The present review of the last years in the training of human resources in surgery highlights the validity and vision for the future of Prof. Dr. Mario Brea’s speech. When he defines the residency system, we realize that the principles are the same, but adapted to the 21st century: ▪ Progressive training. ▪ Pre-established programs with modern curricula and comprehensive systems of evaluation. ▪ Promotion and allocation of more responsibilities: compliance with Milestones (or in the future with some other type of assessment such as Entrusted Professional Activities, EPAs). ▪ Direction, guidance and close supervision with the implementation of feedback as a pedagogical tool. Appropriate work environment and schedule: simulation as a protected environment for learning surgical and NTS skills; restrictive working hours to reduce medical error. ▪ Research and teaching: the publication of original papers should be encouraged since the early years of training as well as the relationship with junior residents to create a virtuous circle of professional training

Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.

The model and the logic of empirical research are determined. The experimental study of emotional competence is presented. A general description of the subjects is systematized. The results of the ascertaining experiment are presented. The author conducted her research in several directions. This approach allowed the researcher to present the quantitative characteristics of emotional intelligence on all scales and subscales in details. On this basis, the author makes a detailed qualitative analysis of the manifestation of the studied ability in future doctors. Besides, after conduction of the research, the author makes conclusion that students' ability to understand and manage other people's emotions and the ability to understand their own emotions and manage them are not formed enough. And these make impossible the success of the future professional activities of a doctor. The author makes conclusion that the development of emotional competence of students of medical universities can be formed by introducing special courses, educational and developmental training programs into the educational process. The correlation analysis allowed the author to empirically confirm the correct determination of the content of the basic components of the future doctor’s emotional competence. Besides, it is proved that the parameters of the social, cognitive, regulatory, empathic components of emotional competence significantly correlate with each other. The received results confirmed that during first year medical students of the experimental and control groups have the same positions of the level of development of emotional competence. And any significant statistical differences in its manifestation were not found among students of the experimental and control groups. Moreover, the received results at ascertaining stage of the study showed the insufficient level of development of the components of emotional competence among students of medical faculty. This led to the creation of a program for the formation of the emotional competence of a future doctor in the process of training in a higher medical school

The article provides a definitive analysis of the base concepts of the study of forming the readiness of future speech therapists to apply adapted physical exercises in future professional activities. Clarified the concepts of «speech therapist», «specialist», «professional speech therapist». Examined the concepts of «professional education», «professional training», «professional self-determination» as the components of the base concept «professional activity». The base concept of «adapted physical exercises» is explained through the key terms of «physical education», «adaptation», «exercise», «movement», «tone», «muscles»; clarified the concepts of «professional readiness» and «formation of readiness». The ultimate base concept of the study is formulated that «the readability of future speech therapists to apply adapted physical exercises in future professional activities» is interpreted as an integrated education that allows organizing corrective work with children of all ages with different speech disorders aimed at effectively overcoming speech disorders (or improvement I will become), consolidate and stabilize the results of corrective work in the future life of the child through the use of adapted physical exercises. The final base concept of the research is formulated that, «the readiness of future speech therapists to apply adapted physical exercises in future professional activities» is interpreted as an integrated formation/education that allows organizing corrective work with children of all ages with different speech disorders, aimed at effectively overcoming speech disorders (or improvement of well being), consolidation and stabilization formation of the results of corrective work in the future life of a child through the use of adapted physical exercises. One of the promising directions of our further research on this problem is the formation of the content of disciplines focused on the formation of readiness of future speech therapists to apply adapted physical exercises in future professional activities.

Relevance. The development of information society technologies becomes a crucial point in the transformation of human labour. Technogenic processes of automation, robotization and development of artificial intelligence models have an impact on the human labour. The future of labour becomes inseparably linked to an ever-increasing complexity and irreplaceability of technological tools. The need to single out a special field of psychology in order to study and predict the relationship between man and technology in the cultural-historical context of information society is on the agenda. Purpose. The study’s aim is to show the necessity to study the psychological mechanisms of interaction between man and technology in the information society. It is based on the analysis of the main predictive vectors of transformation of labour activity under the influence of high technologies. Method. The logic of the present research corresponds to the cultural-historical and activity semantic paradigm. To achieve these goals the author uses theoretical analysis, method of generalization, and mental modelling. Results. The study analyses possible solutions to the problems posed within modern humanities and associated with the technological replacement of a number of professional activities. Along with the traditional philosophy of technology and the developing sociology of technology, it suggests that the psychology of technology is singled out as an independent sphere of research. It could provide specialized psychological studies of the interaction between people and the technical tools they use. Conclusions. The development of information society technologies and their integration into the habitual, everyday life, the processes of replacing natural abilities and historically developed kinds of labour activity with technical tools imply a number of problems, especially those having to do with understanding the complexity of relations within the system “Man-Machine”. The answers may be found within the framework of psychology of technology, the task of which is to provide the basis for studying conditions of interaction between man and the surrounding technologies and “smart machines” that are hard to understand for a human being. Understanding their nature becomes increasingly unattainable. The discipline in question also aims at providing a psychological assessment of the impacts of technological progress on the possibilities of human self-realization.
