa qualitativa consistiu na descrição pormenorizada das observações e das entrevistas realizadas. Os resultados mostram que o empreendedorismo dos produtores rurais é um fator importante para o desenvolvimento econômico, identificando-se aspectos merecedores da atenção dos poderes públicos e empreendedores do turismo.Palavras-chave: Turismo no espaço rural. Vale dos Vinhedos.RESUMENThe present work analyzes the development of tourism in the rural area of Vale dos Vinhedos properties, in Bento Gonçalves, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It describes the characteristics of the region, its vineyards, establishments and wineries responsible for the conquest of the 1st Denomination of Origin Vale dos Vinhedos do Brasil. The tourist route is characterized by the beauty of the landscape, the enterprising spirit of the rural producers, the valuation of heritage and culture. The problem with this research is whether rural tourism and wine tourism are economic alternatives for rural producers in the Vale dos Vinhedos. The overall objective is to analyze the potential of the Valley and identify the factors that interfere in the development of tourism. The methodology used is based on field research, observation and documentary research. For that, interviews were conducted with two farmers, four owners of wineries and one representative of the Association of Fine Wine Producers of Vale dos Vinhedos. The qualitative research consisted of a detailed description of the observations and interviews. The results show that the entrepreneurship of the rural producers is an important factor for the economic development, identifying aspects deserving the attention of the public authorities and entrepreneurs of the tourism.Keywords: Rural tourism. ResumoEste artigo apresenta uma análise do cenário emergido com a efetivação da Política de Educação Museal (PNEM), temática principal, e a participação das Redes de Educadores em Museus, vivenciadas pelos sujeitos da dinâmica educacional em instituições culturais desde a sua concepção. Relata a participação da Rede de Educadores em Museus do Rio Grande do Sul (REM-RS), na elaboração compartilhada do Programa de Educação Museal, no período de 2012 a 2017. Tem o objetivo de evidenciar tensões experimentadas pelo museu, a escola e por seus agentes nas atividades do setor educacional museológico. Sugere que as ações empreendidas para fomentar a incorporação da PNEM às instituições museológicas sejam efetivadas de forma articulada e com indispensável reconfiguração de acordo com os princípios e diretrizes da política pública voltada aos museus brasileiros, enquanto referencial para o setor. Destaca a Carta de Petrópolis, a Carta de Belém e a Carta de Porto Alegre documentos que demonstram a participação e as discussões, presenciais e em rede, geradas pelos profissionais efetivamente envolvidos nos processos de construção que resultaram na referida política.  Conclui com relatos de experiências e atividades na formação docente no espaço museológico como forma de adequar o trabalho educacional em museus ao PNEM.Palavras-chave: Educação Museal. Formação docente. NATIONAL POLICY OF MUSEAL EDUCATION - PNEM:Museums, Education and Networks  Abstract               This article presents an analysis of the emerged scenario with the implementation of the Museum Education Policy (PNEM), the main theme, and the participation of the Educator Networks in Museums, experienced by the subjects of the educational dynamics in cultural institutions from their conception. It reports on the participation of the Network of Educators in Museums of Rio Grande do Sul (REM-RS), in the shared elaboration of the Museum Education Program, from 2012 to 2017. Its objective is to tensions experienced by the museum, the school and its agents in the activities of the museum educational sector. It suggests that the actions undertaken to promote the incorporation of PNEM to museological institutions should be carried out in an articulated manner and with an indispensable reconfiguration in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the public policy focused on Brazilian museums, as a reference for the sector. The Petrópolis Charter, the Belém Charter and the Porto Alegre Charter emphasize the documents that demonstrate the participation and the discussions, both in person and in a network, generated by the professionals effectively involved in the construction processes that resulted in this policy. Concludes with reports of experiences and activities in teacher training in the museum space as a way to adapt the educational work in museums to the PNEM. Key words: Museum Education. Networks. The main purpose of this is paper is to presents the Theil-T index based on the laws of physics and Shannon´s modern mathematical theory of communication to measure income inequality. This index enables to use stratum data by income besides to estimating the inequality intra stratum. The methodology will be  illustrated with an  application to measure the inequality   in the formal labor market in  Santa Maria city in  Rio Grande do Sul, using  social characteristics  as gender, age and education level  and,  attributes of the own market like  sphere of activity and economic activity  from 2000 to 2009. Although the ex-inequality index calculated using the characteristics above mentioned is classified as medium low according to the PNUD classification, the index  emphasizes the importance of assessing the distribution of income considering the local conditions of each micro region  in order to direct the public politics  to correct the most influential determinants of disparities.

Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa realizada em aulas de educação física em escolas públicas da cidade de Porto Alegre—RS. O propósito do estudo foi examinar a relação entre a produção de conhecimento e 3 prática profissional de futuros professores de educação física. A pesquisa enfocou o ensino de um elemento específico da cultura física brasileira (futebol) a estudantes de 5a a 8a série, durante o período de um semestre acadêmico, por 11 estudantes em fase de conclusão de curso, da Escola de Educação Física da Universidade Federal de Rio Grande do Sul.  This work presents the results of a qualitative investigation carried out in physical education classes in the public schools of the city of Porto Alegre -RS. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the production of knowledge in physical education and the professional practice of future physical education teachers. The research focused on the teaching of a specific element of the Brazilian physical culture (soccer) to students of 5th to 8th grades during a period of an academic term by 11 final year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Physical Education of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Richard W. Butler publishes in 1980 a model of evolution of tourist destinations known as TALC -Tourism Area Life Cycle- which stipulates that a site exploited for tourism and leisure knows 6 phases in its evolution: exploration, involvement, development, consolidation, stagnation, decline or rejuvenation. Several experiments of the model will be carried out around the world, however the tourist destinations located in the developing countries constitute a residual category of these applications. This article proposes an exploration of the TALC at the first station developed by the public authorities in West Africa, Saly located on the small coast in Senegal. For this purpose, we used a qualitative research method based on semi-directive interviews with actors at the level of the student site completed by official statistics. Our results show that Saly is in a so-called stagnation phase and that it is important to re-qualify the typology of tourist space in this city, which is experiencing a significant change in relation to its location.

