This research is motivated by the lack of full implementation of productive endowments in Pekanbaru and the lack of management of productive waqf in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze Productive Waqf Mapping in Pekanbaru. The theoretical framework used is Mapping theory with indicators of data collection stages, data presentation stages, and data use settings. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The sample used is the saturated sample, the agency responsible for Productive mapping Waqf. This study indicates that Productive Waqf in Pekanbaru City has not been appropriately implemented due to the lack of people in productive earning and government participation to further optimize the empowerment of Waqf in Pekanbaru City in general. As for the Constraints and Obstacles of the Ministry of Religion in the process of Supervising Institution of Waqf in Pekanbaru City are: firstly, the lack of socialization budget for Productive Waqf, Secondly the Lack of Human Resources in managing Productive Waqf, Third Communities still think consumptive to be representative, fourth which became a reference in the city of Pekanbaru.

Quality of performance is one of the problems that is not far from the service. For the Service society is the thing that happens and is obtained almost every day. Good service greatly affects the quality of performance of an employee in an organization. As we know the performance of employees at the Office of Investment and integrated service one door of the city of Palangkaraya still less because of its employees lack of human resources so in terms of service is not maximized. The purpose of this research is to know how employees are performing in improving the office of Investment and Integrated services at one door of Palangkaraya city. The research method used is qualitative, this study uses the theory of Fuad Mas'ud which contains quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and kemitmen work. The data collection techniques in this study are observations, interviews, documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that the performance of employees in improving the service at DPM-PTSP Palangkaraya city is still not optimal, seen from five indicators namely quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and work commitments. Obstacle factors that can mengahmbat the way of service, among others, human resources or employees who are less particularly in the field of service that is evidenced by employees lacking control of the field of service and the delay of time given in carrying out its duties are not appropriate. In addition to the inhibitory factor there are also supporting factors that are encouraging and mutually encouraging each other and carrying out their duties to share because the ability of human resources can help each other in carrying out their duties and to cover the lack of unfinished work and try to provide the best service.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the morphology of folklore based on Vladimir Propp's theory and method of researching Narratology structure including the structure of the actor's action function, the function in the action environment, and the scheme. This research method is descriptive qualitative and the method developed by Vladimir Propp. The object of research is the Batu Naga Lampung folklore. The technique of data collection is done by the documentation technique through a literature study. Data analysis techniques use the flow method that is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found there are 26 functions of the perpetrators' actions that are distributed into 6 action environments.

Ethnomatematics is mathematics that is contained in culture. The purpose of this research is to examine the material of the sadulur batik lebak banten motif through aspects of halal products. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques used are literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks were carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, using reference materials. The result of this research is that in the batik sadulur motif of lebak banten, there is a halal aspect of the material used in the form of batik cloth, the equipment used such as cloth, chanting and coloring.

The success of implementing programs and activities of a government agency to achieve the maximum target and by the desired output is primarily determined by one of the supporting components in a government agency, namely the competence of human resources. This study aims to examine and describe the Competence of Human Resources at the Department of Tourism for the Development of Tourism Destinations in the City of Tomohon, Section of Tourism Destination Management. The author uses indicators that characterize Knowledge Competence, i.e., skill and Behaviours of performance that can be observed, measured, and evaluated. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that Human Resources in the Tourism Destination Governance Section have competence in carrying out the duties and functions of tourism destination governance in Tomohon City.

Communication media is a source of power, a control tool that can be utilized as a substitute for poweror other resources, besides the media is a vehicle that plays a role to socialize the events of communitylife both individually and collectively. To provide food availability independently and sustainably itneeds a breakthrough program through the concept of gardening in the yard of the house or the use ofempty land for planting productive crops. The purpose of research to find out how the background ofmedia usage, type of media used and the form of presentation of messages used in the socialization ofurban farming program in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitativewith data collection interview, observation and literature study. The results showed that the delivery ofagricultural messages in urban areas from the Surabaya City Agriculture Office to poor families(Gakin) scattered in 31 sub-districts did not use mass media on the grounds that the gakin communityrarely mengengan radio, see television and read the print media so generally the delivery of directmessages done facilitator in this case PPL to poor community society by direct way of technicalguidance in the form of group. Media used more to media antarpersona communication. Messagedelivered on how to do urban farming activities for vegetables with a short harvest period ofapproximately one month, the use of narrow land in the yard so as to support household-scale foodsecurity and add green or green open space.

This study aims to determine the process of controlling street vendors conducted by the Civil Service Police Unit in the City of Pariaman. How is the data collection on the street vendors, related to giving warnings to the street vendors who violated and the implementation of the regulation carried out by the Pariaman Municipal Civil Service Police Unit. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with inductive approach. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. In this study needed data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through field service and agencies. From this research it shows that the process of controlling street vendors in the City of Pariaman by the Civil Service Police Unit has not been carried out optimally. This is because the Pariaman City Civil Service Police Unit has not conducted data collection properly and the attitude of the street hawkers who disregarded reprimands and appeals from the rule enforcers but when carried out in order instead demanded justice and mercy. One effort to empower the implementation of construction projects in order to maintain the quality of the final work is the application of competency standards for workers who hold a strategic position in determining the quality of the final building, in this case plaster workers. The aims of this research was to know the application of plasterer competency standards based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) on building projects in Palu City. This research was conducted on plasterers of buildings in the city of Palu. The research method used was literature study, the primary data collection was done by distributing the questionnaires. The selected respondents were plasterers. Data were processed by using descriptive statistical methods and using the Relative Rank Index (RRI). The results showed that the application of plasterers' work competency standards based on SKKNI was around 80% to 90% which had been well implemented, namely, carrying out Preparation of Plastering Work, Carrying Out Plaster Mixing Mixes, Carrying Plaster Work. In addition, around 20% to 30% have not been well implemented, namely, the use of PPE and WSE, Making Job Reports.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

The purpose of this study is to compensate for the intangible variables of the human resources of MSME actors in Bandung City, related to Employee Engagement and Attitude at the time of the COVID-19. Therefore, the intact condition of the two related variables is important for stakeholders such as the government and other related parties to understand and serve as a basis for policy and decision making, especially when the economy is exposed to COVID-19. The research method used is descriptive, verification and comparative. Data were tested using the validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions and data normality, and to test the level of contribution between variables and variable dimensions used correlation and termination tests. The data were obtained from the MSME economic actors in the city of Bandung total 45 samples. The city of Bandung was chosen as a place of research because the city of Bandung is known as a model city, culinary, education, creative industries as well as the city of culture and government of West Java. The results showed that the contribution, enthusiasm, pride of business people towards MSMEs was not supportive, lost trust and small. Only MSME players have employee engagement in the form of willingness. Attitudes or attitudes in the form of motives, traits and self-concepts are still strong for every MSME actor in Bandung City, and this condition is in line with the willingness dimension of employee engagement. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee engagement of MSME actors in the city of Bandung is currently not good or has decreased, while the attitude at is still good.
