Urgency of the research. In the conditions of a short-age of local financial resources, financing of infrastructure projects is impossible without the development of the system of municipal lending. Target setting. An important condition for the devel-opment of the municipal lending system is the introduction of modern information technology in the process of interaction between local governments with potential lenders and investors. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of municipal lending, the market for municipal borrowing are considered in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars, in particular D. Bergstresser, O. P. Kyrylenko, А. V. Petrykiv, J. Reck, I. Z. Storonianska. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. However, in the context of e-government development, the low level of application of modern information technologies in the municipal lending market requires further research. The research objective. The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the need for the use of modern information technologies by local authorities and local governments in the system of municipal lending. The statement of basic materials. The article reveals the problems and necessity of introducing modern infor-mation technologies into the system of municipal lending. The use of local government and local government cloud technologies, systems of Internet-trading, creation of centers of information and financial technologies for expanding the boundaries of information interaction between all the participants of municipal lending is proposed. Conclusions. As a result of the introduction of infor-mation technologies into the system of municipal lending, the amount of funds will be increased to solve the financial problems of the development of the local economy.

With the continuous development of various modern information technologies, Chinese economic and social development has entered a brand new stage. The local government governance capabilities must be continuously improved to adapt to the new requirements of the new stage, which requires the active application of modern information technology to promote the construction of government governance capabilities. Based on this, this article discusses the improvement strategy of government governance in the information age. Despite the steady spread of non-cash payment technologies, especially now in the pandemic, cash remains the most common method of payment in all countries. The availability of cash in banking institutions, cash centers, ATMs, various self-service devices is provided by the units of collection and transportation of currency values. Collection of funds and transportation of currency values ​​is an integral part of the cash circulation of any banking system, which consists in the collection, delivery and movement of cash by vehicles, from enterprises, institutions, organizations of various forms of ownership to banking institutions and vice versa. The cost of conducting cash collection, supporting cash registers, branches, and loading ATMs constitues a significant part of all operating expenses of banks and collection companies. Due to the high level of risk of attacks on the teams of collectors, the main task is to maintain an appropriate level of security to protect life and health of collectors, which requires significant financial costs. Business owners find a way out in the introduction of new innovative banking products and information technologies. The article examines the processes of cash collection operations by classical and electronic methods as well as modern innovative technologies for cash collection, cash processing, and protection of valuables. The results of scientific research show that the reduction of operating costs for cash collection increases the level of security, and optimization of cash processing is possible only with the active implementation and use of modern information technology and automated software. The article proves the need to improve the mechanism of state regulatory policy in the market of cash collection services in Ukraine, in particular, to amend the regulatory legal acts of the regulator, which is represented by the National Bank of Ukraine, in terms of refining and detailing legal norms that establish and determine the procedure operations on cash collection in electronic form and periodicity of collection units employees training.

The dynamically developing global IT infrastructure and the increasing importance of modern information technologies represent a huge challenge in the process of socialization and education of children and young people. Undoubtedly, it is extremely important to prepare current and future generations for a skillful use of modern technologies. Therefore, it is essential to implement new technologies in the teaching process at all levels of education as well as during preventive and therapeutic activities. This study analyzes the functioning of three institutions that use modern information technology within educational, preventive and therapeutic interventions. These institutions have been selected to be environmentally diverse, show the international context and demonstrate a different potential for ICT use. The main objective of the research was to identify innovative ways of using modern technologies in supporting educational and compensatory activities undertaken by selected institutions.

In this study, I examine the adoption, penetration and impacts of the adoption of leading-edge information technologies in American local governments. I also discuss future trends with respect to these technologies. Data for this study come from three nationwide surveys of information technology in local governments and a series of case studies in US cities about the adoption of leading-edge information technologies. My principal findings are that American local governments have adopted a range of these technologies and can be expected to do so in coming years. This is especially true of the adoption of electronic government. Local government characteristics associated with adoption include principally local government size as measured by population. Other characteristics include type and form of government, region of the country, and metropolitan status. Additionally, local governments adopt leading-edge information technologies for both general reasons (e.g., to improve efficiency and effectiveness) and to solve specific problems (e.g., the adoption of automated fingerprint identification systems to solve crimes).

