The article substantiates the importance of pedagogical stimulation educational activities of students, which is due to the trends of modern higher education, namely the idea of continuing education. Despite the sufficient degree of development of issues of pedagogical stimulation and activation of educational activities, this problem does not find a comprehensive solution in relation to higher education. In the activity of a teacher, in addition to the implementation of educational, educational, and developmental functions, a special place is occupied by a stimulating function. This is evidenced by the theoretical analysis of the works of classics of Russian pedagogy. The study of the experiences of scientists and analysis of own pedagogical activity allowed us to offer a comprehensive approach to the pedagogical stimulation of educational activity of student: application of enabling methods and technologies of training, the implementation of stimulating activities and educational incentives. The article defines the stimulating actions of the teacher at each stage of practical training at the University (introductory, main, final) and the pedagogical incentives used by them. Stimulating actions of the teacher encourage productive joint educational process of students and teachers. Comprehensive stimulation of educational activities will contribute to the formation of the subject position of students, the formation of a positive emotional and value attitude to the learning process, improve the quality of education, and act as a factor in the development of the ability to self-development and self-education.

Introduction. The vector of development of the education system, the choice of its contents, quality and results of training, style and spirit of the relationship of its participants, degree of their informative activity, intellectual and cultural growth are firstly caused by valuable attitudes of participants of the educational process. A teacher is a bearer of values. One of the main functions of the teacher is the education of the younger generation, the introduction of the person to moral ethics and universal values. In this regard, training of future teachers has to include the purposeful formation of the system of the internal, emotionally experienced values which will help them to cope with the complex of socio-cultural problems in the future professional activity. The aim of the paper is to present the research findings on the conceptual model of the dialogue space of education as the basis for the development of the future teacher axiosphere which corresponds to current ideological, social, economic, technological and other progressive civilization trends.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, fundamental ideas of the following scientific approaches were applied: humanistic approach – free and creative development of an individual; dialogical approach – pluralism of opinions and a variety of positions of subjects of education; axiological approach – attitude of the individual to the world around him/her, to other people and to himself / herself; activity approach – specific activity of the individual, aimed at appropriation of social experience by the person, change of the surrounding world and selfhood. To design and organize the model of the dialogue space, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of the theory and practice were used. Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented the strategic guidelines of the interactive environment education: the development of social cooperation, using the pedagogical peaceful potential, the development of interpersonal and intergroup relations, organizing children spiritual and moral education as a national priority. The teacher value system was revealed empirically and described. It was found out that a modern teacher should responsibly perform the professional duties of a mentor, tutor and facilitator of the educational process. The authors clarified the concept of “axiological sphere” of the teacher. The teacher axiological sphere is considered as a complex of personal, professional-pedagogical and socio-cultural values. These values have separable functions. Firstly, they determine the content and nature of the educational activity. Secondly, they regulate the interaction of the participants of the educational activity. Thirdly, they stimulate personal self-expression of the members of that activity. Fourthly, they directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of education. The conceptual model of dialogue space of education as a formation zone for the teacher’s axiosphere was designed on the basis of the theoretic-methodological, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical concepts of the leading scholars’ writings. The resources of this space were identified; its structural components were presented and proved. The implementation of the components mentioned above can create a special context for the humanitarian training of a future teacher; will give an opportunity of interactive development of students’ common cultural, communicative and special competencies; will increase students’ motivation to pedagogical activity, the search of new ideas for training, innovations and professional self-education. The authors demonstrated the value orientations typology and tactics of their acquisition by students at the dialogue level.Practical significance. The presented materials can be used in practice of the higher pedagogical education to improve the quality of graduates’ training through enrichment of their personality axiological sphere. The model for the formation of the future teachers’ value system in dialogue educational space will allow providing conditions for individualization of routes of their training taking into account different approaches to the organization of activity of education participants and features of their self-development.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the development of a positive learning identity in students, within the context of communities of practice. It considers the role of Personal Development Planning (PDP) in building confidence in inexperienced learners through its use as a tool for transition, engagement and achievement, and its emphasis on learning communities and peer support. It is illustrated by a case study of FdA Early Years Care and Education students, who have been using the Professional Development Unit (PDU), an online accredited unit developed by the CETL Foundation Direct as a version of PDP for work-based learners. The paper concludes that three aspects of the PDU act together as a forum for the exchange and development of ideas, and in doing so support the growth of learning communities that work to affirm the individual. Guided and structured reflection, beginning with a Benchmark Statement and ending with a 360-degree review, is used as a means for aspiration building, and for marking the distance travelled. Social mechanisms are put in place via the discussion boards of the university VLE for confidence building through identification with a valued group and the use of peers as a learning resource. Finally, the fluid boundaries between the workplace and the university, represented as three overlapping circles of self, theory and practice, allow for integrated learning and the introduction of the familiar into the unfamiliar. The PDU is therefore demonstrated here to be a safe area of the curriculum that supports the development and confidence of the new uncertain learner.

