The use of agricultural tools and machinery has become a primary needs of farmers in processing and increasing their farming production, this activity encourages the emergence of agricultural tools and machinery service unit (UPJA) that has an intention in assistaining farmers in achieving time and energy efficiency and also in order to overcome scarcity of farmer resources in processing their farming. However, the delayed development of UPJA in several regions has encouraged this research in order to analyze farmers' responses to the use of agricultural tools and machinery service unit. Research method: This study was conducted at the Bukit Raya UPJA Village Pak Leheng Toho District from January - March 2018. This research used the descriptive analysis data, which was displayed in table form with several categories that have been determined based on aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills. Response measurements were carried out using a Likert scale (scoring) with a score of 1-5. The results of the all of the farmer showed that the response analysis from the aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills of UPJA Bukit Raya amounted to 3.48 in the good category, which means that farmers generally gave a good respond to the existence of the UPJA Bukit Raya Village, in Pak Leheng Village, Toho District.Keywords: Agricultural Machinery, Farmer Energy Efficiency, Likert Scale

PT Angkasa Pura II manages Kualanamu Medan Airport. Kualanamu Airport has been develop airport digital facilities. The development of facility technology has aim to improve services for passengers and efficiency of airport operations. This research aims to identify passengers experience in order to improve services through digitizing airport facilities. The research method used descriptive analysis, multiple response analysis and crosstab (cross tabulation). The results has been show that Kualanamu Airport is smart (71.42%). Passengers need technological innovation and realtime facilities to help them in airport. Technological innovation required ie facilities for monitoring baggage and online reservations (74%), applications for shopping / restaurant / entertainmentat airports (73%), customs (70%), vehicle parking (69%) and check in (66%). Realtime Facility required ie facility for check-in (71%), flight schedules and monitoring of baggage movements (64%), airport information facilitiy and boarding gates (63%), vehicle parking at the airport (58%) and customs (54%).

This research aims to find out how the SWOT analysis as a strategy to improve competitiveness and obstacles in the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Business Unit. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The SWOT analysis used is descriptive analysis methods, SWOT matrix and SWOT diagram analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and literature. The results of this study are the SWOT analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness needs to be evaluated again so that the formation of good performance from within and from outside the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Sharia Business Unit in advancing these banks throughout Province of Riau and Riau Islands.

The main component of implementing regional autonomy is the activity of exploring more of the potential that exists in the region, especially taxes. The Revenue Service Unit (UPT) of Karangasem Regency is required to strive for achieving targets and increasing income in a sustainable manner to support the increase in Regional Original Income. The purposes of this study are to analyze the implementation of motor vehicle tax collection at SAMSAT Karangasem district and the supporting and inhibitor factors in the implementation of motor vehicle tax payments at Samsat Karangasem district. The research method used is an empirical legal research method with a statutory, a conceptual and a sociological approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is done by field observation through interviews. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the Bali Provincial Retribution in Karangasem Regency starts from the registration, determination and payment stage based on the Bali Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2011 concerning Regional Regulations (PERDA) on Regional Taxes. Supporting factors, namely adequate human resources, administrative processes with a computerized system, the existence of mobile SAMSAT. Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Motor Vehicle Tax Payments at SAMSAT Karangasem Regency, namely the lack of awareness of taxpayers, incomplete taxpayer data, transfer of motorized vehicles without being renamed, owners changing places of residence.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the forms of falsification of the Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia, how the application of criminal sanctions for the forgeries of the Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia according to positive Indonesian law and how immigration actions in overcoming the fraudulent Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia occur. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis, data collection techniques with literature studies and interviews, the types of data are primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis using descriptive cumulative data analysis is descriptive. From the results of research that cases of forgery of Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia (passports), can be classified into four forms of forgery of Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia (passports): original documents obtained illegally (using false or incorrect data), original documents that have been subjected to changes, documents that are completely falsified (duplication), original documents used by others (Impostor). Articles used in the crime of forgery of passports are article 119, article 126, article 127, article 129. Countermeasures to prevent the falsification of Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia, such as by: Issuance of Electronic Passport (e-passport), Photo and fingerprinting process finger recording the applicant's data, interview process when the applicant submits a passport application, Provision of Passport Safety Features.

This study describes a creative dance model in dance lessons for PGSD students at the State University of Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to find out the making of dance for elementary school children, making elementary school children's dances through creative dance models, the process of making dance creations, developing an idea and being creative, as well as having the objective of analyzing creative dance models to create children's dances. Elementary school children in dance lessons. The creative dance model means a creative dance model. The research method uses qualitative research and descriptive analysis. Data collected from documentation, observations, and observations. The results of this study are the product of a lesson model for coaching guidelines and dance exploration for children for PGSD students at the State University of Surabaya.

The purpose of this research is to study it there is positive influence of tax audit and tax payer compliance of tax receipts.The research method used is causal, with the unit of analysis Entity Tax Payer. Sampling method used stratified random sampling.The tax audit and tax payer compliance of tax receipts by using the instruments measured questionnaire with likert scale. Source analysis performed by descriptive analysis and linear regression. The result  shows that’s positive influence of influence of tax audit and negative influence tax payer compliance of tax receipts.

This study aims to determine the motivation of FOKS Indonesia members to pursue Khat Kufi Murabba' Art. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis design. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to FOKS Indonesia members and analyzed using a Likert scale. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that from 26 respondents, on average, they have been practicing Kufi for 4 years with the frequency of designing Kufi at most once every 4-5 days. The most widely used devices are mobile phones and the texts designed in khat kufi murabba' are Al-Quran Verses and also people's names. The highest motivation underlying most of them is psychological motivation of 90.4%, followed by social motivation of 87.5%, spiritual motivation of 80.7% and business motivation of 75.9%.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi member FOKS Indonesia menekuni Seni Khat Kufi Murabba’. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain analisis deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebar pada member FOKS Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan skala likert. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 26 responden, rata-rata sudah menekuni kufi selama 4 tahun dengan frekuensi mendesain kufi paling banyak adalah 4-5 hari sekali. Perangkat yang paling banyak digunakan adalah ponsel dan teks yang didesain dalam khat kufi murabba’ adalah Ayat Al-Quran dan juga nama orang. Motivasi tertinggi yang mendasari kebanyakan dari mereka adalah motivasi psikologis sebesar 90,4 %, diikuti motivasi sosial sebesar 87,5 %, motivasi spiritual sebesar 80,7 % dan motivasi bisnis sebesar 75,9 %.

This research aims to know the Political Recruitment of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Takalar Election 2017. The research method used qualitative method by descriptive analysis. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant of the research, namely the Management and Sympathizers of PKS Takalar and Nasdem Party Takalar, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg. Se're, Regional Election Commission of Takalar Regency.The results showed that the recruitment of PKS in Takalar Election 2017 were: first, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg Se're was promoted by the PKS 4 seats coalition with the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) 2 seats in the regional election. The coalition happened because both parties agreed that the couple is able to bring thoughts or ideas of change in the process of elections battle period of 2017-2022 in Takalar Regency. Secondly, the PKS chose Syamsari Kitta because of his strong ability and strong support-bases in Takalar as well as positive electability with the community. While Ahmad Daeng Sere chose as a candidate for vice regent because he can raise the electability to fight the duet of incumbent. Both have in common with the idea of change to make Takalar much better. Third, the recruitment of Syamsari Kitta as a candidate for regional head / regent because he is a PKS cadre who has experience and capability in politics, his personality is known as an easy person to associate and communicate with the community. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.