Objective: to understand the meaning of care for nursing technicians who work in the Surgical Center of a general hospitalin the western border of Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil. Methods: this is a qualitative research, with an exploratory and descriptiveapproach. The technique used for data collection was a semi-structured interview and notes from the field diary wereavailable for support. The respondents were eight nursing technicians of the Surgical Center. Results: it can be emphasizedthat participants value psychological, social and affective aspects of patients and their families, also expressing a holisticview in regards to caring for themselves or others. Conclusion: in the referred unit, care is an activity involving multipleaspects, patients, families and staff. The meanings valued by professionals reveal detachment from technical aspects to valuepsychological, social and emotional aspects of care.

O orçamento público é um dos instrumentos utilizados pela Administração Pública para garantir o atendimento das demandas sociais. Entretanto, para que estas demandas sejam conhecidas do Poder Público, torna-se necessária a participação da sociedade nos eventos públicos destinados à discussão para elaboração dos instrumentos orçamentários. Este artigo realiza um apanhado teórico sobre conceitos pertinentes ao tema, realizando inclusive o estudo da participação social na elaboração do PPA 2014-2017 do Município de Ijuí, Rio Grande do Sul. Para enriquecer a abordagem da pesquisa, foram aplicados questionários online, buscando identificar a relação entre os cidadãos ijuienses e Administração Pública municipal. Foi possível perceber a falta de interesse dos indivíduos em relação à participação em eventos destinados a discussões públicas sobre o processo de elaboração do orçamento municipal e, neste sentido, ao final deste estudo são realizadas proposições, que poderão auxiliar na construção de uma consciência coletiva acerca da relevância da participação social na construção dos instrumentos de planejamento e orçamento.Palavras-chave: Gestão Municipal. Orçamento Público. Participação Social.AbstractPublic budget is one of the instruments used by public authorities to ensure the fulfillment of social demands. However, so that such these demands are known to the government, it is necessary the society’s participation in public events in order to dialogue about thebudget instruments preparation. This article makes a theoretical overview of relevant concepts to the topic, besides carrying out the study of social participation in the PPA 2014-2017 preparation in the City of Ijuí, Rio Grande do Sul. To enrich the research approach, online questionnaires were performed in order to identify the relationship between Ijui city’s dweller citizens and public administration. It was possible to notice the lack of individuals interest regarding the= participation in events aimed at public discussions on the preparation of the municipal budget process and therefore, the end of this study makes proposals that can assist in building a collective awareness on the social participation relevance in the construction of planning and budget tools.Keywords: Municipal Management. A presente pesquisa é um relato de experiência com estudantes da educação básica, que são inseridos em um processo de pesquisa para conhecer melhor a histórica de Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, com o objetivo também de se aproximar de uma universidade pública, diminuindo os caminhos entre escola e universidade. O trabalho envolve fotografias que servem como o fio condutor para se compreender conceitos como Lugar, Paisagem, Espaço Geográfico, Natureza e Cultura, além de nuances do processo de pesquisa como regras da ABNT, métodos científicos e tipos de fontes de pesquisa.

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil is one of the private financial institutions whose capital is fully sourced from the community. BMT has an important meaning for economic development as well as the development of social functions. BMT has a role to help, improve and develop the potential of the people in alleviating poverty. Based on the results of interviews with BMT, it was stated that the people around BMT Insan Mandiri were less interested in using musyarakah financing products. The number of customers during the last 2 years at BMT Insan Mandiri has increased quite rapidly, but the majority of customers choose other financing products. From here the BMT must optimize its marketing strategy to increase the number of customers for musharaka products. This type of research uses field research and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The overall development of the number of BMT Insan Mandiri customers has increased over the last 2 years. However, the majority of customers choose murabahah and mudaraba financing products. 2) Overall the 7p marketing mix strategy has been optimally implemented at BMT Insan Mandiri. The marketing mix strategy carried out greatly influences the development of musyarakah financing products. the public and business actors are not familiar with musyarakah financing products, so further learning and introduction are needed to increase the number of customers of musyarakah financing products. Baitul Maal wa Tamwil merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan swasta yang modalnya sepenuhnya bersumber dari masyarakat. BMT memiliki arti penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi sekaligus pengembangan fungsi sosial. BMT memiliki peran untuk membantu, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi masyarakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan BMT, disebutkan bahwa masyarakat di sekitar BMT Insan Mandiri kurang berminat menggunakan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. Jumlah nasabah selama 2 tahun terakhir di BMT Insan Mandiri meningkat cukup pesat, namun mayoritas nasabah memilih produk pembiayaan lainnya. Dari sinilah BMT harus mengoptimalkan strategi pemasarannya untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan produk musyarakah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Secara keseluruhan perkembangan jumlah nasabah BMT Insan Mandiri mengalami peningkatan selama 2 tahun terakhir. Namun, mayoritas nasabah memilih produk pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharabah. 2) Secara keseluruhan strategi bauran pemasaran 7p telah diterapkan secara optimal di BMT Insan Mandiri. Strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. masyarakat dan pelaku usaha belum familiar dengan produk pembiayaan musyarakah, sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran dan pengenalan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah produk pembiayaan musyarakah.
