Shopee is a company engaged in e-commerce or commonly called online goods sales. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Shopee advertisements on television to the people of Jakarta. Shopee as an advertiser uses advertising with the aim to attract new consumers to shop at Shopee. The effectiveness of advertising is measured using the Customer Response Index (CRI) measurement method. The CRI method measures the response of Shopee ad audience from various stages, starting from awareness, comprehend, interest, intentions, and actions. This response stage in the CRI is used to measure the effectiveness of Shopee advertisements with the theme "Super Goyang Shopee". In this study, effectiveness is illustrated in the theory of integrated marketing communication and the theory of the effectiveness of advertising. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study were Shopee advertisements on television in the effective Jakarta community and managed to meet the goals that Shopee wanted to achieve, namely at the interest stage of 66%.

Integrated marketing communication can be used to sufficiently increase demand for goods and services that are provided by a company on b2b market. Promotional activities can effectively influence decisions of potential institutional buyers by providing information, arguments, promises and prompting to buy or use promoted products and services. Promotional messages are also used to create a positive opinion about an enterprise or institution. One of the classic instruments of integrated communication is personal selling. It seems that in the conditions of the spread of the pathogen causing COVID-19 disease, the possibilities of using this tool are limited. In the article, however, the author presents a model whose implication can allow the benefits of the tool while maintaining security standards. The basis for consideration was a systematic review of the literature as well as an interview conducted using indirect communication with managers of companies that use the promotional tool characterized in the article on a daily basis.

The consumer preferences and behavior should be considered with the purpose to implement marketing strategies in today's world successfully. It is crucial to understand how consumers find information and how the consumer decision-making process develops in time. Therefore, for advertisers, considering the behavior of their target audience is of paramount importance. Integrated marketing communication programs reflect the way online search and traditional and new media, such as smartphones, TV, and social media, influence consumer decision-making. Young consumers, often referred to as generations Y and Z, are very different from previous generations in terms of multimedia content consumption and their perception of television advertising. This paper aims at providing insights into this behavior, including actions that follow-up as a response to television advertising. Results of a quantitative study performed on a sample of 135 university students from Slovakia using a six-component behavior explanation model. The results reveal that it still can be beneficial to include television advertisements in the communication mix aimed at these young consumers. The investments in TV advertising campaigns could pay off. The advertisers and their agencies should respect the role of high search visibility in this process. In this case, the messages contained in TV advertisements have the potential to influence the purchasing behavior of young consumers. Thanks to achieving top ranking for the relevant brand, product, and campaign-related keywords, communication campaigns can become truly integrated. Thus, the component of search visibility directly influences the efficiency of marketing communication, contributing to enhanced business performance. Suggestions towards the optimization of the delivery of communication campaigns featuring TV advertising should target these consumers are presented based on the generated knowledge about their attitude towards and consumption of TV ads and subsequent behaviors. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is often used as a promotional activity of brands, products or ideas. In Indonesia, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (Corruption Eradication Commission) has been using IMC to disseminate anticorruption values to society in purpose to reduce and eliminate corruption acts in Indonesia. To improve the effectiveness of IMC on anticorruption campaign, particularly to the youth, this study aims to measure students’s attitude towards anticorruption values. It is also to describe the exposure of the agency’s IMC programs on anticorruption campaign to students, and to discuss the relationship between the two variables: anticorruption campaign exposure and students’s attitude towards anticorruption values. Quantitative approach is used by conducting a survey to Bina Nusantara University students. Descriptive and correlation analysis are used to analyze the data. It is found that students fairly accept the anticorruption values, although there is still lack of exposure to them on the IMC programs. The correlation analysis shows no significant relationship between the two variables. However, the students can accept the importance of anticorruption values which this fact can support the work of the initiator in doing their future campaign. Further research is suggested to conduct it in wider scope.

In recent years, many college campuses have moved to implement experiential learning projects in many disciplines. It is generally accepted that experiential learning projects or client projects (we will be using these two terms interchangeably throughout the paper) help students to communicate effectively, perform well in teams, solve problems, and acquire functional knowledge. We describe our experience of implementing an innovative experiential learning project that required students to form a company, and plan and execute an integrated marketing communication (IMC) plan for a real-life company on a tight budget. Finally, we compare the student assessment for this group internship project with traditional client projects that typically do not involve a full-fledged execution of an IMC plan.

This study aims to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and commitment to customer loyalty deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Population and sample in the study amounted to 112 respondents. The results of the discussion are explained that shows that integrated marketing communication and commitment have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia. The magnitude of the determination coefficient Adjusted R Square of 0.266 means that the independent variable consisting of integrated marketing communication and commitment can explain customer loyalty by 26.6% and the remaining 73.4% explained other variables not included in the research model, such as product quality, brand image , quality of service and so on.

