This study targeted to uncover the trends of using of visual sources in the teaching process, Art Education at the Hashemite University was devoted to and identify the effect of both gender and experience on visual sources. The sample consisted of field training students in the fourth year art education major in the College of Science Pedagogical Among the students of the Hashemite University for the academic year 2019/2020, and they were chosen in an intentional way and were developed to measure these trends and were of sufficient validity and stability for the purposes of this study, and the study tool was distributed to all students, as their number reached (583)Male and female students The study found the following results: The results of the study revealed positive trends for me Students, Towards the use of visual sources in a process Teaching, there were statistically significant differences attributed to sex and that in favor of females Where I got an arithmetic mean (3.49), while males got a mean (3.30), and the difference was statistically significant at the level of (α=0.05). While there were also statistically significant differences attributed to the experience in visual sources and equipment, in favor of the average experiences, as they got an arithmetic average (3.54), while the large experiences got an arithmetic average (3.53), and the few experiences got an arithmetic mean (3.41), and the difference was statistically significant at the level of (α=0.05). It yielded search results The researcher presented a number of recommendations About The use of visual sources in the teaching process.

Abstract The aim of this study was to determine sustainable learning levels of students. The study also attempted to determine sustainable learning levels of students based on gender and grade. The participants of the study consisted of 742 high school students (354 females and 388 males) in various high schools in Babaeski district of Kırklareli, Turkey during the 2017–2018 academic year. In order to collect data, a scale with two subscales – behavioural and cognitive – was developed. The data were analysed through SPSS 17, and arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One Way Anova) were used. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that sustainable learning level of the high school students is moderate. The study also found a significant variation in favour of the female students in “learning for development” subdimension on the cognitive subscale of the scale.

The aim of this research is to study the ball throwing velocity at different phases of teaching handball elements to female students in their first year of study at Faculty of Kinesiology, Zagreb. The set of variables contains three throwing velocity tests: 1. handball throwing velocity from the standing position (ST), 2. basic shot throwing velocity (RT) and 3. jump shot throwing velocity (JT). The speed of the ball was estimated by a radar gun (Stalker ATS) three times for each shooting type and it was expressed in km/h unit. Measuring was conducted twice in the course of the summer semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The first measuring was carried out after the first lesson and the second one a month later. The average throwing velocities recorded during the first measuring were: ST - 59.25 km/h, RT - 61.60 km/h and JT 61.62 km/h. On the following occasion, the average results were: 59.36 km/h (ST), 61.33 km/h (RT) and 61.33 km/h (JT). No statistically significant differences in the observed set of variables were found by using the t-test for the dependent samples on either occasion. The obtained results can be interpreted in regard to the methods of directing and evaluating the teaching process, as well as in regard to an effective program for improving explosive throwing power.

This study aimed at identifying the metacognitive skill level of a sample of talented students in Jordan, and whether the level is affected by the difference of a number of variables. The sample consisted of (256) male and female students who were chosen by the random stratified method. Out of them were (101) male and female students from the Jubilee School, and (155) from King Abdullah II School for Excellence, during the academic year 2018-2019. To achieve the study objective, the metacognitive thinking scale was applied after verifying its validity and reliability. The results showed that the total degree of the metacognitive skill level of a sample of talented students in Jordan was high. The results did not show statistically significant differences in the metacognitive skill level attributable to the gender variable. Meanwhile, there were statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) level attributed to the grade level variable.

The difference of student’s learning achievement is influenced by multiple factors such as school readiness and intelligence. This research aims to examine of school readiness and intelligence predict on learning achievement. The data were collected by employing intelligence test and student’s academic report. The subjects of this research was 104 students (52 male and 52 female students aged 7-8) of grade 1 of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta, academic year 2016/2017. The collected data were then analysed by linear regression statistics. The results show school readiness and intelligence predict learning achievement.

The study aims at knowing students’ academic assistance at the Department of Kindergarten. It further aims to know the difference of academic assistance among these students with respects to variables like (college of education for women, Baghdad, Thi-Qar). It also aims to know about the difference according to the academic level variable, in addition to its relation to some other variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, a number of university female students were selected from both Baghdad an Thi-Qar Universities in the academic year 2019-2020. The sample of the participants consisted of (400) students from the (second, third, and fourth) levels. To measure the study variable represented by the concept of academic assistance, the researchers designed a measurement test following the scientific steps followed when preparing psychological measurements. Then, the validity and reliability of the measuring test was derived. The researchers further used statistical tools to derive the findings of the study, such as Pearson’s factor, the t-test, and variance analysis). The study has concluded that students have the ability to ask for academic assistance. Besides, there are statistical differences of  the academic assistance according to the college variable. Moreover, there are differences of academic assistance between the second and fourth levels in favor of the second level, and between the third and fourth in favor of the third.

Energy needs of female team-sport athletes are poorly understood with no evidence highlighting differences present between scheduled activities. The purpose of this study was to examine the difference in energy expenditure between NCAA Division II female basketball (BBALL) and lacrosse (LAX) athletes during different scheduled team activities. Female BBALL (n = 13; 19.8 ± 1.3 yrs; 173.9 ± 13.6 cm; 74.6 ± 9.1kg; 27.1 ± 3.2%fat) and LAX (n = 20; 20.4 ± 1.8yrs; 168.4 ± 6.6cm; 68.8 ± 8.9kg; 27.9 ± 3.1%fat) athletes were outfitted with heart rate and activity monitors during four consecutive days on five different occasions (20 days total) across an entire academic year to assess differences in total daily activity energy expenditure (TDEE), activity energy expenditure (AEE), and physical activity level (PAL). Data were categorized by type of scheduled daily activities: Practice, Game, Conditioning, or Off. Independent of day type, TDEE, AEE, and PAL levels were greater (p < 0.05) in BBALL athletes. For each sport, TDEE, AEE, and PAL were significantly different (p < 0.05) between classified activity days. BBALL and LAX athletes experienced higher values on game days for TDEE, AEE, and PAL, with the lowest values experienced on off days. In conclusion, calculated levels of TDEE, AEE, and PAL in female collegiate BBALL and LAX athletes were determined to be different, irrespective of the scheduled activity.

This study explores interactive e-book cues and Information Processing Levels (IPL)’s effectiveness on Learning Retention (LR) and External Cognitive Load (ECL). 117 middle school pupils (MSP) were divided into six experimental groups based on their IPL and cues during the second term of the academic year 2019–2020. Visual Cues (VC)/Audiovisual Cues (VAC) and Auditory Cues (AC)/Audiovisual Cues (VAC) statistically varied in the Ie-book in LR test and ECL scale, same for the average scores when testing the LR in Science for MSP due to the difference between IPL for the DL. There is a statistically significant effect of cue types' interaction in Ie-book with IPL in ECL scale for MSP, at its highest peak in the case of the AVC with DL, followed by the interaction resulting from the VC with DL then AC with SL. Also, cues interaction in Ie-book with IPL immensely affect the LR test for MEP, which is at its highest peak in the case of the AVC with DL. The interactions between (DL–SL) and (AC–VC) seem to equally influence the ELC.
