This article is dedicated to examination of transformations in educational process during pandemic. Relevance of the selected topic is substantiated by the current cultural realities: contagion of coronavirus infection, quarantine, imposed restrictions, and thus, the need for restructuring communication channels in sociocultural reality, namely with regards to educational space. The goal consists in the analysis of new forms of communication, organizational education technologies that appeared in media space under the indicated circumstances. Characteristics is given to distance learning and communications means for its implementation. The author describes synchronous, asynchronous, and mixed learning techniques, as well as their substantive aspects. Such type of distance learning as online courses is being discussed. Particular attention is turned to the peculiarities of final academic assessment in the context of quarantine or self-isolation. In the conditions caused by pandemic, there emerges a need for more active usage of media space for arranging social, economic, and educational processes. The sphere of education, which is also related to health care of young generation, undergoes transformation taking into account the relevant sociocultural realities caused by pandemic. Such previously extracurricular forms of learning as synchronous, asynchronous, mixed, and online courses enjoy popularity, and even become essential. Final academic assessment in the conditions of imposed restrictions and distance learning acquires twofold meanings: on the one hand, there is a risk for distortion of perception of information in the course of graduate paper presentation, while on the other hand it forms a more comfortable psychological environment for the student due to being in a familiar environment. The newly established situation for culture and education in particular is the prime subject for researchers.

The problem of introducing distance learning in primary school is actualized by the development of social networks and Internet technologies, which open unlimited horizons for their application in educational activities. In addition, the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine requires primary school teachers to find ways to effectively master the program material. Among such ways is distance learning. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the specifics and possibilities of organizing the educational process in primary school with the use of distance learning. In the process of scientific research methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization were used. Distance learning in primary school is defined as a form of organization and implementation of the educational process, in which the subjects of learning (teachers and students) in the online mode carry out educational interaction in principle and mainly extraterritorially. In the context of reforming modern Ukrainian education, a number of e-platforms have been created for the organization of distance learning for primary school students. An effective commercial platform for distance learning is the service "My Class", which contains online courses from 1st to 11th grade, which contain lessons that integrate theoretical (test presentation of content) and practical (individual tasks that can be solved independently of each other, a block of tasks that need to be solved sequentially, guidelines) blocks. Result. Emphasis is placed on the requirements to be met by a primary school teacher when organizing distance learning in primary school during the quarantine period and it is suggested to advise parents who will work remotely with junior students in the initial stages of distance learning, gradually transferring activity to children.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

Digital technologies are rapidly changing the process of education. Online courses have become a common tool of gaining knowledge outside the university. Multimedia education, penetrating traditional educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities), changes the structure of education and brings new elements to the communications during the educational process. This article considers one level of change in the model of education. On the one hand, there are advantages associated with the democratization of education. At the time of their foundation, universities were the creators of new elites – scientific and educational meanwhile, in the twenty-first century, the process of democratization and the accessibility of university education has been linked to the digitalization. On the other hand, territorial and other restrictions have been lifted. And this is a very controversial process that poses many challenges for students, one of the most noticeable of which is the lack of real contact with the teacher and the transformation of the educational process into an ”educational conveyor belt.” At the same time, personal contact with the teacher is becoming more expensive. The authors have collected studies that examine the dynamics of this emerging stratification of education. Based on the work of the pioneers in the study of digital education, the authors develop their ideas, focusing on the formation of the modern models of education, defined as affordable electronic and elite traditional. Keywords: online courses, online education, MOOC

Proof of the effectiveness of the proposed model of using debate within distance learning is confirmed by the unequivocally positive dynamics in the experimental group to improve the Value-orientation criterion, Cognitive criterion Communicative-activity criterion (in particular, at a high level of 13.79%, 7.38%, 11.56% respectively). The novelty of the presented scientific intelligence in the experimental study of the potential of online debates for students of agricultural universities, but with the potential to adapt the presented model of organization of the pedagogical environment for students of other specialties. The research materials can be used by teachers in the development of distance online courses, heads of distance learning coordination departments in higher educational institutions. The current epidemiological situation, which has developed not only in Russia, but all over the world, has become the basis for rethinking the content, forms, methods of training future social work specialists. Distance learning has become the only educational technology that ensures, on the one hand, the isolation of students and their safety in the context of the spread of COVID 19, on the other hand, the mobility of students while continuing their studies. Beforethe official transfer of the education system to distance learning, in foreign and domestic practice of professional training of future social work specialists, little experience in distance learning was accumulated. The purpose of the article is to concretize the essence of distance learning for future social work specialists; identify problems and determine the conditions that improve the quality of distance learning for future social work specialists. The analysis of this experience allows us to conclude that the interactivity of distance learning presupposes the advancement of new requirements for the roles of the teacher and the student, the organization of their interaction. As a result of the author's research, problems were identified related to the implementation of distance learning (imperfection of technical support, unpreparedness of the teaching staff to conduct classes in a distance format, lack of the possibility of «live communication», insufficient self-discipline and self-organization of students, etc.), which do not contribute to high-quality education, personal and professional development of students. There is a lack of readiness of first-year students after the experience of distance learning at school to continue it at the university; sophomores generally prefer offline learning; third and fourth year students are more inclined to study in a distance format. The basis for the formation of a positive experience of distance learning for future social work specialists is: information and technical competence of all participants in the educational process, the formation of certain personal qualities, as well as the possibility of blended learning (traditional and distance).