Jrakah Village is one of the villages in Selo District, Boyolali Regency, besides having natural attractions, namely the beautiful mountain scenery; it also has cultural tourism in the form of dances which are incorporated in the Krido Budoyo art gallery. This art has its own attraction to attract local and foreign tourists. The tourism program will be successful if the promotion strategy is implemented appropriately. The purpose of this study is to describe Integrated Marketing Communication and to find out the elements of promotion that are applied to cultural tourism in Jrakah Selo Village. In addition, it is also to find out the obstacles faced by the Department of Tourism in promoting cultural tourism in the village of Jrakah Selo. This type of research is descriptive research. The result of his research is that the Integrated Marketing Communication run by the Krido Budoyo Arts group has not been maximized because it has only used a number of social media, other aspects such as a convenient venue are also not yet available. is the absence of synergy between the roles of government, art groups, tourism businesses and local communities who are members of MSE. There needs to be a joint commitment in marketing the Krido Budoyo art and partnerships with third parties in developing and marketing Krido Budoyo art

The problem in this study is an indication of public dissatisfaction at the performance of West Java Provincial Parliament, it is seen from the aspiration slow implementation of the legislative function is less precise, long aspiration process, and less emotionally satisfying society. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze: The influence of public relations in marketing, integrated marketing communications, and personal image together against the value of service. The influence of public relations in the marketing, integrated marketing communication, personal image, and the value of service together to the satisfaction of the people. The method used is the method descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation used is causality, ie the type of research that suggested a causal relationship between the independent variable, in this case, the public relations in the marketing, integrated marketing communications, and image personal to the dependent variable, the value of community service and satisfaction. The unit of analysis of this research is the organization which meant Governmental Organization (NGO). While the unit of observation is the chairman/member of the NGO in West Java as many as 285 people. Managerial implications of this research is public relations in the marketing of which is reflected by the "solidify aspirations of the people" (X4), integrated marketing communication that is reflected by the "donation for the community" (X12), and the image of the person being reflected by the "power of orientation of the party" (X15 ) is proven to increase the value of the service which is reflected by the "valuable information" (Y3) with a contribution of 55%. Public relations in the marketing of which is reflected by the "solidify aspirations of the people" (X4), integrated marketing communication that is reflected by the "donation for the community" (X12), personal image that is reflected by the "power of party orientation" (X15)

The research objective describes an integrated marketing communication strategy in developing Sakura Syariah Hotel to see a comprehensive marketing communication strategy. Hotel Sakura Syariah is a 3-star syariah concept hotel which has 70 rooms. The analytical method uses the 7P (marketing mix) approach. The research results to increase the number of guests staying the strategy consisted of products, which offer a sharia concept with various types of representative rooms. Pricing, using the appropriate price preferences. Place, hotel location that is close to the center of the district capital and easy access. Promotion, with direct selling in accordance with local government and private selling by participating in various marketing events, sales proposals and advertising. People, conduct trainings to improve human resource capabilities. Physical evidence, a physical building that has Sharia characters and is supported by fairly good technology. Process, reservation service is quite fast and excellent. The development of this Sayriah hotel must be supported by related parties, especially the local government in order to increase the number of hotel guests

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis lebih lanjut penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication pada Festival Seni Rupa Kontemporer Internasional ARTJOG MMXIX yang diselenggarakan oleh Heri Pemad Management (selanjutnya disingkat HPM). Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pengembangan pengelolaan manajemen seni dalam keberhasilannya meraih pasar. Untuk menjawab pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengacu pada konsep komunikasi pemasaran terpadu model George dan Michael Belch (2011) yang meliputi advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, Public Relations and Publicity serta interactive marketing melalui tiga tahapan proses, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dijalankan secara kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data terbagi dua yaitu data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi; serta data sekunder melalui studi pustaka. Key informan dan informan yang dipilih berasal dari internal HPM dan pengunjung Festival ARTJOG MMXIX. Penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan bahwa HPM telah mengimplementasikan Integrated Marketing Communication melalui tahap perencanaan yang dimulai dari targeting, positioning, penetapan tujuan dan anggaran. Tahap implementasi, dilakukan perancangan pesan, pemilihan media, dan penerapan bauran komunikasi. Tahap evaluasi, dilakukan analisis untuk mengukur hasil akhir dari implementasi bauran IMC sekaligus mengambil tindakan korektif dalam penyelenggaraan festival tersebut. Kesimpulannya, HPM telah berhasil menerapkan konsep komunikasi pemasaran terpadu pada penyelenggaraan Festival Seni Rupa Kontemporer Internasional ARTJOG MMXIX. ABSTRACTThis research aims to further analyze the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication at the International Contemporary Arts Festival of ARTJOG MMXIX organized by Heri Pemad Management (hereinafter abbreviated as HPM). The benefit of this research is to contribute to thinking for the development of art management in the success of achieving the market. To address the subject matter of this study, researchers refer to the concept of Integrated Marketing Communication George and Michael Belch (2011) model’s which include advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, Public Relations and Publicity and interactive marketing through three stages of the process, planning, implementation and evaluation. Research is conducted qualitatively with case study methods. Two data collection is the primary data through interviews and observations; and secondary data through library studies. Key informant and informant are selected from the internal HPM and visitors Festival ARTJOG MMXIX. The research can explain that HPM has implemented Integrated Marketing Communication through the planning phase starting from targeting, positioning, goal setting and budget. Implementation stage, message design, media selection and communication mix application. Evaluation stage analyzed to measure the outcome of the implementation of IMC mix and take corrective action in the implementation of the festival. In conclusion, HPM has successfully adopted the concept of integrated marketing communication at the International Contemporary Art Festival of ARTJOG MMXIX.
