BJB Syariah Bank is ranked sixth out of all Syariah Banks in Indonesia. To get good performance, BJB Syariah Bank KCP Sumedang, requires high quality of human resources, because humans are the most important asset for achieving the goals of the company. Companies must be able to develop their employees to become quality employees and can improve their performance for the development of the company.������� The research method uses quantitative methods. In this research, the writer uses the descriptive method. Furthermore, the data collection techniques obtained from primary data and secondary data, primary data sources were obtained through interviews, observations and questionnaires distributed to 13 respondents who are employees of BJB Syariah Bank Sub-Branch Office of Sumedang. While the secondary data obtained from literature, books, journals and other sources. Then arranged systematically and analyzed according to the existing theories, so it can be formulated for the steps to test the truth of the proposed hypothesis.��������� Statistical calculations on transformational leadership variables, company culture and employee performance using multiple regression obtained beta coefficients of transformational leadership on performance at 0.637, corporate culture on performance at 0.157. The results of the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and company culture on employee performance is 0.535, which means that the coefficient of determination is 53.50%, it means that the employees� performance is influenced by transformational leadership factors and company culture by 53.50% and the rest is influenced by other factors. From the description above, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed by the writer can be accepted.

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. Mitra Swalayan Kartasura is a private company engaged in the retail sector to fulfill basic needs. This  objective  is  to  address  the impact  of  satisfaction  on commitment to organizational commitment, to respond to the significance of the impact of the organization on employee performance, to indicate the significance of the impact of employee performance on satisfaction and whether the organization can mediate employee job satisfaction. This type of research uses the census method for Mitra Swalayan Kartasura employees. This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population is all employees of Mitra Swalayan Kartasura who assess 85 employees. The sample in this study were 85 employees with the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, t test, F test, indirect effect test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction can have a positive and significant  effect  on  organizational  commitment,  there  is  no  positive  and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, job satisfaction can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and in this study it cannot prove that organizational commitment. mediate job satisfaction on employee performance.

Good employee performance will be achieved if you pay attention to what factors can influence it. The case that occurred at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan was that employees complained about work facilities and the compensation system. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of leaders and all employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass and secondary data sources consisting of documents both in writing and photos at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument in the research, observation guide and interview guide. The results showed that the facilities provided by Bank BJB KCP. Kuningan is inadequate, the internet network is often disturbed, the lack of operational vehicles, the parking area is not large enough, thus disrupting employee performance. As for compensation, the institution has given it fairly and fairly well in accordance with existing regulations. Both of these things certainly have an impact on employee performance, so that it can be said that the failure of the BJB Syariah Bank, Kuningan Sub-Branch Office, has not been able to meet the needs to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze how competence, compensation and work motivation jointly affect the performance of KPU employees in Banyuasin Regency. The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. The results of the study concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and commitment to turnover intention at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. This research uses quantitative methods, namely by presenting research results in the form of numbers or statistics, in order to test the hypotheses. As for the subjects of this study were employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from respondents who filled out questionnaires and secondary data obtained from several sources. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling technique using saturated sampling method. The tool used for this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and commitment negatively affect turnover intention. Simultaneously, the variables of human resource competence and commitment affect the turnover intention. Patially, commitment has a dominant influence on the turnover intention of sharia bank employees. Keywords: Human resource competence, commitment and turnover intention.

Today's increasingly fierce business competition requires companies to be more active in attracting and retaining customers. This requires companies to be more creative in carrying out their business activities. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for Bakso Aci Mas Jay. This research uses descriptive and confirmatory research methods and quantitative methods. This study used primary data from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from Bakso Aci Mas Jay. The population in this research is the consumers of Bakso Aci Mas Jay. The research sample used accidental sampling, so that a total of 100 illustrations were obtained. The results of the analysis based on the coefficient of determination of service quality and the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions are 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% which is influenced by other aspects not listed in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, service quality (X1) does not significantly affect purchasing decisions (Y). The promotion (X2) shows if it has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y).

This study aims to determine and explain: the description of the role of leadership styles at University of Sumatera Utara through motivating the application of Kaizen culture to employee performance. The type of research used in this research is an explanatory research using quantitative methods. The variables in this study are: leadership style and improvement culture as independent variables, work motivation as the mediating variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses primary data in the form of responses to the questionnaire, as well as secondary data obtained through documents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of path analysis show that: leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, and motivation variables have significant effects on employee performance. Influence; the leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation; the improvement of culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study