Automating scheduling is a classic task in learning management systems. The process of scheduling is, in a sense, the final one in the chain of support of educational activities, and its automation reveals all inconsistencies and shortcomings of the previous processes. In order for the scheduling to be automated as much as possible, a lot of various initial information should be processed in the information systems of the university — curricula, staff, workload, schedule of the educational process, contingent of students, classroom fund. It is especially difficult for universities with educational programs of various orientations — natural science, humanitarian, creative, etc., which have specific principles for organizing and conducting classes. The level of automation of educational activities at Dostoevsky Omsk State University, a classical university with a wide variety of types of educational programs, made it possible to tackle the task of scheduling. However, during the implementation of the automated scheduling system, the project team faced a number of problems. The article describes the results of the project for the transition to an electronic schedule in Dostoevsky Omsk State University using the circulation software product 1C:Automated scheduling. University based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 system. Initial data on the individual workload of teachers, the classroom fund, the list of student groups, and the list of disciplines were loaded into the configuration from the existing information system of design of Dostoevsky Omsk State University. Based on the results of the audit of the downloaded reference information, the initial data, including curricula, were normalized. The compiled schedule in two modes (manual and automatic) was published on the official website of the university and is used to operate a chatbot on the VKontakte network to inform students and teachers about upcoming classes.

Today, a modern aviation specialist needs to have a high level of professional skills, psychophysiological reliability, general culture, skills to work in a team, skills to work with a modern amount of information, non-traditionally approach to solving various extreme situations, as well as to be able to organize professional activities on a prognostic basis. During the information explosion, accompanied by the latest technologies of priority in professional training of cadets, are tasked - to form skills of self-education, to instill the need for self-perfection, to teach the cadets of probable stylish thinking, quick perception of new ideas.Professional and personal development of the future aircraft in educational activities are the requirement of the present. The achievement of this goal is closely linked to the increase of the role of independence of cadets in educational activities. Independent educational activity is capable of determining the success of professional development of future aircrafts. It depends on the level of its development it depends on the formation of subjects of the cadet. Manifesting the independence of cadets in educational activities, their creative independent activity is a major factor in effective professional development. In this approach, the result of independent activity is not only educational tasks, but also formed subjects of the cadet, its ability to solve problem situations independently, reflect, self-motivate and self-regulate their own actions, and thus enrich individual experience in professional growth. To do this, it is necessary to provide relevant pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the independent training activities of future aircrafts. In our opinion, its effectiveness can be provided by adequate adaptation of the educational burden to the individual characteristics of cadets and the formation of an individual algorithm for independent educational activity. The overwhelming majority of modern researchers determine the independence of students in educational activity as quality, the property of the person, which it uses both tools to achieve a certain educational and cognitive goal, and which needs to be purposefully formed. Independence, thus, is the result of this activity. The ability of a person to identify independence in educational independence for its own self-development is an important argument, because through the autonomy of future aircrafts it is possible to intensify the mechanisms of professional self-development.

The model of a modern University is characterized by the formalization of its activities within the framework of implementing specific educational programs through the educational process and focusing on the final result in the form of a competitive specialist. As a result, the universal values, the spirit of participation in the acquisition of new knowledge, which were present in previous generations of universities, are leveled. However, the students’ needs in their personal development remain at the present time. This leads to the search for new forms and the use of new technologies to meet this need. Based on the research, the authors propose a Lectures model as one of these forms, which includes scientific and methodological, practice-oriented and personal-development components. This is where the spirit of the University as an element of Higher education, the tasks of the University as an educational organization to train competitive specialists and the needs of the individual in self-development can be realized. Considering the development of information and educational technologies, it is necessary to apply them actively in the already available instruments of the Higher School. The educational process should become interesting, interactive, covering various aspects of the studied disciplines as much as possible. But at the same time, the educational process should not lose its main purpose - the formation of new knowledge and the upbringing of a socially active and positive personality. Taking into account the development of science and technology it is these two components that the Lectures are directed towards.
