This study discusses the nature of the curriculum in Islamic education which is an important component in education. This paper is qualitative in nature with an Islamic educational philosophy approach. The research concludes that the basic framework of the Islamic education curriculum is based on revelation and value of tauhid to Allah SWT. The curriculum has four foundations, namely; philosophical, sociological, organizational, and psychological, while the principles of the curriculum, for example, are based on Islamic values, integral and flexible. Then the first curriculum orientation is preserved Islamic values, students, labor and science and technology. In essence, the curriculum content must include three parts, namely; scientific intelligence (cognitive), skills (psychomotor) and values. Likewise the curve of evaluation and review as changes from social change and the times. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that essence, basic framework, principles, orientation and content refer to the reference to Islamic values and monotheism as a characteristic and relationship of Islamic education. This characteristic of monotheism is what distinguishes Islamic education and Western education from a philosophical perspective.

Formation by the Ukrainian state of a multi-vector mechanism of counteraction to organized groups and criminal organizations formed on an ethnic basis is impossible without understanding the essence of this problem, relevant statutory concepts and classification and separation of features of organized ethnic crime, which are important for law enforcement and the main effective factor in such activities is to guarantee the security of citizens and the integrity of the state from criminal encroachments of organized groups and criminal organizations that are formed on an ethnic basis. It is stated that today among domestic scientists there are no comprehensive studies of organized groups and criminal organizations, which are formed on an ethnic basis. At the same time, such comprehensive studies are absent in European and American. researchers. Although the latter have positive isolated changes in this area. The main attention and efforts of researchers are attracted to large-scale organized ethnic groups. Based on a comparative legal study of foreign experience in Asia, Africa and Australia in combating crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations formed on an ethnic basis, the possibilities of introducing positive foreign experience in the work of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine have been identified. It is noted that the importance of our scientific intelligence, first of all, is that in practice, law enforcement agencies engaged in combating organized groups and criminal organizations that are formed on an ethnic basis, had the opportunity to have an idea of this negative phenomenon. The article also emphasizes the peculiarities of collecting, analyzing, accumulating and storing information exchange for its convenient and effective use by law enforcement agencies of different countries in detecting, documenting and investigating crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations formed on an ethnic basis.

The article examines the isolationist pathology of sovereignism in the loss of subjective capacity in the changing political reality. The article aims to study the isolationist policy of sovereignism, the consequences of which are considered a pathology of the countries’ social organism. The study was carried out in the analytical strategy of searching for the measure of sovereignism and its pathology, in the search for the general, special and singular in specific historical cases of isolationism of states. The authors found out that sovereignism differs in quality, the degree of implementation in achieving the integrity of society and government, solving the problem of superiority, equality and inequality of states, their influence and efficiency. States, depending on the degree of sovereignism, are classified into 1) rogue countries, 2) colonial countries, 3) countries under external control, 4) regional leaders and 5) superpowers. States differ according to the measure of sovereignism: 1) with developed sovereignism, 2) developing sovereignism, 3) with destroyed sovereignism and statehood; 4) with undeveloped sovereignism and statehood; 5) with chaotic sovereignism. Scientific intelligence has made it possible to actualize the issue of the predictive study of the isolationist policy consequences at all levels of political reality in order to make appropriate strategic decisions.

The purpose of the article is an analysis of evolutionary stages in the development of online-catalog and the requirements to these services in the context of customer orientation. The methodological basis of scientific intelligence is a customer-oriented approach that allows studying library products and services through the prism its accordance and level of satisfaction needs of customers (users) in the library; the principle of historicism, allowed to identify the origins of online cataloging, the stages of its development and quality of online-catalogs; source analysis and synthesis. The scientific novelty is the technological evolution of online catalogs were studied the first time in the Ukrainian library and the modern requirements to these services in the context of customer orientation and web 2.0 technologies are defined. Conclusions – automation of library at the current stage should be concentrated on developing and deploying electronic catalogs which are suited to the expectation of the new generation as competent web users. Improving the search tools should not be directed at the library staff but used for breaking down the barriers that users have when trying to navigate in different library resources and websites therefore will be possible while the architecture of modern automated library information systems does not interfere with the cooperation of the user and catalog. The evolutionary solution to this problem can be a reconstruction of automated libraries and information systems in the way by changing their architecture to one the user is orientated.

