The author of the article analyses the problem of the female emancipation in the little-known feuilleton “Amazonia: A Very Inept Story” (1924) by Mykola Chirsky. The author determines the genre affiliation of the work and examines its compositional structure. Three parts are distinguished in the architectonics of associative feuilleton: associative conception; deployment of a “small” topic; conclusion. The author of the article clarifies the role of intertextual elements and the method of constantly switching the tone from serious to comic to reveal the thematic direction of the work. Mykola Chirsky’s interest in the problem of female emancipation is corresponded to the general mood of the era. The subject of ridicule in provocative feuilleton is the woman’s radical metamorphoses, since repulsive manifestations of emancipation becomes commonplace. At the same time, the writer shows respect for the woman, appreciates her femininity, internal and external beauty, personality. He associates the positive in women with the functions of a faithful wife, a caring mother, and a skilled housewife. In feuilleton, the writer does not bypass the problem of the modern man role in a family, but analyses the value and moral and ethical guidelines of his character. The husband’s bad habits receive a caricatured interpretation in the strange behaviour of relatives. On the one hand, the writer does not perceive the extremes brought by female emancipation, and on the other, he mercilessly criticises the male “virtues” of contemporaries far from the standard. The artistic heritage of Mykola Chirsky remains little studied. The urgent task of modern literary studies is the introduction of Mykola Chirsky’s unknown works into the scientific circulation and their thorough scientific understanding.

Theoretical knowledge may contain various levels of abstraction represented by logical constructions from the observed characteristics of objects from the subject area of the theory. The degree of abstractness can be de-scribed by the complexity of the structures obtained from the initial observational terms. Such auxiliary construc-tions are characterized as explicit or implicitdefinitions of theoretical concepts in terms of observational. One of the techniques for constructing such definitions is the operationalization of abstractions by a system of reduction sentences. In this case a theoretical concept is characterized as “open” and plays a role of logical and methodo-logical constraints for expanding the possible connections of the theoretical model with the help of concepts from the domain of intended practical application.

The article reveals the meaning of the term «semiotics» and gives a scientific definition of semiotics as a science, with its characteristic goals and objectives; the contribution of the main representatives of this direction to the development of semiology as a science is considered. These include: the Swiss scientist who was at the origins of the Geneva Linguistic School, who laid the foundations of semiology and structural linguistics - Ferdinand de Saussure; the American philosopher who formulated the term «pragmatics» - Charles William Morris; the founder of semiotics and pragmatism, mathematician and logician Charles Sanders Pierce. On the basis of the considered concepts, the selected works of the famous Italian writer and scientist, who made a significant contribution to both the theoretical and practical application of the scientific tools of semiotics as a methodology, Umberto Eco, are analyzed. Using the example of the essay «Six Walks in the Literary Woods», the structure of the en-tire work, the type of narrative characteristic of it, and the position taken by the author himself are studied in detail.

Creative abilities of children can be improved through education, because creativity is the result of interaction between the individual and his environment. Parents and teachers are seen as the two parties conducting intensive interaction with the students, therefore their role is expected to contribute to the development of student creativity. But in fact, parents tend to observe and interpret their behavior in line with expectations and desires, to overestimate the ability of children, and send children to follow a variety of extra lessons to improve learning achievement and aspirations of child neglect. Similarly, the subject teachers in schools, generally they only focus on the subject matter of completeness, memory, and logical reasoning alone. This research aims to reveal (1) contribution to the development of parenting a child's creativity, (2) the contribution of the role of subject teachers to the development of children's creativity, and (3) the contribution of the role of parents and teachers of subjects together towards the development of children's creativity. Writing using the ex post-facto. The writing sample totaled 227 students. Sampling was done by using Proportional Random Sampling. Research carried out by administering the instruments to children. The data obtained and analyzed using SPSS version 10.0. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant contribution to the development of the role of the parent amounted to 15.4% of student creativity, (2) there is a significant contribution subjects the teacher's role to the development of students' creativity by 2%, and (3) there is a significant contribution role parents and teachers of subjects together towards the development of creativity students of SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh by 15%. The article discusses unresolved problems and limitations that arise with application of artificial intelligence (AI). These problems are largely related to the fact that ideas about AI are often formed without taking into account the control paradigms. The most common ones are paradigms that consider artificial intelligence not as means included in control activities or control paradigms, but as independent objects of research in the paradigms corresponding to the specifics of such objects. Such paradigms contribute to the development of certain areas of AI, but they also complicate their application in control processes and ignore many potential areas of AI that are relevant to the development of control problems. The organization of control processes is based on their specific paradigms (subjective, cybernetic, etc.) that set such specific requirements to AI implementations as well as to tasks in which it is advisable to use AI. Such control paradigms form tasks for AI, which contributes to successful practical application and development of AI as well as to mechanisms for controlling and neutralizing negative consequences. The author proposes a mechanism for interaction of subjects (persons) and active forms of AI (considered as pseudo-subjects). Taking into account the increasing role of reflexive activity in the processes of social control, the article considers the place and role of AI in ensuring reflexive activity in the subject paradigms of control. Analysis of trends in the development of controlling from the standpoint of the development of scientific rationality (classical, non-classical, and post-non-classical) allows us to conclude that each subject paradigm of control (“subject - object,” “subject - subject,” and “subject - meta-subject”) has its own specifics, which should be considered when developing active forms of AI.