Данная статья посвящена роли информационных технологий в научноисследовательской деятельности вуза, изучению проблем внедрения, развития и использования современных информационных технологий в науке и образовании. Раскрывает актуальность применения информационных технологий с точки зрения повышения эффективности автоматизации информационных процессов, что является необходимым условием для ускорения темпов научнотехнического прогресса. В статье акцентируется внимание на роль компьютерных технологий в приобретении навыков получения научных доказательств и проведения научноисследовательских работ с использованием методов компьютерного моделирования. The study presents an analysis of studies on various aspects of the use of information technology in tourism. Based on an expert survey, the main directions of the development and implementation of information technologies in the field of tourism, as well as information interaction of tourism market entities using modern information technologies, are identified. A communication model is created for using modern information technologies in the tourism industry, operating in a specific system of communication interaction. The main trends in the field of electronic communications of the tourism industry are presented and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of communication strategies are developed.

The paper discusses the problem associated with the use of modern information technologies that take into account extended reality and the lean management culture to achieve sustainable development by enterprises, which is part of the field of management science. The subject is important and current due to the strong social need for the implementation of the concept of sustainable development. The aim of the article is to learn about and evaluate augmented reality and lean culture in the area of sustainable development management of enterprises. The concept of sustainable development is an approach that arouses great interest among management theoreticians, but many practitioners still do not know how to effectively realize it in changing conditions. Therefore, the paper proposes the application and the use of augmented reality and lean culture assumptions in the area of sustainable development management of enterprises. In the research, the authors emphasize that the sustainable approach to enterprise management should take into account the assessment of augmented reality (AR) and instruments of lean culture in the area of management since better understanding of the coexistence of benefits, compromises, opportunities and threats related to modern technologies allows for more efficient implementation of sustainable development management in enterprises. The paper has been divided into four parts. The first part presents the concept of sustainable development in the light of the literature research. The second part shows the essence of augmented reality as a modern information technology. The third part of the paper is devoted to the presentation of the concept of lean management in enterprises. The fourth part of the paper is the case study, in which the DHL enterprise report is related to, where the applied and utilized augmented reality and lean culture in shaping sustainable development are presented. The methods used to achieve the goal are: Literature studies, descriptive analysis and case study. The whole discussion is closed with the summary, which shows that the scope of application of augmented reality and lean culture in the area of sustainable development management of enterprises is unlimited.

Purpose Through the case analysis of China’s digital library, the purpose of this paper is to make readers understand the development status, achievements and problems of China’s digital library. At the same time, it also enables readers to understand the common application forms of these modern information technologies in digital libraries, so as to provide a reference basis for the application of new technologies in other countries’ digital libraries. Design/methodology/approach On the basis of literature review, the authors have analyzed a conspicuous collection of related papers in order to make a comprehensive summary and elaboration on the present situation of modern information technology application in Chinese digital libraries. Findings This paper defines and analyses the concepts, contents and relationships of the three most important modern Big Data information technologies, and then completes the analysis of the current situation of the application of information technology in Chinese digital libraries. The block chain can achieve more accurate information collection, more secure information storage and more effective information dissemination. Artificial intelligence can improve the existing digital library service level in three aspects: resource construction, information organization and information service. Internet plus will help transform the traditional digital library business mode in order to adapt to the change of user-centered service. Originality/value This is among the first structured attempts of comprehensively and generally summarizing the application of modern information technology in Chinese digital libraries. It also contains an original exploration of the relationship between the main kinds of modern information technology. Based on this, a relatively complete application scenario and possible vision of modern information technology in digital library can be built.