Being at a high level of sports form, some athletes who specialize in Martial Arts cannot cope with negative emotions, which leads to a decrease in their athletic performance. In the competitive and post-competitive periods there are sharp negative emotional shifts, so most athletes who specialize in Martial Arts, in particular Sambo wrestling (sports and combat sections) unable to normalize their condition, so the psychologist, as well as the coach – must support the athlete during the formation and development of his self-regulation in terms of many years of training. As a result of theoretical research, members of the research group developed a program of mental self-regulation of Sambo fighters (combat section) in the system of their annual training cycle. The program developed by us provides consideration of features of the organization of educational and training process of sportsmen who specialize in Martial Arts at various stages of an annual cycle of their preparation, namely: preparatory period (general-preparatory and special-preparatory stages) – formation of a positive and active attitude to the development and self-improvement of self-regulation skills in different conditions of long-term training of athletes specializing in Martial Arts, development and improvement of mental functions that underlie the provision of self- regulation of Sambo fighters (combat section); competitive stage – training of combat sambo wrestlers to manage their own consciousness aimed at achieving maximum sports results, increasing the emotional stability of combat Sambo wrestlers; transitional stage – restoration (stabilization) of mental and psychophysical levels of combat Sambo wrestlers. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence include testing the program of mental self- regulation of Sambo fighters (combat section) in the system of their annual training cycle.

Members of the non-proliferation regime give technical assistance to countries contemplating nuclear weapons. This is puzzling: it facilitates the behavior donors wish to stop, and other forms of concessions do not have this drawback. Why do it? I develop a model of uncertainty, bargaining, and nuclear proliferation. In it, assistance hastens acquisition time but also generates a signal about the recipient’s domestic nuclear proficiency. This allows donors to better calibrate other concessions to the recipient. In equilibrium, donors sometimes find the information worth sacrificing bargaining leverage for. However, despite providing information, assistance can cause proliferation if donors believe that the recipient is competent but observe a misleading signal indicating incompetence. This paper works toward understanding how scientific intelligence affects international negotiations, an underexplored subject matter for political scientists.

Because of the huge amount of data and information in the decision-making and strategic choices processes, basing decisions on information directly collected from the sources is not conceivable. A decision-making analyst becomes a fundamental pillar in both the corporate field and the institutional world. This role is becoming increasingly complex and specialized, critical within the cycle of the intelligence analysis, for the relationships that bind it to the other stakeholders, and for the methodological and technological tools that support it. The purpose of this chapter is to explore the milestones of the intelligence analysis deriving from a close collaboration between social sciences, cognitive science, computer engineering, and ICT in order to respond to the different needs in the field of risk management, safety, investigations, and applied intelligence.

This article informs about the impact of scientific and technological progress of the 1920s on everyday life of the Ukrainian emigration center in the interwar period of Czechoslovakia in 1918-1939. First of all, it is referred to technological novelties of the period in 1921-1929: cinematography, television, automobile manufacturing, fashion, medical industry, telegraph, and bank and post transfers. The proposed topic has not been submitted to the scientific audience yet, as far as the life of the Ukrainian emigration in the interwar of Czechoslovak Republic was considered mainly in the context of political and sociocultural work both emigrants themselves and the latest Ukrainian, Czech and Slovak historians. It is focused on two pointsin the proposed scientific intelligence: consideration of the everyday life of anti-Bolshevist emigration and of the lives of Ukrainian immigrants in Czechoslovakia which were arbitrarily distributed for four periods: 1918-1921, 1921-1925, 1925-1933, 1933-1939, all of which had its own specific features. Consideration of the Ukrainian everyday emigration life in the years 1921–1929 in the interwar of Czechoslovakia carried out with the help ofrecollection, memoirs, postal correspondence (letters) and archival documentation. Therefore, it implies the usage of general methods of the scientific research: analysis, analogy, historical and logical methods. The emigrational routine is a farsighted direction of the historical research, because it is the history of the small vivid worlds, peculiar alternative to the researches which are focused on global political and social processes and events.Everyday life is not minted in special decrees or laws;it is notrecorded in programs and speeches, as far as political and state history, and it is not honed by the financial gains in the economy, and by the cultural monuments, though it always exists like air, it goes unnoticed as time.