Data on the types of labor motivation, features of conscious selfregulation and adaptive abilities of subjects who are in a situation of changing the type of professional activity are presented. The role of these indicators in adapting to the situation of changing the type of professional activity is revealed. The purpose of the series of empirical studies is to test the model of the relationship between regulatory and motivational predictors of successful adaptation. The hypothesis of the research is the assumption that conscious self-regulation makes a significant contribution to the adaptation of the subject to a change in the type of professional activity and mediates the influence of motivational predictors. We discuss the empirical materials collected on a sample of subjects in a situation of changing the type of professional activity (unemployed, students of professional retraining programs, undergraduates) (N = 137). The analysis of the obtained data showed that the respondents, in the situation of changing the type of professional activity, have a predominant instrumental type of motivation (the validity of the labor price is important) and a predominantly low level of adaptive abilities. Conscious self-regulation is a system-forming factor in the system of predictors of adaptation. On the one hand, it allows you to compensate and overcome some limitations of work motivation, on the other — to act as a mediator of the influence of motivation on the results of adaptation

The subject of this research is the first stage of creation of Beijing Ballet School, while the object is the pedagogue of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography O. A. Ilyina. The author underlines her contribution to the creation of the first professional system of education in China. The role of Soviet ballet masters and pedagogues, who carefully examines the peculiarities of Chinese teaching technique is highlighted. The Russian system of choreographic education with its accumulated valuable theoretical and pedagogical experience laid the foundation for establishment of the system of preparing ballet dancers in China, creating a strong basis for the development of Chinese professional classical ballet. The novelty of this work consist in the analysis of Olga Ilyina’s impact upon the early stage of development of Chinese ballet. The author explores and assesses her versatile activity in China – initially, in creation of Beijing Ballet School, and later, as a pedagogy who made a significant contribution to preparation of national ballet dancers. The scientific novelty is substantiated by the fact that the activity of Olga Ilyina in China has not been previously a subject of a separate research, although she played a significant role, along with other pedagogues of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography under the Bolshoi Theatre, in creation of the first professional ballet school in Beijing.

Fred Brown was a major figure in British and international virology during most of the latter half of the twentieth century. He brought to the subject a rigorous and critical attitude acquired during his early training in chemistry. In addition, he was passionately interested in the practical application of his work and that of others to the prevention and alleviation of disease. He always believed that his research would make a significant contribution to the welfare of agricultural livestock. He is best known for his pioneering work on foot–and–mouth disease virus, the causative agent for the most important disease of domestic livestock globally. However, he also made seminal contributions to the study of many other viruses of veterinary importance.

Despite a shared recognition of the significant contribution of corporeality to normative phenomena such as agency, it is rare for Nietzsche scholarship on naturalism and agency to include explicit employment of so-called “new materialist” approaches to agency. In an effort to show the fecundity of such an employment, I apply Diana Coole’s notion of a spectrum of distributed agentic capacities to a reading of passages within Nietzsche’s genealogy of the subject. I suggest that doing so helps to emphasize the significant role of pre-personal and nonconscious corporeal processes in the emergence of the subject in Nietzsche’s texts; the contribution of these processes to agentic capacities; and the possibility of conceiving the agentic spectrum, in Nietzsche’s corpus, as a spectrum of acts of incorporation.

The subject of this research became the examination of genesis and functions of the motif of initiation within the Crimean Tatar magic tale. The ritual of initiation is an important social institute of pre-class society, which serves as the foundation of folk tradition for the peoples of the world. The archaic forms of this motif are associated with the mythological rituals-initiations. The motif of initiation in a magic tale often become the core of the plot and compositional structure. Special attention deserves the concept of the scholar Kerim Camanaqlı, who underlined the role of mythological images in development of the storyline of Crimean Tatar tales, as well as primeval roots of these images. The methodology and theoretical framework of the study is the compilations of Crimean Tatar tales of the early XX century “Tales and Legends of Crimean Tatars” (1936) and “Tales for Children” (1939), dictionaries, scientific writings of the prominent folklorists and literary historians. The novelty consists in revelation of the fact that Crimean Tatar magic tales, containing various compositional elements in their structure, include the pair “dying – rebirth”. The indicated elements of the composition of a magic tale emerged and formed under the influence of mythological rituals. By the specific attributes, the ritual of initiation in the tales can carry different functions and forms. Poetic transformation of the motif of initiation defines the peculiarities of magic tales. The main conclusion consists in the ethnographic ritualistic archaic, which vividly manifests in the Crimean Tatar magic tale, inherent with the formation of fundamentals of the tale, its initial structure, situations, images, system of poetic language and artistic means. Mythical character somewhat alienates from previous mythologicity and comes closer to a fairy image, being included into a fairy civilization.
